This motel was 1 mile from NRG, where I was setting up as an exhibitor. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay great. Given the proximity to high traffic areas, I never felt unsafe, the property was very secure.

This isn't a 5 star hotel. It's a motel. I start with that because with all of the great reviews and high rating, I was expecting a traditional hotel. When I pulled up, I almost left to find another place to stay, but very glad I didn't!
The unusual high rating for a motel is definitely a testament to the staff and care they take into the property.
Customer service was very helpful. I called twice once to confirm reservations, and second, to inquire about shuttle service to the stadium. Both times, my call was answered right away. No outsourced system or bot.
The room is spacious and comfortable. I can't stress enough just how clean everything is! The floors were impeccably mopped, not just swiffered over. The bedding was spotless and fresh. There's a desk area, microwave, sitting area, TV, coffee pot, iron with full-size board, and extra chairs. Free parking and free WiFi.
The a/c works perfectly and is very quiet.
I highly recommend staying here.

Decent motel for others in the same price range. Rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. It’s easy on and off 610.

Stayed 3 nights here while in Houston. Rooms are recently updated and the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever seen. Exceptional service also, the man who runs the place saw me walking down the stairs, I have a bad hip so it propably looked funny, he ran out and met me at my car and offered to move us to a downstairs room so I could avoid the stairs. Will definitely stay here again when going to Houston.

Great value for a room that's maybe a 2 mile walk from the stadium and 15 minute drive from downtown. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked well, had a fridge/microwave/iron/blowdryer and good hot water. Sheets were a little sparse, but Houston is usually hot so it was fine. Felt safe. Gaj who worked the front desk was very nice and personable
