Renovations are nearing completion as of 11/15/18. Staff was kind and helpful. My room was clean with all the necessary items stocked- toiletries, cups, ice bucket, hair dryer, iron and board, HD TV with direct TV services, microwave, heat /ac all worked. I've stayed here several times and never had any problems. My stay was quiet and restful.

Honestly travel alot and i was very impressed with the staff everyone was so nice! My room looked amazing and a great breakfast lots of options the hotel is coming together really nice!! Its defiantly an upgrade from a year ago when i stayed!!

Nice remodeled rooms, no pool at this hotel but they have a deal with the y, breakfast wasn't very good and the staff was very friendly. Definitely would stay again 😁

Pros: Receptionist was great, very nice and considerate.

Cons: Poor quality motel, it looks like they have had a change of ownership more then once, pricey. Everything is outdated (yellow appliances etc), beds were hard, sheets rough, pillows small and bumpy.

Great place to stay. Very clean while going through renovation. Awesome management always willing to please. I would never consider staying anywhere else while visiting family in the area.

Very outdated once inside. Two pillows for a king size bed. Divits in the flooring, and stains in the carpet. Elevator was out of service for our second floor room. Had to walk from one end of hotel to the other, climb stairs just to walk to the other end again for our room. The door to our room was weighted well to shut as it should. The lobby and breakfast area looked nice but once in our room I was afraid to sleep.
The staff wasn't very welcoming upon arrival either.

Seems like the quality of stay has gone down over the past several years. It doesn't have a lot of amenities, the second/third floors don't feel flat, and the elevator smelled funny the last time I stayed (in Jan). The people are very nice, though, and the rooms are fine.

We stay here when the power was out where we lived. The first room we looked at had had a smell of smoke and a tv from the 1990's. Next room wad a bit better, but still very over priced for the area.

Nice little room at a great price. Nothing too fancy but it was clean. The room had a microwave and mini fridge in it. They had a pretty good free breakfast which included hot food items, a waffle maker, different cereals, juices, fruits, bagels and danishes. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Good place for short stays. Clean room, comfortable bed, shampoo, refrigerator. Bathroom clean. Light breakfast included. Area doesnt look safe at night, but I would stay there again. Free parking in lot.

It was sufficient for roof over my head with running water and edible items in the morning. This hotel is in need of updating, I saw some trip advisor awards on the wall behind the counter and it made me question tripadvisor's reviewing criteria.

Hole in bathtub, blanket, and turning on the heater made the smoke detector go off due to dust burning I assume. Closet has no hangars, and a table and chairs would be nice. Limited breakfast for a Baymont but it has a roof and mattress. Over priced for what you get and the location, but stuff didn't get stolen and I wasn't murdered.

Easy to get to and the staff was very friendly. rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great location while visiting my daughter at college. Good room for a one night stay.

Nothing like waking up for breakfast and walking out to an empty lobby! I asked what time breakfast was when I checked in the night before. I was told between 7 and 10am. Not a single thing was out come 9:30am. The staff had already cleared everything away and started dishes. There wasn't even cereal or fruit left out! My room was located around the corner from the desk. I could see the front desk attendant at the desk when going back to my room. I called to request a late check out. After attempting to call 3 times from the hotel phone I decided to try my cell and sure enough after two short rings I got an answer. I'm blown away with the day staff and service. I checked in around 9pm and couldn't have been happier with my experience. Sadly that all changed in the morning.

Toilet was broke/plugged when we got there. But they were very nice about it. The staff was very helpful.

It's a clean enough hotel, nothing too special. They allow pets and are conveniently located. Taking a star off, because I've stayed twice and there have always been cobwebs in my room so I fear there were unseen spiders.

This place is awesome. My company MCI just installed a nice new HD TV system at this hotel. Many channels and premium movie channels (10+/- HBO'S etc)

The hotel was quiet and old, but clean. Mattresses are very firm. While I'm not a fan of a firm mattress, I know some are. It made a decent place to crash for the night, and I got a great price for it. My only complaint is that they didn't have an cribs available. Whether this is because it's not an ammmenity the hotel offers or because they were out of cribs when I checked in, I don't know. I didn't research the place as extensively as I normally do, since we found ourselves needed a last minute place.

Our group was traveling from 10 hours South if this hotel and were looking forward to a comfortable stay. Two of the 5 rooms we stayed in didn't have a/c and the outside temp is in the high 80's. When I asked about having the a/c repaired or getting a different room, I was told "there is no maintenance tonight and another room is not available." Had I known this before booking the rooms, we definitely would have stayed somewhere else and I encourage you to do the same.

The room is fine, and quiet at night. However, my wake up calls were not honored and I was woken up at 1130 at night by the phone ringing--which turned out to be advertisements for the hotel.

The continental breakfast was pretty good and the rooms were fairly priced, but the WiFi was kinda weak. It could use a bit of an update though.
