The reception staff were very helpful. They assisted me in getting my boarding pass when I was having problems downloading it. They also helped me to find an electrical charger I needed. They were friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel was very clean and I will definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel, very good service, clean spacious rooms, freindly staff.
The problem is the location, the hotel is close to the airport but far from city center.
The shops around the hotel close early, so you need to buy your things and eat early.
There is a metro station nearby, so if yoy prefer quiet pkaces, this pkace is highly recommended.

Rooms are clean and cool. Perhaps the air conditioner was a bit weak but it was nor a big deal. The breakfast was awesome, with a great variety of choices (both healthy and tasty, as well as plenty of sweets). Finally, people in reception were very welcoming.

Myself and my girlfriend had an amazing time in Madrid and Abba made our experience even better in the weekend we got engaged. Close to plenty of transport options and staff was great. Special mention to Soraya in Reception who delievered us with amazing customer service and info about everything we needed to do in Madrid. We will be back for sure!

Situated near the Intercambiador Bus-Terminal and Metro- Station of Avenida de America, you can reach easyly the airport and the City .
You will find a great Restaurant in the Hotel and a nice Bar. I always like to stay in The Abba Hotel when I'm in Madrid.

Das Abba Hotel in Madrid ist zu empfehlen. Es ist nicht super modern, aber hat alle Standards, die man so erwartet. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Saubere, grosse Zimmer. Sehr komfortable Betten. Der Flughafen ist in ca. 15min per Taxi erreichbar.

Good in general but some classic elements and decoration isn't modern at all. But good ambient, clean rooms and everything you want in a hotel.

Old Hotel. The carpet is very old and made my family very alergic to it. The Wifi is terrible, it had issues every 2 minutes, kept disconnecting. The shower had a weak stream of water, like very very weak. I called the reception about it, they send the maintenance guy to fix it, but kept the same way. The thermostat was broken in my room as well. And I asked for a luggage chair and the holtel didn't have any to supply!
Although the lobby is very nice and the workers are very polite and helpful.

Central location. Taxis available in front of the hotel 24/7. Rooms are decent and good breakfast

I did not have a reservation and they were accomodating to provide a room. The room was clean and pleasant. Check in and check out both went smoothly. The breakfast buffet was very good

It's a nice place, you can find an underground station. If you are searching a quiet hotel in Madrid this is tour hotel beacuse there isn't any noise. The rooms are confortable and with a great bathroom. From my point of view, the only thing that they could improve is the decor

It's been a pleasure staying at the Abba Madrid. Very professional staff and curious. If you are a foreigner they are very help full and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

nice hotel, close to subway, perfect location, with low water pressure in the shower. full glass table everywhere so you should check twice if there is a crack

It's just fine. Not great but fine.. We had to get moved from room once because of an overflow on another room which was dripping to our room, some of our things got wet, luckily nothing got ruined.

A fairly classy hotel with rather stiff but accommodating staff. Not what I would call a warm and cozy atmosphere and doesn't offer much charm or character. But if you like a sleek and modern hotel with a more formal ambiance this should please.

The hotel is in within short walking distance to the Intercambiador de Transporte Avenida de América, a main transportation hub for Madrid, providing easy access to the Metro, city, regional, and international buses. Take bus #200 for an inexpensive, quick, and hassle-free connection to the airport.

First time staying here. Had a very nice room on Floor 9 with wonderful views. Staff very pleasant and public areas clean and well maintained. If there was a complaint, it was that the hot buffet could be a little better and that the coffee machines seemed to have minds of their own sometimes.
Will certainly stay again on our next visit to see family - we have stayed at a number of other hotels in Madrid over the years, but none as nice as this.

The hotel rooms may be slightly smaller than American hotels, but the food and the service has been very good and no complaints have been made.

The whole experience of staying at the Abba Madrid was excellent. The room and bathroom very clean food good and the staff friendly and helpful. If in Madrid will definitely stay again. Have already recommended to friends.

The majority of the staff were very helpful. Rooms are comfortable (when aircon is working!). Easy access to central Madrid. Would be nice to have access to an English program apart from news channels. Overall: very impressed
