This was a very nice place! CLEAN ROOMS!!! Great staff. Very knowledgeable about what there is to do around town. Will definitely tell friends and family about the Americas Best Value Inn in Fayetteville!

Rooms were clean. Tv was updated. There isn't a tub stopper. Had to share a wash rag cause you need the other to stop the water. Said breakfast and there wasn't any

Clean and low price not fancy dog friendly
I gave it 5 based on an economy rating. But it has a lot of age on it. Probably built in the 60s. Tubs have been replaced with modular. Note this is a favorite for contractors because it is priced so low. I'm looking for clean room, a comfortable bed, dog friendly and a mini fridge. That's all we need for an overnight stay.

The toilet over flooded, rooms were freezing, nasty beds. Then they moved rooms and still had a problem with toilets

You get what you pay for. The sheets and comforter were stained, dead bugs all in the window, spider in the toilet bowl, room telephone wasn't working, bathtub was all beat up and overall the environment did not feel very safe outside.

We had a great experience here, a great value. Room was clean and fresh, bed was comfortable, and the desk staff was exceptional. We would gladly stay here if we were to return to Fayetteville.
