When we checked in, we weren't expecting much. Just a place to sleep close to Magic Springs. But we got so much more. The rooms are so nice. Definitely the nicest room we have ever stayed in (and we have been to many hotels). The breakfast is good. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, and then the usual stuff like toast and cereal. I only have a few complaints. The AC is not the best and our room stayed a little warm for our liking. The pool gets a little crowded (not much they can do about this, so I understand), but everyone in the pool was friendly and respectful. The outside looks a little sad, but dont let it fool you the rooms are great. Those are legitimately my only complaints. The service was great, room was amazing, breakfast was good, and for the price, it's just a really great deal. I will be recommending it to everyone I know coming up this way.

Excellent location, very clean comfortable rooms, priced just right. The staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. Real family feel available 24 hrs. Staff excellent!!! Overall an excellent stay.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here while on vacation. The room was clean, the staff was super friendly, and best of all they have soap/lotion/shampoo/conditioner DISPENSERS In their bathroom! The tv was great quality, the beds are comfortable, the water is hot, and the room was very affordable. We will be staying here again. Thank you! *The breakfast bar has a wafflemaker... i almost forgot*

I look at my room first before I decide on it, . The room is dated but clean, no complaints except they spray some type of air freshener,. I have COPD, it's so bad that my left lung is dead, and my right one only has 25% left more then likely it's less by now. I would like the Owners to know that a clean room is more appropriated then a room that has been sprayed. Tonya at front desk let look at another one and it was good. So I spend the night here and should I come this way again I will stay here

Rooms were clean. Complimentary breakfast was good(6am-9am). Front desk was very helpful with resolving room key issues, made sure we received fresh towels and followed up on any needs from room service .close to walmart supercenter,gas station, restaurants, shopping center and Presbyterian church.Downside: pool and laundry room were closed for repairs. Nonsmoking room did smell of cigarettes but could be from previous guests. Pets are allowed but we don't have any. Received AARP discount(a plus :) )
If the laundry facilities are repaired and pool open then I would stay again.

Very comfortable. Close to everything we needed. People were so helpful. we'll stop there again.

Wonderful place to stay ... all staff was friendly, accommodating, and considerate ... clean pool, breakfast and right across from Wal Mart.

My stay was overall a good experience. The price was reasonable and the room was clean. Cold a/c, WiFi, and cable TV with hbo. The only complaint I have is the bed was a little on the hard side. Other than that the staff was friendly and the location is convenient. Right off the freeway with a big red Valero next door, a Walmart across the street, and a couple of fast food restaurants within walking distance.

Great value

It is a place to sleep for cheep. Lower your expectations. Room was cleaned but smelled like smoke. Shower head was at about 5 foot. Not kidding. At 5'4" it wasn't easy. My husband didn't even try. I've never complained about the size of a toilet but I'm gonna say it had to have been for children. It was very low.

Amenities were short. Not as clean as I have seen it. Staff is friendly. Priced a little high

I stay at America's best value inn and suites was satisfactory. I arrived at the hotel and got my room key very wuickly. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The location was good because walmart is directly across the highway. The hotel parking could use some expansion because I had to park quite some distance from my rooms location (50 yds). Other than that it was sufficient for a nights rest.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed here to do a few things in the area with family. It's close to everything. Walmart is across the street as well as other stores. It's a half hour to hot springs and a little over an hour to the mine. The room itself is what you would expect for the price. It could have been a little cleaner tho. Our air conditioner leaked into the room, they would have moved us but my kids were in bed when we noticed. Breakfast has hot waffles, cereal, muffins,toast, fruit,juice and coffee. Lobby/breakfast area clean. out door pool is nice to. All in all good for the price.

Front desk was standoff-ish, and it made me uncomfortable. The bedroom was falling apart, and even though I had non smoking room it still stunk of cigarettes. The air conditioning unit was missing pieces, the bath tub had a crack in it and was discolored, and the wall paint was chipping. Decent pricing for a quick stop or a one nighter. Best thing I have to say about this place was that it was pet friendly.

Rooms were a little rough. Cosmetic damage on almost all furniture. Staff was really friendly. Honestly, not much different that what you'd expect in a budget hotel, good employees doing the best with what they have.

Room wasn't bad. Bed was ok. I am giving a lower rating because of the cheap hotel smell. Other than that, it was okay.

One person sets a reasonable price then the other guy jumps the price up to what you had

Not bad, but do not come here expecting luxury. Do not come here expecting a holiday inn, or mariott. Beds are like concrete, but the tv, microwave, fridge, all seem to be good, and fairly new. Has laminate flooring, that looks like hardwood.

Clean room, friendly staff. Pool looked inviting. Continental breakfast was ok. Only negative I could think of was the shower curtain was mildewed and smelled. Otherwise the bathroom was clean. Nice budget place to stay.

Staff very friendly. Room clean but very dated. Extra charge for 3rd person in room over $10. Breakfast sadly lacking, had to go to waffle house down road so extra charge there too. Did have fridge and microwave in room.

I expected far worse for the price. Clean and in good repair. Friendly staff who speak clear English. Best I've slept in a motel in a long time. The only gripe I have is that there wasn't an outlet by the bed that I could use for C-pap. There were plenty of outlets located in other areas of the room. I had to flip around my sleeping position to make things work but still worth the price. The wireless worked great.

If you want cheap and last minute lodging, that's what you get here. Because of it being labor day weekend, we had to take what we got. It is right across the street from walmart and several fast food places, I guess that's a plus. The room smelled musty and was previously smoked in, but was considered a "non smoking room". My husband had to ask for air freshener to make it livable. My husband always looks for bedbugs (he does this even at nice hotels!) And found none. Oh and zero water pressure. Tv really didnt work or wifi. Take what you will from this, but if you are just needing a place to sleep for cheap, this is about as cheap as possible while still feeling a bit "safe".

The lady at the front desk (peggy),made it all worth it,she was very kind and helpful ...Excellent customer service....God bless. ....Now the next morning,at breakfast i was very disturbed (6-8-16),the staff very un professional, the morning lady/anthony (were gripin about mrs. Peggy in front of everyone )....Give her a break,she is new....Not mention anthony came in offering to help,but acted like a b. About it the next day...Not cool..

Clean, comfortable, pleasant, quiet, no stress.

Good value, refreshing pool after a long day on the road. Dry county, glad we had "refreshments" with us. Best part, dog friendly and allowed us to bring our 50 lb Shepard in. Papa John's pizza was delivered fast, way before ETA. We would stay here again.

Staff friendly. Good parking. Comfortable bed. The pool was nice. Everything was clean. Two complaints. No hot water. We needed a handicapped room and the bathroom was unfit. No grab bars and a low toilet.
