Ashley was a great host! Above and beyond service! Housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean and breakfast was hot and fresh. The rooms were unbelievably cozy. It was like I never left home!

The hotel was nice and spacious. The staff was kind and greeted us. Our room was nice and clean and enough space for the 4 of us staying in it. The gym and pool is a nice place to leisure and hangout with your friends when you're not busy on your vacation. The morning breakfast was wonderful with the eggs and sausage and make your own mini waffels.

Room was nice, and clean and breakfast was good. but the price on line said $98 however at check out it was $130! That was with AAA discount. (Half was the rate and half was occupancy tax.) - just aggregating.

We had a really great experience! The breakfast was really good and the staff did a really good job keeping the food in stock. The rooms were really nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We will definitely be using them again.

The breakfast is tasty, rooms are clean, pool was nice, housekeeping was accommodating. However, we stayed four nights and had a problem with our keys and/or the side door every night. Night 1, side door would not let us in. Lady at desk said the door wasn't broken, so we asked her for new keys before we went up. Night 2, side door didn't work again so the gentleman at the desk placed a work order. Our keys worked fine. Night 3, door was under maintenance. Night 4, tonight, side door didn't work. As we came in the main door, young man at the desk asked if we we're checking in. We told him the side door wouldn't let us in. He said, oh I understand. Got to the room, our keys were dead. Husband went downstairs while I waited in the hall. Husband finally called me and asked me to call the desk ... No one was around. I called twice and it rang close to 50 times between both calls before he answered and was helping my husband.
If there weren't an ordeal with access, every single night, this would have been a lovely stay.

Very easy access on and off Interstate. Nice and roomy and clean. Very friendly staff. Cracker Barrel a little walk away. Not impressed with breakfast at all or the coffee. Bed not as comfortable as Comfort Inn the night before. The worst part was getting woken up about 9:30 by loud music on a Sunday morning not sure what that was about. Beware of the slick shower and turning from hot to cold water. And television picture turned real dark after watching a while.

The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was quiet and relaxing. Overall, it was a very pleasant hotel to stop overnight during a long road trip.

Seriously one of the best hotels I have stayed at! Will definitely be returning when I come back to Orlando!

Was in town for the Florida Reining Horse Association event stayed here. The staff was super courteous and was prompt for all my needs. Even when I came in late at night they front desk had stepped away briefly, they were apologetic and only waited a minute or two. I highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay. Morning breakfast was great.

Indoor heated pool was great. My grandchildren had a blast. Nice friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Close to the interstate. There were restaurants close by so it was convenient. The hotel and rooms were clean and the staff was hospitable.

We ordered extra pillows and never received them. The hot tub was out of order which was very disappointing. The alarm clock was set to midnight and I had to unplug it to get it to stop.The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.

Very nice hotel. Front test is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is yummy! Stayed in a king studio. Kids loved it bc there room was separate from ours and had their own tv.

I arrived at the hotel at 1157pm. I asked if I had to go through the app on my phone to get price online, because I have found that sometimes you do not. She said hold on and started doing something on the computer. Right after it hit midnight, she said yes, you have to do it online, which I could no longer do, because it wanted to put me into the next day, which I was told I can't check in until 3pm. Are you serious? I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. If I had to do it online, then why make me wait to tell me and when I missed it, why not give me the rate you made me miss.

Very new hotel with quality rooms, amenities and a comfortable stay. Unfortunately though close to JAX, remote access to any quality resteraunts make it less desirable stay. Staff was not knowledgeable about local dinning choices.

Friendly staff! Ladies that clean the rooms are so friendly also. Love the free breakfast. Inside pool and hot tub..and an outside patio. Only recommendation would be a covered area for the patio out back due to rain.

The property is walking distance to restaurants and some shopping. The building is very clean and spacious, but our room smelled slightly of mold/mildew from the AC. The room was otherwise large and clean. I enjoyed the layout too. The breakfast was like any other Fairfield. Be sure to get there early though, as all of the fruit and pastries were gone with 30 minutes left before breakfast ended. All that said, if the need to stay west of Jax arises again, I'll likely stay here.

Was pretty conveniently located near 295, and thus on route for us. Rooms were fairly clean and very spacious. Breakfast area was clean and well designed. Staff friendly, had room ready for early check-in. Pool was really warm and nice for me, but my daughter said her eyes bothered her after swimming. Breakfast was a little disorganized, but it sounded like the regular breakfast lady was out sick. I would stay here again.

Nice Marriott property just off I-10 headed towards Jacksonville. Nice and quiet and close enough to get to Everbank Field pretty quickly. Typical Fairfield Inn--nice room and good breakfast. The hotel was pretty full for the bowl game and for New Year's Eve so they were a little stressed beyond a normal business travelers load.

Nice place. Quiet, indoor pool, caring staff. Maintenance man Larry went out of his way to take care of an issue in my room, and wasn't satisfied until I was. Appreciate the service. Would stay here again.

This was a very nice hotel. The room even had a small sitting room attached that made it feel more like a suite. All of the staff were friendly and helpful too.

Service was great, Room was neatly clean as I spect bred was comfortable and also elevator smell clean. Breakfast is actually pretty good and delicious not a tipical hotel.
The only tiny problem is that the parking spaces are really really tide, like any other hotels in Jacksonville.
Other than the parking everything seems to be awesome!

Great hotel. One of the best quality hotels I've been in, in a very long time. Very luxurious, extremely clean, heated pool, hot tub, and an extensive continental breakfast. Just all around awesome. Wish there were more Fairfield inns like this one.

This hotel has really been one of the best I have stayed at in a long while. I will list my favorites below in easy-to-read bullet format cause that's what I usually jump to in reviews myself.

-Friendly staff (Shout out to Thomas for taking such sweet care of my boyfriend and I during our stay)
-Comfortable beds (seriously, wow!) & Clean rooms
-Indoor pool/Hot tub
-Gym (We only took a peek but it was very clean and organized)
-Delicious breakfast spread that we were totally not expecting (I'm talking waffles, sausage, eggs, yogurt, muffins- the works!)

If you can't tell by now, we had a great time. This was our first time staying here but it definitely won't be our last. My boyfriend flies in every few months to visit and Im certain we have found out "go to" hotel.

Oh and they also have something called "The Market" which is where they keep snacks, drinks and common headache/cold tablets for sale which is super convenient!

Fairfield Inn & Suites is a great Hotel. It is centralized to a lot of the areas of Jacksonville. The amenities seem to be on par with all the other hotels in the area as well as pricing. Staff is very friendly and nice. Really all you can ask for out of a hotel

The hotel was very clean, beds are super comfy, plus staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great breakfast spread in the morning for their guests; scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, made to order waffles, bananas, apples, orange/apple juice, muffins, bagels, English muffins, coffee, decaf, tea, & hot chocolate, no extra charge, all included in your stay! Very reasonably priced.

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast. Nice place as they have just remodeled and fixed up very nice. The only thing I wish they did offer and do not, is queen beds instead of double beds.

Good, solid experience. Nothing fancy, but definitely not a dump either. Room was clean and well maintained. There is a grocery store, wendy's, Mcdonalds, Cracker Barrell, and a few other restaurants/gas stations/convenience store within easy walking distance. Staff was very courteous. Complementary breakfast was ho-hum. Typical bacon, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, etc. Good enough.
Overall a well-run operation. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
