It was a fantastic and memorable stay for my brother newly wed night. The staff have gone extra miles in helping me arranging the room for a honeymoon setup. All went well, especially the complimentary room service voucher worth of 250K. Generous!

Just unfortunately due to the pandemic, the buffet breakfast experience was replaced with in-room bfast, also the roof top bar SKY was still temporarily closed. Those are beyond Kempinski's hands we understood, to adhere the safety measures and ensure all guests are safe. Very well appreciated and will definitely stay there again for myself and kids when the pandemic is over as we love the swimming pool :)

Super elegant and splendid hotel. I was literally spoiled by the extraordinary service and outstanding facilities. Started from the very first moment through the in suite check in. The hotel was connected to a large shopping center and next to another one for high end brands. I have used the spa, swimming pool, restaurants I could give 5 stars blindly.
3 small areas of improvement : when I ordered a delivery from outside restaurants I had to walk outside to pick it up.
The executive lounge need to be more alive, I visited it many times nothing there.
It could be much appreciated if you serve shisha in the bar or in outdoor seating. It will be a very attractive point specially for Arab guests.

Simply the best hotel in Jakarta! Great service, good food, I love every details of the ambience of Hotel Indonesia. It's located near Grand Indonesia mall, you can also take a distance walk to near bus station to get you to Monas and nearby Museums.

My favourite hotel in Central Jakarta. Beside a mall with a few restaurant to choice. Against the traffic in the hotel. But, may not be a good idea for your colleagues to come over to pick me up. Good food and good service.

Truly a very luxurious hotel. I recommend this hotel if you want to pamper yourself. I rented 2 rooms with different types, there were twin beds and single beds. Super luxurious facilities such as 1 regular pool and 1 hot spring pool, but the swimming pool is hidden hot water. So you have to ask the waiter, calm they are very polite and friendly. But I suggest not to swim too long, your chest can be overcrowded because of the pond in the pond lantau above. Inside the women's bathroom there are 2 small pools. 1 pool of really cold water and 1 really hot. Inside the bathroom there is also a sauna and there is also a private bathroom. There are also special rooms spread over several floors. You can also go to Grand Indonesia to shop, of course, can only walk. No less, the view from the top floor is interesting

Owner was great to us and made us feel very welcome. The staff is great and it's a beautifull place. The view over the rice fields and pool are a bonus. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Love the room facilities (small, but really good facilities inside) including the hot water. The swimming pool is also clean! But didn't try the massage yet (Yes, they have it!). The staff is kind and helpful.

Hotel Indonesia Kempinski is conveniently right in the center of town next to Grand Indonesia mall?..actually you can walk there if you want.

It's a grand old Dame of a hotel, but has been renovated so the 5 star status remains correct. Great views of hotel Indonesia traffic circle and the swimming pool has good views also, though the layout is somewhat winding and strange.

Sunday brunch is excellent with a mix of eastern and western dishes including carved meats, fresh seafood and anti pasta.

The service at the hotel was amazing. However, the breakfast was not so great and the space was so small. I think they were renovating it so the seating position was a bit messy.

The hotel is located at very strategic area at the center of Jakarta. Just by 5 minutes walking, you can go to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia Mall. It is easy to spot and many access to the hotel. Either by private vehicles, taxis, transjakarta bus, ojek and so on. The hotel is not cheap, but it's worth it. Many facilities like gym, restaurants, money changer, gift shop, and so on. The rooms are tidy, clean and very comfortable. Their services are excellent.

While I've not stayed here, I recently enjoyed the Sunday brunch, which was brilliant. A wide range of Western & Eastern foods: sashimi, chili crab, roast beef, oysters, and heaps more. The desert counter was a pleasant surprise. They went out of their way to craft treats that looked as wonderful as they tasted. The service was impeccable, and the kids have an area where they can go and play (and give the adults some post-meal peace)! While the brunch here is a bit pricier than others in Jakarta, it is still a lovely experience in and of itself. I will be coming again (hopefully soon)!

A 5 star hotel located at the heart of Jakarta. It has historical value. Very near to two of the best mall in Jakarta, Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia.

Definitely a five star hotel! I didn't stay there, i just had lunch with my family, and met my dad's friend who happened to be the chef de cuisine at the signature restaurant. The hotel has amazing lobby, kind staffs, outstanding food. The high quality matches the high price.

My wife and I love to come here for their best Japanese food at OKU. The hotel itself has good facilities and right in the central of Jakarta. Very convenient location with two huge malls nearby. I’d recommend this to everyone!

Not my favorite hotel in the city but my recent stay was top-notch. Room was very nice and the staff preformed at a top-level. Club level food selection is a little lacking....but no worse than the Grand Hyatt across the street. I had a massage and I was very pleased....and actually affordable in my opinion. Next to mall is always a plus. I will be back more often I believe.

Great place to stay, especially when you're staying for business reason. It's placed strategically at the centre of the busiest business area of Jakarta. It's also connected to Grand Indonesia, a very good shopping mall. Or if you're in the need of the more luxury kind of shopping, simply walk tens of metres across the hotel to Plaza Indonesia, where everything is sold at a ridiculously expensive price. But you can stay at Kempinski, so I bet you can afford shopping here.

Back to the hotel, the service is excellent. Whenever you want the room to be cleaned, they will provide it. The room service is also exceptionally good. The food at the restaurant is varied and tasty. Actually this is the second best I've tasted (I still can't get over that one hotel at Senayan's delicious food, sorry). Just one thing though. The pool is a bit small. No worries though, for me it was just a minor dent compared to the positive experience I got. Well, the price was certainly worth it, I say.

Only attended a wedding here at the Bali room. Hotel looks and feels luxurious. Guest dropoff was right in front of the Bali room, which was convenient. Hotel is right next to the Grand Indonesia shopping mall, too, so you have options for parking.

Hotel is good but lacks attention to detail. No money changer. The room had only one bottle of water, no milk powder for tea, no ironing board. Need to call housekeeping for everything. Had stayed at four seasons just few weeks before and had a rather pleasant experience.

Iconic. Hotel Indonesia was the 1st International hotel in Jakarta before refurbished to Kempinski. The exterior was kept to original so it's kind of Jakarta icon together with Tugu Selamat Datang (welcome monument) in fron of the hotel. Good location as it's in the city center but traffic could be madness. Walking distance to 2 major upscale malls. The main boulevard is closed on Sunday morning until 12 for Car Free Day. Many people come, exercise, socialize, relax on street. Cool.

One of the best and oldest 5 star hotel (as far as i knew) in indonesia. Located in the busiest street in jakarta. The hotel is directly connected with Grand Indonesia mall. You can see the busiest "street light" from your window. A bit overpriced actually. The standard room price is 2x higher than another 5 star hotel that I knew. No further critique needed for the services. One of my best experience.

The selling point of this hotel is its view to Bundaran HI. Make sure when you book, request for this view. A connection to Grand Indonesia mall provides convenience too.

We are here today, we were surprised by the service and complimentary. Since this week was my birthday we requested to grand deluxe room, but when we arrived, we were upgraded to grand deluxe room for free! Surprise! Thank you kempinski hotel! During the day, we enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. Although its not a big pool but were enjoy the time. The employee was very polite and kind. After a while we also enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam inside the toilet. The interior of the toilet is nice, they are using travertine! Back to the room, the room is very bright, cold air conditioner, and really nice and big bathtub with a nice Bundaran HI view. It has TV. We also get surprised by the complimentary cake and special handwriting from kempinski! Also, the closet they are using is Toto Neores where it is very expensive and advance technological closet. Definitely a great hotel to stay. We were sure we will come back again in the future. Very Recommended Hotel!

Once I stepped down from the car, the bellboy and hotel staff friendly ushered us to the reception center and throughout the proceed, we are surrounded by these staff whom has taken care of all aspects during checking-in. The room is spacious and clean with great view of the city center. Simply makes you feel like you are home !

The hotel itself is linked to a big shopping mall so you would not need to step out from the area for shopping or dining at all. One of the best hotels I have stayed so far.
