I love all the hard work there putting in to what seems to be an overhaul. There staff is always great. And management/owners are a blessing to our local business community! Thanks T.

I've enjoyed my stay here at the Biltmore immensely! The staff has always taken care of all my needs without hesitation! I strongly recommend staying here over any other hotel on Meridian without a doubt! 🙂

Nice place staff was a bit overwhelmed maybe some more training and time. We lucked out and had a door to our ground floor room that we parked next too so we could unload the bikes and get our packs into the room very easy. Enjoyed our visit. Restful and clean.

Had a great time, got some much needed rest, took a hot shower, then slipped on my vest. I was dad-gum happy as I walked out the door. I said
"boy you done good when you chose the Biltmore"!

The rooms were much cleaner than I had anticipated for the price. Its a $50 deposit if you're paying cash but you do get it back. Their fee for a small pet is low & they had free hot breakfast.

So far Sunny the main man down here for booking is amazing. His patience is unheard of. One heck of a guy. He definitely has went pretty far out of his way to make us feel comfortable and did his best to get us in a few hours early before check in.

I have been staying at the biltmore for awhile now and have been treated so well by everyone who works here. The front desk employees are amazing. They are kind and helpful all the time. The housekeeping ladies are so pleasant n sweet when they come to change our towels out or to clean our room. I really appreciate the way we are treated and that we have a roof over our head.

I attend the hotel for the Spirit, Mind & Body fair regularly and always have a great time. The vendors are friendly, helpful and full of knowledge. I haven't stayed at the hotel, but the fair is definitely very good.

For the price, this is a good deal! Especially if you just need somewhere to sleep while you're in the city! Also has a nice pool/"courtyard" area. I was pleasantly surprised 😊

We have had a very good experience here. I feel safe. We have not had any "bad" experiences-what so ever. The Staff is friendly, professional & has gone all out to make our stay very pleasant & comfortable.

I got a room for one night during July of 2015 as I was traveling to Arizona. It was 35 or 40 for a single occupant. Room was clean and didn't smell. I didn't have any of the problems I see in other reviews. Bed was comfortable, actually much better than Red Roof.

It's definitely a "glory days" hotel, there are microwaves on the old phone booth shelves. However, with age comes the warmth of history. You can actually feel the energy of a forgotten era as you walk through the halls. I really enjoy that.
You cannot find that kind of atmosphere in a newer "short service" facility.

Pros- The room was clean, no bedbugs. Bed was comfy. Adequate amount of towels and soap.
The staff we spoke to were polite and friendly.

Cons- The heater in our room did not work at all. Breakfast was below average and not complimentary. Sauna/hot tub was closed for maintenance and pool is not 24hrs.

For the price, this is a great place to stay for one evening. Location is pretty central and convenient.

3 stars because the front desk lady was so helpful in taking care of us. Loud neighbors make for a sleepless night. Overall, you get what you pay for.

This hotel might have been nice at one point, but there was an old blood stain on one of the pillows, the ceiling in the pool room is all messed up, one of the outlets in the room didn't work, and in order to turn the hair dryer off, you had to completely unplug it. Oh and we booked online so the "complimentary breakfast" was going to cost $5 extra per person, which was not mentioned before. Overall, I give it two stars because I like historic places and it looks like this place had been a beautiful hotel at some point long ago.

Do not book rooms through 3rd party websites. On their system it won't show up correctly. You'll have to create a new reservation and pay for a room all over again. The service feels like their processing meat day in day out. Call hotel for bookings.

My father Stuart Phelps, is a D.J. at Chisholms. Which is a country and Western/swing dance hotspot in the Oklahoma City metro area. Located in the Biltmore Hotel, it is an extremely nice venue if you want to stay young and boogie down! Relax and enjoy 😁

My wife and I went to karaoke at the chisholm saloon attached to the hotel on Sunday night. We had a blast. Especially with the free buckets of beer offered. I would suggest this place to all of my friends.

Only visited the conference room for my visit. Does have a lounge, but skipped it since that is not my scene. The place is very dated, and could use some remodeling, but they kept it pretty clean in the areas I saw. Room pricing seemed reasonable, because the whole hotel looked very busy on a Saturday afternoon.

As a vendor attending an event within the hotel. I wasn't very impressed. The entire interior of the building reeks of cigarette smoke that can be smelled as soon as the doors are pulled open. The male restroom door is always propped completely open. Allowing anyone passing by the ability to see men standing at the urinals taking a whiz.

The free breakfast buffet and pool make the price worth it. Very convenient to downtown an Bricktown. A bit dated, with some run down furniture. But kind of unique.

The motel staff was courteous and greeted me when I entered the building. Check-in was smooth with not problems.

PROS:
The room was clean upon arrival and housekeeping visited daily to restock towels and clean the room. I booked the room through Expedia and did not experience any problem with room confirmation, billing nor payment. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and iron/board.

CONS:
There is a very distinct smell of staleness or mildew throughout the motel. The room has access from both the interior hallway and from the parking lot where people tended to loiter outside my room in the poorly light parking lot (It was unnerving as a single female traveler.) The electrical wall outlets are not easily accessible so bring an extension cord for yourself. Oh, and WI-FI never did work for me during my four-day stay.

I did not use any amenities such as the pool, so I cannot comment on those things.

Overall, it was a very different experience for me (a frequent traveler). It was not terrible.... Just very different.

You really get what you pay for... For what it is it's a decent deal. But keep in mind the price when you look at the quality of the room. The first room I got, had a broken lock on the front door and the blinds wouldn't close all the way. Obviously unacceptable so I asked to move rooms. The second (and final) room I stayed in had a freshly repaired chunk of drywall that hasn't been painted, a couch with mismatched cushions, ridiculously loud A/C, TV that constantly black screened, lamps that don't work, inconsistent water pressure/temperature, and the appliances are very worn. There are usually "people of the night" outside soliciting services, and depending on how far you are from the lobby will determine whether or not you get Wi-Fi. That being said, taking into consideration the price and the fact it allows small pets I'd say it's not bad (hence the 3 stars). Also, the breakfast is free after a room check and if you didn't get the room online. If you did l, it's 5 dollars.

The rooms aren't too bad. Does have an indoor nice pool, and outdoor pools. The desk people are friendly and helpful, really great people. But there are Drug dealers and prostitution going on right out in the open public, on the parking lot...

Our go to spot for a weekend get away. Multiple pools, indoor and outdoor, cozy rooms, free breakfast. Could use an update, but it's not bad.

Needs a little work. The room was pretty clean, but the rest of the place wasn't. The toilet had to be plunged before it would work. Not much light since three of the bulbs in the lamps seemed to be burnt out. The upside was that the bathroom was clean and well stocked, the shower was hot, and the bed was luxurious! I think it'll be a good place once they work some of the kinks out.

Friendly staff and easy check in that coupled with the wide verity of rooms and pet friendly options makes this a great place to kick back and relax multiple pools, bars and, a club kept me from even leaving the property plus a gas station right next door maximized the opportunity for me to enjoy the room to its full potential. They also offer weekly rates which is amazing I'll stay again and recommend this hotel to all my friends!!!!

It took them a half an hour to find out reservation which was very frustrating. The room was in fine condition and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub and sauna were down for maintenance which was a bummer. Price was good so not complaining much.

I attended the ThunderKats Cat Show at the Biltmore Ok Mar 17-19, 2017. We were the rescue group invited to participate. Overall, the experience was good. We happened to be in the same area as the indoor pool so there were lots of kids running around. But that was the only major downfall.

I stay here every year for a girls' Christmas shopping trip with my best friends. This year our room was one of the smaller rooms instead of the suite. I went to the front desk and they got us switched in seconds. The staff is always accommodating and friendly.

Standard 3 star hotel, its an older building but very well maintained. Management was superb and the place is very clean. For the rate its well worth what you pay. Downside...place should upgrade the televisions.

Visiting a friend who is staying there, she got a non smoking room and pulled the hide a bed out and it had a giant hole in the middle of it and cigarette butts falling out. We walked to the front desk and they had an maintenance guy come to the room immediately and fixed the problem as well answer cleaned it up. Probably should have been checked before renting out the room but the quick response to the problem was nice.

The hotel reminds me a bit of the Overlook Hotel in the Shining, only without the axe murderer or the hallucinations... that I know of. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were lacking in fluffiness, and the staff seemed very pleasant. We didn't get snowed in or meet any young children named Danny who had the "Shining" gift, so I think that was a plus. The swimming pools looked really nice and are well kept. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again any time - as long as it's not in room 237.

I have stayed here many times since I was 10, so about 27 years. Yes the hotel is a bit more worn than it once was but the rooms are large and clean and the complex itself is like no other in town. There are two very inviting courtyard pools and a very nice indoor. There are clean good laundry machines that are cheaper than surrounding laundry mats (1.50/load vs 3.50 at a mat up the street) . This is in a challenging part of town but has great security, as a woman I have never felt in danger here even at the wee hours of the morning. Like anywhere things can go wrong but I have never had a situation they didnt make right if I brought it up. Also the staff here is the friendliest in town and they allow pets. I have traveled a lot in my life, lots of states, countries etc and this is by far my favorite place to stay . Its not resort fancy but it is quite clean, comfortable, and charming with great staff and at its price point, is unbeatable for a good deal.

Like that there's a back door to the room, however, staff was unclear about how to get to room. Sports bar staff inside hotel was very nice. Room clean, beds comfortable. Housekeeping knocked on the door an hour before checkout asking if we were checking out that day. Would stay there again.

Ok, for $56 total it's worth it. You also get what you pay for. My non smoking room smelled like dog. No microwave or fridge. Everything thing was clean. Bedding was fresh. You have to leave a $50 deposit for the room which is pretty ridiculous based on how the rooms are not all that nice. The tv is an old 90s tv but it was ok to watch. Tub and bathroom was clean. If you're looking for something nice this is not it but if you're looking for something cheap and clean then this might be for you. This is a budget hotel and nothing more. If you want luxury you might want to pay $20 more for something guaranteed.
