I had a very nice stay here for 2 nights. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. I felt sure that the room was cleaned well for Covid purposes.

Had the whirlpool room, it was amazing. The two headed shower stall in the room was awesome. The pool area was great with the hot tub. Will be staying again.

Very nice full service hotel, the remodeled rooms are great. Large bathroom with rain shower heads. The bedding was PERFECT, not to hot not to cold, usually at a hotel I need an additional blanket and then end up to hot not with these blankets. The hallway between the hotel and restaurant is so cute with the little store fronts. Will be staying here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The water pressure was marvelous and who wouldn't love a shower with shower heads on both sides. The whirlpool bath was so roomy and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The out door hot tub in winter, was something we had never done before and it was fabulous. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Comfortable bed, very clean room and the kids loved the pool area. Definitely recommend. The staff was very helpful and nice when I called to check pricing and were very nice when we were there. We travel quite a bit and the front desk staff is some of the best I have come into contact with. We now know when we travel to see if there is a best western premier in the area we are traveling to!

The only bad is the arcade. I dont know how many dollars in quarters we lost to the machines not registering that they were put in because it was late and we just wanted to get to bed. It is my own fault for not bringing it up to the front desk because I am sure they would have done something if we knew exactly how much wasnt registering. I will be sure to email them so someone can look at the machines to hopefully avoid future issues.

Overall, great place to stay!

Excellent skilled and warm staff. Adjacent restaurant had a really nice variety of food and all of it was excellent. I think we ate there 4 times. Hotel was clean, up to date decor, and just a nice experience.

Rooms are nice the attached golf course mini golf course and ground round restaurant are very nice. It's located very close to hey 41 and near several supermarkets restaurants and other miscellaneous stores. The rental Hall's are very well priced and look very good for business meetings to wedding receptions. Would recommend for any of your needs.

Beautiful, well-maintained hotel and resort! The suites were terrific and the grounds gorgeous, a lovely place for a wedding also. The wedding reception had great food and the service was terrific! It was also pet friendly and our puppy loved her first road trip! The staff was terrific also and will definitely stay again when we’re in the area! 😊

Great hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean and well kept rooms and lobby. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which you can access from the inside of the hotel for a nice casual dinner.

Not our first choice as we were there for soccer tournament and our team was staying elsewhere. Unfortunately or fortunately we had a dog and needed a hotel that allowed pets. We were never disappointed from the moment we opened the door until departure. The hotel greater our pooch w a treat and even permitted pets at their restaurant outside dining area. There was plenty of grounds to explore and we enjoyed the room service! Excellent burgers! We hope to find a reason to return to this resort hotel in Neenah!

Very very clean, staff very professional . One of the best places we have stayed. Great banquet facility too. Really impressed on how they kept the buffet, and the food was just awesome, kudos to the kitchen staff too. Great weekend.

I stayed at this hotel and upon checking in found out there was a problem with my reservation that I had made through Expedia. The manager, Mr. Nelson, immediately jumped in to help rectify the situation. He called Expedia and had to talk to them several times to cancel my reservation through them, get me a refund from them and get me checked into the hotel. He was so helpful - it was great. He took care of everything and even got me a room overlooking the pool AND a free drink voucher for "my trouble". The hotel did nothing wrong -- but they made everything right. The stay was great. Room was very nice, comfortable and clean. I cannot say enough about how well he handled the situation and got me checked in. The hotel manager went above and beyond to get me checked in and it wasn't their mistake -- but he took care of it without complaint. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Had a great stay. The king suite was the perfect size for our family of 5. We put our three small kids in the king-size bedroom and slept on the sofa bed. Of course the sofa bed was not super comfy but the room size best fit our family. The pool area was fun for the kids but it was very busy. Ordering drinks and appetizers from the bar was very easy.

Great hotel! Check in went smoothly and the employees were very nice (good cookies, too). The room was spotless and fully up to date. The bed was very comfortable with an able choice of pillows. I will definitely be staying here again.

This place is awesome. A hidden gem in the Appleton area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are very nice.

Take my advice and upgrade to one of the suites. They are a excellent value. Trust me you will thank me.

Great overnight stay with grandchildren. The pool area was was well maintained and the water was warm, unlike other hotel water parks we have visited. My grandchildren, ages 2 and 5, had a very good time. Our King whirlpool suite with sunroom was the perfect space for our needs. Will definitely visit this venue again.

We have been going to the bridge wood since it opened and enjoy all of the wonderful amenities this hotel has to offer. The staff is always friendly and it offers a wonderful ball room for weddings and Other events. The food is always fantastic, we will be back.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. The hotel is well kept and generally very clean. Depending on what type of events are happening in the banquet area of the facility, you can occasionally encounter some louder guests later in the evening. This hasn't been a huge disruption for us, but I can imagine that it might be an issue if you're a light sleeper or traveling with children. Speaking of children, the hotel has a wonderful indoor pool with a small water slide and dedicated splash pool for the kids. There's also an outdoor hot tub that's open year-round, and provides an interesting experience if your daring during the Wisconsin winters!

This is an exceptional hotel. The hotel is in excellent condition, and the hotel staff and management team do an outstanding job. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food and service was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful hotel. The pool is amazing for younger kids. Big kids would like the basketball hoop in the deep side of the pool. There is an outdoor hot tub. It was fun to he in, in January.

This Best Western was very convenient to both the interstate and to the hall downtown where we attended a wedding reception. The bed and room were very nice. Front desk was very helpful. We did stop into the attached Ground Round restaurant and bar, which had a nice happy hour. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice to find a PET friendly hotel! It was clean, and quiet, and a great place for us to go and pick up our new puppy. Kingsized bed for us, and close to the side-door for a quick exit for the puppy when needed. They even had little food and water bowls and cookies, and a doggie mat. We didn't want to leave him alone, so we ordered room service and had some of the best fish and chips I've ever eaten. And when the airport shuttle driver didn't want to take us to the airport at 3:30 AM in the snow (who can blame him?), the hotel paid for our cab so we could go to the airport for a 5AM flight. Service was top notch!

Very nice rooms. Clean and well laid-out. Heating control was very easy. Shower was a nice experience and the show head was tall enough for me (6'2"). Beds were soft and comfy. Marble counter and furniture tops. Looked very clean and new. No worn out or dirty spots anywhere. TV was nice and large.

Great place to stay! Was there for business and the staff were gracious and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would definitely stay at this location again. The food at the restaurant was very tasty, too. Overall a nice place to stay for a night or two.

I travel a lot for business and was pleasantly surprised at the value and modernity of this hotel. The decor is very modern and contemporary and the room I had was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The Ground Round restaurant and Sports Bar is a great addition to the facility and the happy hour is incredible. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Neenah/Appleton area.

100% great people and place. The food was fantastic and the service was on par with my standards. I can't say much about staying in the rooms as of yet but I can say if the service is like the wait staff in the dining area I would expect nothing but 5 stars.

Our stay at the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort was wonderful. We were there on a stay and golf package. The hotel was very clean, the food was very good, and the staff that we dealt with were professional yet genuinely cordial. I have stayed in many high end hotels across the country over the years and I would rate this hotel up there for all of the reasons stated above. We will definitely return again and plan to recommend it to friends and family.

We had 8 rooms with family members in them, and were all very near each other as requested. I stayed in a king suite which was VERY nice, bar/fridge area was large with cabinets and a huge counter top. Bedroom could be closed off from rest of suite and quiet enough for someone to sleep in and the early riser can do things. I would highly recommend this motel. Staff always friendly, pool very nice, used outdoor hot tub, nice.

The employees were very nice and polite. The rooms were very nice and the complementary water bottles were great! The shampoos were very high quality and the bathroom overall was very nice and functional! The pool was great, a water slide, a big pool with hoops in the middle, hot tub, kiddie pool with many water decor and the best part was the outside hot tub. Great place, good experience.

Went for golf but have also been to the restaurant and bar. Nice course, good food, and good drink specials. I haven't stayed at the hotel so I can't comment on rooms, though the business center appears nice.

It was hard to believe how nice this place was for the rate we got. Comfortable beds, quiet, even very welcoming of our medium-sized dog! Would definitely consider staying here again and perhaps even trying out the golf course which is literally next door.

I've stayed at this hotel a few different times while I'm in town and I love it. They're always so friendly here and the hotel is kept very clean. Awesome pool and kid splash pad too.

Mistakenly booked the wrong date for our stay. Arrived at the hotel and was told I booked Thursday when I meant to book Saturday. No worries though, they had a room and got it changed. Great service! Clean rooms and friendly staff. 10/10

A beautiful venue. We attended a wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. Food: delicious. Wait staff and bartenders: perfectly professional and accommodating even with a food allergy alteration. All the facilities clean and even decorated. Overall a wonderful experience.

The kids loved the waterpark and the adults enjoyed the restaurant/bar attached to the hotel! Very good location with multiple restaurants and shopping close by.

Overall a great hotel, however the complimentary old pizza pockets that came in the microwave and the many cobwebs (and a spider) around the room left a bit to be desired. Otherwise the staff was great and being able to check out board games at the counter is an awesome amenity!

The location is "classic beauty ". The grounds provide a sprawling lush green view, perfect for pictures. Dining hall is large, plenty of room for a large crowd. Staff was attentive and accommodating. Restroom was easy to find and immaculate. Overall a great visit.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bridgewood Resort Hotel. Except for the large black spider that made sleeping a little difficult (visions of a creepy crawly sharing the bed), the stay was nice. I was glad to have had the chance to use the pool before and after check in and our breakfast from the Ground Round was fantastic. It was a very nice Father's Day Weekend for my son and I. I went to the Easter Brunch there and it was wonderful! They food was amazing! They had everything and even locally grown food served. Our waiter was also very accommodating ave quick. Can't wait to go back!

A truly beautiful facility. The golf course is beautiful along with offering mini golf for the little ones. First class accommodations. Wonderful staff that keeps the customer first. Wonderful pool area with things for kids to do. If ever staying in Neenah again this would be the first place that I would stay.

This hotel has outdone itself, the staff is friendly, kind and very helpful for when you had questions. The rooms were clean and appealing, and the hotel itself is in an easy location to get too. The Ground Round that's connected to the hotel is a great place to relax after a long day of work. All in all I had a great time when I was at this hotel and had no problems what so ever.

My fiance and I attended a wedding show at The Bridgewood Resort and had a great time. We did not stay at the resort so I cannot comment on the rooms or guest services. The property was very nice in the areas we were in. The staff that we did interact with were very friendly and helpful.

We came for our daughters 5th birthday party here at Bridgewood, everything was fantastic. The pool was great, Pizza was great, staff for room set up came back multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. We also stayed the night in a family suite. The room was large, clean and comfortable. We had issues with our toilet and the staff came back twice but fixed our issue whole we were at dinner and even found us during our meal to let us know that the issue had been taken care of and to see if we needed anything else. We love this hotel!

My fiance and I just booked our wedding to be at the Best Western Premier Bridgeport Resort! We absolutely love the space for both the ceremony and the reception. The staff we worked with were amazing and so helpful! the rooms looked very spacious and cozy for guests and the hotel had everything needed for a nice elegant and fun wedding. This place and it's staff and so wonderful and we highly recommend them to anyone.

I come for work and visit family who live close to the area. I enjoy the hot tub and breakfast. Sometimes you can get the breakfast all to your self! The staff is always helpful and friendly. Always quick to help you out. This place is tucked back off the road so its Best Western Premiere kept secret.

We have used this hotel multiple times and love it. It is fun and a great place for a wedding. Bring the kids and the swim suits to enjoy the pool which is a mini indoor water park. Stay you will not be disappointed.

The staff was excellent, the room was clean and up to date. Great location, right on a golf course. Minigolf and 4 pools are also available. Just down the road from businesses and about 10 minutes from the Appleton mall. The restaurant was also very good, a little pricey but the service and food was great. Also seamed liked a pretty nice place for a wedding reception.

I attended a wedding there last night and they did a really fantastic job! Everything was well organized and the food was delicious! The hotel in general was clean and the suite was very nice.

The water recreation area is outstanding. Room has plenty of space for 4 people, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. For the price, it's a great deal

My wife and I just had an incredible 3 night stay here. I cannot think of anything that I disliked about our experience. My favorite part was that there was a nice restaurant (The Ground Round) connected to the hotel. We could walk right down the hall from our room to the restaurant, and our orders were added to our hotel bill. The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. In fact, the other visitors and local people were very friendly. That is not something we are used to in the northwest Chicago suburbs. We loved playing mini golf, having a clean, beautiful room, and the nice view of the golf course (from the window in our room). We did not take advantage of the aquatic center or workout room, but those are great bonuses that we will try the next time we visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellence in quality! You know this is a step above the average hotel. Staff is also extremely helpful and friendly!
While making the reservation on the phone, she informed me they have a special hospital rate, since this was the reason for my stay in town. So i only paid $80 for a room!

Newest BW I have ever stayed in. Come back every trip here.
