Stay was okay but I feel they need to really do a full cleaning on some of these rooms. We had some insect problems that we took care of ourselves and the water temperature keept fluctuating from cold to hot randomly.

I was not disappointed at all with the cleanliness or condition of the room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean; however, the Wi-Fi was not working well and the TV cable was spotty. I needed the internet and it was not working. The business center is a prop. It had a really dated computer that really needs updating. The Continental breakfast was sufficient. Some hot and cold options. This is a perfect and reasonably priced place to stay if you need a place to crash for a few days. Staff was friendly. I'd stay again.

Really clean rooms and cold having a good time and relaxing

Rooms are nicer on the inside than the outside leads you to believe. Guess you really can't judge a book by its cover.

It was a good value for 2.5 star hotel. Clean and a nice breakfast. I highly recommend it.

This is a nice and secluded hotel in Zapata. There is a pool and fitness center available, and a very nice breakfast. The staff are friendly and welcoming. This trip, however, there was no Wifi or internet available in the rooms, so I was forced to use public Wifi in area restaurants.

Decent motel style property, green eggs and ham for breakfast, internet was poor in my room, which got a little better after staff reset it.

The entrance is a little bumpy because of construction but other than thaty visit was great. Room service and staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and well taken care of.

Hotel is nice. It's close enough to lake u can walk to it service is great.

First time visiting the area. Affordable rooms. Very clean. Pet friendly. I loved the warm interior color schemes. Paint and bathroom tile looks new. Boat hookups, although they are limited. I would recommend notifying the receptionist that you have a boat upon reserving a room just to be safe. Great staff!
