Nice hotel in a reasonably safe area. I walked some blocks away from the hotel without any difficulties at night. Has a spa and swimming pool. It’s a little far from anything so you’ll probably need a taxi (cheap) to get to a half decent bar.

My first stay was so good that I came back !! The hotel has renewed the bedrooms and the leisure center is amazing. The staff is really friendly.

You will be met at gate 5 after you pick up your bags; greeted with your name on a sign no matter how many flight delays. It will cost you a little less to go back to the airport.

Great service, clean spacious rooms and a rather good location. The pool and spa area is lovely. Unfortunately during our stay it was closed for a day, the terrace was closed and under construction as well, which we weren't informed about in advance and which is why there is no 5 stars.

There was a nasty toilet smell on floor 4 for the length of my stay around 4 nights. After notifying several times nothing was done. Even employees noticed it
Anyway it was a great place with pool and sauna.

I would say it's the best place to stay in Bogotá if it wasn't my first time there.
Te staff is very polite, the food is awesome, the piano bar is a great option to spend the night and drink with old friends or new friends.
The spa service is seriously good and the pool is fantastic with a view to the mountains and the city. (don't forget to take your head cap or you will spend U$5 to swim)
Definitely would be back again.
