Fabulous family friendly hotel. Great for young kids, very clean and friendly hotel staff. Great value for the affordable price. Great indoor pool and outdoor playground for kids of all ages. Mini golf right next door.

Overall the stay was a good one. location was great. Right next to so many things including tons of activities and shopping. The 2 room suite we stayed in was huge and came at a reasonable price. Size was comparable to a mid sized apartment. Rooms were clean. Decor is showing it's age but is still more than passable. Minor issue in the bathroom...the hot/cold water we're reversed in the shower, but not a big deal. Overall a comfortable stay.

Our first time staying here and it was very nice. We visit Lake George often and will be staying here again. The pool is great. Nice variety for breakfast, make your own waffles. The front desk guys were super friendly and helpful. My only con would be it is in need of a few updates.

After checking several places to stay, I decided on comfort suites and I made the right decision. Mike at the front desk is a total professional and made us feel at home. The place is immaculately clean, the service is incredible, nice breakfast spread, cold air conditioning . The water slide is amazing, as is the pool and spa. Cool little arcade, big playground, and I didn't even have a chance to check out the fitness center and laundry room. I intended on staying again on my next visits and after the service Michael provided at the front desk when I can checked out, he sealed the deal . Fantastic front desk service as well as the rest of the staff I interacted with . Thank you!

Neat, clean, large rooms. Especially nice front desk. Responded to plumbing issue immediately, recommended good pizza place, and not good pizza places. Coffee had not been replaced in the room and they again responded immediately and brought to the room. I would have given 5 stars, but for issues above. Would love to give 4 1/2 because of great service. Breakfast very good, hot and cold items, more than enough choices. I especially liked the coffee choices between regular and bold roasts, as well as decaf.

Very clean, comfortable bed easy to get too. Complimentary breakfast is good. There is a mini golf course right next door and you are only about a 10min drive depending on traffic to actually get to Lake George itself.

The the Comfort Inn is a nice place there's a good breakfast there is a criminals of foot that I've been torturing me there I haven't been there in two weeks I should have the authority since I own it to be there anytime I want they don't bury my Birthright if you measure the crown and birthday her being hunted by the X-Men manhunts shoot to kill escapees from Death Row you never own anything anywhere anyplace or be free as well as the ventures the herricks the greens the the camos any mod any devil worshippers anybody that's ever done crime to my grandparents my granddaughter in the club My Father James Burton Eric Jr myself there's there's a hunt for these children these illegitimate children that are out there in the world specially the black serve as criminals in the world there's many like the Comanches the Corollas and Quack and bushes the police won't do their job for some reason they are on board with killing me they have all my documents that I need my government car my police car my passport my license and they continuously left on music and tell me a joke on me so that's not good so Comfort Inn if you read this Kendra and I need a comfortable place to sleep a safe place and we need you to get to us in person immediately and Birthright is applied for me only they have my credentials criminally but their face pasted over mine no one is to give anyone anything unless I am with them and sign documents and paperwork in person it's a law no laws have gone through it's not loud until I get all my mail and they're stealing everything enjoy the crime all over the world we are in great deterioration

Very friendly people rooms for very nice. The breakfast bar was really not that great they kept running out of things. Otherwise we had a good stay.

Hotel was great.. Location was perfect!! Pool is awesome especially if you have children! The suite we stayed in was huge lived it!

We called the morning of June 21st for a reservation for that night and was very pleased they had a room. Very pleasant to speak with on the phone and easy to make the reservation. Upon arrival very easy and fast check in. The gentleman at the desk was very nice to deal with. The pool area was pretty decent however, pool water was a little cooler than expected and the hot tub was nice just not a lot of bubbles ( meaning jet power). Breakfast was ok could use some improvement with the eggs and sausage. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable and loved the soft pillows. Very quiet on the top floor while we were there didn't hear any noises which we we're happy about that. While checking out the gentleman checking us out was very nice, wasn't in a hurry to just check us out he talked with us and even stated he hoped to see us again. They make you feel very welcome. Would highly recommend this hotel. Will be back again.

Very clean and well kept. The pool and spa were great. The indoor water slide is a great bonus. The kids (and myself) had a great time.

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are nice and taken care of. The location is closed to Six Flags. The only problems I have had are low water pressure from time to time and the hot water was luke warm at best.

We decided last min. To take a Lake George trip to give kids something different to do. A random search gave me this hotel and we couldn't have been more pleased, the staff,facility were more than pleasurable and accommodating. We suffered an issue at the pool due to the lack of reaponsibilite from another toddlers parent but the front staff and to my surprise the owner actually came to make sure everything was ok. Thank you so much. Thank you so much for your concern. We will most certainly be back for our winter stays.

Bed is out of this world comfortable. Reasonable price and pool was fun. Front desk was very nice. I would go again.

Check the bed!! They didn't change the sheets. Found someone else's body hair in one of the beds. Also some of the channels didn't work at all. In either of my 2 rooms. To be honest I expected better. However, the front desk staff was awesome. The breakfast was average. But the pool area was pretty cool.

This hotel is just a comfy cozy place to stay. It’s friendly, decorated so pretty, smells nice and the breakfast is wonderful. Very clean and the grounds are well kept. So much energy.

Extremely nice, inside and out, modern and elegant but not overly fancy. The breakfast served was good and the workers are very friendly. The receptionist was very knowledgeable about the area and offered much advice about travel and dining.

We only spent one night, but it was very nice. Hotel staff is very attentive and will do everything in their power to make your stay a good one. Very close to a lot of shopping areas and other activity in the Lake George area. Wish I had brought my swimsuit to try the pool and waterslide!

The best stay we've had in Lake George in the last 12 years. This hotel is modern and very clean. The room we stayed in was spacious, modern, and clean. The staff was beyond excellent. My kids loved the water slide.

One of the best hotels in the area. We have been coming here 6 yrs straight. The grounds are phenomenal (see pis I posted), free continental+ breakfast, pool with a slide, playground in rear, basketball court, and close to everything. WiFi available, never had an issue with connections. Owners are friendly, never had an issue in all the time we've been coming here. Rates are fair and typical, usual discounts apply, AAA, Clarion memberships, etc.

The hotel has extremely kind employees. Best customer service I have seen in a long time. Very clean and the flower arrangements and decor in the lobby are absolutely beautiful.

Very impressed with the size, cleanliness, staff, value, and amenities. Our King room is spacious and comfortable.
The only thing I would like improved is the Internet access. The unsecured network will not let me even load Facebook, but I'm not here for that, and my phone still has excellent cellular service.
There are plenty of outlets, with some close to the bed and easy to access. There are high tech motion sensor lights and a working thermostat for heat and A/C, plus plenty of drawer space.
We haven't slept in the bed yet, but plenty of pillows are provided. Maybe I'll update in the morning!

We have stayed at this hotel several times. We enjoy the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and the rest of the hotel. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We are remembered by name, which makes it feel like returning home. Hands down a very nice place to stay specially with children.

Overall the hotel was more than you would expect. The pool was great as well as the breakfast, and staff. Its a lovely place to stay at, being that it's close to shopping areas. However while in room 212, my family & I experienced paranormal related activity . As unreal as it may sound, for your own good, choose any other room but 212. The woman who's soul supposedly remains there will practically torture you to the point of leaving. I would recommend the hotel to call a priest or something because that was an absolutely terrifying experience. I can honestly say, I don't think I'll be going back to that hotel because of this.

Location is central to shopping, restaurants, and close to the exit. The room is clean. And there are a number of outlets available to charge our plethora of cells and tabs. Outside the window is a decent view of the Adirondacks. Service is good. The pool is cool, it has a water slide for the kids. Outside, there's a nice playground that we're unable to use, unfortunately, due to the weather. Really, my only complaint is the fact that they make you go down to the front desk for snacks, even though they have beverage vending machines for every floor. And it would be nice if the beverage vending machines were the updated kind that takes a credit card. Otherwise, this is a great place to spend a couple of nights.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Comfort Suites for a quick weekend getaway. I was extremely happy with the cleanliness of our room and the friendliness of the wonderful staff. The room was spacious and had an electric fireplace that made the room very comfy. It is centrally located so it is only a very short drive to the shopping outlets and downtown Lake George. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Awesome place. This is our 2nd visit. Very clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast. Pool has a very fun slide, kiddie pool and hot tube. Mike and the staff made our stay very enjoyable. We're looking forward to our next get away there.

Impressed with how clean the rooms were but disappointed to find out we were being charged extra for "additional occupancy". The rates we found online through a travel site stated one price but when we got there, they threw us off guard by charging us $10 extra per night per additional person beyond 2 people- thats definitely where they get you, so be careful. We even called ahead to ask for more towel and we told them on the phone we had 5 people and the failed to mention "additional occupancy" charges on the phone. The wi-fi connection was terrible, we had 5 people in our room, each with our own devices and it logged you out after about 20 minutes. We only stayed for 3 nights but it was definitely a nuisance especially when you don't get great signal in the mountains in the first place. The continental breakfast was ok, nothing special, but the coffee was terrible, probably the worst you can find. On Monday July 4th, it was a mad house and the staff began to take numbers and ask people to wait, which we think had to do with the "65 person occupancy fire regulation" which was fine - we only waited 10-15minutes anyways. Overall, it was probably the best hotel in the area by comparison to all the motels in the area.

This is my go to hotel for the Lake George area in the off season. I highly recommend this place for anyone with children. The indoor pool area is fantastic. It has a one foot deep heated pool for the real youngins. A four foot deep pool with a moving water, water slide that children will love. Parents can enjoy the spa. I spent less than $100 for a clean room, wifi and a lot of fun with my 4 year old. Almost forgot, breakfast is included. Coffee, cereal, bagels, pastries ect. Continental type. Employees are great to deal with. I have been here 4-5 different occasions and no bad experiences.

Came on a fishing trip. Hotel was just a short drive from the lake. Staff was helpful and rooms were clean. The pool was really nice with the slide. Would definitely recommend to anyone that comes to Lake George

Jerk ass owners, he like flips out if you go to the game room and touch anything, I don't even think they hired a life guard, so learn how to swim, they have no taste in music, i'm sure he is a virgin lol, cleaning ladies are nice but the one the comes to my house twice a month is so much better at her job, wifi sucks so it was tough doing this review, i dont know if I have anything else to say, I mean I'd stay there again but I don't like the people there, basketball court has bee hives all over, and dude upgrade your bandwidth, i'm sure you have enough money haha.

Overall a great place to stay. Can't beat the location. Close to outlets, couple of restaurants and Stewart's. Mini golf right next door. Nice pool area. Breakfast food and free. Staff excellent. Only complaint is the wifi is average at best and we couldn't print in the business center because it was down for the day. We will stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and nice. Nice location close to Lake George but not right in the middle of all chaos. Front desk staff was great. The concierge made great suggestions for local "non-chain" restaurants for great dining experiences.

Clean spacious room with great facilities. Kids enjoyed the pool/water slide and playground.

We had a good stay at Comfort Suites. Everyone was extremely friendly and offered advice on where to go. The room was clean and well kept. Even had a (electric) fireplace and a hot tub in our room. If we visit Lake George again we will strongly consider staying here again.

The staff makes this hotel great. You feel like family when you stay there. The rooms are spacious and clean. We always enjoy ourselves every time we stay here.

I stayed off season with 2 friends. We had a great time. Because it was a slow time the owners were the staff pretty much. They were so kind. Room was inviting, beds comfy cozy. .Breakfast was fresh warm tasty. I will be back. The pool and hot tub has my name on it!!!

Rooms are big bright and airy and the staff keep them immaculate. The bed is lovely, wish my mattress at home was as comfortable.

Even with a large group staying in the hotel, it didn't run of hot water when you went for your morning shower, something some Hilton properties have a problem with.

Breakfast is good.

I'd stay here any time.and always look forward to coming back.
