Wow. Cannot say enough good. Room was excellent. Staff friendly. Breakfast was tasty even though it wasnt the full due to the virus. Only downfall is the pool is small and shallow. More geared towards small kids under the age of 10.

Really nice hotel with very reasonable prices. They have done a lot to reduce any contact due to COVID. Our room was very clean and it fit our 5 person family comfortably.

Fabulous hotel. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness but I cannot say enough about how clean and quiet this hotel was. Loved the decor and the outside patio area. Definitely will be our place to stay next time we are coming through Sioux Falls.

Our stay was excellent! All staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were so clean and welcoming! We also enjoyed the courtyard and fire pit. We look forward to coming back when the pool is open!! Great place!

We were on a long trip from Florida to Washington when we booked this hotel and it was a breath of fresh air. The staff was so friendly and informative and everything was very clean! The hotel is steps away from a trail along the river that is such a nice break from a long day of driving. There's also a cute little coffee/tea place within walking distance! So thankful we booked this!!

The hotel is gorgeous! From the moment we walked in we were impressed with the decor. It has an upscale feel with an affordable price. The reason I gave the hotel only 3 stars is because our particular room smelled of old cigarettes, and the smell loomed our entire stay. We also asked for an extra set of bedding, as we had a toddler sleeping in a sleeping bag. The housekeeping called and confirmed I requested extras, after confirmation I received "but why do you need more? You know there's plenty in there already". I was taken back by the rude response, but I moved on. Later in our stay we noticed the waterpark area is not at all monitored by staff. There were 2 girls that looked under the age of 10 years old that were using intertubes down the slides, setting a bad example for my toddlers. These girls then continued to turn off the water for the smaller area of the park, and it wasn't until I stood up and looked them in the eye to tell them to stop, before they actually listened. The staff was coming and going checking on towels, but did nothing to remedy the situation.

All in all, the stay was decent and we will be back.

Very fancy, nice, clean room. Pool has waterslides. When we were there it was very busy and the pool was too small for that many people. I'm sure on a normal night it's fine. Breakfast had good options, coffee not so great, went to the nearby coffee shop to get decent coffee.

Very nice hotel. We got lucky to and were upgraded to the 4 seasons suite. The common areas and room were all nice. The pool was fun for kids but is a bit shallow. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good too.

My stay at Clubhouse Hotel and Suites was fantastic. I stayed for 3 days for work. The room had all the essentials, plus more. The staff was amazing and accommodating if you needed anything. I really liked the Manager's social. It was time after work to relax and wind down in the lobby and meet some of the others visiting. Since I am traveling by myself, it was nice to get out and socialize and not just work.

The room, hotel itself, and staff were all great. 10/10 would stay again

Nice room. The breakfast was reasonable. The pool was very nice for the kids. Two slides and a hot tub. The shower head worked better than average for a hotel.

We had an awesome experience here! Staff were extremely friendly and very nice! They had a make your own smoothie bar! Delicious! The rooms were absolutely amazing! We were on the 1st floor and we have a private porch/ patio area. Rooms were so clean and so were bathrooms! Wish we stayed longer than one night, the people serving breakfast were very kind and helpful! GREAT HOTEL!!!

A great place for kids and adults to swim, exercise and relax. The attendant at the Breakfast Bar, Dawn was very courteous and friendly.

Very pet and kid friendly hotel service was great and the rooms very nice. The digital TV service wasn't good at all but we will stay again when in town. The Italian restaurant room service was great and the food was phenomenal.

The staff were excellent; kind and professional. The pool is perfect for my 2 and 4 and 12 year old. Good size double queen suite for all of us too. Attached to Johnny Carino is even better.

Had a great stay! Check later in was easy and fast. The workers were friendly and helpful. The sign out front to see the location was a little bit hard to see in the night because the letters were not illumatated but back lit by a dark red light but over all a great place to stay.

I'm a tough customer to please and this hotel knocked my socks off. My suite room (107) was spacious, functional and clean. Everything you look for in a hotel room. But the real knock-out was that I ordered groceries from Hy-Vee for delivery upon my arrival. My flight was delayed, so the groceries arrived before I did. Not only did the hotel staff receive my groceries for me, they took them to my room and put the cold items in my refrigerator. When I finally arrived at 11pm, I was blown away at the care they had taken. Well done and THANK YOU! When I return to Sioux Falls, I'll definitely be staying at the Club House!

Rooms were amazing, pool was very nice. Staff went above and beyond too accommodate the birthday party we threw there, even bringing a special table and chairs to our room for the extra guests.

Very nice. Clean hotel. Swimming pool is on the smaller side. Nice that it is hooked directly up to Johnny Carinos. Rooms are big and roomy. Had a meeting there and everything went smoothly.

Had a great time staying here, beds were comfortable with lots of space. The bathroom was very nice. The only downside was being able to hear the noisy hallway.

Overall a great experience. We needed a place to stay overnight while we were moving. We had one of our dogs with us, so the outside opening doors were incredibly convenient. The beds were comfortable, maybe a little on the hard side, but I slept well. The shower had a weird squishy floor (unsure if that was intended). The pool and hot tub were quite awesome and totally empty when we went. Would definitely stay again.

This was a very nice hotel. It is fairly new. Has a very nice indoor, primarily kid pool. The rooms were very nice, beds comfortable and free internet. The free breakfast was above average thanks to the breakfast sandwiches.

Anytime we visit Sioux Falls we always stay here. They have outstanding accommodations and their staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and always well maintained. A+++

Very well appointed rooms and very clean. Comfortable beds. Very nice view of the river out my window. Breakfast quality not quite up to par with the rest of the hotel nor is the fitness center though the pool, I didn't use, looks very nice.

Beautiful building, well decorated rooms, free breakfast, several things to do. This hotel didn't disappoint. This will be my go-to hotel when visiting Sioux Fails in the future

Fabulous place to stay. Very nicely decorated, great large, rooms with high ceilings and very comfortable beds.

I have visited a lot of hotels lately, and this one is easily the best. Clean, up to date, and a great decor made for a wonderful stay. The only negative was that the pool was only 3 feet deep.

Staff was wonderful. Had to switch rooms due to an obnoxious wedding group that you could hear on the floor below and above. Pool is nice for children with water slides.

The hotel is nice, and the rooms are pretty big, but the TV is about 20 years old! Don't stay at this hotel if you're planning to bring your own entertainment! Also, the bathroom fan is deafening and has no way to be turned off!

The room was nice and the pool was fun for the kids. I would say the pool deck was very slick. There were several minor falls while we were in there.

We asked for early check in and got it, plus they upgraded us to the presidential suite ! The best room we ever stayed in. Breakfast was great, we used the shuttle to go out (both ways) could not of had a better to. Thanks Club House 😀

Conveniently located right off the highway but with some noise. Connected to a Johnny Carino's that offers room service too. The morning breakfast is pretty sparse. Rooms are large and clean. Mine still had a bar of unwrapped soap in the shower though. The indoor pool has a small and larger slide for kids of all ages. Hot tub too but didn't bring a suit.

Nice place! Very clean and updated. Courteous staff. The beds are firmer than I like, but they're not too hard either.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in. Great restaurant attached. Great pool for the kids. Good breakfast, bike rentals, fire pits and smore's at night. What more could a family ask for?

Great hotel service and food. Staff was wonderful. Only thing is don't fall for the two room label, I booked thinking it would have a sleeper sofa like a suite and implies two beds is all. Otherwise pool was clean and bed soft for those who got a bed

This is such a nice place, very luxurious, clean, welcoming. We stayed with 2 small dogs, accommodated our request for outside, ground room floor. All furnishings very clean and modern. Bed was wonderful!

Extremely clean Hotel. Lots of families running around with kids. Smells clean in the room. Spacious, granite countertops , complimentary shuttle anywhere in town. I ended up going to the mall and did a ton of shopping. Coffee shop in front of the hotel is the Harvard of coffee shops.

I rate it only 3 due to the rude night crew at the front desk. I stayed with my family, my daughter enjoyed the wonderful pool park for the kids. We are at the delicious resturant down the hall from us, and the breakfast was beyond good also. But how the staff was rude for no reason it dimmed the experience.

We had reserved a party room for multiple birthdays. Food and service was excellent. Room was very nice, and very comfortable beds. After our party room closed they kept the bar open to close for us and our guests!!! Only downside was pool was down for matience, and in the morning someone had a key card that was coded for my room. I has just got out of the shower so they got a surprise of a fully nude man. I responded I think you have the wrong room!! They immediately left. I think the guests lost their keys and got a key to the wrong room. The on site manager promptly took $50 off my night stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel very clean and classy.,

Visited some friends who were in town and hung out by pool area. It is very kid friendly. Has a kids area along with a slide. They do keep it extremely hot in the pool area, and they get very upset if you open any doors to let some cool air in. So dress very light if you are going to hang out in pool area.

Amazing service and absolutely gorgeous interior! Fancy stair case and hallways, beautiful fireplace, spacious outdoor patio with great river views. Perfect place for photos inside and out.

We were very impressed with the room, amenities, and easy access to the interstate! Plenty of breakfast options in the complementary breakfast, and there were several stores and gas stations close by so we could hit the road without too many stop signs! We were only there for one night, but we left with a positive opinion of the hotel and the Sioux Fall area. Would highly recommend!

Very nice rooms and hotel, had various issues with Internet. It was often slow and was sometimes completely unaccessable.

We have stayed here every year for the last 6 years on our way to Spearfish SD. Always fabulous! Breakfast is very good, great variety and clean! Staff is very welcoming and polite.

Excellent staff, very nice rooms. Nice beds and linens. Service is amazing. We had some mechanical problems and the staff drove us to the Harley Davidson dealer. Dropped us off and picked us up when we had a delay. The attached bar/ restaurant has an Italian concept with a large open kitchen. We were tired and had a light meal and went to relax outside. One of the staff offered to light a fire in the private fire pits. We were so pleased with the service. Breakfast was included and very nice. Good selection of fruits and pastries as well. Staff again were very caring and professional. The only reason I did not rate a 5 star is we really felt like a swim and hot tub. The swimming area is very well set up for young children but not so appealing for adults. We will stay there again whenever we're in the area. Very highly recommended!!

We had a three night stay and the experience was great. Friendly staff and helpful. Rooms are big and really clean. Breakfast is good and the pool was a hit for the kids.
Next time we are in Sioux Falls our stay will be at this hotel no doubt.

Simply amazing! The rooms were spacious and luxurious, and each of the ground floor rooms open onto a private patio. I would have expected to pay twice what I actually paid.

This is one of the best hotels you will find. My family and I have stayed here 3 times now within the past year and loved it every time. The rooms have all the necessities and they're not old or ugly from the inside. The staff is more than accommodating for any special requests/needs. The building itself is beautiful and the complimentary breakfast is as good as it gets. The kids pool is awesome if you have little ones. The location is also great; it's really close to downtown Sioux Falls and the airport. If you ever get the chance, give this hotel a try, you won't regret it!

One of the best experiences we have had. We have driven coast to coast about 10 times in the past 5 years, with our cat and a lot of luggage. We are on the road 10 hours a day so comfort and convenience are very important. This place has three big advantages for us - 1) the private entrance to our room enabled easy unloading/loading; 2) the Johnny Carino's restaurant in the same building saved us from having to drive to a restaurant, and 3) the suite was a real two room deal with a lot of space. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed.
