We stayed in the third floor. Room is adequate, but the hallway smells like weed for the last three days. It took two days for the hotel to empty the trash at the end of the hallway, but other individuals seemed to go through trash quickly daily. Not a bad stay and in a nice location with minimal to no traffic on the weekends.

Nice location, plenty of parking spaces. Rooms are a bit outdated, but overall I liked it. Just for the fact that their wired Ethernet ports in the room works. Will definitely keep using this place when I'm in the Colorado area.

Hallways smell weird but the room is nice. Good amenities too. Appreciate the very late check in that they were able to provide after a long day of driving

It's nice when people experience having to stay at places like these that there are ones as good as this one . If you have to stay at one of the inexpensive ones this is a good one it's very clean and the employees are kind and wants to help you and that is important .

Not a very welcoming front desk staff. Do not try to check in early. I understand hotel rooms need to be cleaned, but they didn't even check if they had one room clean for us. We had to wait 2 hours in the parking lot. They only offered to hold onto our suitcases because they saw how annoyed I was. We then checked if a room was ready 10 minutes before their check in time, and they still had nothing.

On the bright side, the room is pretty spacious and clean. The kitchen does have utensils, plates, cookware, drinking glasses, and even a toaster. They also provide dish soap, paper towels and a dishwasher. The bathroom is clean and The shower has good water pressure compared to a lot of hotels. The pool looks clean and the laundry on site is free of charge.

To top if off, they have pre-printed Wi-Fi code cards with a code that does not work.

Great place for extra martial affairs. Housekeepers like to tickle your balls from behind as you're pounding away. Plus free continental breakfast.

My wife stayed here for 2 months and I did for about 2 weeks of that. The staff while I was there always greeted us and would ask if everything was going well. The laundry facilities were always clean and they had a large selection of items you could check out for free ranging from kitchen items, games, and dvds (we rented out a crockpot). The grounds are well maintained and the locations near a target and Safeway for any grocery needs.

I’ve stayed here a few different occasions and each time has been pretty great! Comfy beds, clean rooms, spacious bathrooms, safe parking and a suite that does the job. My only issue was on my most recent stay, the staff started opening my door at 7am when checkout wasn’t until 11. They did this every half hour until about 9am when I left for my meetings. I’m not sure if staff was eager for me to get out, or if it was a confused staff member; either way it was quite annoying to be interrupted while getting ready.

Friendly check in, pet fee of $25 per night max of $150 (to much) maid service didn't take out the trash, I guess it could have been worse. Kitchen has dishes and utensils, only 2 sets. I would prefer 4 sets so I could actually run the dishwasher instead of washing by hand everytime we eat. I love the fact they have blenders, crockpots, games and other items to use if needed.

Staying here for 3 months for work and I was dreading the hotel life. This hotel turned out to be very nice though, close to a lot of different parts of the Denver area, rooms are nice and I love being able to rent out things like extra cookware and full size coffee maker. The best thing about this hotel is by far the staff, I have never been in a hotel that has staff as nice and helpful and customer service oriented as this one. This alone would be reason enough for me to return here.

If the atmosphere you are looking for is the oldest, dirtiest dorm on campus, then the Candlewood at Meridian is for you. They only clean the room once a week and allow pets in every room. It's a recipe for rancid disaster and it delivers.

This hotel literally stinks. The thick musk of mildew hangs heavy in every room and every hallway. A byproduct of rarely cleaned sheets and towels not to mention the carpets that are pregnant with decades of dust and grime.

And if you think the staff would attempt to make up for its aging establishment with exemplary service, think again. Not only did they get our reservations mixed up twice but once we had our rooms they double booked someone else in the same room. I hope you enjoy having strangers barge into your room while your getting changed because that's about the best the perpetually stoned night staff can do.

Finally, to top off the entire experience. There is a very real and recurring issue with the fire alarm going off in the middle of night. This happened once while during our stay and according to another patron at least one other time in the last month.

So, in conclusion, please, please avoid this hotel. Unless you are looking for an experience that is dirty, frustrating and utterly disappointing.

This place is clean. The bed and pillows are nice. I have always slept well at this hotel. Other than that it is pretty no frills. The staff is welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable

Huge and spacious rooms that offer full kitchen with a stove, dish washer and full size fridge. Room was clean, well lid, well stocked, and bed bug free but the curtain was dirty and dusty. I found out late night that my shower didn't work so I ended up taking a bath, which didn't bother me much. Friendly staff was available to make sure you had everything you needed. Great location, close to the major malls and restaurants.

The staff tried to give us a room with only one bed and a pull out even though we paid for two queens. They ended up giving us a room for the hearing impaired. The hotel is intended for long stays and includes a small kitchen, pots and pans, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. They have some foods to purchase. The rooms are spacious and have a desk. The laundromat is free. bathroom is okay. They have like 50 channels on the tv.

We have used this hotel the last several years for our annual trip to Denver. It is perfect for an extended stay at a reasonable price. Each suite has a separate room with bed. They even have a couple 2 bedroom units. We have never had a bad experience with our visits here.

First off, Samantha at the front desk is incredible! She really saved us finding us a room and telling us a good place to eat! She is so above and beyond good at her job! The rooms are nice and clean. You definitely get your money's worth. Don't expect a Hyatt, but if you want a good clean hotel with excellent staff and nice amenities then come here.

I attended a birthday party here. Party hall is good and spacious enough for 125-150 members. There are two rooms available in the party hall and they were handy during the party. The service is good too. They let us use the party hall for 30 min more than the allocated time. It was nice of them.

Had a wonderful experience staying at the Candlewood Suites, was able to get a fairly good nightly rate as I had to stay there for about 9 days. The rooms were perfect for an extended stay as they are all equipped with a mini kitchen. I would note to be aware many rooms are handicap accessible, if you are handicap then these rooms are great, if not you may want to check your room immediately because personally I didn't care for the handicap shower only rooms. Overall good stay, especially considering they have a decent indoor pool with hot tub and some beautiful walking paths just minutes from the hotel.

I would say my stay began when Google Maps told me 'I had arrived' while still driving in the middle of the highway. So if you're unfamiliar with the area, it can be a little tricky to find.

It was a rocky start when I had first arrived at the hotel due to no fault of their own. My room was booked for a day later than my arrival, but the gentleman at the front desk was also very confused & very unhelpful. I left angry and unsatisfied to stay a night at a hotel down the road.

When I finally arrived the next day, I was greeted by a pleasant young woman at the front desk. She was courteous and knowledgeable. She welcomed me in, gave me all of the details about the hotel and its amenities. For instance, the hotel offers toasters, crockpots, blenders, etc. for you to rent (free of charge). There is a large DVD selection so you or the kids can watch some of your favorite movies, again for free. There is a pool, an outdoor gazebo with a grill, and free laundry. Of course you have to bring your own detergent and what not. Forgot it? Don't worry, you can pick some up at the little convenience store located right by the front desk. No cash? You can bill it to your room.

I stayed here on business for a total of 4 weeks, with my cat. They are pet friendly. Overall, I had a really great stay.

They had no hot breakfast for $114-134/night. The showers were lacking in hot water. The TV remote did not work very well. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable though. I was pretty disappointed in this hotel not having continental breakfast in the morning. I will not be staying at this hotel chain again. I will either stay at Holiday Inn Express or Staybridge in the future.

Great place for extended stay! I'd head to the supermarkets about 10 minutes down the road, because there is no room service (which if you are a repeat "extended stay" traveler, you are familiar with). They do have a cupboard, which is convenient but expensive of course. Customer service has been absolutely phenomenal.

We used a reward night so our expectations were low. The room was nice and clean. No idea how the air conditioning could be so loud. It just started banging every 30 minutes. It never woke me up one I fell asleep tho. We will probably stay here again if in the area.

I stay here regularly for work. Its simple and inexpensive. The staff is always accommodating of our weird work hours and requests. The rooms are a little outdated, but the full size fridge is always a bonus. My only real complaint concerns the showers. They tend to flood the rest of the bathroom with overspray, no matter what you do to prevent it.

Hotel maintenance is poor. Room had ripped furniture and a dented fridge. Printer in business center was out of toner for the entire 4 days of my stay. No hot water on last day. Way overpriced as well!

Absolutely the BEST hotel. Very reasonable rates, very clean rooms, exceptionally friendly staff and tons of amenities included. We booked last minute because our previous hotel in Denver was terrible. Roz was incrediable! She had all of our paper work ready when we walked in, showed us everything we could use in the lending library and listed all the amenities of the hotel. Our room was spacious, included a full sized refrigerator, cook top and every tool we could need. I will look for this hotel company every where I go. Thank you for making our last day in the Denver area great!
