Big place . just needs a little fixing.. To make 5 stars .its the little things that need fixing ,bathrooms , beds lighting.

Everything was great except the breakfast buffet is not as much variety as offered in the past. Pool and large screen TV were both great

I was there for a work event. The pool is nice and sitting near it was comfortable and warmer than expected on a cold day.

I was perfectly happy with this hotel until we tried to check out on a Sunday. There was a mistake on the bill and I was told theres no management available on Sunday who can handle bill adjustments so now it's on me to contact the manager after I'm long gone and back home and try to get a refund.

The staff is very attentive. Prompt and courteous.

The Radisson has nice rooms to rent for having meetings or professional events. Not sure about the hotel bedrooms because I'm never there for that but I'm sure they're great as well

Love the hotel. Especially the smell of the soap and lotion. Good service. The only thing is that the breakfast took really long to get ready.

Best Hotel in the area. Pool and hot tub are awesome and customer service is on par with what you’d expect from a 5 Star hotel, except the staff is warmer and friendlier. You can access almost any service with their online app that you are prompted to when signing into their WiFi. Best of all the rates are incredible. Most nights you can get a room for the same price as some motel 6/best value roach motel.

The hotel itself is nice enough but the layout is always awkward. They have plenty of space but it doesn't flow very well. Staff was very well organized and performed admirably.

The facility is always clean and I appreciate the atmosphere. The tropical feel near the pool is pleasant for networking events

Nice conference center, but the rooms are dated and the food mediocre.

Went to an event recently at the Cromwell Radisson, the staff was just phenomenal in how helpful, friendly and professional they were. The only negative remarks I can make is that the building is starting to show its age and there are issues with leaks and the parking garage flooding ~6 inches while I was there.

The stay at the hotel was decent for my group, however I heard that many others got incorrect rooms, shifted around, and had problems with rude staff. The bed was about average for a hotel bed, sheets were clean.

The ceiling light in our room was burned out, I called the front desk multiple times but nobody ever showed up to replace the bulb. We did without it but they still shouldn't have been ignoring this...

The building could seriously use a renovation. It is definitely showing its age. When the rain and the storm came through Sunday October 29, roof leaks started popping up all over the building, in some spots leading to lights, drywall, tiles, etc getting damaged or falling. In other spots I noticed cracks, peeling paint, rusted metal, broken stuff, and overall lots of filth that maintenance seems to have ignored.

This is a really nice hotel, I absolutely love the pool/atrium area design that it has. Keep in mind it has a really strange and confusing floor plan! I just wish the maintenance on it wasn't being neglected like it currently is.

The hotel was in pretty good shape. You could feel the age of the place though. The room was well appointed and clean. The air conditioning unit was seemingly from the 70s or 80s. Some of the air spreaders were broken. Things like this are the only reason I can't give 5 stars. We didn't partake in breakfast at the hotel and instead opted for the McDonald's that was less than a mile away. Very convenient location, right off I-91.

My husband and I attended at a weekend conference put on by the US Pain Foundation at your facility, Your staff was helpful and made accommodations to make sure we were comfortable and well fed. Our accessible room was outfitted with all of the amenities we needed. We especially loved our luxurious bed and pillows! This was all at a very reasonable rate. Will definitely go to Radisson again!

This place could be wonderful is instead it's kind of creepy you can meet her variety of different creepy people here it is a pet friendly place so friendly they don't make the gas not let their dog in the pool or the jacuzzi I think their pets and not being pool area is kind of gross oh also the pool area is kind of Rocky have to wear sandals the whole time the ground will hurt your feet move closer to the pool all smell like chlorine the bedding is really clean the bathrooms are clean some of them awkward means they have very low ceilings a really tight spaces curtains or dirty besides that it's an OK place but you be the judge on your own

Neat hotel with a very odd layout. Nice if you like getting lost, otherwise pay attention to where you are walking. Staff was friendly and attentive and the room was clean

Was there for a few conferences over the past few years. The halls are nice, the staff is attentive, and the food is good. Good location for a conference or larger meeting.

Great hotel! My husband had a very big event and we where very happy with EVERYTHING! Very Friendly staff, clean room, clean hotel in general! We will be back!

Restrooms were clean but wastepaper overflowing. Food was pretty good and wait staff very very pleasant. Staff was very helpful. Floors were very clean

Generally decent rooms and service, but reservations makes mistakes a lot when you call in for changes. Also room locks fail often.

I attended a two day conference here and the staff was wonderful! The food service was delicious, everything was spottless and everybody was so helpful with any questions. Their house-made kettle chips were to die for FYI!
