Very clean, very cautious about the covid-19. Room was comfortable and spacious. Would definitely book again.

This review is during COVID19 reopening so some things are out of their control. No continental breakfast is offered at this time; but they do offer other options as a grab n go service. Pool was open. Room was clean. AC could have been cleaned to make it run a little better but it kept the room cool enough; just not as cold as we like it. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. No shuttle service at this time; but we had no problem finding parking at casino.

Staff very friendly..Rooms very clean only one thing I would improve is the toilet paper holder very rusty and was disappointed there was no little fridge.....Also found myself locked out of my room when I got back to it at midnight 😒 Also spoke to the young lady that was going to do my room and told her we just needed towels tp and coffee and tipped her and found nothing so had to go back down again after getting another access key to get my own linen's other then that a nice stay but not worth $160 a night🙏

Shuttle from Casino will come here. Breakfast included and has a few hot items. Tub/shower combo in standard rooms. Room seems a bit larger than in most hotels. Lots of light ing choices in room. Breakfast area also can be used to gather comfortably with a few friends and associates.

Nice place to stay for the price and location of the casino. Will use Best Western again. Transportation to hotel and casino was prompt.

All of the women at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very big and clean. They had multiple options to choose from in the breakfast. There is a shuttle that runs 24/7 going to the casino. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!

First time to stay at this Best Western. Staff were delightful and helpful. Breakfast was great. Beds very comfortable and clean. The bus to and from the Coushatta Casino was so handy. I would definitely stay again.

The room was nice and clean. The first room we were in was on the third floor and it was hot, but when we went to the second floor it was much better. Their breakfast is good too, as is their coffee. If we go to the casino again we'll be staying at Best Western Coushatta.

The room was pleasant and clean with comfortable beds. The free breakfast was good with ample selections. The only negative we experienced were some rude guests in the pool area but that was no fault of the Best Western

It's really convenient to the casino. The rooms are spacious and nice. They offer shuttle service to and from the casino which is really nice. The staff is very friendly. They offer free breakfast and hi-speed Wi-Fi. Also something you never really see is an abundance of channels on the television.

Nice, spacious room and friendly staff. Will stay there again next time I visit relatives. No gambling for this guy. The Casino is extremely smoke filled. I don't know how people can stand it.

We've booked here many times when we go to Coushatta. It's clean and close. The prices are fair and rooms are large. We've never had a complaint. The free breakfast is ok.

A nice environment, with awesome customer service. Our room came with a comfortable king size bed, cable tv, nice office desk and a lounge chair and plenty of room. They also offered complimentary breakfast. Enjoyed our stay!!!

Our stay at Best Western are always great and enjoyable the peace and quite is very relaxing, our dogs love it to. Have the great breakfast right there makes it even more enjoyable you get up and walk down the hall and breakfast is ready and waiting.

Nice big rooms. Fair price for being so close. Breakfast. The only down sides are that you can hear EVERYTHING from the room next door... :( And the entry way is not super clean. (The room was clean).

The staff was awesome. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and when we got ready to leave the room that night we noticed it did not lock and you did not have to use a key to get in. It just opened. A young man at the desk immediately came to our rescue and changed the batteries to the door and did his routine maintence on the door lock. The door lock still would not work. He said I'm going to have to get y'all to move to another room and not risk the room not locking. He gave us a new room that had to be a Suite. It was very spacious and had the comfort of home. Very large room, kitchenette, dining table with 4 chairs, couch, recliner and king size bed. This young man went over and beyond his duties to make sure we were taken care of. I would recommend this Best Western to my family and friends. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant one. May God Bless the Staff!!

I love the facility because it's close to the casino, they have a pool and a great lawn area for kids to play. I also enjoy using the fitness center. They also have CONPLIMENTARY biscuits and white gravy in the morning to go with the sausage- definitely worth the time and price!

Not a bad place but could use a facelift! Staff is nice and breakfast could be a bit nicer. Overall satisfactory but could be refreshed a little to remain competitive with the Coushatta hotels

This hotel was very clean, staff was courteous. Great value for the money. We have been traveling for 6 weeks and staying in name brand hotels this hotel is at or near the top of our list.

For the price I dare anyone to do better! This is a great property that affords good access if you have reason to be in the area. With the casino next door and a shuttle service that runs 24/7; what more could you want? My exposure to staff was limited, because everything was fine, but when I did interact, even in passing, they were very friendly.

Everyone here is the best !!! I can't begin to say how grateful we are that we found it. The whole staff is Eager to help ...very friendly...... Very very very clean. Great view at sunset!! Shuttle offered to Casino next door. Exceptional!!

This is the BEST BW Motel I have ever stayed in. Staff went over and above to accommodate our every need. Ever have a clerk offer to go get ice and bring it to your room? Well Wendy did! Rooms were spacious and breakfast was excellent, real meat and even had grits to go with the standard fare offered at other facilities. They run a casino shuttle every 20 minutes and they do not even advertise the pool which was very nice as well. Will definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was cool and comfortable. It did not have a microwave or fridge. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.

Clean Friendly Service. Staff is superior to most places. Great front desk, great housekeeping, great breakfast and happy faces all around. The repairman was wonderful and was Johnny on the spot when out TV didn't
work. Love staying there.

Worth the price! The shuttle service and the cleanliness of the hotel is why we choose to come back. Speaking to other passengers using the shuttle, other near by hotels are not worth the price; or the comment was they got what they paid for. We told everyone the price and how very satisfied we have been.

Rooms are decent and they tend to be reasonably priced. Good customer service and friendly staff.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and we get the same excellent service each time. The hotel is located net to the Coushatta casino. There is a free shuttle but we enjoy the short walk to the casino. We will stay at this hotel in the future.

MY friend and I came to Best Western for the convenience of being right next to Coushatta Resort. The room was big and roomy, the bathroom nicely accommodated 2 women and all their amenities, a hair dryer was provided which was great! I will definitely come back!

A clean, simple room within easy walking distance of casino. Front desk friendly and quick to call for shuttle service to casino. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, plus oatmeal, cereal, toast, yogurt, etc. A no frills, but convenient and low cost stay.

Rooms are always clean. The staff are all very professional. The breakfast buffet is very good. There's a good variety of items for everyone.

I had a very clean, comfortable room, could adjust temperature easily. Bed was very nice with clean, nice smelling sheets and pillows, towels were plentiful. I locked my key card in my room and easily got a replacement from Front Desk Staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the free breakfast which was amazing in selection and tasted great. The coffee was the best and is available 24/7! It is easy to walk to casino, no actual sidewalk, but easy to walk from motel parking lot to the casino driveway and into casino hotel entrance. If you don't feel like walking or can't walk the distance, there is shuttle service available. Would stay at this Best Western again!

Great place to stay, real nostalgia vibe, and next to a casino, but I have no opinion about that place. Great staff, and nice gentleman named Tyler helped me at the desk and was sweet enough to upgrade my room and helped me set up a rewards account very quickly. Recommended!

Had an overnight stay at the Coushatta Best Western. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, loved the shower. The breakfast had a wide variety. Overall, a great experience and will stay here again.

We have stayed at this Best Western two different times while visiting the Coushatta casino. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. The staff is always friendly and efficient at check-in and checkout. Love the free 24-hour casino shuttle! Staff always calls the casino shuttle for us to make sure our wait time is minimal. FREE breakfast consists of assorted cereals, yogurt, milk, juice, eggs, biscuits, make your own waffles and biscuits. Can't wait for our next casino trip, we will continue to stay here!

We love and prefer to stay at Best Western when possible. The staff is attentive and rooms are very clean and

So glad we chose to stay here. Very close to the casino - we never had to wait longer than about five minutes for the shuttle to arrive to carry us back and forth. The bedroom and the bathroom were absolutely spotless! The king size bed was sooooooo comfortable! The front desk personnel -- especially CATHY -- were very friendly, fun to visit with, and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of choices - biscuits and gravy - toast, sausage, eggs, coffee, variety of juice, milk, etc. I made my own waffle and it was delicious. My husband and I will definitely chose to stay here again! Highly recommend the Best Western Inn at Coushatta!

Great big room next to the casino with ahuttle arriving wvwry few minutes tontake you and bring you back. Breakfast was good, room was clean and cold, very attentive staff, within walkimg distance of the casino.

Needed to stay in lake charles but no rooms were available due to a state softball tournament (ugggh sports events are inconvenient if youre not in town for that and the average person is all like soft what? ) anyhoo, I was afraid to stay in almost any of the hotels in lake chuck that werent at the casino as many of them have HORRIBLE ratings and mentions of bed bugs, reaches, waterbugs and the occasional water mocassin. Yes, kinder is 23 miles from town, but the best Western was the only thing suitable according to reputation. Alas, from arrival to departure, my stay here was exceptional. The rooms were quite clean and comfortable and in good repair. The entire property was clean and welcoming and all seems new and fresh.
The first day, the free breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal, pastries, oatmeal and assorted beverages was wonderful. However, the second morning, the attendant Didn't seem much into her job. I came down to all the coffee decanters empty at about 8a.m., then again as I was loading my luggage, I noticed other guests desperately searching in vain for coffee. Apparently, this woman is not a coffee drinker as she obviously does not understand the importance of copious amounts of coffee in the mornings! Anyway, I always say, "never trust a woman with a bowl cut"! Ha ha She seemed to favor a character from the three stooges and had the disposition of a doorknob. I digress, but only due to the fact that she seemed put out when I inquired as to whether or not the brewing of additional pots of coffee was on the agenda.

Overall, I would certainly stay here again. If you are in the area, this hotel and the ones next door at the casino look to be the only suitable accommodations in the area that are fit for human habitation. While you are in southern Louisiana, may I recommend spicy boudin from hacketts kitchen or market basket in lake charles on lake Street.

Compared to the nasty inns down the road this place was really clean and comfortable. I usually stay complementary at the grand hotel of coushatta but due to a sold out weekend (plus our plans to come out were last minute) I had to purchase my own room. Came to best western after booking at a property down the street, when I saw they had bed bugs I immediately drove to best western as I knew I could expect a clean hotel. Nice staff. Clean rooms
