Dog friendly. Clean comfortable rooms. Great location. Most importantly excellent staff. Natalie was especially fantastic at her post, making me think if she were in charge of PITME everyone would be smiling holding hands.

Great hotel quick and easy check in and out. Parking is free everywhere and you get a food coupon for the restaurants just down the street

Staff at front desk are lovely and very helpful. My room has a little fridge which makes my longer stay easier. Room is spacious and cleaned well. Modern hotel. Location is great any store u want is around here. Close to a hwy entrance exit.

Downfall for me was that in the morning there is not a cup of coffee offered. Everything comes with a payment. Breakfast is subsidized in a neighbouring restaurant. I really miss a simple breakfast buffet. For me this is a reason to not go there again.

Good choice for single traveler, not ideal for families.

We are a family of 4, and usually stay at Hotel Brossard. However this time we were only going to stay one night and thought of trying something new.

The hotel is situated right in Dix30 mall, visible from miles away. Check in was a breeze, parking and wifi are free, no key no password; checkout time is also flexible, just tell them when at check in, no penalties for late checkouts. Staff was very friendly too.

The room is clean and eco friendly according to the hotel. You need to put the door pass in a slot to activate the electricity in the room: a practice that’s very common in Asian countries but the first time I’ve seen in Canada.

My biggest issue with the room was the size and lack of storage spaces. With 2 queen beds there is hardly any space left for anything else. There is a small desk and a lounge chair, but that it. Other than a very small closet, the only storage was the built in drawers in the beds.

My second issue is with the small bath tub, narrow and slippery, shower curtain kept clinging on me while talking the shower. A walk-in shower would be much preferred for an eco friendly hotel.

My third issue was the pillows: while the bed linens were very soft and comfortable, the pillows on the other hand offered no support at all!

Given the price ($230 after taxes and hotel fees), and lack of breakfast option, we’d probably go back to Hotel Brossard next time. All hotels in Montreal south shore are pretty pathetic to be honest, we really need better and more affordable lodging options in this area!

Great location in DIX30 with lots of dining choices nearby, and stylish hotel rooms with high ceilings, a bit of a loft feel to the rooms.

We stayed in a corner room facing Rome Boulevard and a view of downtown Montreal in the distance, with lots of natural light shining in when we arrived in the afternoon. We didn’t hear any noise at night and the queen bed was comfy enough to get a decent nights sleep. The room included free wifi so we didn’t use the tv at all, it was easy to sign in and fast enough to use for looking up evening plans on the web while streaming some Spotify.

The amenities in the bathroom are in big bottles attached to the fixtures so no free samples but still good quality. The Keurig coffee machine easy to use with free tea and coffee.

The room was very clean and perfect, there’s a few small nicks here and there from wear and tear but nothing worse than any other typical hotel.

You can park for free pretty much right underneath the hotel in the shopping centre’s huge underground parking lot, with an elevator in the corner that goes up to the hotel lobby. Check-in was incredibly fast and the gentleman who checked us in was friendly and efficient, he also offered us a restaurant coupon which we used for a discount at the next door Le Cafe du Theatre for breakfast the following morning.

Great place to stay and spend a weekend in DIX30 district, we did end up going downtown but honestly it’s a lot less hectic here than downtown and a pleasant feeling to it.

They get five stars for the beds alone. They are SO comfortable. Plus the rooms are quiet, well decorated, and inviting. The shower is a rainfall with no water pressure to speak of, and the bathroom door is weirdly lacking in privacy. The gym is well equipped with treadmills, a bike, an elliptical, weights, and a bench.

I enjoyed staying here. The decor is post modern which means it is dated but it is a wonderful place to stay. Fantastic location for restaurants and shopping. The staff are really helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome. Martin the head barman is a delight to converse with. He has some fun and interesting stories to keep you company as upu enjoy a drink in the lonby bar.

Nice hotel. They keep adding small things like breakfast items... But beware, if your room is in the upper levels, you can hear a lot of cars moving in the streets around. Other hotels must have had windows that were more soundproof...

Nothing to do at night here on the weekends. Not even in room movie rental. All the shops nearby close at 5pm, so all you've got is a movie theatre and whatever the hotel offers. The hotel is nice and the staff are great, it's just a bit boring there.

I've now stayed twice at this hotel. I really like it. The modern design is nice, there's covered parking with charging stations if you have an electric car, and the rooms are perfect. The reception desk staff are fantastic, very helpful. I'll be staying here again soon.

The location was perfect. With the viewtop on the 11th floor the night life looked very much alive. I cant wait to go again. Not to mention the experience at the sky spa was wonderful. I would deffinetly recomend!

The location is perfect for a day away from the west island. I love the easy access we have to all the stores and restaurants around us. The room was absolutely adorable. And the view was spectacular. Obviously it was expected from the 11th floor. We got a full view of the sky spa that we are at right now. Highly recommend!

Walking distance to several good choices to eat as well as movies and boutiques. Great price and great value as well as very friendly staff. Rooms are modern and clean with all the amenities you need as a weary business person. If you didn't know you were in Canada, you might think you were in Europe somewhere.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern and comfortable. I was able to get a package with a message that truly made it stand apart from other hotels at a similar price.

One day they didn't even clean my room. They also billed me when they wouldn't have. Just not well run. No breakfast either etc.

Amazing hotel; I've stayed here twice now and every time I return to Montreal I prefer staying here. It's close enough to the city to enjoy everything the area has to offer, and is in a spot that has excellent restaurants, shops, and a great gym, including a good restaurant attached to the hotel to eat breakfast in the morning.
The hotel staff is always accommodating, and delivered with my requests before I arrived. The rooms are clean, modern, and functional. The style of the rooms and hotel generally are unmatched by most hotels and it's a really good value for what you get. I like the modern/minimalist theme they have going on here. Will continue to stay here every time I go back to Montreal!

The hotel is located on the edge of a big shopping mall, I stayed there on a Saturday night and it was extremely quiet. The staff, every single one of them are extremely friendly and fun. I forgot my jacket in the closet and the hotel staff helped me to locate and mailed it back to me right away. the hotel room was small but VERY VERY FUNKY! It is a very well designed space with everything handy, even a Keurig machine with coffee and tea pods!
There are also restaurants around the hotel that are very good.
