The hotel rooms were nice. The shower was beautiful with its marble tiles. Waited a little while for room service food, but it was definitely worth it! Workers were kind and patient, and everything was clean. Close by many restaurants with delicious meals. Wasn't blown away by the hotel it self, but I cant find many things wrong with it.

Loved this place. It was so convenient to Disney World, restaurants and shopping areas. It had hot breakfast every morning and amenities that my kids enjoyed. Pool, basketball court, a pizza shop in the hotel. It was a great stay.

This hotel was very nice to stay in. My suite was spacious and the bathroom very nice. The “marble like” bathroom with the rain shower were exquisite. If you’re traveling to Orlando for Disney, a rental car isn’t needed as the hotel has FREE shuttle service to Disney. (Saving you the min $25 for parking). If you’re traveling to SeaWorld and other parks, the shuttle fee is $12. The hotel does have a daily free simple breakfast, but seating may be limited due to large groups going to the parks. Lastly, when booking don’t forget to add the $19.07 daily resort fee. This was a great choice for me.

So the good, room was large enough for two adults and two young kids. It was clean, neat, and essentially had what was needed. The front desk was sometimes completely absent and hard to find. The breakfast buffet was hit or miss. If there is a large group staying you will not get a seat and you are also asked not to bring food to your room. The pizza place inside is a nice touch making for a nice way to eat after a long day at Disney. The pool was very nice as was the jacuzzi. The bartender in the restaurant was especially nice and made my daughter feel like a big kid giving her a kiddie cocktail which is a big part of our travel tradition. There is not much to do here, not like other resorts but you still get charged the resort fee which really makes no sense unless it's a Florida or Orlando thing. For what we spent it was a good stay. Nothing outstanding, nothing bad.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay during our trip to Orlando. The rooms were clean and super spacious. The hotel staff were very courteous and quick to answer questions. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. They have a shuttle to Disney which I would recommend to families to save yourself $26 just for parking!

So for the price of the hotel, I thought it was perfect. Shuttles to the parks, breakfast included, rooms were big and bathrooms were clean. The hotel is a bit outdated but I believe they were starting some improvements. I would definitely go again. The breakfast had a little of everything. Went nice and full to the park!

This place on the outside looks and feels like it has everything you could ever want and need. They have a massage parlor, a few restaurants and I was thinking this place is the bomb. Even my room was exactly as I wanted. A 2 queen 2 room suite with a separate room so the kids have they're own space and i have my privacy. Unfortunately, the next morning i woke up to some type of black bugs crawling all in my bags, hat, shoes, and clothing. I found myself and the kids having to unpack every thing and shake the bugs off as best we could which took 2 hours. On the way out I stopped at the front desk and notified them of the situation. I have yet to receive any type of reply for the inconvenience. The best advice I can give you is before you bring anything into the room, check around the desk, refrigerator, corners of the rooms, and sinks for bugs crawling around.

Beautiful hotel in a great area! Everything from our front desk experience to the cafe and room service was exceptional. The room was clean, temperature was kept cool, and after running out of towels mid-day and letting the front desk know, the maid responded immediately and made sure we had everything we needed! With the hotel being located closely to the Disney World theme parks, including complimentary Disney Park shuttles, complimentary breakfast, outdoor pool and lounge area, and polite staff, this hotel was reasonably priced! Definitely would stay here again.

Place very nice, service good. Price is good, clean and location is nice about 15 min to all them parks. Staff friendly. Will come back to this hotel for sure:💎

Nice place to stay while visiting the theme parks at a very reasonable price! Stayed here for 2 nights and we had a great time. Even had time to enjoy the pool and spa. Liked they had poolside towels. They also have a good selection of restaurants on site, the pizza shop was yummy along with the bbq chicken wings. They also offered complimentary breakfast which was great with a large selection of variety.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious king suite. Restraunt and bar are fantastic. Patio with tables for smokers, or just to sit, talk, and eat with friends and family. Staff is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. A small pizzeria on site for a lighter dinner after a day of fun at the many local attractions and theme parks. A full American breakfast to start your day is a plus.

Excellent Hotel. Room condition, and entire ambience of the hotel, everything is superb!! The morning breakfast is also excellent with loads of menu and it will keep you up and going for a stretch of 6-7 hours at ease. Please consider staying in this hotel, you will have a wonderful experience and can depart with a sweet memory!!

Pretty good hotel in a close proximity to Disney. They do have a shuttle that will take you to Disney, although we haven't used it since we wanted to be there early and the first one does not leave until 8 am. The complimentary breakfast was good, although we were told there was an omelet station and that wasn't the case for this morning. Not the fanciest place, but we have been in our room to basically sleep and shower so it works for us!

Comfortable, clean, roomy King suite. Bed and pillows perfect. Breakfast generous, hot and tasty. Staff friendly and meticulous. Garden tub a plus to wash away aches from traveling. Perfectly situated to Disney Parks and Marriott convention center.

This is a hotel that my family and I have been staying at for years. The rooms are great and the breakfast buffet is a good way to begin your day. It's pretty close to Disney Springs and this is considered a "Good Neighbor" hotel.

Rooms are s spacious but not updated.pool is warm but small. Food is good in the evening restaurant. Free buffet breakfast is mediocre at best. Cheap price for families

Room was dirty and loud, and breakfast was awful. There was hair from previous guest on the shower wall as well as on the shower curtain, a dirty shower head and a mold like substance at the base. The dresser in the room was stained with some sort of dripping substance around all the knobs and was not in good shape. I felt dirty being in the hotel room. Breakfast was not good. Instant eggs, rubbery bacon, and cardboard like shredded potatoes on the hot bar. Bakery items were very plain and not of any sort of high quality. Coffee offering was also poor. I would not recommend this hotel, look elsewhere.

Nice beds. Enjoy having the suite space and separation between sleeping/living areas. Included hot and cold breakfast buffet is bonus. Booked through Kayak so rate was great too.

The hotel was nice, a good distance from all of the major theme parks. This made for short drives but there is also a lot of traffic at the busy intersection just outside the hotel. There must also be a nearby fire station because it seemed like we heard a few fire trucks and ambulances every day. I would suggest asking for a room at the back of the hotel. They had a pool and hot tub. Both were nice but nothing spectacular. The complementary hot breakfast has a few items that rotate daily for a slight variety in selection. The rotation goes for about three days. If you are staying for longer periods the selection gets old but it is OK for a complimentary breakfast. The hotel itself is OK, it is becoming a bit dated and worn. Our room had two TVs but the guide wouldn't work on one of them. There was a mini fridge in the room which was nice but I needed to defrost it in order to freeze an ice pack. One side of the blinds in our room was broken. I used bread tie to "fix" it for our stay. The shower head had lime scale all over and mildew along the side of the tub. One of the things that annoyed me the most was the flyers that were stuck under the door every night. One night there were four flyers from three pizza delivery places. This is confusing to me since they have an on-site pizza place. I can only assume this is allowed by the hotel. The pizza places probably paid the hotel to be allowed to hand out the flyers. They certainly didn't lower my bill for this. All-in-all the hotel was OK but there are definitely nicer places out there.

This hotel is nice and conveniently located. The breakfast is good with lots of seating and good food. The area around the hotel can get very congested, so leave with plenty of time to make it to wherever you’re heading. Giving four stars because I think that $40-something is steep for a resort fee when the WiFi barely works and especially during the winter when we didn’t use the pool once.

No complaints from this hotel. This is a Disney "partner" hotel. Convenient to the parks but not in a super congested area. They have frequent shuttles to the resort areas. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Pool area is not huge but nice. They have a hot tub.

They cancelled our rooms even though we called several times saying we were coming bit delayed due to an ice storm. Luckily they had 2 rooms for 2 of the 3 nights we needed. Had to check out the 3rd night and go to another hotel. The front desk clerk was super nice bit they need to rework that policy. They said the computer automatically kicks you out if you don't check in by 11. So what's the point in calling? The room (king suite) was decent. Looked like mold in the bathroom and a big chuck of sheet rock was cut out and just screwed into the wall. No professional looking at all. Bed was comfy. Room very spacious.

The room was great, had the king deluxe. Very clean, friendly staff. Hot breakfasts buffet included and very good. The jetted tub is amazing. Our only issue was the fridge in room wasn't very cold, other then that was very satisfied

I stayed here last year for my conference and had a much better experience. This year our room was outdated. The tub would not stop dripping. The waited tasted like sulfer and you smelled like it when you took a shower. Restaurant connected to hotel is rude. No place to get water since the water in our room was bad. They do have breakfast and it is pretty good. Fred is in dining room and he is delightful.

It's a food hotel, near from Disney parks, looks good and clean all ways. They really has to upgrade their breakfast service, and they must have a coffee area in the lobby of the hotel. So they have coffee machine in the rooms, but it's not the same when you have to do it and wait for that. I said in front desk they should have a coffee area in the main lobby, some hotels offering cookies even. So they have a great location in a corner, and looks good with all that bulls around the building, but I really consider they can improve the customer service. The rooms are big and available for 4 adults and 2 kids, so it's great for big families.
I will come back but firth I will ask about coffee station...

Our first impression was magnificent. We were treated like royalty from the first time through the doors until we left. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The maids did a great job every day. The fixtures and appliances in the room were in good working order. Some things wete older, but everything functioned and worked. To take a shower, the water was hotter in the evening than in the morning. (More people shower in the morning?). Breakfast was very good all the days that we were there, they had a nice variety. The pool and pool area was clean and well maintained, the hot tub worked very well and had comfortable seating. All in all our stay here was very pleasing. We will be back when we are in the area.

The location is great because of how near it is to Disney World and Universal Studios. The rooms were nice and had plenty of space with a great layout. The bathrooms need work. Ours had grout peeling in the shower and the tiles looked really old. The breakfast was nothing special. I considered 3 stars but the customer service in the hotel is outstanding. We’d come back with no qualms for the right price.

We arrived early for a big softball showcase at Wide World of Sports Complex. They accommodated us and were able to check in early. The hotel is nice from the outside. The rooms are spacious and in average condition. Our faucet in bath spun around, the shower was in below average condition with a four inch hole in it and the inside of the shower was all old and stained. The food was better than average. Did not use or even saw the pool and gym. If the fix these things I would stay at an. Location is nice within 5-10 minutes of Disney and a ton of restaurants.

Located within minutes of everything. Hotel staff is friendly and breakfast buffet is great. They have made to order eggs and keep everything else fresh. Room is great. We have a living room with a TV and 2 queens in the bedroom. Perfect for my family. Really enjoying our stay.

Clean room and beds were comfortable. There were issues with the plumbing in our room. Shower dripped, toilet tank wouldn't fill up so we couldn't flush and tne sink took a really long time to drain. We reported the issues and they were addressed while we were out for the day. Very good breakfast.

Great value hotel. Certainly not the nicest hotel I've stayed in but it was clean and the staff was friendly. Plus the breakfast the next morning was very tasty! I would certainly recommend staying at this hotel to save money when staying in Disney.

Great location! Minutes from Disney Springs and Vineland Premium Outlets! Great hit breakfast buffet, nice room. I don't recommend the hotel right behind the elevators as it will keep you up all night. We moved rooms our second night and had a fantastic sleep! The pizza bistro in the hotel was great for a meal when we didnt want to leave. We would stays again!

It's a decent hotel - a little past its prime, you can tell the rooms are older. Doesn't mean it's bad though. Staff is great, the little Italian restaurant is fantastic surprisingly.

If the price is reasonable compared to the competition and you don't plan to spend time in the hotel itself stay here. The kids will have the run of the pool. If you plan to spend time here, find somewhere else and spend the extra money.

This is an excellent hotel. They are a Disney good neighbor hotel and not far from Disney World. The offer a delicious free breakfast every morning. The beds and pillows are very comfy. The hotel is kept very clean.

Everything else was nice. But i went for checkin at 12. The lady at front desk was very rude without any promise and asked us to return after 3:00. She didn't even try to check if she had any room ready and no welcome drink was offered. Besides that everything was fine.

I always prefer giving a simple title to my reviews based off of the thing that stood out to me the most, and in this case, it was the mattress. I felt like I was hoping into a giants bed in Jack and the Bean Stalk, it was super high off the ground and the mattress was very hard with no give. Preferably, I like more cushion in the mattress but if you like harder beds, this is the place for you! The three star review is based off my experience, or discomfort, with the bed but also the included breakfast wasn't the best. I didn't have high expectations but I was hoping the one thing I had for breakfast (a bagel) wouldn't have to be stale.

Great Hotel! It looks identical to the pictures, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, etc etc. I would recommend this place to all if you have the money.
One thing I would change about this hotel is the bed sheets. They're too small for the beds so when you try to sleep, it rolls up. Other than that, it's very good! :)
Edit: I came in the third day and they ad changed the sheets, I'm hoping they're right for the bed! :)

Nice people, great layout of rooms, and nice amenities. Above average exercise room and good happy hour. Business center a little slow and lacking. Overall, strongly recommend.

One of the nicer properties we've stayed at while in the Orlando area. Clean throughout, something that seems to be a challenge for many hotels of late in this area. The only disappointment was that we had requested a room with 2 queen sized beds and received a king and sofa bed. Rooms look fresh and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was really quite good. Regardless of the bed type issue, we would definitely book here again.

I have only good things to say about this hotel. Me and my husband came here on a weekend getaway and it was truly enjoyable. We were presently surprised by the jet stream hot tub and the double sinks. The king bed suite was very nice, spacious and quiet.
Definitely staying here again.

Great hotel. Only problem we had was with a guest! At the pool they stole my childrens swimming goggles. We reported it to the front desk but they were unable to find the people who stole it. Not really the hotel's fault but wow we were pissed.. This hotel was very clean and roomy!

Pool looked clean,large but we didn't use.
Breakfast was great start for our day, thanks to hard working staff.

The service here is spectacular! The hotel manager and the receptionist Mark were great in helping us sort out our mistake of booking for the wrong dates. During the week of spring break they actually found space for us! They graciously gave us a king room for the lower price that we had booked later on. The breakfast was very good and had a variety of choices. The room was spotless and was quite spacious. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. They let a couple of 19year olds rent a room which not many hotels would do. We greatly appreciated everything they did for us.

Overall an amazing experience. Mark was my favorite person at the front desk.. Very respectful and hilarious..im sure gonna miss this place... Thanks again mark you rock from room 507

The room was spacious and nice, large bathroom. Bed was comfortable too. The pool was a good size. Enjoyed using it. The free breakfast buffet was good also.

Could use some refurbishment. Badly maintained rooms. Room 620 had a big crack in washbasin and bath surround definitely needed work. Some of the front desk staff also need customer service training. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast, but hot food was not very hot and was sometimes overcooked. Food in restaurant was lovely. Pool area was lovely.

Room was clean. Bed was fine. Very close to Disney. Breakfast is ok/not great, but it's free. Free WiFi is decent speed (I was getting 10down/1up w/ 25ms latency). Staff was helpful. Overall good experience.

This was a great Hotel it was very clean inside the only problem that I had was when I first got there I was not able to check in until 3 o'clock. The girl at the front desk told me she did not have a room ready which upset me because I was driving for a really long time just wanted to rest and shower alone with my son and husband. The sheets are clean all the time freshman and every day the housekeeping was really fantastic. The daily breakfast buffet was what you would expect egg sausage waffles grits fruit and Fountain drinks. One thing that was kind of strange was that the fountain water and also the bathing water had a strange smell to it and I noticed that I left my skin very dry after showering and it for a week. Overall I had a great experience and would consider coming back to his hotel

Great room and friendly service as always. The gentleman at the counter when we checked in was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel to stay near Disney property without paying Disney prices.

Great clean room, food was delicious, and the staff was wonderful. The pillows were a bit to fluffy for me but that's just personal preference. Overall a wonderful hotel.

I did not stay at the hotel but instead I dined at the Vista Bistro Restaurant. The staff was amazing. So much so that I came back the next day.

Comfortable and clean. Good sized room at a great rate. Very close to Disney parks too.

It is a great clean hotel. You have lots of services like housekepping and the views are great. Free shuttling to Disney parks. Resturants are great including the free breakfast included with your stay. The suites are bigger and nicer than the ones on Disney property and better yet this hotels location and cost is way better than any Disney resorts. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Orlando Florida.

I was very impressed with this hotel. We are Florida local, but sometimes we stay overnight in Orlando when we go to Disney. We usually stay on Disney property because after resort and parking fees that non Disney hotels charge, the cost is about the same. This time, however, Disney wanted $150 for a standard value resort room and I was not about to pay that. I found this room on Expedia for $88 (plus $11.50 resort fee) and it was a suite, not a room. Our room had a living room with a pullout sofa and a bedroom with two comfortable queen beds. (Much larger than any room on Disney property!) It must have been recently renovated because the bedding, carpet, and furniture looked new. Check in was friendly, under 2 minutes, and I didn't even have to move my car. Wifi was free, bottled water is provided per the resort fee, and a breakfast buffet was included! What a steal! Also, the location was great. I didn't drive much further than I would have being on Disney property. The only negative was the TV in the living room didn't work. I was so ecstatic about the price that I didn't care much at all. We had a great stay and will be back!

They were very understanding and willing to schedule around my flight cancellations. Their customer service was excellent. However, the room smelled slightly of mold and shuttle services were slightly inconvenience for middle-of-day transportation to and from the Disney parks.

Great place to stay. Very tidy, spacious rooms and excellent customer service. Really felt like a valued guest. Location is conveniently close to the nearby amusement parks, too.

Price was reasonable considering the short drive to Disney. Our room was nice and clean, bathroom included. We could see the fireworks from our room which was a nice surprise. They do offer a shuttle to Disney but we did not use it since we wanted the freedom to come and leave the parks when we wanted. Breakfast was good. Something different during our 4 day stay. The dining area does get full pretty quickly if not there early. The Wifi could use some improvement since it is not free. Most of the time we had a slow connection or could not connect. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again on our next trip to Disney.

I've been trying to find a decent hotel having other hotels confirm my stay and I call again to make sure, my reservation is suddenly gone. This and just the horrible services i got in so many places, that was until I called Buena Vista and was taken care of by Cindy from reservations who was able to find me a room with the million and one needs I wanted, searched for the best bang for my buck, and helped me understand all the services the hotel provides for the time of the weekend I'll be there. I've recommended all my family if there coming up to Orlando and need a great hotel, to go and reserve a stay with Buena Vista and if they get lucky enough to be served by Cindy then to not worry about a thing cause shes got you covered.

This hotel is fine I guess. I was staying on the company's dime so maybe that softened, but I did find the place as a whole looked pretty dated. The bathroom was kind of gross--had a strange smell and the shower faucet leaked pretty consistently.

Lots of people might say the huge rooms are a plus, but to me it seemed excessive--why would you ever need that much space in a hotel room when you'd presumably want to be out enjoying the local attractions instead?

Clean establishment with a friendly staff. Breakfast was not bad at all. I informed the staff of the strong cigarette odor in the hall on the first floor however it did not seem to suprise or bother them. Oddly enough we caught the staff smoking in the stairway in the area where the odor was coming from. Also beware of the $11 per day resort fee. All in all I would recommend this hotel to others with a warning of the smoke odor and resort fee.

Great for the price. I think they are going through an update to the whole property. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit we were in was more or less clean with brand new kitchen appliances, cooking stuff and dishes. The sofa and chairs were old and dirty. The maid said that the building was scheduled to receive new furniture the following week. Very close to Disney World and about 20 minutes from Universal Studios.

Not a bad stay except the breakfast wasn't as good as expected. It's hard to complain about free but there was no one there to validate that the people eating at the buffet were actually guests. I literally witnessed disheveled people walking off the streets.

It was dirty and felt like no one was working. Had to wipe table myself. I normally stay across the parking lot at their other hotel (caribe royal) and pay for breakfast and will continue to do so, but this time caribe was booked up.

That being said, rooms were nice, service friendly as always and location perfect.

It need some paint touch ups desperately. But besides that the rooms are very clean tand a grate size. The restaurant is wonderful and it is in a great location for the parks. Another thing I don't particularly like is that it doesn't have buses to the parks like they claim. They are scheduled and don't run all day. So you need a car.

We had a 7 day stay on the 4th floor in a King Suite, the sofa bed was perfect for our 6 year old and the room was spacious enough that we didn't feel crowded. Housekeeping was on point, so I can't comment on customer service since we basically had a flawless stay. Check in was a breeze, but elevators did get busy on the weekend. Breakfast was delicious and kept us going all week, we would definitely stay here again. In addition, the proximity to Disneyworld and shopping was perfect!

I have stayed here twice. The rooms are reasonably priced and fairly clean. The hotel also offers a decent breakfast which is included during your stay. The menu can use some diversity but you should consider that the hotel must cater to different people with different taste. Lastly, the hotel is at a reasonable distance from some iconic theme parks including Disney and Universal Studios.

The worst customer service ever. Key card would not work and front desk staff had us go up several times to check. Outdated and smelly furniture. Dirty sheets. Bathroom (tub/tiles) were falling apart - appears to have been built by a child. Will not recommend.
