Such a beautiful hotel. So clean and such a spacious family room. Our room had two giant flat screens that allowed our children to watch their show and our husband and i watch another. The beds were so clean it looked brand new. The bathroom was huge and very clean. Our room had a cute couch, modern coffee table, a work desk and a bench infornt of the mirror. The bench made it easy for me to sit, and apply makeup/do my hair. The pool was perfect temperature. Clean water and the pool had bathrooms to change in and out of clothes. An infant table was also in the pool bathroom so that was great! Every door was easy access for the guest. Breakfast was a self service. The employee stocking up food was friendly and answered guest questions about food options. There was a lot of breakfast options for guest and the seating wss accessible for everyone. We are very pleased with our stay from a wonderful room, clean environment, great customer service to a good farewell breakfast. Thank you!

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, not as i remembered. Pool was out of service, which was not posted on website, nor was it explained at check in. Rooms were nice, breakfast was decent. Cockroaches were intense, that is likely due to the environments in which the hotel was built. I never saw any in doors. But if you smoke or hang out outside watch your feet. They are aggressive

Hotels fine there's nothing wrong with it I really like the pillows very soft but it is next to a freeway so take it with a grain of salt and it's an older hotel that's been updated the free breakfast was excellent and just what you need right before going into Sequoia National Park

Super customer service...! They catered to each n everything v asked for.. almost to the impossible! Great facility... Breakfast was ordinary but not a big deal though..

Usually I stay in a Marriott in Bakersfield but for some reason I want to drive a little farther one day and I ended up staying at this excellent Hotel.

No reservation nothing just walked in and asked if they had a hotel room available. And even though I was there before 3 they were able to give me a room right away.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the pool was clean and a larger than the usual Marriott pools

Basic clean hotel room. Nothing fancy about the rooms. Chest of drawers 2 feet high of blond wood. Nice big king sized bed in king sized room, but everything echoes. Bathrooms are a comfortable size. Quiet hotel until someone turns on water, shower, or flushes and that transmits loudly in the room. Hallways seemed tight when two folks pass each other. Very nice helpful employees. Breakfast nothing special. Scrambled eggs from a mix that's not anything flavorful. The bacon was cooked crisp and a little tasty. Watermelon was red but not real sweet. Oatmeal was mush. Orange​ juice was very poor as more water than concentrate. Water was hot for tea.

Overall this hotel is it good stay. I like their breakfast best they offer a vegetarian sausage, fresh fruit, eggs, and oatmeal

Everything I have come to expect in a fairfield. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a standard hotel breakfast. Not a bad price for how close it was to Visalia.

Stayed 1 night at fairfield inn in visalia. Great room, good ac, good pillows, free breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

Person at the desk didn't say hello and seemed more in a hurry to get rid of me than anything. I usually stay at Marriott 3 to 4 times a month and this one was the most impersonal. Room was still a little dirty and had used plastic cups under the desk and by the nightstand.

Great hotel overall. It's what you would expect for a Fairfield Inn. Spacious rooms and decent continental breakfast. My only complain is related to the sofa bed that was dirty.

Lobby and room clean. Bed comfortable. Noisy air conditioning. Breakfast was one of the worst we have had at a Marriott hotel.

Very nice property! For the most part, i would recommend the Fairfield. The good parts...nice breakfast included in the rate, great pillows, amazing staff, i felt very safe, convenient location, ok pool, cool room w/a pull out sofa bed and my fav, very soft towels! We stayed on the back side of the property over looking the pool which you would think would be awesome. However, the hwy is close and when the a/c was off, the hwy noise is loud. The other thing that drives me nuts... there is no soap dish. I know it's a small thing but how expensive can a soap dish be? On a scale of 1 to 10, the bed was around a 7. I've stayed at Marriott's where i didn't want to get out of the bed. This one wasn't one of those. While the springs weren't popping out, it wasn't super comfy either.

I will definitely stay here again but will ask for the front side of the property and hope they are due for new beds soon!

Rooms were nice , and clean. Only problem was told there would be a microwave and fridge was disappointed to not have one . Also breakfast was okay drinks were terrible and watered down.

Got in around 8pm, after a long drive from Elk Grove. We were greeted by Matt at the front desk. He quickly checked us in and was very helpful by giving us a list of restaurants around the area. When we arrive in our room. We discovered that the bathroom had a strong cigar smell. I called the front desk and asked if this was a non smoking facility, And Matt said it was. I told him about the problem, and he offered to give us a different room. When he came to deliver the keys, he told us he upgraded us to a suite. Which was an unexpected surprise. What a relief to find such a thoughtful front desk agent! We drove from a funeral and just needes a place to stay for one night so we can drive home the next day. Thank you, Matt for the warm hospitality!
Quick tip for travelers: don't be afraid of the dated building and the surrounding street-it's not the most inviting facade. They have completely remodeled the rooms and bathrooms. Everything is well maintained and very clean! Complimentary Breakfast is a plus!

The service at this hotel is phenomenal. Everyone was very polite, professional, and helpful. The bed was very firm and really creaky... only reason I dropped a star.

My room was on the second floor so essentially for a small inn it's a pretty spacious place very clean open rooms especially a two bed room.

More than likely people want to know about the cleanliness of this place i would give it a good 8/10 it's not completely a clean spot but for a quick stop on a weekend you get a good nights rest and a clean place to freshen up. The housekeeping comes in early like usual and keeps things the way they should clean sheets more towels and a good scent left behind. Bathroom I wouldn't know but from the looks of it somebody keeps it clean enough for the next guests arriving so that's that. Overall customer service they have a typical staff who are helpful and resourceful. And breakfast is two huge thumbs up from me. All you can eat buffet noy too many people in this area so you can say I have a lot to eat waiting for me every morning.

You want a good spot to stay at don't hesitate for this Inn it's a score good pricing too

Fairfield Inn & Suites is very conveniently place right off the highway exit for prosperity surround of highway 99 North California in Tulare. The hotel is in an area of multiple choice restaurant and other eateries, as well as multiple gas stations for refueling, there's also a park and Ford, Chevy and Buick, GMC for your dealer specific needs. There's aT.F tire service center also prosperity and Hillman as an saddlebags choice. The hotel inside is very clean and sleek looking, the hotel staff is friendly and makes you feel like you're in a premium hotel with a luxury feel to your entire stay. Complimentary breakfast or not, various morning dine-in choices are nearby: Apple Annie's, Denny's on westbound prosperity and an IHOP also towards the west by the freeway 99 North entrance. The rooms were also very clean, the towels and bedding also were nice. Overall I'm impressed with this hotel and has earned my recommendation. Come here tired, leave fully refreshed!

Everything was clean and comfy but the walls are super thin and there was no mini fridge in the room. Definitely not the end of the world, just seemed surprising. Otherwise the hotel and room were easy to get to, the service was good and prompt, and again, it looked and felt clean.

Staying for a week. First night was very nice. Breakfast was standard for continental. Staff is friendly. Hotel is clean. Would stay again.

Not kid friendly
My family stayed at this location a few weeks ago. Upon arrival, we learned that not all rooms hadrefrigerators. This greatly hindered how we dealt with food storage for our three year old and 10 month old. Also, I understand that hotel floors are generally dirty but I didn't expect my 10 month old to get dirtier in the hotel than outside the hotel. His hands and feet were coated in dirt. Lastly, over the course of our 3 night stay we noted how dirty the bathroom floors were. Having used the bath mat for three days, its color change (dirty) was horribly obvious. So be cautious with your children at this location.

The location was a little hard to see from the streets but it was in a convenient location. The staff were very friendly. Would stay there again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and safe setting. They offer a very nice free breakfast, as the Fairfield Inn & Suites chain is know for. This hotel is easy on and off the freeway and located a couple of blocks from the Tulare Outlet Mall. I found the hotel to be a perfect set-up for business travelers, with desk in room and extra outlets for the devices to charge. The hotel lobby looked to be newly remodeled.

Clean comfy rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. We showed up at 1am so make sure you call ahead and let them know if you will be late. They lock the main doors late at night so the front desk agent will have to come let you in. It was no problem and she was very nice about it. Highly recommended.

Placed looked great, room was clean, and staff was friendly. My only concern was one of the TV's in my suite did not work and breakfast did not include any type of meat like sausage or bacon with my eggs.

I stay frequently at the Fairfield Tulare for work, and it has a 100% record of total success: ready for me anytime (I tend to arrive very late at night); the staff is always friendly and helpful; rooms are always fresh; breakfast is excellent, fully stocked even if I show up on the late side of breakfast service; and I've always been accommodated when I needed a later check-out, even on sold out days. They have it right!

It is always a pleasant experience staying here! The staff is professional and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and cozy. The price is very affordable!
