Very kind staff upon arrival. The room was beautiful and so clean. Complimentary breakfast was better than I anticipated. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel. I appreciate that they are doing breakfast and they have a friendly staff. I did not like that there is a $10 charge per night for parking and only 1 car per room. Had I known this, I would have stayed elsewhere.

Staying at this particular Ayres in Anaheim was the perfect experience. From Leslie helping me with carry in my items to Bo's excellent customer service. I had to stay at this hotel for a week and it was perfect for long term and short term. It's clean, organized, and has a great free breakfast. The manager Amanda took care of all my needs and followed up with me for any feedback. Amanda was Amazing to me and all guests. Thank you

They're doing a really good job staying open and helpful during Covid times! Breakfast is a to-go plate you eat in your room but there's still a trained chef right there cooking fresh eggs and potatoes. Tells good stories too! Great stay.

Everything was clean and all the employees were very helpful. Central to many places in Anaheim and the surrounding area and easy to find as it's close to the freeway. Overall a very nice experience and would stay there again.

From arrival to departure, the staff here were great. Free refreshments upon check in. Too cool, ice cold beer after a long day's drive. Wow, that's how awesome the breakfast was. The outdoor pool was great. I would have given 5 stars, but they charged $10 per day for parking.

My husband and I visited California from Canada for the first time and stayed for 9 nights at the Ayres Hotel Anaheim. The hotel is well located, very close to the Anaheim Resort area. It was perfect for us because we wanted to stay in Anaheim but weren't going to Disneyland. We were very happy with all the hotel's services and facilities. Our room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the courteousness of 3 employees, Dee, Anthony and Jordan. We also really enjoyed the chef serving us a plate of fresh delicious food for breakfast. We've been to many hotels in the past and this hotel offers exceptional service and is reasonably priced. Their breakfast buffet is by far the best we've experienced so far. We would definitely stay at the Ayres Hotel Anaheim again!

Best place I have been! The staff are so welcoming and friendly! They make you feel at home and act as if they have known you for years. Even on the phone before booking we were so impressed. Very professional service. Jordan is who we mostly worked with and hes amazing. Thank you for the best stay we could ask for. ??

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The morning breakfast was definitely a highlight for us. The breakfast was yummy, the staff was friendly and there was as a great selection offered daily!! The shuttle to Disneyland was very convenient and we were only walking distance to the ball game! The pool may have been a bit on the small side but there was plenty of room for loads of fun! We would definitely recommend this place and cant wait to return for another visit!! Highly recommend this place for your family vacation to Anaheim!!!

Our stay was excellent! The staff was very friendly and super accommodating. Our questions were answered quickly and the room was so clean and very spacious. The breakfast was great and served at a great time. The shuttle to and from the park was very clutch as well and a highly recommend! We will for sure be staying here every time we come to Anaheim!!!

We stayed for 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, quiet. The breakfast was delicious. My kids enjoyed the Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes each morning. It was great to relax in the jacuzzi outside after a long day at the theme park. Staff is polite and even waived off the parking fee due to a glitch on their side. A minor feedback would be for this property to upgrade their brand of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to most and go back again soon!

We only stayed for one night but we had a great experience as expected from Ayres. Receptionists were friendly, and the room was spacious and clean. I would give 5 stars, however, our breakfast was less than pleasant as the room was small and we had nowhere to sit at the empty tables since they were uncleaned by the staff. There was only one person running the hot breakfast buffet, and she was quite busy. Maybe it was an off day where somebody called out or something. We've stayed at another Ayres hotels, and they usually have more than 2 people during breakfast crowd.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was a great location for both Disney and the Angels game. The staff was very nice and have perfect service. The room was large, clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable. The pre-check in text message to ask about our needs was excellent! The price was good for the room and breakfast was excellent. Overall we had a great experience! Thank you!

I can say i enjoy being at this place. This is where me and my wife spent our night after our wedding. they have a great Continental breakfast! loaded with eggs, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, sausage, and bacon plus lots of other good treats not just a small tiny breakfast they hook it up for you. rooms are very clean and organized and upkeep. TV with blue-tooth sound system for use. great all around. will get pictures up as soon as i can

I stayed here a week ago, first thing that caught my attention was the fairly low price on a Sunday( $77+tax & parking) but I was pleasantly surprised at what a nice place this was. Rooms were clean, comfortable & large. The king room had a separate sofa sleeper, microwave, mini fridge & a small store that has decent prices on wine. Also it is extremely close to angels stadium & the Transit station. Overall a great experience.

Great experience. Location was perfect for attending an event at the Honda Center or going to an Angels game (walking distance). Hotel was clean, quiet, beds and pillows were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. I recommend the pancakes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I chose the hotel solely for it's location - which was perfect. The parking (more specifically, trying to leave) ended up being confusing and complicated due to the understandable need to handle event parking challenges. This is the most "average" of the Ayers Hotels I've stayed at re: amenities, decor, comfort, upkeep, etc. However, the staff was fantastic - welcoming, personable, and with a genuine enthusiasm to be of assistance. I certainly would not go out of my way to avoid this property if I were headed to the local Disneyland attraction, I would not likely go out of my way to stay here unless I needed the beyond convenient access to the Honda Center. The staff service alone, though, would be enough to recommend it others over other Anaheim options.

Super nice here.... The rooms are so big and always a beautiful view out the windows.... This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever been to, I will always recoment that this is where you go I'd your trying to stay somewhere a litter nicer than a motel 6.... The prices are honestly really goof too for a nicer hotel.... Just over a 100 bucks for a room.... Not bad....

We were very impressed with Ayres hotel. I would totally recommend this hotel. Staff was on point. Very nice and professional. Our room was clean every night. We were there for 6 days and we were treated like family. Breakfast I have to brag. The cook was very polite and nice to my kids and my family he went out of his way to make them Mickey Mouse pancakes. Very clean hotel and very nice looking hotel. Thanks Ayres for a wonderful stay while we were on vacation.

Best hotel I have ever stayed with. Staff are great from top to bottom. The manager, Marcus, all the people working the front desk, the breakfast chef, and housekeeping went out of their way to make our stay great. Beds were very comfortable, full breakfast, and cookies in the evening. I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel. Great location. I have stayed here before and will deffinately stay here again.

The staff was very nice, although the front desk staff mostly joked around. One night during my stay, the lobby tables were covered with beer bottles from other guests that didn't clean up after themselves. I was surprised though that the front desk staff hadn't noticed it. After sitting there awhile, it was eventually cleaned up.
Another time, I found a cell phone in the lobby and when I took it to the front desk, the woman seemed confused. I had to explain again that I wanted her to hold on to the phone in case anyone came to claim it.
Apart from the front desk staff, I had a good visit. The chef was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. He made a wonderful breakfast each morning, as well. The rooms were tidy and the hotel was only 10 minutes away from the hospital and shopping areas.

Our stay was great. We had a very good experience with Ayres. The Front Desk attendant was exceptional and made my family feel very welcome. The room was comfortable, even if the televisions were on the small side, (but we do not stay in hotels to watch TV, so it wasn't that much of an issue).
The breakfast was good. There was a good selection of food offered and the bacon was cooked perfectly (which is a very important thing!) and the pancakes were light.
We enjoyed our experience at this hotel and location and would be happy to stay here again.

Good surprise. Honestly I was not expecting a so good value for the price we paid.
Staff was effecient and welcoming.

Love this hotel. It's a little far away from Disneyland as I usually stay closer, but it has everything you need and the price is low for such great quality. This is my first choice now when I'm going to Disneyland. The front desk staff are incredible and they have such great attitudes- they provided excellent customer service.

Everything was great, except that the dining area was a bit too small. We could not find any table to sit at, and the food should be more like a buffet, rather than having to wait for the chef to serve everyone. The line was getting quite long.

Our fridge was not cold enough to keep our food fresh.

Other than that, it was a nice experience!

I really liked the Ayres Hotel in Anaheim. I stayed a week there and the location was perfect for the function I attended at the Orange County Badminton Club. The room was big and well appointed with comfortable king sized beds. Breakfasts were hot and served up with the best coffee I've had at a hotel.

Great customer services. Make sure you try their sugar cookies. Hands down it's one of the most delicious cookies I've ever had! And the chef at their breakfast buffet is amazing. Very nice and friendly. Overall an amazing stay. Will definitely stay there in future. Recommended for sure.

Very nice amenities throughout the hotel. Very large, well designed room with very comfortable beds. A great value! Employees were very nice and helpful and efficient, only drawback was having to pay $ 11.75 for parking even though we had just come from Disneyland and were not there to attend the Ducks hockey match the next day.

This place is very nice and the hostess was extremely sweet and helpful. However the smell when we went down the hallway journalist bearable. You're on the second floor and there's just no way to describe the smell. It was horrible. But when we got in our room it was totally fine. It was nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Way more comfortable than the Disneyland Hotel! We were so disappointed there. But we would definitely stay here instead and just ride the shuttle to Disneyland. We have always had good results all of the Ayres hotels. Thank you Ayres Hotel for your kind hospitality!

I just got done with a 5 night stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the staff was courteous. The bathrooms are big. The AC is cold. No bed bugs. Heard no complaints of bed bugs from other guests in the communal breakfast area.

The wifi is very, painfully slow. My cell phone as a hot spot was faster.

The breakfast was tasty. The coffee was not so good.

Loved my stay, and we will stay again if we are in the area.

We stayed here in 2013. I looked at other hotels for this stay with my son but decided to go with this hotel as it was such a great experience last time. This time did not disappoint. Everything was exceptional again. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Regardless of the slightly farther distance to Disney (which doesn't matter with ART coming to the hotel) and a slightly higher per night cost than a Holiday Inn, it is money well spent for quality and excellent service.

A great place to stay. Excellent location for Disneyland and a good base for all LA visitor attractions. Front desk staff smiling and friendly throughout our visit and never too busy to stop and chat or answer any questions. Always greeted on our return back to the hotel which was a lovely experience. A decent complementary breakfast daily consisting of a hot buffet and pastries, fruit and cereal. Great staff in the restaurant too. Room/Suite which we had for our stay - 402 was very comfortable and we had no issues whatsoever during our 18 night stay. Serviced daily, it contained a small fridge/microwave kitchenette area at one side of the room where coffee could be made (replenished daily). King size very comfortable bed. Fully air-conditioned room. Hotel provides happy hour complementary wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks on four evenings a week which was a great opportunity to meet other guests and once again interact with the front desk team. General Manager also makes himself part of the team to talk to guests frequently, so if you had any issues you could always discuss them if needed- or just simply chat to him as we did.

Absolutely wonderful. The entire time I was there I had great attentive service. The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary full breakfast was delicious and thee orange juice was full strength. It is the best possible location for any Honda center event. It sits next to the ARTIC station so getting to any attraction in town is a snap. Will be back again and again.

Breakfast was great. Shuttle access was great. Schmids was great. Beds were great. No real views, but that's minor. They give veterans discounts, which is great. Advice would be to find out if anything is playing next door at Honda center before your stay. We had the unfortunate experience of having The Weekend play during our stay, and got serenaded by the sounds of loud concert music, car horns, revving engines, and people screaming/yelling til about midnight. Wouldn't have been a problem, but we had to be up at 6 am for Disney. Plus if we had known we would've requested a room on the opposite side of the property. We stayed in 431 because that was what they considered a "view" room... personally would've much rather been able to sleep.

Location was good, rooms were clean and simple. Continental breakfast was decent, but Jose the breakfast chef really was amazing. He is what made my stay extra enjoyable, he was so kind, personable and sweet. He made conversation with not only myself but everyone who went in there, joking with us, talking, smiling.. he really was great. And he really stood out to me and i think he needs to be noticed for that.

I've stayed here multiple times on business and I can recommend it. A clean, no-nonsense, comfortable hotel with few frills but I've never had a problem with accommodations or service. It's located right down the street from the train station as well as the Honda Center and Angel Stadium, yet is not usually overrun with tourists. Good breakfast.

Amazing hotel, quiet and great location--city/freeway view. Staff was super nice!

One thing I do recommend is not advertising the exec suite as a "fireworks' view" room. There's a tree blocking the Disney fireworks view so there was no view =|

Other than that, I'd come back!

The Staff is very friendly and informative. Free Full breakfast was delicious. You can see the cook make the food on the spot. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Very nice hotel. We had a room on the third floor with a king size bed , a couch , coffee table, desk and a little table for 2. Bathroom was small and, as in most hotels, shower was not very good. Overall a good experience. Also, It would be nice if guests who don't have an electric car (or are not charging it if they have one) didn't park in the Tesla charging spots since there are only 4 slots available.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We rented the 2 room suite (at a very reasonable rate), giving us plenty of room to spread out and each have our own space. The breakfast was very good and fresh each morning. Having a chef actually prepare the breakfast fresh for us added a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Good: Breakfast service is much better than most continental breakfasts. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Bad: I did not observe the refrigerator controls until after my food had spoiled. You must get on the floor to find such controls inside, on back panel in refrigerator. A simple note stating such might be a nice indicator to your guests.
Room smelled really odd and couldn't be aired out.

NOTE: manager did contact me to apologize about the refrigerator - nice touch!

The staff were amazing! Amenities were nice - got to enjoy some time at the pool! Despite not having a bar they had some wine and beer sale in the shop ( not to mention close proximity to a restaurant brewery). LOVED that it was walking distance to the stadium! We were at Ayres Anaheim for 6 nights and had an exceptional stay! Rooms were clean and big, and beds were extremely comfortable. Check in was fast and easy, which was appreciated after a long day. We rode the shuttle to Disneyland for 3 days. Though the hotel is a few miles from Disneyland Resort, the shuttle got us there quickly. We enjoyed our overall stay and will definitely stay again next time we return to Anaheim!

I was nervous to book this hotel being that it was not close to Disneyland. However, I'm glad I did! This hotel is beautiful and really clean!!!!! The free breakfast was a plus with children. Nice overall stay. I have stayed a few other Ayres hotels and this one was not set up and decorated quite as impressively as the others. The breakfast room and lobby was more plain in comparison. The others had a definite, distinct charm about them, as did the rooms. But overall the staff was helpful and everything was clean. The breakfast could use a waffle maker like they have at the Residence Inns. I know it is not always possible, at others I had been to had made-to-order omelets. The provided items were tasty with a good selection.. I think the main difference, however, was the very plain decor, when it is advertised as an "Old World" charm, which they are noted for. The city shuttle to Disneyland worked out fairly well for us at a reasonable charge, as long as you aren't too time constrained....location not too far from there.

The room was great and hotel staff was very friendly. We checked in right at 3pm and staff checked several of us in very quickly. It was so nice to relax in the room before our concert and then just cross the street after. Our room was clean and comfy and snacks and wine from the lobby store were very reasonably priced for a hotel. The only thing in the whole experience that wasn't excellent/didn't exceed expectations was the breakfast, but it was free. So, I didn't really expect that it would knock my socks off.

First the staff is AMAZING. We were greeted by the friendliest front desk staff around. He was very helpful in giving us tips about the area and property. The rooms are great. Very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and made for a restful night after a very busy day. The art transit stops at the hotel and basically will take you where ever you need to go. There is a complimentary breakfast and happy hour during the week. Top notch service. Great stay!

Have stayed previous for two nights, this time for a single nights stay for a quick Disney day trip. Sure, it costs a bit more but it's worth it to have a simple, perfect stay. Courteous staff, clean and comfortable rooms along with a great breakfast. Easy access to Angels, Ducks and theme parks making it worth a look.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was perfect with the bathroom and living area separated out. Very clean and had everything we needed. The invitation texts prior to arrival were awesome as well and made it very smooth. My only comment would be that with such an environment conscious motto, you may want to consider getting rid of the disposable coffee trays, that seems to create more trash than necessary. Just a thought. THis place was hands down a 10 for convenience of location, staff and accommodations!!

The Ayres Hotel in Anaheim is by far the best hotel in Anaheim I've stayed at. The staff, rooms, pool are fantastic. We stayed here because it was close to the Angels ball park as we came to Anaheim to watch the Blue Jays play the Angels, it is a short 15 minute walk and we didn't have to deal with parking. We were safe, secure and very comfortable. The chef goes out of his way to make a great breakfast. You won't be disappointed, stay here!

The continental breakfast is delightful, the staff is kind and helpful, it is very close to Disneyland and has a nice shuttle for a decent price. The room and amentities were kept up with daily, the room was quiet (except for the air conditioning unit which rattled slightly when it came on) and we slept like angels in the super soft and cozy sheets! It was nice being able to get in the jacuzzi after a long day of walking. This was our second time staying at this hotel and we will be staying here again in the future!

The beds...super comfortable. However they seemed small. Not actual queen size beds. There was hair in the shower from previous people. That was gross. The noise in the hallway was more than I expected.
Otherwise overall nice hotel and has potential to be even better. The hair was what I couldn't stand. Like...head hair AND pubic hair was found the first night.

Perfect location for any event happening at the Honda Center which is right across the street or if you're like most of Anaheim visitors, going to Disneyland. Style of the furnishings and decor were elegant and welcoming and very clean. They have good amenities like breakfast, a gym, a heated pool and hot tub. Rooms were very affordable too.

Very clean. Extremely friendly staff. Room was awesome and had everything you needed. Plus the location of where its at is awesome. Not too far from restaurants and a local brewery. It was a tad expensive when it adds up to taxes. Plus we opted for late checkout. Aside from that it was an overall great experience.

Ever since we received exceptional service using Ayres as a home-base hotel for an out-of-town wedding for our daughter five years ago, we have tried to stay in Ayres properties whenever there's one in the area. Our stay at Anaheim was no exception. As always, the condition of the hotel, the beds, service, and breakfast was wonderful. Our only suggestion would be to explain the process of the Disneyland shuttle more fully. When I asked about it, the front desk failed to mention that the tickets needed to be purchased in advance at the front desk. When the shuttle came we had to return to the desk to purchase our shuttle tickets. Other than that glitch, it was a wonderful experience.

My wife and I decided to do it last minute stay. We live local so we decided to have a random day your hotel. Very satisfied with the cleanliness and neatness of the hotel. Definitely a place I will consider coming back to again. Three things that preventing me from giving it a five star. 1) You can hear quite a bit of outside traffic and ambience in Room 101. 2) There was charge for parking about ~$10 per car (primarily because of Angels stadium and Honda Center). 3) Minor detail on food, breakfast was good I wish the coffee and eggs were better quality. For the coffee I suggest adding some flavored creamer. Besides that my wife and I really enjoyed staying there thank you. -D.R.

I think that this hotel was amazing. In the morning, the chef made my family Mickey Mouse pancakes. He chatted with us and he was so nice! Amazing rooms but the view isn't great. We got stuck next to a large grey building so we closed our curtains.

We had a great time at Ayres hotel in Anaheim the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms are big compared to other hotels. We stayed in two different rooms since we had to book an additional day at the last minute. the refrigerator did not work in the second room but that would be the only negative in otherwise a perfect stay. We would stay here again when in this area.

Clean, comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Gorgeous huge baths! The breakfast was OK, but you know - it's just breakfast. Pool and hot tub appeared to be working. Decent coffee in the rooms. Good value!

We were completely wow'd by our experience at the Ayres Anaheim! The staff was so nice and helpful with the ART and any questions we had.
We had made a special request to have some balloons and a gift waiting for our son for his birthday and the staff went above and beyond! The entire room was decorated with balloons and banners, party favors and even a gift basket from the staff with candies and a teddy bear. My son was THRILLED! It really was a great experience. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The grounds we're maintained wounderfully. We will definitely be back! A huge thank you to Marcus and his team for such a great weekend for my family.

I loved working with Lesley to reserve rooms for my wedding day. She was so accommodating and fair and made my experience working with The Ayres Hotel a very pleasant one. The grounds were exceptionally clean and quiet even though it is located near a freeway. The food in the morning was excellent and the staff was always courteous and warm. I wholly enjoyed doing business with this hotel.

I've stayed here a couple of times when traveling for work. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Usually quiet, unless there is a Ducks or Angels game then you do get some noise from the stadium and the restaurant across the street. The breakfast in the morning is pretty standard, though you do need to have a receipt from checkin for the hot food.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and the beds are heaven! If I manage to drag myself out of the comfy bed early enough for the free breakfast it is varied and delicious. I'm in the area at least once a year and always look forward to my stay at Ayres.

We stayed at this hotel for two days for Disneyland. Overall, it was an excellent hotel. The staff were knowledgable and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived at 8am! The breakfast was substantial and delicious. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.
Toiletries could use some improving. There was shampoo but no conditioner and the shampoo was harsh and irritated my scalp. Also, the breakfast room gets packed right before the end of the service period so try and get down early.
Overall, a great hotel experience and I would stay again.

We enjoyed are stay very much, qualify/condition of the room was excellent. Check in and check out were short and sweet. Our only issue was the breakfast service was extremely slow, not the service workers fault, as she was cooking and serving and totally overwhelmed....she need help.....i.e. one cook and one server...the line was 30 minutes long at one point.

The bed and pillows were excellent. I usually travel with my own pillow but didn't need to use it this trip. All of the staff in your hotel were friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious, hot and contained a very good variety of selections. Looking forward to our next trip.

We thought it would be fun to stay in the "Ayres" hotel because our name is Ayers. It turned out to be a very nice experience.
Two things: would have been nice to have a reading/side chair in the room, and a toaster at breakfast.

In A Nutshell:

-This is the 2nd Ayres hotel I've stayed in and this Anaheim location does not disappoint.
-The customer service is what really sets this hotel apart from other hotels.
-An example was when Marcus kindly kept a look out for a specified requested room (at the time all the rooms were booked). He took initiative to immediately accommodate via phone/email 1 day prior to arriving as soon as the room was available.
-The rooms at Ayres are twice as large as your normal hotel room w/ a very comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, a fridge, microwave and clean bathroom.
-Free breakfast was included.
-Overnight parking is only $10, however the lot is very small.
-This location was directly across the street from the Anaheim Ducks hockey stadium, down the street from the Angels and very close to Disneyland.
-Just exit Highway 57 and you're right there.

Overall, this is a great place to stay if you want to hang around the Little Saigon area for a weekend stay.

Loved staying here! It has old world charm, with all the dark wood. The beds are comfortable and the hot water plentiful. The only complaint I have is the shower head sprays out in a huge circle and it's difficult to rinse off. That it's 2 miles from the Disney Resort AND affordable is a huge plus!

Ayres hotel is the best hotel for Disney guests. The rooms are clean. Bed are comfy. Staff is personable, and amazing. The free breakfast is delicious and their cook is such a nice guy! Love this hotel! Have stayed here every time we visit Disneyland the last 5 years and will never book anywhere else again.

Convenient to Disneyland and the college that my daughter was moving in to. Loved the complimentary breakfast. Clean, nice sized rooms. The Beds were a little too cushy for our taste, but comfortable. Should have asked for a room closer to elevators. Laundry room is a plus. Will come back. Warm cookies too is the afternoon! Happy Hour also!

I recently stayed 4 nights at the POM and really enjoyed myself. The maid service was wonderful as were the reception staff and I may notice more than the average person however, it made me happy that they seemed happy. The hot tub was out of order and wouldn't be fixed until March however, even that didn't dampen my spirits.Great stay, loved the ambiance.WI-Fi worked fine, TV was great.

We had a great time at the Ayres. We booked our wedding block there and received wonderful service. All of our out of town guests loved the staff, location, and coziness of the hotel!

Overall, we had a really great experience with the Ayres from the very beginning and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Check in was a breeze. The hotel has a great email check in system where you can make requests, and they even have early check in available for a small extra fee. The grounds were well maintained. We used the pool for a few hours which was a nice respite during the summer. They offer a complimentary breakfast with freshly made pancakes...our kid even got one shaped like Mickey mouse! Speaking of the happiest place on earth, there is a shuttle available that runs at specific times back and forth, so it makes it very convenient. This hotel is perfectly located for any activities at the Honda center or Sngels stadium too!

From my first phone call to make reservation the customer service was amazing! our reason for booking at the Ayres Hotal our godson was getting married and he reserved rooms for family and friends, I requested early check-in no problem $30.00 extra well worth it!! the rooms very clean we called house keeping for extra towels with in 5 mins they were knocking at the door with extra towels. I highly recommend Ayres Hotel Anaheim. I would differently stay at the Ayres again.

Booked a room to spend the night with my husband after we attended a concert at Honda Center. Experience was good, clean room great service, cozy and cute rooms. Beds were comfortable and the room was well equipped with necessary appliances. Customer service was great we were greeted with a warm smile and given instructions and directions. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family or book it again if attending another event nearby. In the morning we had free breakfast downstairs in the dining area. the service there was good too. I would had enjoyed a bit more variety of food but above all it was delicious. Loved the coffee.

A very comfortable bed and a nice deep tub for soaking were great after a long day at Disneyland. No noise at all. It seemed like the hotel was empty, until I saw all the guests at breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Overall a pretty good experience. We always look over the sheets with a flashlight and we found hairs all over each of the bed sheets. Once we asked for new sheets and put them on, all was well. The room was clean and didn't have that gross feeling you can feel in hotels sometimes. Breakfast came with our stay and it was decent. The shuttle to Disneyland left every 20 minutes which was very convenient and took about 15 minutes to get there. It could get a little noisy if you left the window open for air, but once closed it was surprisingly quite. I only gave a four because of the sheets.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. We had never stayed and so we really didn't know what we would expect. The rooms were very nice and up-to-date with all the amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We even had an incident where we locked our keys in the car as we were supposed to be heading for the airport, and the night manager called AAA for us and got us a tow service there in minutes. He insisted I didn't worry about the cost and he took care of everything. I will definitely be staying with Ayres hotels in the future. Thank you for such a great experience.
