Hotel itself was clean and modern. Everything was really nice looking. The problems we had were pretty minor. Keurig in our room dispensed cold coffee. No coffee was made in the lobby in the morning. Hot tub was closed in the morning however it was to be cleaned so understandable. Shower in our room had nearly no hot water pressure. And when we checked out we came out to a broken window and torn apart vehicle. The staff was very accommodating though and helped us clean out the glass and offered to make us a temp window out of cardboard. They also ensured us the other problems we had would be looked after so I'd still rate this hotel well. Staff was awesome, especially the maintenance man that helped us. I'd recommend they get some cameras on the side parking lot or at the very least put up signage saying it's under surveillance

Our favourite hotel to stay at night before early flights from YCC. Was a little disappointed only one rooftop hot tub operating and the amazing view was blocked with plywood. Hopefully next time we attend both tubs will be in order. Friendly staff. Room always clean. Complimentary DVDs to watch. TV in bathroom to watch while in tub! Love this hotel!

I have shifted my rating down a star. It is still decent, but on my third multi-day stay, had some real issues. First the toilet ran constantly, every time I tried to go say something, the woman at the desk was on the phone (she stayed on the phone to the point I think she was avoiding people) so I let the thing run. The biggest issue I had with her was her total incompetence when it came to the shuttle. She gave me totally bad information twice resulting in much frustration and taxi rides instead of the shuttle. They paid the taxi fee, but I would not trust anything she says. There is a black lady there and she is the only one with whom I would deal if the first one is there (the one I had issues with is of Indian or Pakistani descent I think with long hair and dark glasses I also saw no name tag and that may be by her design as others wear one.)
Rooms are fine, one thing I really appreciated was the 20 minutes of free long distance every day anywhere in Canada or US. Saved me about $20 a day on Verizon Roaming Charges. If you do not take a computer, there are a couple in the lounge, when they work they are okay at best, and the printer works as well.
I have stayed there three times and the other two times, there were no problems, so I may be venting frustration here.
I will definitely stay there again due to the convenient location.

Had to wait for my room for an hour in the lobby. Another guest was given an extra hour to check in front of me but when we asked in the morning was the receptionist barely extended it by 15 mins. My wife found hair on the supposedly “clean” hand towels so didn’t use their towels. There’s no room service and only one restaurant, feels more like a motel. Most hotels have fridge and microwaves in the room but this place doesn’t. It’s definitely not a 3 star hotel maybe 2 star. The common sitting area on the ground floor is nice and a microwave, vending machines and TVs.

Went to the spa called Le Soleil. They are always welcoming and genuinely happy to see you. Their service is top notch. I love how the tech (Jennifer) is very considerate both in her manner and how she handles your skin. Totally recommend coming here for the wide variety of services they offer. Also the products they use are top quality.

We stayed here after our vacation so we could make our morning flight. Rooms were very clean and they offered a shuttle to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had an early flight out of Calgary and decided to book a room for the night to get a little rest. The rooms were very nice, the beds comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. If you're talking the shuttle to the airport make sure you book your time. We didn't know we needed to and didn't get the time we wanted.

The service and robe in the room were good. However, there were a few disappointments:
1. The layout of the room seemed strange with 3 seating areas and only a queen bed. We knew it would be a queen but the room definitely warranted a king and would have been much better.
2. The bed was next to an extremely loud air-conditioner/heater that would start up every 5 to 10 mins. Made for a horrible sleep. The bed could easily fit on the other side of the partition wall so that it was not so close to the noise.
3. My husband wanted to sleep so I was excited to have a bath while watching the TV in there, which I thought was a cool feature. However, as I lay in there and turn the tv on, it only had 3 or 4 channels :(
We will choose another place to stay the night before our flights in the future.

Clean rooms and great service. The restaurant attached could be better but it's not bad. Would recommend for a quick stay.

Very friendly stuff. Clean and great parking, and very nice hot tube but one of them was out of order. No microwave and no refrigerator at rooms.
I think this hotel is a 3 stars hotel, not a 4 stars hotel.

Was there on a voucher for a missed connection. My stay was less than 12 hours, but everything worked perfectly. Melissa at the front desk was amazing with my situation, which was greatly appreciated in my tired state. Check out was also seamless. I would definitely recommend the hotel as well as consider future stays here.

Hotel was close to the airport with a quick shuttle to and from the location. For the price I got an adequate room for an overnight layover. However the night staff was super friendly. My friend dropped his cell phone in the cab and they promptly helped him call the lost and found and retrieve the phone an hour later. The front desk staff went above and beyond their responsibilities and I would come back again thanks to them.

Great price compared to other airport hotels - lots of complimentary inclusions. Shuttle service was great for getting to my flight on time. Room was modern and clean.

We love this hotel and have stayed many times. It is easy to get to and very clean. We love the roof top hot tubs and its a big factor in us staying there. This trip one of the tubs was closed and the other was completely filled with people who were drinking. I had 3 teenage girls with me so we did not go into the hot tub. Beds are comfy. We love that they have a kurig to make your own coffee in room and a good selection of teas in the lobby. There is a little tv in the bathroom but it only played 3 channels. Service was friendly.

The ammenties in this hotel come at a fair price. Cozy rooms with a large bathroom and some nice perks and you can find them usually on sale or cheap for short notice when available. Close to the airport if need be or near the main arteries of traffic so you can get where you need to go quickly.

We were flying out super early and decided a hotel would cut out some morning driving time and help us get some extra sleep, but boy were we wrong! I booked online and in the special requests section I noted that we required a crib/play pen for our infant son. When we checked in and enquired if the crib was already in the room the staff member said there was no note of a request. My confirmation email CLEARLY showed my request. After waiting some time, and a few calls to front desk we were finally brought one crib that was broken. More phone calls, more waiting, and no replacement. AND NO SLEEP! We finally gave up since it was so late and we wanted to try and get a few hours rest. It was a horrible uncomfortable night with little sleep.

Awesome place to stay when you're flying out of Calgary. Shuttle to and from the airport. Beautiful clean rooms and great rates. Hot tub on the roof is an added bonus. Take it the sunset of the Calgary skyline while soaking in a hot tub. What could be better!!

Great choice if you have an early flight out of Calgary! Clean rooms, showers are spacious with good water flow and free shuttle to & from the airport! We were able to drop our rental car off a day early as the shuttle provided us timely service to the airport.

Stayed here for the night before my wedding with my maid of honor. Had the double queen room. Hotel was clean and pretty. Staff were very nice and helpful. The shower was nice and relaxing. Really enjoyed the night I spent here. Would definitely stay here again. Price for one night was also very reasonable.

This is an Ultra Modern, efficient, great place to stay overnight if you have a early morning flight to catch. The staff was really friendly very intelligent and helpful. It has an absolutely Gourmet wonderful Restaurant and Bar.

I only stayed here for like 4 hours because my flight was cancelled but the room was clean and the bathroom was lovely. I didn't get to try out the shower but it looked like it had a really nice rain shower head. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and the shuttle service back to the airport was helpful. Nothing bad to say about this place during my short stay.

Enjoyed the room was just there to sleep. It was a cold weekend and I received downstairs parking but when my daughter's car had a flat and I parked downstairs I was charge 10 for extra space. I left the car for her. We are talking minus 40 with wind chill but the man downstairs helped us to get the tire pumped up and made sure it was safe to drive on as it was extremely icy

As airport hotels go this is a fantastic one. On our way to Banff we stayed here one night after an NHL game. Clean, bright and friendly. We were expecting less. The attracted resturaunt is nice too. We grabbed drinks before and after the game then walked right up to our room.

Located close to the airport the rooms are nice and there is a good Italian restaurant downstairs. I have stayed here several times and have always had a great stay. The rooms are clean and moderate with large TV's, coffee station, office desk, in room safe and full body shower sprayer.

You will find that this hotel has a varying price range some days it will be around $100 and the next will be $200 for the same room. So make sure to price check before purchasing.

There is no breakfast included in the stay, but there is a restaurant that is open in the morning if you want to grab something before you go. There is coffee and fresh cream in the lobby as well as tea.

Overall good stay, wish I could have tested out the rooftop hot tub as it looked very inviting!

Value for money and good for overnight stays close to the airport. Clean rooms, shower tubs with hot jet sprays and basic toiletries are provided (+hairdryer). The hotel also has a rooftop jacuzzi (closed in winter), which was really nice to relax in summer. The hotel provides free shuttle to & from Calgary airport (need to contact hotel beforehand). There is also a restaurant called Pacini connected to the hotel.

The hotel was nice and conveniently near the airport as I needed a bed after a long flight. Service to rent dvds is a nice touch. Only one of the two hot tubs in the roof were working when I was there and was not very warm. Not sure of this feature on the roof as with planes roaring over head and an industrial view around the hotel didn't make for the most relaxing experience.

This place is well beyond my expectations! Booked a room for the night(so close to airport) & everything has been great. Room is welcoming, nice bed & very clean. I like the mini Keurig for morning coffee. Well done!

Friendly staff. Clean room. And, a bonus above most other hotels, the pillows were normal size and not 2 feet thick. Had a good sleep and the fact they let you park and fly (and offer free airport shuttle) is a huge bonus

Pretty good hotel, nothing too special but nice for a hotel by the airport. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The curtains don't close (just the shear curtains close) which is a problem if you want to go to sleep before sunset.

This was a very nice hotel with close proximity to the airport. Aircraft noise isn't very noticeable here and the hotel has very environmentally sensitive amenities. There is a TV in the bathroom (select rooms) and has a great fitness center and swimming pool. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious.

Clean rooms, friendly staff! Nice rooftop deck. Cons: only one hot tub was open, no towels on deck for them, and the wifi is terrible. Couldn't keep on longer than 5 minutes before I had to re-connect.

Great stay for the price. Location is less than 5 mins from the airport. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. There's a restaurant on site but nothing else immediately nearby. It would be perfect if the rooms had a fridge and microwave.

The hot tub is the real attraction but you can't necessarily get in. One was down for maintenance and the other had 8 drunks in it that wouldn't leave and give anybody else a chance. One small tub for a lot of rooms means go at off hours, it's full in the evenings. On the plus side it was new, clean and convenient to the airport for my early flight.

Stayed for one night when our flight got in late. The location is great, just a few minutes by shuttle from the airport. Check-in was easy and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

The beds are comfortable and I love the modern interior. the bathroom is also very nice. There are a few concerns however. the heat in the public and common parts of the hotel was well above comfortable. 25 degrees +. Also even though I've stayed here before I only just noticed how many planes pass directly overhead. It noisey at 6am due to constant plane take offs

The hotel is a quick shuttle ride from the airport. Welcomed by friendly staff. The rooms are nice, clean, and modern.

I stayed here twice and I will definitely come back again. The receptionist is a very polite and welcoming. They pick up from the arrival terminal and drop you off at the departure. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The price is very reasonable and can't be beaten. They have pool on the roof.

Hotel seemed nice and staff was very polite. Rooms was clean. Only stayed because of delays but they were accommodation.

We had a 9 hour connection in Calgary and booked this hotel just for a comfortable sleeping time.

There was good customer service and the rooms were lovely. The location was great for overnight stay but I wish there were more frequent shuttles to the airport.

My flight was not until 6pm so I was gifted a 3pm check out time with no extra charge. Very kind and helpful at reception. Free shuttle from airport and a great driver! Lovely restaurant next door with fantastic food. Every bite was a delight! Friendly service and very good product knowledge!! I'm happy that the airline messed up my flights, I've enjoyed my time here and I've been well looked after!!!

It was a great experience. I had to attend training for work and the staff was amazing. I would totally recommend it.

Our stay was brief. Had to leave at 3AM for a flight, so we needed a shuttle to the airport. The hotel covered the cost of a cab, but forgot to call it in the morning. Luckily we were early enough that it wasn't down to the wire. The hotel itself is decent.

Currently staying here for the first time. Having a fantastic stay. The personnel at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. Also, an employee by the name of David (not sure what his official position is) is straight fire. Honestly just a total beauty. He was both helpful and went out of his way to ensure a pleasant stay for myself and my fellow guest. I typically get a hotel almost every month in Calgary... I will certainly be back to acclaim. So far it doesn't dissapoint. However, the shower is very impractical; it's missing a sliding door, gets cold while taking shower plus floor is slippery.

Close to airport. Clean and modern. Shuttle available for airport every 00 and 30. Breakfast included but we couldn't try it since we had to leave to early, at 5am. Quiet rooms.

Rooms are fantastic and at the price you get, they are basically giving rooms away. Beautiful rooftop spa and the rooms are very high end. Makes you feel like your in a hotel you could never afford but it is cheaper than most. Staff is friendly and willing to help. It's also very close to the airport which is very convenient! Would stay everytime I go to Calgary

Nice bathrooms. The pulse shower thing looks nice buggy non functional. The rainfall shower heads were nice. Nice deep tub. Great lighting in room. I know so many hotels which don't have lights in the bed area other than a lamp.

I've just stayed at this hotel last night from my experience it was good my only complaint is that Darren the FDS didn't send the shuttle to the terminal and I waited for 45 min, the restaurant attached is pricey

Heard two bad things about the hotel--the restaurant and the fact that they don't exchange money. The restaurant is good, just overpriced. If you want a more fun experience, Woody's Taphouse is about 4 km away and very good (Avoid Ricky's All Day Grill). If you need to exchange money, the shuttle will take you to the airport and the exchange place is right inside the door where they drop you off, And they will be back in a half hour to get you.

My husband and I stayed here for our second night visiting Calgary Comic Con 2015. This is the second time we've gotten this hotel through hotwire and it's a-ma-zing.

We went for a king room (no suite). The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. The view is okay (the mountains are visible but there is a lot of view-pollution between here and there).

This hotel consistently has the best customer service that we've encountered. Not only was the front desk accommodating to our request for a king (instead of two queens), check in and check out were fast and easy, and I was in my room in no time flat.

We book through hotwire for the rate- but if we weren't, I would be staying here anyway. Be sure to check out the roof top jet tub.
