Rooms are larger than normal. Good location next to several restaurants and various shopping.

Clean, well stocked, and pretty rooms. Friendly staff, great breakfast and yummy coffee.

Great hotel with a comfortable bed. Very clean. Close to many restaurants. The pool was very cold but that was good on the hot day. Perhaps a little too much chlorine in the pool would be the only thing that made it not perfect. I'd stay here again..

Wonderful Hotel We where on our way to Tampa FL on may 23 and we where coming form Ohio we called the hotel because we had booked a room and we would arrive till 1 am. we got there at 1 am and checked in we got room 324 2 queen beds and a couch bed couch bed had no sheets but went down to the front desk and it was no problem!!! they gave it to us no problem!! breakfast was standard hotel breakfast ! good coffee with flavored creamer.! had free USA today in lobby!!! over all a good hotel but we where only there a few hours

Very good accommodation pillows were wonderful, mattress was comfortable. Such a quiet and peaceful night.

This place was 9 out of 10 in clinliness just a few places with issues like headboard were greasy from hair products (I'm guessing) , the mirror was not cleaned except on bottom when showering there were vulgar messages written prior when mirror was fogged up appear for my 10 year old to point out to me , but that is all I saw to the naked eye other than that it seemed nice the breakfast options were great , they even have a 24 hr little convenient store in lobby for guests that has many things you may want for snacking, frozen dinners, toiletries and medications for common issues....we will stay there again it was nice. The pool and hot tub area inside were very nicely kept it seemed as well.

Would like antislip in the shower. Fortunately it has grab bars. Breakfast eggs, forget them. Eat a boiled on instead.

While technically they have internet access it is so slow, and so unreliable, that it isn't useful for anything but very limited, casual, slow, web browsing. You can forget using a VPN, Skype, or any streaming services. You should pass on this hotel if you need access to your company's VPN or Skype.

Otherwise it is a nice, clean, plain, no-frills hotel. There are a number of resturants nearby and convenient access to Robins AFB

Large clean rooms. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Comfy bed and pillows. Well kept pool and hot tub. Right next to a Baskin Robbins/Dunkin donuts, and short drive from Chick-fil-A.

Staying at the Comfort Suites for three weeks whike attending a class in town. It's towards the end of Watson Blvd, but in the middle of new construction--there's a grocery and Best Buy across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. Comfort Suites isn't usually my first choice in hotels, but the room is large and incredibly clean. Kenny and his team here have made my stay pleasant and comfortable. I'd absolutely stat here again :)

Second time staying here and it is one of the cleanest hotels in it's price range. Would highly recommend.

So, I'll be honest. The staff at the hotel was great. They were very responsive to my needs and I can't complain about them. However, after a day or two, I've noticed that I had some bites on my arms and legs. I've never dealt with bed bugs before so I assumed it was vicious Georgia mosquitoes. A day later, I had way more bites. Arm and leg were complete tore up, some on my neck, etc. Anyways, I pull back the covers and there's a bunch scurrying about under the head of the bed. I also notice that the bed skirt has hair that is not my own and some finger nails... this thing hasn't been cleaned in a while.

I complain to the front desk and the nice lady helps me get a new, upgraded room and runs all my laundry in their industrial washers and dryers to get them up to a high temp. Like I said, the staff was great.

The manager, however, never did see him. I would think after being eaten alive that I would at least receive an apology. I know bed bugs are a fact of life in the hotel biz but still, the bed was dirty.

Anyways, just a warning to those that stay here.... check the room before you settle in for a night.

The staff is awesome! Rooms are not overly large but rest assured that there is plenty of space. My wife and I stayed in a double Queen bed room with our 9 yo son. Everything was just splendid!

Overall it was a very inviting stay! The 1 star deduction was for a wall socket coming out of the wall when we unplugged my daughter's tablet and an uninformed and inattentive lobby desk employee. Charlene, the attendant of the breakfast area, was very friendly and detailed when it came to making sure everything was available for the guest during breakfast. I would stay here again!

Staff was great. Last minute trip to GA. Rooms were clean breakfast was awesome. We love finding a waffle maker. It was a great price and value for what we got.

Room was fine, bathroom was small, and don't expect breakfast after 9:20am because it will all be GONE! As a family we look for free breakfast for the ease and we went down to eat, but we found someone cleaning up. I asked an employee and she told me it was over.

Well maintained rooms and friendly staff

My home away from home!! I stay here just about every week and the staff, rooms and amenities are always top notch! I'm greeted by my first name, the rooms are clean and comfy and it's next door to Baskin Robins! :-)

Customer service is a dying art these days, but at this Comfort Suites it is alive and well!

Breakfast was perfect along with the cookies served at the front desk! The room is top quality, highly recommend.

This is a very nice hotel, tucked away by Robins AFB. The associates who work here are extremely nice and I am enjoying my stay.

A few things I love:
- The view are to the woods
- It is very quiet
- The breakfast was awesome and the attendant offered to make me a waffle!
- The room is very clean, no issues at all.
- The water pressure is awesome in the shower!
- The internet is high speed and I am able to stream Netflix with no hiccups at all.

Located walking distance from many good places to eat and drink. Clean comfortable roms. Friendly staff. And free hot breakfast!

It was a good stay. I'm on vacation in Georgia and stayed at comfort suites. Every thing is really nice. Showers always warm and beds are very comfortable. I'm sad to leave, it felt like home.

We just had a short stay at this hotel and were very pleased with everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and we had our choice of pillows either soft or hard. The breakfast was good and coffee also good for that morning wake up. I would recommend this hotel as it was close to lots of restaurants and other activities in the area.

Fast check in ,clean for the most part, nice sheet, bed on the hard side but not a killer. The rooms are huge 2 Queens and a fold out. Has a fancy look for the price good deal. I would not pass it on a trip if I need a place to crash.

Comfortable stay

The girl that worked front desk Trisha or trish was very rude. We got in late and while my husband and I unpacked the car our daughter waited in the lobby, when we got I we saw this girl cussing out my daughter while she sat there crying. Later we came down to get fresh towels and the girl was outside with a group of her friends or guests smoking and talking, she saw me standing at the counter and ignored kefir 20 minutes until I came outside, she had an attitude about me asking for towels. Then we come down for breakfast and find long brown hairs on the bread and muffins along with a roach that was in the waffle batter, I later found out that she set up breakfast and left the open food in the counters underneath. This has by far been the worst service I've ever received. That Trisha girl needs to be fired

Very clean, We stayed in a King room . Bed and pillows were super comfortable . Great shower pressure . Bathtub was the biggest iv seen in a Comfort Suite/ any hotel and we stay in alot !!. Friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again .

Best under $100 in the area. I have stayed at 3 hotels in the $80-$100 range in this area and this was the best one. If you want any nicer you will have to step up to the Hamtpon Inn or Hilton just down the road.
