We booked Hotel Belfast last minute for a family holiday weekend in Paris. We checked the various reviews before booking and found them to be accurate. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was very clean and although the decor is slightly dated it has a kitsch Parisian charm. We booked a larger family room that cost slightly more and found the room size, whilst not huge, still ample for our needs. As requested the staff placed a cot beside our bed for our arrival. Fantastic location in central Paris with excellent transport links. We would definitely book Hotel Belfast again.

Despite it being a solid hotel in a great location, I would not recommend Hotel Belfast to travellers or tourists due to their deceptive management and customer service.

My stay with hotel belfast was booked through Credit Card rewards points. Management at the hotel was deceptive of amenities provided to customers, shared false information, and pulled charges and taxes out of thin air that were charged outside of an original booking upon check out. When I asked for help understanding where a miscommunication had happened - went to a "that's just the way it is here explanation".

With all of the other great options available in Paris, I can recommend staying away from this Hotel.

I'm very satisfied with this hotel actually. The location is perfect. The room is old style and not very big but quite clean and no smell at all. I think it worth 200€ for sure. Their breakfast is very simple and it costs me 16€ for one person. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast actually. But the decoration there is beautiful! If you want to takr some vintage style pictures you wouldn't disappointed!

Excellent location and the Staff are very nice to deal with. The only issue is the Hotel is old and dated and lacks a restaurant and bar. A small negative as the hotel is located in an area with many good bars and restaurants to choose from.

I stayed at Hotel Belfast for 5 nights with my family. We had a "family room", which is actually two separate room with a common vestibule. The hotel has much charm of the old world (for good and bad). The rooms are reasonably spacious for Paris.

I give the hotel five stars because I eat a gluten and lactose free diet due to medical reasons. The hotel manager saw that I did not eat much at the breakfast buffet, and she asked me whether I ordered gluten and lactose free breakfast. I told her that I did not know that I could order it at all. She instructed the breakfast server to purchase gluten free bread as well as soy and almond milk. The next morning and all mornings until we checked out I had food to eat at breakfast.

Also, one of the hotel receptionists helped me to arrange transportation of 17 people from one of Paris suburbs to Paris with less than 24 hour advance notice. He spent more than an hour calling various transportation companies on my behalf. I gave him a nice tip afterwards, but he helped me before I paid him.

The locks of all hotel rooms are mechanical. You will need some dexterity to insert the impressive (very large) key into the lock. You need to insert the key, turn it a little, then insert it fully and turn.

The hotel is located less than 50 meters from the Charles de Gaulle - Étoile metro and RER station.

As advertised. Very friendly staff. Clean.. nice and very decent for the price offered. We had a small issue on the first night with the beds and they upgraded us within a minute to solve it. Well-done.

We were first drawn to this hotel by it's location & close proximity to areas of Paris we were visiting. Everything about this hotel is exemplary! Each staff member we encountered warmly welcomed us & helped us find our way around the area when we had questions. The guest rooms were meticulously cleaned each day & offered a quiet & comfortable retreat after long days exploring this beautiful city. We look forward to our next visit & would not consider staying at any other hotel.

Excellent location! I was there for 3 weeks. The shower burned me the first day, from then on i learned do not point it at your body. (Random temperature changes). Great free breakfast. The room is so small that i had to go sideways to get to the toilet. The toilet is more narrow than my shoulders. They have 100 year old keys and refused to let me bring the key with me when i went outside

Good location and historical ambience in the lobby and the rooms. The breakfast is very limited and the receptionist wanted to charge me twice as he forgot that I payed already. He insisted until I showed him the receipt... very expensive for the service I got.

Annars allt bra!
