It's nice place to stay, away from the strip has great shuttle service and nice pool. Slightly outdated rooms. The tub was awesome but it was so high could hardly get in and out. Lol. The staff was very helpful. I will try to stay here again next time

The staff is nice, despite trying to push Timeshare ownership, the room (studio) is comfortable with large bed, microwave & small refrigerator, carports are nice to shade your car from the Las Vegas heat, but the pool needs a proper cleaning (footprints can be seen in the dirty sediments on the bottom of the pool, water murky) and like so many other reviews have said - due to cheap interior doors between units, you can hear every word from your neighbors, and smell the food they are cooking (luckily our neighbors were good cooks, so it smelled good). I would not recommend staying here.

They were very helpful with suggestions of where to go for families. We were signed up for a tour and went to the wrong pick up area and the front desk directed the driver to where we were. Kind, friendly people work the front desk. They helped us with menu ordering and never were impatient with us. I will definitely stay there again when we go back to Las Vegas!
We had a 2 bedroom suite with living room and kitchen (the second bedroom had a small kitchenette area). There were every dish that you would need to cook and eat with. They had dish soap and dishwasher soap available. There was a washer and dryer set in the room and they provided laundry soap free when we got there. The showers were spacious (both rooms had their own shower)! Also this hotel was a straight shot with one turn to the McCarin International Airport, roughly 3.5 miles away.
We didn't want a strip hotel due to the noise and congestion and we got the peace and quiet that we desired. The only thing I remember hearing was the tour buses that would pick up and drop off. Also they have a shuttle that takes you to the strip and back, and a shuttle that takes you to the grocery store and drops you back at the resort.

Great place. The condo is really nice. Has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer, but the dryer doesn't work well. Has a pool and hot tub but pool was dirty for 2 days. Had shreds of rope from the life preserver in it. There's an exercise room and bbq patio which is really cool. Also a tennis court

Lobbies are very nice and look updated, bright and clean. Beds are comfy. Staff is nice so far. Rooms are dated. Bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival. A/C unit in the room is very loud! This is just my experience after the first hour at this RCI timeshare location. Pool area seemed decent when we walked by but certainly nothing to brag about.

We really wanted to like this "resort" but unfortunately, after numerous problems, we will not be back. The staff are phenomenal and are some of the nicest people you will meet, but that does not cut it when quality doesn't match outstanding customer service.

The internet is absolutely horrible here. It may not be a deal breaker for you, but we are business owners so it was extremely important for us to maintain some level of connection with our clients and business associates daily. This wasn't happening at this resort, as close as it is to the strip (imagine that), so we ended up running down the street to Starbucks to finish important business as even checking emails with attachments would not load.

The second day, we had hundreds of ants streaming in from outside. They ended up EVERYWHERE in our kitchen despite putting all food away and keeping it extremely clean in there. As we were moving rooms, a big nail was sticking out in one of the dresser drawers and it ripped one of our irreplaceable shirts. However, they were kind enough to reimburse us for that but will never be able to find the same shirt.

The third night, our toilet flooded at 3am so we had to call maintenance to come repair it while everyone was sleeping. The dryer vent was so packed full of lint (not the lint trap but the actual vent itself) - big fire hazard!

Housekeeping was very courteous and kind. Beds were decent. Pool was nice and clean. The A/C kept us alive in the 115 degree heat.

Again, 3-stars because the wonderful staff and outstanding management makes up for the shortcomings of the hotel in general. Once repairs, maintenance and pest control can be more consistent, this would easily be a 4-star! Thanks for taking care of us for the week the best you could.

This place is off the strip but it has a free shuttle to the strip. The rooms are clean and well kept with all the amenities including dishes. All the c staff is very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

We were placed in a room that was obviously just an extension of a suite and had 3 different neighbors during our weekend there. The walls were so thin we could hear nearly everything going on in the rooms around us. Our tub had jets that didn't work and the fridge barely kept things cool, the freezer portion of which left us with soup for ice cream. The air conditioning was placed at the doorway if the room, as far from the bed as possible. It struggled to keep the room cool since it was wasting so much of it's effort on the open hallway. If nothing else the hotel should understand that the air conditioning is wasted where it is. It's Las Vegas for heaven's sake, and it was ridiculously hot even in May, I can't imagine it during the summer months.

Clean, basic room. Stayed in the smaller half of the condos. Kitchenette had a small fridge, microwave, sink and toaster. The conjoined door between the bigger and smaller condo had NO sound proofing. We heard EVERYTHING the neighbors said and did. I'm sure they heard us as well. Pool was nice but basic.

Stayed for a timeshare-like experience. It was great! The room was basically a condo. Cups, plates, utensils, a full size fridge, and even a dishwasher, washer and dryer. We'll be coming back again. Pro tip: buy a bus pass AND utilize the shuttle to the Strip.

Rooms are nice. Locations isn't bad. Vegas at night is sketchy no matter where you are. There isn't any room service or daily house keeping, so if you need anything i.e. towels, sheets, ect. you have to call the front desk. The continental breakfast is limited to bagels and bananas. Recommend the shuttle tour to red rock canyon, our driver was great, and it only cost 10 bucks.

It is frustrating that the front desk staff seems understaffed and becomes overwhelmed easily which makes them NEVER answer phone calls. If you're calling just to ask a simple question you're going to have to walk all the way to the lobby. The a/c can not be set bellow 70, which was just too hot for us but house keeping does have 2 fans om the property for guests to use but it was pretty dusty. House keeping is not done every day like in some hotels, if you need something like more towels etc the front desk will then call house keeping to your room. I did like that it was more family friendly atmosphere with not many drunks stumbling in late at night being all loud like in hotel casinos on the strip. The breakfast is literally bagels and bananas every day, nothing else. There is a toaster over, microwave and coffee maker, with silverware and dishware in the kitchenette, there is a small thing of dishwashing soap and a sponge for your use. They offer cheap washing machine detergent/dryer sheets so just bring Tide pods if you want a good clean. Washing machine and dryer require quarters. It is $1.75 to wash and $1.25 to dry. They will try and get you to go to a "free" dinner and a show to do a time share tour of their sister resort down the street...just go on Groupon and save yourself money AND time. The bed was pretty comfortable. Red Rock Canyon tour offered on Thursday was AMAZING, def do ii

Very comfortable place, friendly check in. We have a one bedroom and it has all the amenities you need.We enjoy the balcony off the living area and even though the weather is too warm for a fireplace, it is a nice touch. The resort has two different areas, Club 1 and Club 2 across the street and a few steps away. Both are the same with only one having a tennis court(Club1) and Club 2 having a miniature golf.

From. check in to check out everything went smooth. All staff were professional, informative, and friendly.

Would have no problem staying there again. Great pool and hot tub. Shuttles to and from casino's made it easy to see shows and eat at fine restaurants.

Even owner updates were painless. This was a fun vacation. I highly recommend this resort and will return as soon as we can. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear every word next door. Breakfast is crappy bagels and really really bad coffee. You have to use a parking permit every night.

However, for Vegas, the price is right. Expect 8 Days Inn quality. The Orleans Casino is almost walking distance and has a good breakfast buffet - $39.00 for 3 people.

Nice place. Can stay here cheap by finding owners who are willing to rent. An Uber to the strip is less than $10.00, there are two off airport (cheaper) car rental places within walking distance.

It was just okay. Nothing extraordinary but not a bad experience by any means. The 1 bedroom suite was spacious and had a great Jacuzzi tub. The heated pool really was warm enough to swim in February. The bed was very lumpy however and I didn't sleep very well. The lobby and check in process is also super confusing.

Stayed here in November 2017, nice rooms. We had 2 double room suites. Stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Felt like we had a mini apartment, didn't use the sofa bed but the bed was very comfortable just wish they had better pillows and the battery in the remote control was dead.

Only one word necessary to explain this show...amazing!!! This was the second shoe I've ever seen in Vegas and it definitely blew the first one out of the water. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering seeing a show.

The hotel is very clean and organized. It has the feel of a time share with apartments, club house and amenities. However two items need to be improved: the breakfast is terrible with hardly bread and coffee being served. It is OK if advertised as such upfront and not as "complimentary breakfast included". Second, housekeeping staff is noisy early in the morning on the hallways. Lots of loud chatter and banging. Otherwise, OK.

My sister and I received outstanding treatment at Club De Soleil. Bessy is the best! She made our stay and first time in Las Vegas wonderful. She was polite and respectful. The room attendant was very helpful when we arrived also. I think her name was Mary Ann. The rooms where clean and spacious. They offer free activities and bagels, fruit, and coffee in the mornings. Our room was like a 1 bedroom apartment. We absolutely loved it and enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect to numerous restaurants and downtown. Not too far and not too close. I would definitely stay here again on or next visit to Las Vegas! Thanks again Club De Soleil. Also, Nicholas at the concierge was amazing too!

We had a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for four. The room looked really nice and had good amenities, but the pros ended there. The wall is so thin that we can hear upstairs guests running around, next door guests talking, and people passing by in the hallway. Also, sofa bed aside, even the real bed is so squeaky that a small movement woke up the other person. They provide breakfast, but it's just coffee and bagel. Checkout time is really early at 10, costing $30 plus tax for extension. Oh, the shuttle service to the strip was nice. Overall, no one in our party had a good night of sleep.

This is an average facility. The attendants at the front desk were helpful. It would have been nice to get a complimentary upgraded room when requested since there were empty rooms. Initially when asked, we were told that there were no clean rooms. When we said that we could wait until the room is cleaned, we were told that there were no rooms. When we asked a different staff member in the evening, we were told that there are rooms at an extra of $35 per night. The cleaners should be more diligent when cleaning since a McDonald's fry container was found beside the bed. Improvements include provision of a lamp at the desk and a regular knife as well as replacement of the noisy bathroom exhaust fan.

Beautiful suite wonderful staff. Guest breakfast sucks (prepackaged bagels plain, brown spotted bananas, oranges, coffee).
I have to add on to my review. My husband and i went to go to bed and i noticed that the stuff animal I've had for many years was no where to be found. I called down to the front desk sand soon there was a knock at the door. It was Marialuz from housekeeping. She took me down to the dirty laundry and she took the time to go through all that laundry with me until we found my old stuffed friend Empress. Now that to me is going beyond the call of duty. Thank you SO much.

We're in the middle of a 7 day stay, and it's a great place just off the strip. It's a time share, so the concierge desk pushes free tickets to shows in exchange for sitting in on a sales pitch for the time share. But if you avoid the concierge desk there is no sales pressure. Nice place in general, it's good to have a full kitchen, and a grocery store just a block or two away, so you don't have to eat out every night on a long stay.

Units are small but adequate. comfortable furniture and home decor. They give you a one day parking pass and then make you go to the sales desk to get your weekly parking pass. I simply informed them that u did not want to be bothered by timeshare sales people and that was fine.
Lots of people used the shuttle it had plenty of operating times.
I had a car did not use shuttle.
Good location. Lots of shopping close by.
Slept with window open and it was quiet.
More noise came from the above room and next door room.
Every step. Boot drop. Chair move. Toilet flush. Words spoken were heard. Even a yawn.
Plus next door left there phone on speaker when trying to buy tickets and I heard that forever.
Not very sound o
Proof at all.
Leave your TV or radio on and you will be fine.
Security was very visible on the property. Always close by.
Friendly staff.
Nice pool/hot tub
with 24 hour use with quiet time.
BBQ by pool.
Parking was fine. I always had a spot close to my entrance.
If the rooms were more sound proof I would
give more stars.
I will ask for 3rd floor room next time.
Has elevators.
Nice little balcony area.

Very nice there are 2 locations not far from each other. Check in was 3pm took us a while to get checked in front desk gave us the run around, 1.no non smoking rooms were available, 2. told us to check back in an hour 3. gave us a room and the carpet was wet from shampooing 4. didn't get checked in til almost 6:30pm. Would have gave a 5 but they only gave us an hour extra for check out 11am 😑

More choices for breakfast is HIGHLY recommended (favor muffin/variety of juice/cereal/waffle maker/variety of meat/variety of yogurt).

Room service was good; however, they need to FISH too.

Check-in was smooth (friendly staff)

The place is nice . it's close to groceries and other things you may want and a shuttle to downtown is good. BUT THE concierge will try to add fees to free tickets you can get for listening to the sales presentation.
Dont go to him for discount tickets. Go downtown and find someone who will give you the same thing for free. Also I want to mention the house keeping staff.
They are great ! Everything was clean and well maintained. Don't go to the concierge

So clean and comfortable. Normally I spend my first day at resorts cleaning and disinfectant. I am so impressed. Love the pools and the balcony for morning coffee or drinks or reading and just enjoying. Wonderful.

The staff are just on it. Eager to help, and our needs or comfort are clearly not inconvenient to them, but seemingly their pleasure to help.

Love this place wish everyone could come and enjoy it as much as we!

The night shift front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in, she looked up and put her head back down as if we weren't even in the room. There was no water, no coffee for the guest and when we asked for some she stated she was getting ready for a shift change. This was ten minutes to six a.m. we asked for her name and she said it was Laylony. She can use a lesson in being courteous to customers. On a positive note Johnny Sarhanis was hilarious, kind and he catered to the customers needs. The pool and the Jacuzzi is an awesome way to relax. Over all the visit was great long as you didn't ask too many questions.

Had a nice stay here, the beds were so comfy I slept very well. The staff was nice and helfull. The tub is also a spa which was relaxing. I only have it three stars because the wifi was awful, and there were no vending machines. Also getting a call the two days in a row (woke us up) about going to their presentation was excessive when we already said no thanks. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool or breakfast though, I would stay here again.

I stayed at this location for 4 days with my family and we really had a great time!! The workers were very nice and attentive to out needs!! Room was clean and very comfortable!! We did have an issue with the plumbing but i figured it was because the location was old. And when we first arrived the room had a weird smell but overall it was great. I would stay here again. Located off the strip, so it was more peaceful for a family getaway. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet, but Ashley at the front desk kept us advised on our room status and gave us helpful information about the area. She gave us a great first impression. The shuttle bus to the Vegas strip runs every hour. The concierges were knowledgeable and we booked excursions to the Grand Canyon. The breakfast was not that great, just bagels, oranges, and bananas. We had a rental car, so ate most meals at local restaurants, but they have room service with a good variety of dishes and reasonable prices. Our studio unit was similar to a hotel room with a mini fridge and microwave. Nothing fancy, but comfortable for our vacation.

Actually a time share however it is besting rented out for air bnb. The front desk clerk had no idea what Air bnb was and nearly freaked us out. My girlfriend and I came here and had a great stay. The location was convenient, the price was great and it was very clean and comfortable. If you are going to stay here beware that the walls are extremely thin. We could hear our neighbors watching television and talking all weekend. The hallways are also very loud so you can hear everyone walking past the room. The grounds of the hotel are very nice. The pool was gorgeous, the hotel lobby was nicely done and the hotel had a nice breakfast every morning. I would stay here again but I would make sure to ask for a corner room with no neighbors!

Hotel was nice but the building we stayed in was a few blocks away from where we had to check in we had to drive which was a pain. Studio room had an adjoining door and we could hear the lady on the phone with the DWP for hours as if she was in the room with us. Also every step someone takes in the room above makes super loud creaks. 24 hour pool is cool and free mini golf was nice though only 5 holes.

My fiance and I just spent 4 nights at Club De Soleil and couldn't have been more pleased. The suit was beautiful, spotless and had everything we needed; washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and all the granite and tile you could want to run your fingers over. We had a balcony and a huge bathroom, along with a gas fireplace. What we appreciated the most was the staff; courteous and so genuinely ready to please. Tennis lovers, they have a great court. We will be staying at Club De Soleil whenever we are in Vegas.

I've made it an annual family tradition to stay here Thanksgiving week. I along with two nieces who live in LA are the only members of our family living West of the Mississippi, so this gives us a nice family get together for the holiday.

I noticed some of the older reviews are complaining about things that have improved as I've stayed there over the years. For example, the TVs have been refreshed so that they're all flat screen now (or at least they've been in the rooms I've been assigned the past few years). I don't really understand the complaint about no nearby restaurants or grocery stores as there are many fast food as well as sit-down restaurants within only a couple of blocks as well as not one but two supermarkets and a CVS drug store at the next stoplight down Tropicana. And as other reviewers have mentioned, the Orleans casino is only a long block away and contains a food court with fast food outlets as well as their own restaurants that cater to a number of tastes and wallet price points.

As far as the room being "refreshed" only once a week, I like to stay in timeshares when traveling to have access to full kitchens and more "homey" accommodations and this seems to be standard practice rather than the exception to the rule. Yes, one needs to put any trash outside the door to be picked up, but that isn't a big deal and has been explained when checking in most times I've stayed at any timeshare, let alone this one.

I'm glad others have mentioned the great concierge staff to counter the few who had issues with them. Each time I've stayed, I've found the concierge I've worked with to go above and beyond to offer suggestions and arrange tickets or directions when necessary. As with any group, some are better at their jobs than others, but all I've encountered at Club de Soleil have given me attention and seemed to try to do their best.

The one complaint I'd agree with is the poor reception, and expensive add on rate, of the WiFi. But I go on vacation to relax and spend time with my family (and maybe some time at the blackjack and craps tables) so I look at the lack of readily available internet as something of a plus to enforce some offline life.

Club De Soleil was a great resort. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't use the pool or outdoor facilities but they looked great and many other people were using them. The room was large and extremely clean. It was also located on the end of the building, so we were able to enter and exit very easily. It was super quiet, I didn't hear anyone else at all. I would definitely recommend Club De Soleil to couples or families. I also liked that it was located off the strip but only 5 minutes away.

I think it is a time share rather than a traditional hotel so we did not have maid service (ie a clean room every day with fresh sheets and towels). Maybe we could have asked for it, but it was not a concern of ours.

We were in town for a soccer tournament, so we did not want to be on the strip. The rooms had kitchens and a washer and dryer. This made our lives easier before, between and after games.

The kids enjoyed playing on the tennis courts and swimming in the heated pool.

As parents, we enjoyed that our kids had their own bedroom. The set up was a living room with a bedroom on each side. Our cost was about $169.

Some parents did not like that the doors opened to the outside rather than an enclosed hallway. Also, our coach's car got broken into. I believe that could have happened anywhere so I don't hold it against the hotel.
