It's a decent place to sleep. The hotel is a bit outdated & grimy. The staff is very friendly.

We moved to Warrenton but our home wasn't ready so we had to stay here from May 12th - May 15th 2018. We first booked our room with Adrian over the phone who had fantastic phone customer service skills even making me laugh as we both agreed that booking with him was better directly than online. When we arrived we met James at reception, lovely guy, even spoke about us as we are British from London city and was new to Virginia state, he was brilliant we got to move into our room straight away, he was so helpful it was great, he even told me about some areas tourist visit and I was able to get some leaflets from the reception area. The next day we met Silvia who does room service, such a beautiful person, she aided us with our room respecting our privacy and even checked on us if we needed anything the whole time we stayed. I then met Ethal who also works at reception, such a lovely woman, she advised me about local stores, made me feel like part of the family, we had great conversations speaking at breakfast times and whenever I needed anything she helped, I even called here from our room once and she was great. Finally we met V.J.Patel who was the manager, he was sweet, he helped me and my mum and even gave us a grace period to checkout later than 11am as we had to sort out getting a Uhaul track to move our things at short notice. All these staff mentioned above made our stay & experience fantastic, we had a great time and would definitely go back to say hi. Great team. We are truly happy we met them all. Only reason we stay here is out of convenience.... Each time we stay there we find numerous issues.... primarily consisting of much needed repairs... If I were you I would fire the current maintenance guy and hire the next guy that applies!!! Anyone has to be better than what you have now!!!

I visited a friend who stayed a few days here and the rooms are superb compared to other inns ad motels here in Warrenton. The bathtub is 10/10 when it comes to naps.

Beds were nice and rooms were set up well and staff was very friendly. Main downsides was the drains seemed like they were going down a bit slow and most of the building (Not the rooms) smelled like smoke. Another being the vending machines are messed up and mislabeled. Its a good place to stay if you are just sleeping but not if youre gonna be in your room a lot.

Friendly staff. Only wish they still had their on-site Howard Johnson's Restaurant. Dining was a bit tough to find.

Perfect for an spontaneous booking - over all friendly service and love the pet friendly amenity. Not the greatest draining shower tub, but loved the shower nozzle and pressure. Big tv, lock box, fridge AND freezer ❤ not the best place to impress the fancyfolk, but I was satisfied with my stay.

Very nice rooms. Good price. Breakfast OK. Swimming pool was good.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, pet friendly, no complaints. Made my weekend stay very comfortable. Great price as well.

Pros: Location, price. Cons: Cleanliness, "non-smoking," loudness, and generally poor construction. Can't recommend unless you're in a pinch or with a large group.

Good if you're just looking for a place to sleep, bed is not super comfy but it serves its purpose, motel feel, you can hear other people if they are talk loud, bedroom had mini fridge and microwave, "breakfast" doesn't have variety, its just juice, toast, and some fruit. Location is very convenient, close to gas station and fast food places.

Great experience here. Nothing like the reviews. Great staff that will have a conversation with you and help you out. Comfort and quality for a great price. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Some of my family rented this room for the night. The lobby smelled like smoke and the beds seemed uncleanly just looking at them. I was quite glad I was just visiting and not sleeping there. I had no interaction with the staff. There was an old tube TV in the room which showed every channel fuzzy and everything just seemed dingy and dim. All sodas in the soda machine were sold out. Not very impressive to say the least, and I consider myself low maintenance.

Easy to get to and convenient location. Nothing special - outdated and small rooms, but for $65 a night I wasn't complaining. Lots of food options nearby.

The location was perfect for us. It was clean and staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel could probably use some updating.

Service really doesn't exist, but they dont give a crap what you do in your room as long as you dont kill anyone. Great hotel for a younger crowd.

Its ok. Rooms are fair. Clean. Does have a scent to it .but once we turned on the ac it was ok. Good for a.place to sleep for one nite.
