Very courteous staff. Went above and beyond for myself and my family. We were in town for a wedding and arrived tired and hungry, staff was excellent and prompt with our accommodations. The lady in front of me was yelling at Austin behind the counter, because her room was not ready yet, and Austin smiled and apologized the whole. He was very professional on handling the situation. Everyone was fantastic. Would highly recommend. I even signed up for Marriott rewards because of them. Thank you!

The carpet in 430 is so soiled and in need of a shampoo, it's hardly inviting when entering the room.

Matress was too hard for my liking.

Couch had stains on it and wear and tear that needs attention.

TV quality makes an TV enjoyment a no starter.

Decent but typical Springhill suites. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast should be adjusted to start earlier due to the business client needs in this area. Water softener is turned up way too high but pressure good.

Very nice stay. Great bathrooms, comfy bed, spacious room. The staff was really friendly, and the breakfast was really delicious. The bar was out of order, which was a little frustrating seeing as we got in from a six hour drive and wanted to relax for a bit. Otherwise, it was very nice.

The staff was very friendly, my room was very clean and modern. It came equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. Loved the sliding bathroom doors. The bed was comfy, slept deeply and peacefully. My window view wasn't bad either. I really enjoyed my stay. And would do so again.

Don't expect much, Looks can be deceiving. The hotel looks great from the outside, and rooms are par for a Spring Hill. The 2 star rating comes from the service level form all accounts. Front desk has no clue what Marriott rewards or appreciating Platinum level. No thank you for staying, no free waters, "they are 2.50 each and be charged to your room". Dont ask for anything extra (Pack and play, extra towel or linens. These requests may take an hour or hour and a half to service as they dont know how to staff the desk, or house keeping. Luck for me, I know now better before I suggest to a colleague.

The room itself is large and comfortable, with staining on carpets and furniture and a somewhat murky swimming pool the only reason it isn't getting 5 stars. We come annually for a family reunion, and enjoy staying here with our family of 5. The TV placement is a little strange, with its visibility from the couch and one of the beds only. Overall a great hotel.

The person who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. They have a pool and laundry room which are important with kids. They also have breakfast included. This is another perk. Overall the room was clean and spacious.

Another great Marriott property. Good food nearby. Public library one of the best in Texas, be sure to see book store inside run by Friends of Library. Children's area is exceptional. Also go to Chicken Farm and say hi to Roger.

I was visiting Goodfellow AFB and stayed here a couple nights. The place was clean, front desk staff welcoming and helpful, and there was plenty to walk or drive to for food/entertainment. There are a few other hotels adjacent and Cavender's Western store is a great place.

I stay here for weeks at a time. Great location, rooms are always clean. Front desk staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast is so-so as they run out of things. Breakfast area blares partisan news station. The one morning it was changed (to sports statio n no less) the lady in charge of breakfast was miffed it wasn't on her channel and was accusing people of changing it. She then put it back and turned it even louder than before as she followed me out of the dining area to tell me how she couldn't stand other opposed viewpoint news stations. Didn't really need to hear her political views at 7am. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and close to major shopping.

Rooms are well kept and inviting. Modern with nice design. Some issues with noise in my first floor room next to their kitchen/ lobby but the front desk staff moved me the day after I complained. Laundry on site for extended stay.

The outside of the building looked great, plants were all alive and green. Reception desk was in the middle of the lobby instead of built into a wall which was very nice, room was amazing, had a neo 70's feel that I loved. Huge heavy sliding doors led to the shower and the toilet which were two separate rooms. IHome dock next to bed. Also had a nice built in desk in front of the sectional couch. Very comfy feeling. Highly recommend.

We love this hotel. It's the best we have come across in San Angelo. The staff is super awesome, all so friendly and always with a huge smile.

This hotel is very clean, and the staff are very courteous and attentive. We stayed in a double queen suite that was immediately available upon our arrival, and check in was effortless.

SpringHill Suites is our go to hotel for family members visiting San Angelo. My family stayed here for an extended time due to a family member having a stroke. Eric Hogeda and the other employees at the hotel were so wonderful and helpful to my family. Always easy to check in, clean rooms and wonderful breakfast.

Great rooms and they accommodated our team. One lady seemed mad because we had a big group of kids but the lady at the front counter had a great attitude and did whatever she could to make our stay great. The supervisor on shift needs to take some customer service from the lady at the front counter.

Very nice modern hotel. The room layout was different than your typical hotel room, but that's a good thing. Breakfast was free, so it was average. Comfy bed, nice walk in shower. Great place to stay in the San Angelo area.

Was a very nice, tastefully decorated and modern looking layout. Toilet is a separate room from the tub and main sink. Only complaint is there was no fan in either the toilet or tub areas. Room was clean and most staff was very courteous.

I came down here on some business and I showed up real real early in the morning roughly 4:30 well the guy across the street at the Marriott Residence Inn was a complete douchebag and did not honor my reservations or anything that I had previously set up before I left my home when I went over here to Spring Hills by Marriott they were booked tight but the very nice lady at the front desk made it a point to call every other Hotel until she found me a room all I got to say is that's commitment to your job about caring for people making sure they get the best night's rest they can get whether they're staying at your motel I really wish I could remember that lady's name but she deserves a raise/promotion

The staff were all very friendly, accommodating, and professional. We had two rooms that were modern, well appointed, and clean. I would definitely stay at this location again.

I was driving across Texas and stopped for the night in San Angelo. The hotel was clean and modern and I got a 1st floor room. The shower was lovely and the bed was comfortable. 10/10 would stay again.

I stayed at this hotel from June 2015 thru Mar 2016. Breakfast was ideal for my liking and room size was perfect. Staff personnel (Maids, Maintenance Technicians, Front Desk personnel and Manager) were very professional, friendly and helpful. The best part of my day was coming back to a clean and spotless room. Cleanliness on this hotel (inside, outside, elevators, etc.) was extremely good. As a result, I highly recommend staying here. Even though I could get better rates at other hotels in the area none compares to the quality you get while staying at the Springhill Suites. I will definitely stay here during my next project in San Angelo, Texas.

Don't stay here. The hotel itself is very nice. However it is overrun with oil field workers. They don't know how to act in public. They are loud, and with paper thin walls, you'll hear them yelling, talking loud and getting obnoxiously drunk. Numerous complaints to the front desk get no results. It's a nice hotel, but the people staying there ruin the experience.

My wife and I have stayed here a few times just to visit her mom. This last time we even made reservations which we found out were unnecessary.
What killed my like for this hotel was this last visit. My wife had seriously busted her butt getting into the hot tub because there was no hand rail (it had been broken) no anti slip adhesives on the steps (they are fairly smooth making it easy to slip) and the steps them selves are sloped inwards into the tub. Not even a warning sign stating you should be careful.
I warned the staff about this issue and was told all they could do is put a caution slip sign out there (which they did not do).
Honestly at almost $200 a night in a nobody hick town like San Angelo I would expect better. Next time it will be a roach coach or her mothers house with an air mattress.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was stocked full. They even let me get more OJ when it was supposed to be closed. Only issue was they billed 2 of my cards, but manager squared it away quickly. We will def stay again!
