Really pleasant experience snacking on Benihana sushi. Definately worth coming back

Stayed here for a conference (the conference was being held here). Broad spread at the breakfast buffet. The pool was indoors, which wasn't great, but it was nice and kept clean. The gym area had 3 treadmills and a full weight area, so that was great. Room was clean and maid service was thorough. Definitely recommended if you're planning on skipping the air bnb experience and going for a hotel instead.

Conveniently located, U-parking, all the amenities one would expect from a 5 star, in terms of convention/conference center, still not suitable for very large groups (300+)

Have to write as the staff was super friendly and welcoming despite me walking in looking ruff from my travels to get here and being sick. Just liked the fact that they did not care wanted to help me out. Also the Room is great.

It's central; the staff are all very pleasant, friendly and accomodating; the food in the restaurants is quite good; the hotel and the rooms are clean, and have everything one might need.

Went to the Sheraton Hotel for a company presentation. 200 people. The staff could not handle this small event. It was cold in the meeting room, but the real issue was that there are only a few small elevators and no stairs. In case of a fire we would have burned there. Not fun. Also found in the elevators cards with girls offering their services.

It's a decent hotel, that is somewhat lackluster given its 5 stars. The room was comfortable, with free water, a bath/shower combo. Promised an upgraded room from a King Size classic to a king size premier, but couldn't tell the difference. If you want to stay for business it's a decent place to choose, but if you want to stay for pleasure, head further towards the Old Town.

Great experience! We had a 3 days event and everything was very well organized. The hotel employees were very receptive at our requests.

My family and I went for dinner at the Japanese restaurant, Benihana. When you enter the hotel it's not easy to find this reastuant, unless you inform yourself at the hotel's reception.
The food is average for the money you have to pay. The staff is professional and helpful.

A centrally located hotel, very nice and clean. It also has all the amenities you expect of 5 Star hotel. Drink price are but overinflated, but there are plenty restaurants and bars within walkineg distance.

Very lovely hotel. Feel like at home here. Based on 3 month stay experience! Especially I like the crew of the hotel. Always friendly and smily team. Special feedback for Al-Farra Diala, from the restorant team. She makes me start my morning with a smile and great food of the breakfast. Definitely worth to stay here!

Awesome hotel in the downtown area. Great views of the city. The lounge is nice and serves good dinner if you have access.

Veey nice rooms and good service

Since the reception desk staff didn't bother to ask how my stay was Ill write this review. The welcome at the hotel is not very friendly. And when i asked to be informed if it was possible to stay for an additional night I was asked to get back to the reception the next day. Informing me was not an option. Not the service I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The room was quite small and /or the beds way too big. It is not possible to open the windows in your room. Which I personally don't like. The breakfast was ok. Just like any other good hotel. Not exceptional. Which I would expect from a Sheraton hotel.

Clean and comfortable room. Limited knowledge of menu by waiter and cold buffet breakfast. Caters for disabled. Pleasant staff.

They charged us 50$ for breakfast for two! And didn't tell us the cost in advance. We were very unhappy. Many of the staff were unfriendly.

It was ok. The people were very kind, the food was delicious but there were some details in the room that was not standard of five star hotel. The quality in the bathroom especially in the bathtub was not perfect.

Good option for spg members. Filled with tourists on river cruises, but makes up for it with an amazing lounge

Probably 5 star for ex-communist country but I think anyone visiting from the west will expect more. It's in a good position for getting into the old town or out to a nice park. Clean and comfortable rooms.

A high end hotel for medium prices. The attention to detail and services are exceptional.

Location: Very close to the station Piaţa Romana so it's fairly easy to get around Bucharest from here. A walking distance to Calea Victoriei and the Old Town. There are groceries, some small stores, farmacies and restaurants nearby.
Food: Food is good even though breakfast is the same everyday. Sometimes they change the bread selection or how the potatoes are cooked. Didn't really mind that during my stay since I liked the food. There are also fruits, yoghurts, cheese, cold cuts, mushrooms and tomatoes with cheese (forgot what they were called) apart from the usuals- eggs, bacon, potatoes, bread, pancakes and cereals.
Room: Clean and comfortable. Complimentary water gets refilled.
Staff: Attentive and kind.

Good rooms and service. Good breakfast. Ala carte menu can have more variety.

Helpful staff. Superior rooms do not quite offer same amenities nor are similarly sized compared to intercontinental or Hilton but the overall experience is good. Benihana sushi restaurant located at 1st floor adds value to this place.

Nice modern Hotel located in Romania. Rooms were very modern, the hotel has two restaurants: Avalon (their house place) and a Benihana. We ate breakfast and lunch in Avalon and it was very good. The lobby bar is small but well stocked.

Very enjoyable. Loved the weather & food. Planning to come back again.

Restaurant management rude bordering aggressive. Waiters somewhat surly probably because of manager's management style. Food very mediocre. Polite request for after dinner coffee top up ignored, then a request to the manager brought on a tantrum at the coffee machine. Breakfast team smiley. Will not return.

Centraly located, luxurious with excellent decoration. Rooms are not THAT spacious but they beat the essence of cleanliness . Extremely polite personnel and the best breakfast I've ever enjoyed. All in all it's the perfect solution for business trips.

Sheraton Hotel is a great hotel. It is located in the city centre. The rooms are very beautiful and clean. They have all you need to stay comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is abundant and tasty.

We stayed there for a weekend during March 2016 and were very happy with our choice. The room was big, comfortable and in a quite good condition. The service was pleasant. Although the breakfast didn't vary for day to day, but they were excellent!
Since we celebrated there our anniversary, so our room was kindly upgraded to a higher floor.
