Nice hotel, easy access and a great staff. Breakfast was not bad. Shampoo and conditioner are not the best quality but all in all very nice

My family and I had a wonderful time here we are a family of 6 and found ourselves coming into a very clean very friendly environment the amenities were awesome they have a gym indoors they have a pool all with your room key card access all access to these areas plus the free breakfast in the morning is just amazing this is not a continental breakfast where you get a whole bunch of little tiny pastries and then some OJ and a side of coffee and they're done with it no we're talking about 5 Star scrambled eggs turkey bacon or sausage fresh fruit oatmeal waffles different juices coffees of all varieties muffins croissants and much more. I'm happy to say that I will be more than happy to book again another stay-over trip here and the staff we're awesome took care of every tiny demand that I had with a smile and the cleanup crew does an amazing job setting up the rooms getting everything absolutely perfect these are OSHA trained employees absolutely wonderful kitchen staff very very clean I highly recommend others to come and feel at home when you get here like you're being taken care of by your grandma you know the nice kind who always had food ready for you in the morning just to get you going for your day!😘

Other staff equally as friendly (can't remember all the names). Housekeeping staff is great as well as maintenance man Eric. Roll in shower with grab bars for mom very helpful. Free breakfast. Fitness room. Rewards points for going Green. Kitchenette.
NOT SO POSITIVE: There is no separate seating area as pictured online and room was smaller than pictured. I specifically picked this location for the separation of living and sleeping areas and did not receive that Handle in shower was missing. (corrected quickly when I brought to staff attention). Sofa sunk on one side and maintenance quickly checked it and had a solution to fix. Sofa had a couple of questionable stains.

Overall, the customer service has been top notch. I Would request another room but 81 year old mom won't budge because she doesn't want to pack her stuff😀. I would stay here again strictly because of the customer service and amenities I have received and not so much for the room

UPDATE:. Will not stay here again. No explanation about why room not as advertised. Shower not came off after so called repair.

Great place to stay. Microwave in rooms. Free breakfast buffet everyday. Coffee and Tea free all day. Friendly staff. You can buy wine downstairs at small store at hotel. Timely with all request from front desk for any toiletry or problems with your room. Clean.

Gorgeous rooms and very clean. Housekeeping employees are so very sweet and attentive to your needs. The front desk workers however should really get an attitude adjustment SMH

My husband and I stayed at SpringHill last night. Staff was very friendly and courteous.
Room was very clean and spacious.
Pillows were awesome and I’d love to know where they got the comforter as I’d love one for home.
Bathrooms super clean and great water pressure, even on the 4th floor!
Breakfast assortment was amazing and tasty.
For us, the only down side was the mattress. Way too hard, and the fitted sheet did not fit right,
Overall, look forward to staying there again.

I stayed at the hotel with some colleagues while traveling for work. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was very courteous. Breakfast offered a nice variety. The location was close to restaurants and shopping, and for me was very close to the client we were working at.

Initial, assigned room looked as if someone had just gotten out of bed. When I returned to the front desk, the young lady apologized profusely and obtained another room fairly quickly. After entering the newly assigned room, both young ladies at the front desk called to ensure everything was to my liking.

I had never stayed at a Springhill Suites before, but I will do so, again, in the future. I love the separate sitting room and the kitchenette nook.

Initially I was not satisfied with my stay here in this hotel. I was overcharged and was not satisfied with a couple of other things that I experienced at this hotel. However, a day or so after my stay I received a call from a rep from the hotel who credited me back the overage they initially charged. They also expressed how my experience would be different in the future... I will give this establishment another try.

Great staff ,great room , excellent breakfast! They even have free coffee 24/7. The workout room and pool are pretty decent. During our stay the even had all new pool furniture placed around the pool.

Friendly staff, clean room, free hot breakfast. Rooms and hotel are modern and in great condition. Whats not to love? This is the second Springhill Suites we have stayed at, and will definitely be staying at more in the future!

This place is fantastic. Modern, clean, efficient and nice. The room is plenty big, efficiently packed with full refrigerator and dishwasher, Big bathroom and big shower. The staff was great. Highly recommended.

Very quiet and clean. Although I was on the 4th floor, I did smell sulfur in the middle of the night not sure why. Most of the front desk staff was friendly. The room had a few issues like the desk was kind of beat up and so was the cabinet next to the fridge. Water wasn't that hot either but over all the stay was not bad. I was there for three nights and the coffee was good as well. I did not partake in the free breakfast though.

Everyone has been friendly and helpful. They have the best-tasting waffle batter at a hotel (even better than Disney!) The rooms are nice and clean. The shower pressure is strong and the water is hot. The trundle bed was comfortable. I would recommend it.

My husband, myself and my two sons had a great experience at this Springhill Suites over the New Year's weekend. Just after we arrived, my husband wanted to find a sports bar that was open late. Khadijah, the assistant manager, who checked us in (has great customer service skills) gave us some good information for exactly where to go and what places to check out in the area. We had a great time and I got awesome photos because of her tips.
We'd like to make our visit to West Palm Beach to visit family a yearly trip & would stay here again.

Nice size room and comfortable beds. The room overall look clean however when you started looking more deeply it could have used a thorough deep cleaning. Would stay there again great staff.

Location was great for work but the beds were not great. One of them had a large dip and felt like you were sliding out of bed and the other was just not comfortable

Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast (eggs&sausage) and orange juice had a weird taste to it, the waffles were good and there wasn't the usual line to make them.

Great customer service staff with great when it comes to hospitality. Also this is a very cozy place and I will recommend it to anyone that comes to West Palm Beach.

I stayed here to ride out Hurricane Irma. The staff, especially Khadejah, made sure my stay was comfortable even though they were tired and stressed, too.

The newly remodeled rooms are excellent, and the breakfast is outstanding. I stay there weekly, and I haven't had anything but great customer service!! My choice EVERYTIME!!

The rooms are nice and roomy. The complimentary food is tasty and plentiful. Great location. Only 12 minutes from the airport. Close to City Place. Definitely use Uber or rent a car. Taxis are way overpriced

The location was very convenient for accessing the beach which was 15 minutes away as well as shopping areas. The rooms were well kept and clean. The service was very friendly and accommodating to any trouble we experienced with our stay.

This place has lots of room. 2 beds and a sofa bed. Our fridge was broken but they replaced it quickly. Work out room, pool, and wide selection on breakfast. Loved it. Well designed seating area for dining.

Gym equipment useful & clean , cardiovascular machines w/personal t.v.'s and free weights! Convenient store in lobby has items like Ben and Jerry's, pizza, white castle, to beer & wine.
Pool, nice and clean, limited hours. No hot-tub, but room's have personal tub. Plus this professional staff knows what hospitality industry means.

Hotel staff is certainly wonderful. The breakfast was adequate, and the hotel was quiet. The main problem, however, is that the room was muggy to the point of being uncomfortable. The air conditioning filter must not have been changed in a year... the air emitted smelled moldy and made my eyes water all night.

Nice rooms. Breakfast is not as early as I'd hoped and makes me a few minutes late to visit my customer if I partake. For that reason I won't stay again.

I stay in room 225 and it was really nice and clean and breakfast tasted really good and there was a really nice amount of food available.

Rooms are nice. It was quiet. Our room was spacious. It wasn't far from the concert we attended at the amphitheater.

The staff is super nice, the facility is clean, laundry machines are cheap, only one washer and drier though. Plus the continental breakfast is above average.

I stayed at this hotel for the second leg of my vacation. The first leg, I was in San Antonio and stayed at Springhill Suites by the Riverwalk so I already had a nice experience to reference. The second leg of my trip I used hotwire and booked a room at the Rodeway Inn & Suites in Ft. Lauderdale. I stayed there one night and couldn't get out of there fast enough!!! Frightened for my safety, and being a female travelling by myself, that very night I searched for a Springhill that wasn't full and booked the rest of my trip at Springhill Suites West Palm. Janelle at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming. She even gave me a bottle of water when I checked in!! I wish I could name everyone that I spoke with, but I can't. All I can tell you is that from the Sales Manager, front desk clerks, house keepers, to the facilities head - EVERYONE I came into contact with was genuinely friendly. I had never heard of Springhill Suites by Marriot before this trip, but I can tell you this, I will always look for a Springhill Suites for all future vacations. Thank you so much for creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere:)

I stayed at the WPB location for a week and was completely pleased. Everything from the service, the breakfast, and the room was outstanding.

I've been here 2 months on a work assignment. Pretty good for a business hotel. The free internet can reach 10mps so don't bother with the upgrade. Staff is great. Location is spotty. Pool and breakfast can be overwhelmed with children on weekends. Room is clean and fine, but it's hard to time the maid.
