It was wonderful. Valet is QUICK. They have perfect gaming and attractions everywhere. Security is top notch. The rooms are neat as a pin. They could use a better check in system for people who made reservations though. The check in line was very LONG!

Although this casino smells like cigarettes they do have non smoking rooms that are very comfortable with non smoking rooms available. Great coffee shop called duets with sweets and a strong iced coffee drink with 5 shots. The gift shop is great for picking up snacks and all kinds of drinks. There is a great coffee shop in there with friendly staff also a seafood buffet, an outback steak house, a panda express, and a mcdonalds. Wonderful location for river play. They offer valet and self parking. Elevators are crowded as everybody wants to check out but i give it 5 stars because its staff are all so friendly and they have staff constantly cleaning the tile where you wait for the elevators to keep it safe.

Hotel was nice, in-house restaurants and bars good. Staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that using the hotel to stay when working in town; bellhop service was virtually nonexistent and they would not provide a luggage cart for a "worker" to use to bring expensive equipment in from their vehicle. Waiting over 20 minutes 3 times and then not getting any answer by phone the last morning when we needed to meet our client was frustrating. A: they need more than one bellhop staffed at all times for a hotel this size. B: if they want to court people working in Laughlin to stay there they should offer the use of a cart to move equipment from curbside to room so bellhop service is not needed

It's always great staying at the Aquarius! Staff is always so nice, we opted for the "Go Green" no house keeping this stay and it's been great. When we've needed anything (extra towels, toilet paper, etc.), The front desk and the house keeping staff in the halls has made it easy to not have them come in every day. Also, check in was quick and easy even though we came in right at 3pm. The valet has been efficient and quick as well.

The casino is the most modern one on the strip. The atmosphere is great and the live bands were awesome. Me and my wife had a great time and the rooms are very nice. Will come back soon in the future.

Stayed here for a nice, low-key bachelor party weekend. Drinks were ok, the food at the Italian restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the rooms were alright. There was a fun fireworks show on the river, though I think that was fourth of July related. And either there were a lot of children there, or I'm getting older. Overall, had a good time though! Would go again.

Loved it! Great weekend getaway with your spouse! Gorgeous grounds, very clean rooms and casino, nice comfy beds with fluffy white down comforters and soft pillows. Had the old school games we like to play near the back also. We basically stayed there the whole weekend, other than our walk down by the river. Highly recommend.

When we made our reservation we asked for adjoining rooms and were told they could put a note in but couldn't guarantee it. We called back a week later to link our rooms with the rest of our group and once again emphasized the need for adjoining rooms and were told it would be done. I called a third time the day before check in to make sure we could get adjoining rooms and was told the rooms weren't assigned until check in but it shouldn't be a problem. At check in, I was told the rooms we had reserved don't even come adjoining at all. I explained that I needed it because we were traveling with 4 kids and didn't fit in one room but needed to be attached to the kids room. I was told there were no adjoining rooms available in the entire hotel and we would just have to split up our family to separate rooms not near each other. I explained that I had called and verified on three separate occasions that I needed these rooms together and this was quite upsetting. The lady managed to find us the adjoining rooms we needed eventually. Once we got to the room it smelled heavily of marijuana so we called the desk to let them know since it was supposed to be non smoking and we didn't want to be charged for the smell when we checked out. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable but there were plenty of pillows. The room with 2 queen beds only came with 3 towels. There were plenty of plugs in the room for charging laptops and phones. Most of the staff was pretty rude and parking is terrible. We were driving a large 4 wheel drive truck didn't feel comfortable taking it into the parking garage so we parked in the oversize vehicle and trailer parking without a problem the first night. The second night we wanted to park there the attendant gave us grief about it, insisting we would fit in the garage. I wasn't willing to risk it, being within inches of the height limit and ended up getting him to let me into the oversize parking again, where I saw a few compact cars, minivans and SUV's much smaller than my truck parked all around there, so they don't seem to be very consistent with who can park there and who can't. When my mother needed to get her medicine from car in valet, the valet attendant gave her the keys and told her to walk up to her car and get it herself instead of bringing the car down. The cafe refused to seat our party of 7 at the two empty tables because it was too big of a party for the server so some of our party chose to leave to make us a smaller party that could fit in a booth. A few minutes later 2 parties of 4 each were sat at the tables they would not allow is to have. Overall, staying at this hotel is more trouble than it's worth. The staff mostly acts as though the guests are an inconvenience. It made the vacation a lot less relaxing. I will probably not stay here again.

This is probably the nicest hotel and casino on the Laughlin strip. I loved my room! The air conditioning got so cold. The only downsides were the haze of smoke you have to walk through to get anywhere (kind of a given here) and the fact that it took me literally an hour and a half to get checked in because there were only three people at the check in deal for a line of well over 200 people. They offered a $10 credit for anyone willing to waive housekeeping though, which I appreciated!

As with my previous review, the Aquarius is still one of the best places to stay in Laughlin. The rooms are decent and service is nice. There are some rooms that might be aging a bit but for the most part, it's decent. A lot of people aren't happy about the "resort fee" and I get it but why not just build it in to the price? Maybe it's a tax thing but at any rate it's standard procedure now.

The rooms were very clean and neat upon arrival. I would recommend to avoid the "going green" option as that basically means no fresh towels. The hallway on floor number six smelled awful, but the views are definitely A+. They have a small arcade on the third floor which could have been cleaner. Perfect vantage point to watch the sunrise on the top of the parking structure. Overall it was nice and the beds are amazing. Definitely keeping it in mind for the future.

Rooms are nice and there are plenty of places to eat. Casino is spacious with plenty of game choices. Pool is not very deep, only goes up to 4ft. Also the pool hours are from 7am to midnight, however: kids can only use the pool from 10am to 9pm... Leaving the pool open for 18+ from 7am to 10am and then 9pm to midnight. Alcohol can be served poolside along with quick meal options.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was comfortable and the view was great. The room was not fully clean in the drawers and around the night stand, the coffee maker didn't work very well and the shower was dark. Check in line was long but the moved quickly. There are a lot of amenities for families to entertain their children nearby and the pool was packed but experience was great! The dinner buffet was a great experience. We would stay here again if the price was right.

The Bloomin Onion at Outback Steakhouse is Life!!

So much has changed about this casino. The rooms are nice but playing the machines and comps have severely dropped. They used to serve drinks in the regular glasses whereas now you are given smaller plastic cups. The bartenders and servers were rude with the exception of one server. I actually got up from the machine and had my machine watched to find her. I had been playing for a little over a half hour and no server had come by. The other server assisted us and the server working our area was very rude and argued that she had been by and nobody was at those machines. We had a much better experience with our gambling and service next door. I am not sure due to the rudeness of the casino staff if I will be back.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and the staff very helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay. Did not enjoy the cafe as much as the hotel.

Yes getting free rooms is always nice, but getting free rooms to a place that is clean and has a fun atmosphere is even better. We always enjoy going to Laughlin and staying at the Aquarius. Enjoy their appetizers and pizza at The Cove, they have live music and as far as playing well, we left with much more than we came with so you came beat that.

Very nice, clean Hotel. Great rates and a wonderful view. I am not much of a gambler, but the tables that I played at the dealers were very friendly and helpful. The room has nice features such as a mini fridge and was very clean. The buffet was pretty decent as well for the money. Make sure to get a player's card first and you will get a discount at the buffet. Overall, a fun stay here for a bachelor party.

Absolutely no complaints about this place. Its clean, people are very friendly and pleasant. I'll be honest, I wondered if because of my race being very uncommon, would we feel uncomfortable, and that was absolutely no issue in the hotel, casino, or town. I like that. Made me feel good. Would stay again

We had some issues with hotel room, called for help and everything was corrected and stay was nice. Had some luck on slots that was nice!
We really enjoy the food here. We've eaten at the cafe several times and it's always been very good. Panda express is excellent, McDonalds,Subway, great places to eat. I don't care for buffets so we haven't tried that for sometime. Great Hotel we will be back. Soon I hope! !

We come here every year for a great adult getaway and never get disappointed. we have booked at this resort for the past five years and have never had any complaints. Always great service, always great rooms, fantastic beds. We always eat at the Windows on the River Buffet at least two or three times during our stay. There is so much to do inside of the casino, there really is no need to go to another casino.

This review is for the wonderful breakfast buffet staff who treated us like rock stars even though they had no idea that we are really rock stars. I believe the woman making omelets that day was Juana and she was a real joy. The bartender engaged us in a fun conversation and the table over looking the grey and desolate landscape of what was once the mighty Colorado River was enjoyable for its post apocalyptic setting. Eggs Benny was my fave although all the egg dishes were good, I probably ate damn near a dozen eggs that morning, Cheers Aquarius Breakfast Buffet Rock Stars!

This casino is great. It's very nice and up to date and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a getaway weekend. I have been here many, many times to have drinks and spend some money gambling. It's also great for taking the family out for the day to restaurants, arcades, river tours, shows and all those exciting casino sounds. This casino also offers a very nice accommodation with it's hotel. The prices trump anywhere you could stay in Las Vegas but without the crowds. The Aquarius has always been a favorite for myself, my family and my friends and I will always stay here. All good fun.

The price wasn't bad given that it included breakfast credits, and the facilities weren't bad at all either. I do feel it's important to point out that you cannot borrow a luggage cart; so if you've got a lot of luggage, just spend the $2 for the valet service. There are lots of restaurant options within the casino itself, but they don't all allow charging to the room. If you're there for a special event, I'd recommend you coordinate as far in advance as possible, as the restaurants weren't at all accommodating. The room service and the bar were accommodating and reasonably priced, and the food at the buffet was tasty, if a bit slim on variety. I don't gamble so I cannot speak for the casino itself, nor was I there for entertainment.

Very nice rooms. The bed was comfortable and clean. The front desk was quick and very helpful. Fulfilled my request with ease. No free breakfast option but plenty of restaurants available and room service In the hotel. Nice pool and close to the river walk.

We enjoyed our weekend stay and the hotel staff were very friendly! Our rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable! The casino floor had plenty of room to move around without feeling crowded. The holiday decorations were tastefully beautiful and not overdone. We enjoyed spending time with our family and friends in this fun environment.

This casino is spacious if your looking for roomy. This casino is known for the outback steaks. Being 18 floors you get a great view of the river. It once was the flamingo Hilton. The windows are still tinted pink. It too overlooks the river as well the buffet called windows makes you feel like your eating on the river. They also have a boat called the celebration that you can tour on. They also have a gigantic pool.

Line to check in was long, but moved very quickly. Was offered refreshments while waiting. When it was my turn to check in they had a players card in an envelope already for me and I received a $10 coupon for not getting room service the next morning. Very nice room. Got the Panoramic room which shows some river and some street views. The casino is not as smokey as some of the others. Very nice visit.

Went for the buffet since the Outback had a long wait. It was very good. 2 complimentary cocktails per person and the food is fantastic. Great atmosphere at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The hotel was fine. Getting a little different maintenance going on in the room. But overall it was fine. Service was good, very prompt. Food was excellent.

Really enjoyed 3-day stay over Christmas holiday. Good place for singles as well as couples. Very clean casino; has non-smoking areas for those interested. I like the Aquarius as a nice place to stay in Laughlin. It's lively and clean for the most part. I really enjoy the restaurants there, especially the cafe. Outback is also good, but always super busy. The rooms are decent and the staff is good. Very disappointed in the bars. They watered down all my patron shots.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Check-in was very fast on the Thursday we arrived. I've seen much worse when it comes to cleanliness. My only complaint is the paper thin walls(heard every noise from the people next door to us) and the toilet is positioned awkwardly close to the wall and toilet paper holder. Slots are fun, won some, lost more. I would probably visit the Aquarius again.

This time of year (December) the crowds are minimal. But, there are also few activities short of gambling. Smoke control isn't good in the casino. The smoke is pretty bad even though there are very few people. When crowded, this would be a real problem.

The food in the cafe is good. But several other restaurants are closed for the season.

Love staying here. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and bright by day, cozy by night. And if you get a town or river view you will not be disappointed. 💜

Took the boat tour they offered and enjoyed the little information about the town's surrounding the area. Drinks were strong which made it worth it. They only had prime rib for meat which was great. Would highly recommend a stop if you're in town.

Good room, nice view. Pool was enjoyed by my wife. Casino washrooms were clean and well maintained. We felt very safe inside and out as there was lots of security present.Large, well lighted underground parking lot. Food was fine, but the service was slow in the restaurant. However, any interaction with employees was always positive, and they did it with a smile on their face. We will be back, and thankyou for an enjoyable holiday. Larry

Appena si entra, nella hall, si è già nel casinò in mezzo ai giocatori (non molto bello, visto anche il fatto che nel casinò è permesso fumare). In pratica qualunque area dell'albergo si raggiunge passando obbligatoriamente dall'area casinò. Le camere hanno una vista panoramica sul resto del paese, pervase dall'odore di moquette vecchia. Sono dotate di climatizzatore, asciugacapelli, ferro e tavolo da stiro, tv, mini frigo. L'insonorizzazione è buona. Il ristorante è ampio, il personale, anche se disponibile, ha maniere un po' grezze e va cercato se si hanno delle richieste. La cucina ha una grande varietà di cibi e contorni, molto ampia anche la selezione di dolci. A colazione si conferma l'ampia scelta, anche se la disposizione dei cibi è un po' confusionaria. In tutta la struttura è disponibile gratuitamente la connessione Wi-Fi, anche se dietro registrazione con email ed è limitata ad 1 Mbps. Può essere aumentata a 5 Mbps a fronte del pagamento di una tariffa fissa.

Loved it! Very clean room. Everyone we encountered that worked there were so kind and helpful. Nice casino. Free parking, wifi and no resort fee and great location. Can't wait to go back.

We had a beautiful room with an excellent view of the river. the rooms were clean and our need for conjoined rooms was accommodated without any trouble. The rooms were clean and the comforters were soft as were the beds and pillows. I cannot reccomend the buffet to eat at as the price you pay is neither the quality or even quantity you get. All around I would recommend staying here and having some fun on the river or lake.

The room looked nothing like the brochure, I was not at all impressed. Perhaps updating the thermostats to smart thermostats to regulate room temps, changing out the carpets, adding microwaves and new wallpaper would be nice. The staff however was great and very nice over all. This was the 1st time I stayed overnight in Laughlin and I chose your hotel based on ratings it received. The overall feel wasn't bad and we hit a jackpot, just think a renovation would be nice.

We had a nice enough time. Staff in the cafe was excellent and depending on the chef so was the food. The buffet was very nice. However, we reserved a king room which we did not get and when I discovered this and called down to the desk the girl who answered was rude and basically said the reservation process is only a suggestion of what is available. So tough luck at least you got a room. Also no extra pillows or blankets. Room was clean but again not what we expected. We will probably not stay again.

The hotel used to be the best on the River, but since it is no longer a hilton has gone down hill. The overall condition of the place is in need of renovation! The beds were comfortable and room clean after we changed from the old rundown Arizona Tower to California Tower. The river views are fantastic! The food was horrible as usual. Haven't had quality food at this hotel for a few years. We eat at the Regency or Pioneer where the quality is much better. There used to be complimentary water at least and now NOTHING. We are river people who spend the day on the Colorado boating and skiing, so this is a convenient place for us to come. Looking forward to some improvement since the hotel has been purchased by someone else.

Awesome hotel. Rooms are well appointed and very clean overall. The players club is lucrative and the casino offers a wide variety of slots and table games. Didn't win much but I had fun. The bars and food choices were also top notch.

1st visit was great overall and had no complaints, last visit this past weekend the rooms smelled like an ashtray in a non-smoking room. Asked to see if there was something someone could do for the smell...they said they would send someone up but no one ever came. Aside from this issue it has been a great place to stay and the pool is fantastic. 😊
