We have stayed 4 nights in total. It’s central to the old city, walking distance to local shopping. The staff have been awesome, welcoming us and remembering our names. The rooms are gorgeous, beds comfy. The breakfast was included in the price, lovely food. Mr Don was fabulous, gracious and welcoming. He took the time to learn our names and always greeted us. This is my second time visiting Tirant hotel.
First time was on business and second time for the vacation.
I really like the big PHO for the breakfast, but sadly it got smaller. It was still tasty and breakfast on the 11th offers nice view.
The hotel is directly in the heart of the old quarter and the lake. The location is perfect but still very quite.
Mr. Don and Joy were very friendly and helpful.
I will definitely come back!

The room is over priced, especially for the ones which does not have a window. There seems to be a cockroach infestation in this room also. Bathroom is dated. Service is very good however and staff helpful. I'm also adding on that they took on our feedback seriously and I would hope that they will do something about the cockroaches.

Fantastic receptionists, helped sorting out our airport taxi. They also looked after our bags when we went off to Halong Bay overnight. very comfortable room and great place on the rooftop for a drink and looking at the city.

Very conveniently located in the middle of the Old Quarter. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Mr Don constantly talks to guest to make sure they are ok! Breakfast is very good as well. Will recommend this hotel.

This is an amazing Hotel. I've stayed at many Hotels around the World and Tirant is one of the Best.

It's located right in the centre of the Old Quarter, so perfect for shopping, restaurants and easy walking around Hoan Kiem Lake.

We stayed 4 nights and then returned a week later to spend another 4 nights.

Julie (Tam) Receptionist couldn't be more helpful and her pleasant style convinced us, this is the nicest Hotel.

Every single staff member greets with friendliness and efficiency. There is nothing which is too much trouble.

Breakfast is the best buffet I've ever come across. The choice is immense.

I would have no hesitation in saying that every time I come to Ha Noi in future, I'll try to book into the Tirant Hotel.

Oh...one last pleasant surprise... A free limousine to take us to Noi Ba Airport upon our departure at 11:00pm. WOW. This hotel is a real must if you're looking for customer service. It's the best you can hope for.

Very centralised location at old quarters. Room is very clean. Breakfast is not bad though limited varieties. Hotel room's water tap is very hot though.

Our stay was great. They got us a cake for a birthday. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop view was outstanding. Great place to escape the crazy streets of old town. Quiet and the staff, especially customer service agent Jack, was outstanding.

The service is amazing, Hana (customer service personnel) took care of us really well. You can ask them anything, and they will check it out for you. During our stay, we have requested a private tour, recommended halal restaurants and nearby attractions. The hotel has a spa (affordable prices), pool, gym and a rooftop bar (must visit!). Definitely will come back again.

I would class it as a mini hotel but it did offer all the services of 5 star hotel.

Really nice place, awesome rooftop!!! Breakfast with 360 sky view and delicious food! Swimming pool a big small but crazy view. Rooms are very clean, really comfortable!!! Only 1 little detail: sound isolation is not the best : I could hear the people from the other room and somehow the electric pump from the swimming pool (not so loud but still here).
Staff and welcome desk are very nice!!

Lovely base from which to explore Hanoi's Old Quarter. Walking distance to everything and the most lovely staff who would do and organise anything for you.

Staff were it's biggest feature. Hotel was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Swimming pool area very appealing.

The staff here were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and rooftop are great. You can sit on the roof and enjoy a beautiful view of Hanoi and see the entire West Lake. I will definitely come here again when I am back in Hanoi!

Beatiful hotel with staff that can't do enough for you. Beautiful views from the roof top and a relaxing ambience throughout the building. Air con in all rooms and hallways. Pool is to die for. To do better,you would be in royalty apartments.

The location of the hotel is perfect. But, staffs need more train as not every clients gonna be treated equally. Mattress was hard and noise from street was disturb you all the time. Consider some hotels at cheaper price on the other side of Old Quarter....

Good service but the bed sheet had BLOOD on it. Which were not ours. No matter how good the service is, dirty and disgusting blooded bed sheets are NEVER accepable. We were extremely grossed out by this. Unacceptable!

Very great staff. Nice rooftop restaurant and bar. Also have a rooftop pool. View is great. Room was nothing special, but then again I don't think I sprung for an expensive room. It was really weird not having a window in our room and I actually work up in a panic in the middle of the night not knowing where I was (I think it was due to not having a window). So be prepared not to have a window in your room. They were able to hold our luggage as we spent a few more hours on our last day exploring the Old Quarter before our flight home.

Nice rooms without window up to a certain price class. Comfortable and quiet which is a must after a day in the city

The coffe was good, the waiters and waitress, the washing room ladies were friendly and polite. Also, the room were clean and fresh. Local guest are treated with respect.

This hotel is in the middle of very busy old Hanoi. You cannot have better location. You step out of the hotel and you are in the middle of daily commotion. People on the bikes. Everybody is selling everything.
Hotel is very modern and clean. Rooms have good size. There are TV, phone, minibar, fridge, safe, hairdryer and air condition in the room. There is a restaurant on 11th floor - you can have a meal or drink on the roof with amazing view!

Good services, nice room. The hotel's receptionist gave my ID to another person which made me have to stay for another night. It was bad.

Huge hotel in the old quarter. The very rare hotel in that area contain a swimming pool. nice bar on top and ofcouse very good location.

The best hotel in the Old Quarter. We have stayed there three times and would not consider anywhere else now. The hotel staff are first class, always happy to help with any requirement. Continuous improvements to the Skyline bar on the rooftop giving a great view out over Hanoi.

Tirant hotel is amazing. The hotel rooms are especially spacious given its location at downtown Hanoi. The hotel owners, Aston and Shofien, were both trained in the US so they are very pleasant to talk with and I could ask them for anything like an internet-enabled SIM card.

Great service

Excellent value for money hotel in great location in Old Quarter of Hanoi. Close proximity to great shopping, restaurants, sight seeing and cheap bars. Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and have excellent English. Rooms are large and well equipped with an Internet equipped computer and free WiFi. An extensive breakfast is included in the tarif. A very helpful tour organiser is located in the hotel. Highly recommend the airport transfer service as low stress and only a few dollars more than very risky local taxis.
