Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice set up and selection for breakfast.

Was disappointed about pool and hot tub my kids was really looking forward to swimming website should not say pool since the sign say it been down since December..front desk clerk was nice and helpful hotel overall was clean and well presented. Rooms was a nice size

Place is quiet and clean. Rooms are large and furnished adequately. Located just a short drive from several restaurants and taverns. Staff were friendly and helpful

Great for families. Breakfast is included and its pretty good. There is coffee and tea available at the reception 24/7. Good pool. Lots of kids in the hotel which is nice if you're travelling with your kids- then yours aren't the only ones creating all the noise. The rooms are basic but nothing to complain about. I would stay here again if i returned to Rochester.

A clean and serviceable hotel with friendly staff. Skip the breakfast. Sausage and eggs are always cold.

Rooms and service were decent. Satisfying but nothing special. Breakfast options were lacking, but the building as a whole was kept in good shape.

I arrived to stay one night at Country Inn & Suites in Henrietta to stay the night before moving into my college, RIT, the next day. The suites are large and fully furnished with everything you'd expect to be in a motel room. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was broken and needed replaced. Some of the drawers were locked and inaccesible. The showerhead needed replaced. I question how prepared the hotel was to have us. The breakfast in the morning was, in a word, gross. The juices and milks and things were fine, but anything prepared was either slimy or dry. In addition, I was not allowed to request an egg be made without the filling of ham and peppers. In the end, it's a mid-range hotel with low quality service. At least it was quiet, secure, and conveniently located.

I switched my reservation from the Best Western closer to Rochester city area to here and I am so glad I did. I loved the more country like setting, surrounded by trees rather than various businesses. Very nice and clean room. Wonderful staff and yummy breakfast. Would stay here again!!

It was a pleasure to stay here. The front desk personnel was very friendly and polite. The rooms were very comfortable, and just as important, very clean. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good, standard warm breakfast fare. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is varied and delicious (freshly made waffles!), and the rate we got was entirely reasonable. Also, the two rooms in the suite have a door between them making them truly separate, which is really helpful when traveling with a toddler.

Good value, decent hotel, good size rooms, friendly & helpful staff, nice location, free parking, free breakfast.

Closer to highways & good shopping - several shopping malls within 2 - 3 miles. Not too far from Rochester city, yet not to close (about 7 miles).

Few places the hotel can improve are it's cleanliness, breakfast and temperature control. Ottoman & chair are stained and dirty (not a good sight). Breakfast is free. Eggs and sausages are dried like rubber. If you like waffle, there is waffle station. Not able to control temperature, not sure if it's just in our room or Ali there rooms.

But overall good places to stay.

The stay was great. Loved the hot breakfast each day. Wish the room was a suite.

Clean, nice bed, friendly staff

Great place to stay when visiting Henrietta. Staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast was as expected, nothing incredible but sustaining.

It's hard to believe a girl like me who has a hotel phobia and only stays at select 5 star hotels across the country and abroad loved this place! Do to a new job this is where they booked me. To my surprise it was super clean, friendly and my phobia didn't bother me. The bed was comfy with everything seeming very clean. So enjoy your stay. My only issue was that breakfast wasn't the greatest, but fruit, cereal, etc. was fine.

We are from Ohio and come to New York to visit our Granddaughter and we have chosen to stay at the Country Inn and Suites in Henrietta. This is by far the best hotel that we have ever stayed at! John O'Donnell has always been so nice to us and always accomdates us, he is the nicest person. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The rooms and facility are so clean. We get the suite because we like to spend time in the room with her and it feels like home and we feel we have quality time with her when you feel confrontable, like you are at home and this is the way we feel when we are at the hotel. Can't say enought nice things about this one:)
