Average motel. I didn't have any issues during my stay. Staff was nice. Was closest, decent place.

Staff is very friendly. Nice rooms and a large meeting room and a nicer than most fitness room. They have a large common area and benches outside for the smokers as it is a smoke free hotel. Also includes a free continental breakfast.

Place is inexpensive for the quality. Very clean and well equipped rooms. Beds are very comfortable and you get lots of pillows. I usually pay over a hundred dollars for this quality but was not even close to that here.i will stay here every time I visit.

Best lodging bargain of my trip. Large room with king size bad, TV and Internet. Motel was quiet for the most part. I think side exit door in outside hallway was broken it banged shut when people used it. The motel lobby and hallways were kept hot and stuffy but once you got in your room you could set the temperature wherever you want. Breakfast was sufficient. I usually just have coffee but I had a biscuit with gravy anyways. Everything was OK with me during my stay.

Clean place. Lobby was too hot, furniture is in need of replacing, breakfast could have been better.

When you walk in the door, it's warm and very humid. This continues throughout the entry and hallway. The ac was turned off on my room so it was even hotter. Continental breakfast is a joke. It comes to a couple of room temp bagels and a few granola bars. I don't like the place honestly, but the other hotel in town is even worse.

This was such a great place, couldn't be happier we found it. We missed our turn coming through Colorado and ended up driving through the night on the wrong road, couldn't find a place to stay anywhere until we came across this hotel at almost 5 a.m. The desk clerk was kind enough to allow us an early check-in so that we could stay through the entire day and another night without charging us for a second night. Superb customer service, I would definitely come back if we ever end up in this area again!

Very beautiful rooms, wonderful beds! Continental Breakfast was ok. Very quiet. All in all was a great place to stay.

This is a beautiful and very relaxing place to stay. The room is immaculate with wifi and a smart tv that has an extensive interactive cable network. The owners are extremely generous and very friendly, going up and above what should be expected. I stayed there because my car broke down and they were willing to give me a ride in town to eat and get car parts. Outside appearance is good, but when you go into the rooms, it's what you would call upscale. And it IS NOT over priced as previously stated by another poster

My family and I have stayed at Single Tree inn a few times in the past. This last visit has been the least pleasant. Seems you have to wait 30 minutes before you can flush the toilet one time to the next. 4 persons in one room this did not work too well. Continental breakfast you we're on your own basically, nothing was warm and prepared and each time before there was bisquits and gravy. The donuts we're hard, bagels we're stale. Had to microwave Bacon myself. Next time we are in town we will most likely seek other options.

Just checking in. Room is well cared-for, if a little oddly organized (why is that lamp there?). So far no funny smells, noises, or trouble. Desk help was kind and had a sense of humor :)

The rooms are nice and up to date. Plenty of pillows, and a good continental breakfast.

Spent an unexpected night here arriving at 1:30 in the morning on 07-19-2012.
Great night staff. Was told at check-in not to worry about check-out time -"leave when you want". Nice. Continental breakfast was fresh and hot. Very reasonable rates. Room was appointed appropriately, Would stay here again.
