It was a pleasant stay. The room were clean, smelled good, great price and lovely, lovely, lovely staff
The front desk were smiling, and when you smile - you take away half the stress of the person who is being attended.
The breakfast spread was good and was replenished quickly. I urge the team not to use Styrofoam plates. They are an environment hazard.

I am not sure if they are actually permanently closed. I stayed here in June of 2015. It was an great central location. We were able to walk from the hotel to the falls and different attractions and restaurants. The rooms were nice and the parking at the hotel is convenient.

The hotel is very clean. We were there as a family in a two queen beds room on thursday and friday night. The beds are not too big, though. We arrived two hours before the check in but they still made the room available to us. The hotel is VERY clean (even the garbage gets a wipe when being emptied and there is constant cleaning of the parking, hallways). The staff was very helpful and answered all of our tourist questions the best way they could. Seeing that my flip flop was a little ripped, an employee offered me a little sewing kit to fix it. And when I made last minute reservations for a tour on the boats, a front desk employee redirected me towards a desktop and a printer so that I could print my tickets for the ride. The location is great; it is close to many attractions and 1 minute from the falls. The continental breakfast is delicious. The pool is indoor, heated (but still cold) and next to a big hot jacuzzi.
There are many hotels in the area, but we chose this one because of the great package they offered for different activities (helicopter tour, Marineland, Skywheel).
The missing star is simply because it is not a lavish hotel.

My husband and I stayed here with our sons, aged 6 and 14, and we all enjoyed it. My oldest son really liked the pool area..it was actually quite deep on the deep end..over his head and he's about 6ft., and the hot tub is huge! The hot buffet breakfast was delicious with sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, fresh fruit and juices & hot beverages..very good! And the location is absolutely perfect...right across from the dinosaur adventure golf and SkyWheel..and all the excitement of Clifton Hill and a short walk from the falls! We'll be back for sure!

Love this hotel and couldn't wait to write a review. It was the first time my husband and i stayed at a hotel with our son (2) and the hotel staff made me feel great about my choice in hotels. The reservation agent made sure that we got bed rails for the bed that my son was going to sleep in, when we were checking in with our friends the agent made sure our friends were on the same floor as us and the agent gave my son extra midway tokens. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, it is family friendly and close to everything the kids love. When we go down we would make sure that we stay at this hotel. We originally picked this hotel because of how close it was to Clifton Hill District but having now stayed with you this will now be our hotel of choice with our children. My son and i had the best birthday trip ever.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of all the action where all of the main attractions on Clifton Hill are within walking distance. The bus that takes you down to the Falls stops right in front, so we never had to use our car. The building itself is fairly old but it's been kept up to date and is very clean and quiet. Nice layout with only a few floors, which makes it feel like a holiday getaway. The manager and staff were very professional, courteous and accommodating. We will be back and recommend it to all, especially for young families and older folks like us :)
