Rooms were great. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast set up was good. And the fact that they also offered soup in the evening to guests when it was so bitterly cold out was great. Pool could have been a bit warmer. Price was pretty decent too.

I rate this hotel 5/5 best service ever jennifer always made sure we had everything we needed and also always had a smile on her face even that that all this covid-19 stuff made the hotel less convenient she still made sure to do everything in here power for us would for sure come back to this hotel in the future

Stayed here for a couple nights, a little more expensive than I would have liked but it was a very quiet hotel, clean with friendly staff and plenty of restaurants in close proximity. Very fast internet which is rare for a hotel. Will definitely be coming back.

Pretty good. Pool is quite warm, the free breakfast is good, and the staff is nice. I like the fact that it’s pet friendly, as I have a pet. Would stay there again.

Damien did a wonderful job assisting me in my stay at the American Inn. He was very polite and he really did care about his job. Presented the best quality that I have ever had at an American Inn.

Decent hotel with nice complimentary breakfast. Hotel is clean and quiet. Pool area is nice with hot tub and sauna; although it is very hot/humid.

I only stayed a night but my room was clean and my bed was very comfortable. Staff in the morning was very pleasant. Will definitely be back for further visits

Nice place, about what you'd expect from a budget hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The mattress was a little more firm for my liking, and so were the pillows. But the rooms were generally very nice. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Very good clean quiet and up to date....booked a hot tub room and something happened so the bumped us up to a nicer room. No hassles. Gotta love that good Apple Valley city water...good to drink.

The suites are very nice! The bedroom has a full length mirror, TV, dresser, night stands, and a huge king bed. You have a closet with a door for your clothes as well as a suitcase stand, hangers, iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and portable clothesline in the shower (and door). The sink is by itself and has great lighting and a hair dryer. There is a door that separates the living area from the bathroom and bedroom. The living area has a loveseat sized couch (bed), desk, tv, coffee and end tables, desk and chair, and kitchenette. The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, cabinets, and small sink. They serve a full breakfast feom 6 a.m. - 10 a.m. I saw waffles, coffee, hot tea, OJ, hot cocoa, biscuits & gravy, pastries, cereal (and milk), scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, hard boiled eggs, granola bars, fresh fruit and fruit in cups, condiments, and yogurt. This is probably the nicest place I have stayed in for a long time!

GREAT rooms. Great customer service. There is a morning time breakfast in the office and the pool is always warm. The hot tub is also great. Always clean.

Room was very clean, but garbage hadn't been taken out. Breakfast was good and convenient. They gave us a room with 2 beds because online it said the large single bed was there, but wasn't available.

The staff was very polite and professional. I very much enjoyed staying at this hotel. Breakfast was really good too. There are plenty of places to eat very close by.

Nice hotel good location for our situation. Our 2nd tv in bedroom did not work and the ice machine was in the pool area...makes sense why it's there from from hotel management standpoint...but sucked for us being guests....we didn't pay for our room not sure what the cost was but not worth more then 120 a night. Would stay again if undet that cost.

We stopped in to visit some family and use the pool. While dimly lit, the pool area seemed nice and clean. The pool water was very warm and the hot tub was a pleasing temperature.

The hotel was very clean and in great shape. It was located right off of the main street through the area which made it super easy to find. The staff was very nice to my group and helped accommodate us in every way possible. I will definitely be recommending this place for those in need of a hotel in this area.

We enjoyed our stay here on our way to airport, only about 15 minutes away. Room on second floor was like a mini suite. Breakfast was okay. Hotel is located in upscale commercial area with a wide selection of restaurants to suit any taste within a short drive.

Love it! The staff are amazing, the pool and spa area is kept up with, and looks nice. The rooms are very clean and the room service is excellent. The breakfast in the morning is great with much variety. The smoking area is a nice environment and doesn't bother anyone on the location. It's in the middle of many shops and restaurants around making it easily accessible to get around. If you're looking for a nice place to stay, I'd recommend the AmericInn.

Our room was not properly cleaned when we checked in, and there were cobwebs in the window. Staff was generally friendly and breakfast was nice! It wasn't a perfect experience but I would likely visit again if I was in the area!

This hotel is way to expensive for the condition it is in. The rooms are dated. The staff was very nice. Main reason to stay here would be location.

Hotel rooms are decent in size, pool is always clean, service is extremely helpful, but the rooms have very thin walls.

When we arrived both of our rooms smelled too strongly of citrus air fresheners and we had to open the windows, other than that, no complaints. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, breakfast was great, friendly staff. Pool area was a lot of fun with our large crew.

Location was very convienient, easy to get to from the airport. Rooms were clean but a little small. Service was fine.

Paid a bit more for the jacuzzi suite but it was so worth it! Full hot breakfast with great staff.

Its says its a 2 star hotel but its better than most 3 or 4 star hotels. One of the best hotels in the Twin Cities metro area. Super nice owner and staff that work here (nicest I've met in the area). I stay roughly 2 months a year in the cities metro for work and outta all the places I stayed in the past 4 years this is #1 or #2 on my list of best places to stay in the area. Great rooms and beds everything is updated and new. Good breakfast with a good location and a big parking lot to fit trucks and trailers in. If your working or just Outta town I would highly recommend this place. I will be coming back every spring and fall to stay for work.

We had requested 2 adjoining rooms and were told they were available. The rooms we got to next to each other but not adjoined. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

My company put us up here in minnasota and all i have say is they did a wonderful job they made sure that they had their contentnal breakfast ready for us even when we were leaving the hotel at 3:15am our rooms were always cleaned i would recommend anyone staying here

I had a great stay very nice pool Hot Tub & Sauna and I had it all to myself the continental breakfast in the morning was a full spread breakfast. they had fruit cereal waffles Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches bacon granola bars oatmeal good coffee orange juice milk donuts and more. I was surprised usually a continental breakfast is like a piece of toast and a banana. The room was very clean the king size bed I had was very comfortable the pillows were really comfortable and I'm usually pretty picky about pillows. All in all a great day I would definitely recommend it and I will be back

Great breakfast. Our room floor was wet because of the tub. So there was a damp smell in the room. May have been just that room. Pool and hot tub were nice and the kids had fun. I would say again but I will not get a jacuzzi tub in the room next time.

An ok 2 star hotel. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Kids love the swimming pool and spa; waffles for breakfast are a hit with them, too. Excellent location in the heart of Apple Valley; next to a SuperTarget and a shopping centre. Good restaurants nearby. Spa in the room was too loud; only used it once. Thursday to Sunday: gets overrun by kids, quite literally: really annoying as they run in corridors and slam doors well into night. A suite with a king bed can be a good deal to sleep a family of four, but the couch in the "living room" will leave the kids hurting. We were ok after buying an air mattress to place on the couch.

The front desk is very friendly! Management is great. The housekeepers always do a good job cleaning the room. Rooms are nice and breakfast is good. Overall a great hotel to stay! I highly recommend.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast has a good variety. I am in a 2 room suite which is amazing. They are very friendly towards pets. The only thing I would like is to have an exercise room.

Our room was comfortable. The beds soft. Tv and channels were great. There was a wardrobe, dresser, desk, office chair, desk chair, microwave, and dorm fridge located in the room we had.
Housekeeping was fantastic.

We are locals that absolutely love this hotel for "getaway overnights". The staff is always terrific ... friendly and helpful. The whole facility, including the rooms, is very neat and clean. The community lobby area is comfortable, free local newspapers are provided and there is a big-screen TV. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and very quiet. Don't let the low prices fool you into thinking it's a "budget" joint ... instead it's a great value. Love it!

Recently remodeled and looks great. Very clean and staff was very polite. Breakfast was great and the pool, hot tub and sauna were clean and very nice. I'll be back for sure
