Great location in Berlin - right off the main road. Nice large facility, easy to find entrance and a giant parking lot. Friendly staff and included a nice complimentary breakfast. Room and linens were clean, beds were comfortable.

Great rooms. The BEST continental breakfast I have ever had. The staff was just okay, didn't bother me much. But the front desk clerk wasn't very welcoming, and looked very sloppy, and was in back talking on the phone while we waited. But she was nice enough. We would definatly stay here again because of the great location and nice clean rooms!

The room was bigger than expected, the photos didn't do it justice. the accommodations we're beyond satisfactory. Breakfast was good. Was extremely clean, and very very homie and comfortable.

I wish i could give this place 10 stars!! The best hotel I've stayed in for a VERY LONG TIME!! Staff was great. Rooms are spacious, quiet, comfy (beds especially), and the breakfast was phenomenal. I couldn't believe the variety of foods they had for breakfast!! And not to mention the fantastic quality of their breakfast. I'll stay here hands down every time i visit Amish country!! Thank you!! I'm beyond impressed and ill be sure to share my fantastic experience with everyone!!

Easily one of the nicest hotels we've stayed. Staff is warm and friendly. Beds are firm but comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Room is nice and clean. Beautiful and large porch with plenty of seating to just relax after a day of enjoying the Amish Country. Large breakfast selection.

Rooms are nice size. Furniture in room (couch and chair) looked very old and worn. Bed was very comfortable. Our TV did not work very well at all. We did not say anything about it until check out and were told that they probably could have fixed it by pushing a button. Oh well...we'll know for next time. When checking in I asked if we pay now or at checkout. The girl said they like to have some kind of payment when checking in (even though they already had my credit card info) I paid with cash for the 3 nights we were staying. She handed me back some change which was not correct. When I asked her about it she automatically handed me the 2 dollars that I was shorted. I then had to ask for a receipt and was told the computers were not working right and could not get receipt. I told her I wasn't leaving checkout desk until I got my receipt. Another girl came over and pushed a button or two and out popped my receipt. It would have been no big deal if I had not paid cash..other than that our stay was nice.

Remodel is GREAT! The pool and spa are warm and clean. The room is comfy, very well kept & tidy. So far a very nice stay!
Edit: well, the beds are very FIRM & the sheets are like sandpaper. Had a pretty restless night's sleep and my husband said his pillow smelled like feet. Other than that all is great! The breakfast is pretty good, too.

Rooms are huge, plenty of space for an extended stay. Couch, microwave, fridge, and sink are in the room so you can get your cheese and trail bologna and store them in the room. TV was a fair size. Pool is open pretty late, 11 pm, which is nice because most places close around 6 so you can grab dinner and then come back and relax in the hot tub or swim with the kids in the pool. Breakfast in the morning is a great selection, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal (hot and cold), waffles, ect. It gets pretty crowded in the morning and there is only one table that holds more than 4 people, so if you need that be prepared to split up. Coffee is served all day which is awesome. Front desk people were very very nice the whole stay. I recommend staying here.

Great location, staff and rooms. The hotel provides access to shopping so that you don't have to move your car. That's a great feature. WiFi was not great. Prices were higher than other places. Overall experience was good. Will diffently be back.

The hotel was in the prefect location and near many restaurants and shops that were in walking distance. The service was excellent as well as the breakfast in the morning. Parking was limited due to the construction at the hotel. The pool and jacuzzi was very nice but there seemed to be too much chlorine because my eyes were burning after 2 minutes of walking into the pool area. I would definitely stay here again for future visits.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the middle of amish country. Stunning from the outside, just as much on the inside. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was huge and sootless. Bed was comfortable. We rented meeting space but our other participants didn't show. They waived the fee without us even asking. If you're ever given the chance to stay at this hotel do not hesitate. You will not regret it.

Excellent and beautiful hotel. We stayed in one of the executive rooms that have a sitting room and separate bedroom - it was huge and VERY clean. We really enjoyed the included breakfast and the hotel even provided us with a pack n play with mini sheets and mini blanket for our little one. I highly recommend this hotel, we had an excellent experience!

Got the last room available while we were in Amish country, Holmes County. Comfortable and clean. Would stay there again.

Everything about this was great. Breakfast was big, beds were comfy, and the TV's are nice and big. This place even got "Best Comfort Suites 2015." Except for one thing. As I'm writing this, the WiFi has been so bad, I've been connected and disconnected at least 7 times in the last 5 minutes. I do not recommend this for business, but for visiting Amish country, just forget you need WiFi.

We come to Berlin quite often & ALWAYS try to stay here, but because of you being booked once or twice, we've had to stay elsewhere & let me say that Comfort Suites is our favorite choice by far. It's always clean, staff is very courteous & breakfast is great. You offer more for breakfast than the other place. We park in the Hotel parking lot & walk all over town, it's VERY convenient. We LOVE it here!

I have stayed here three times on my expedition to get Heini cheese and this place has never failed.

Just spent two days at Comfort Suites. My husband and I first visit to this area. One of the best stay at a hotel we had. The people at front deck great. For us the breakfast was just enough to get our day started. They have one of the best coffee. Easy walk to the main street. Stairs on left side of hotel leading up to shopping area. Found them on our way back to hotel. Getting around very easy. Will plan a trip again in fall with my daughters. Rooms are bigger than most hotel rooms we have stayed in. Our room was in front of hotel and enjoyed looking out the window watching the carriages stroll by hearing the prance of the horses. Great place to stay!!!!

Can't say enough great things about this place. The rooms were surprisingly large. The entire hotel was extremely clean. The front desk was eager to help and very friendly. The support staff around the hotel were polite and helpful as well. The pool area was very nice. Hotel was recently renovated and looks brand-new. We will be back next Spring Break!
