Our room at this Americas best value inn was great. The rooms were clean, the location was fairly easy to find, and it had a few very nice places to eat in town which was not even a mile away recommend Honey's Pizza and Zimmerhanzel's Bar-B-Que. It was a quick and simple overnight stay.

I am a business traveler averaging 45 days a year in hotel rooms. This hotel meets my basic needs of comfortable beds, refrigerator, and microwave. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I will come to this hotel again.

He assisted me with kindness even though I arrived in the middle of the night with no reservation. He even brewed a fresh pour of coffee for me when I left at an unconventional hour. As a woman traveling alone, he made sure I was safe was very mindful of the other guests and their treatment of me. He's just a great human being and the hotel (which is nice, clean, and reasonably priced) is lucky to have him.

Such a great location on the way into Austin. I love the proximity to all the places to eat as I prepared for a day ahead in Austin. Smithville is a great stopping point for anyone on their way between Houston and Austin.Even though there is a highway in front of the hotel the noise does not reach the room ,this coming from a person that lives in the country.

Best night sleep in the middle of nowhere.

I stayed over night. The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable. Cable TV with movies to rent if you desired. There was all the amenities coffee soap shampoo. Provide iron and blow dryer. Very good place!
