Overall the Courtyard Hotel is what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel.

I stayed there while on travel for work and found the room to be fairly clean. On my last night there though there was a roach in my room that made me question my prior comment but since I was checking out early I just took care of the pest and let it be.

The hotel has a good size pool area for children and a pool for adults. There is a gym on the first floor as well. Additionally there is a casino and bar for entertainment at night.

My room was at the end of the hall and the internet was bearly usable from parts of my room. The window looked into the side of a concrete wall so the curtains stayed shut my visit.

Overall the hotel wasn't the best nor worst I've stayed at. The staff was friendly, the room served its purpose and the hotel offered different ways to relax.

The location is good with many restaurants a short drive away and the area is easy to navigate.

I'd go back, but probably ask for a different room.

Great place to be with the family, they have a great pool and it is open till 9pm. I recommend this place for a family weekend out.

It's a good hotel if you want to come with the kids so they can have some fun in the pool. It does need some upgrades and the staff needs to be a bit more service oriented.

Denny restaurant located inside. Food is good, service as well. Casino and bar entertainment is inviting. Good atmosphere.

Friendly staff at the bar. The singer was excellent, good music. The guest were very energetic. Dancing was good. Hotel was clean. Parking was available at no cost. The drinks are the bar were good.

Hotel room was super clean. Very spacious. There was always parking available. Casino downstairs with live music, but barely any noise in the room. Keep in mind this hotel is by wings, you might end up in a wing that is far away from the main entrance. Denny's Diner downstairs.

As just a hotel I would give 3 stars. However, this location has a nice mini water park for the kids, a decent game room, a brand new Dennys restaurant inside open 24/7, and one of the best casinos in west Puerto Rico. Its fairly close to the beach. You could walk to the airport and local supermarkets are in close proximity. All in all its very nice location for tourists. The only drawback I see is that you really don't get the feel of being in Puerto Rico because the hotel is located on an old military base where the area has been "Americanized".

Love the live music on the weekends at the Casino Bar. It's my Dad's favorite spot fir Sunday afternoon fun.

Stayed 1 night on business. Very clean rooms. Built-in Dennis restaurant and kid friendly pool. Will stay again.

The only brand hotel in the area. We haven't stayed but we have had family who does and they love it. It's just far out from family home town In Quebradilla.

Employees service and attentions, pricess are expensive, food and rooms

The atmosphere, service and cleanliness are excellent. Unfortunately, the sales department is very bad. They offered free parking and I had to pay it separately. There were other family offers and they were not offered when I made the reservation over the phone. The elevator was damaged part of the weekend.

Great hotel! Good staff very friendly, has a casino,pool is safe and kind friendly. Also has a play room with arcade like pacman, a inside Dennys even a spa and the gym is also big. Great hotel 5 mins from the airport so is safe to travel back and forth will come back God willing.

Denny's Rest -service was slow, waiter forgot our coffee, but we had to request a stirrer as there were no silverware on the table. Then we had to wave down the waiter to bring our juice. The server brought my mother's pancakes after she had almost finished the other half of her breakfast. Food was as expected. Rest was not full, so it was not that they were rushed.

The rooms are great and at a good price

Rm 320. Neat and updated but very tiny and there were many extremely tiny bugs. They moved like ants. Not cringe-worthy, just a nuisance. Bed and pillows were very comfortable but the bed springs squeaked. There covered all of the outlets in the lobby walls. I do t know why. We had to ask the cafe to charge our iPad during our meeting in the lobby.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and a great staff. The hotel smells great! I gave it 4 stars bc they have great coffee in their pastry shop.

Very beautiful hotel. My room was perfect. Unfortunately the resturant isn't open, but the casino is. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. Within walking distance to the airport and some beautiful beaches. I highly recommend it.

Horrible. The majority of the staff was beyond rude, service was minimal. Food wasn't great either. The pool was dirty and I didn't once see them clean it with the 4 days I stayed here and not to mention the power blew out 10 times not even within 24 hours. My family and I had to sit together in the dark hot room constantly cautiously going down the dark stairs for fresh air because our windows needed a key they had to open it. They refused us an open window too. Go across the street to the other hotel. You're better off.

I can only speak about the grounds and premises, not the actual rooms. We visited the casino on several occasions and the employees were cordial and hospitable. The lobby and public areas are well-maintained and clean, although there is construction currently going on in the adjacent parking lot. The casino is on the small side, but it's a nice night out for drinks and gambling. Great coffee shop in the lobby as you exit towards the parking lot - fresh baked goods that looked and smelled AMAZING.

Good clean updated property. Very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is the property tends to be noisy, especially during the daytime. Always lots of noise and activity in the hallways and outside from street noise.

Nice rooms, clean, excellent service and a great location

Great experience, traveled with a group of 23 and they made it very convenient. We stopped by early to use bathrooms to change for the beach, was able to sign the paperwork then, and when we returned the manager Jimmy had all 6 of our room keys ready to go as I walked through the front door.

Later that evening I was talking with Jimmy again about local food options that would fit my students' budget. Even though we decided to eat out, he offered my group 7 or 8 options at the hotel restaurant for $10 a plate, including drinks. Jimmy was fantastic and went out of his way to make our stay with them convenient.

Booked a room through the Marriot 1800 number just so you know I spoke to a live person. I requested 2 Queen beds and a crib since I am traveling with my 3 year old and my 1 year old. Instead I got a King bed and a wiierd excuse about no cribs. Anyone travelling with children can understand why I am giving this hotel a bad review.

It's a Marriott, not Motel 8. Needs a lot of improvement to get a 4-5 stars. Lack of care and courtesy at the front curve, late arrivals like us are out of luck. Coffee shop attendant appears that was doing us a favor instead of a service half and hour before closing. Bathroom fixtures missing or needing repairs. No parking instructions, I say this because is a large parking area and only one front entrance. Sorry the bad overtakes the good. Morning breakfast too expensive, but great service, front desk was nice under the circumstances. Electric storm took down the lane lines phone services the previous night.
Buy the way we love Aguadilla, specially Ramey Base.

Really liked this place, the employees attention was excellent and although is a small hotel there's everything you need in there. Will definitely come back.

The facility is nice enough, and the staff is pleasant, but everything is expensive, and nobody gets in a hurry about anything. Expect to pay ~$14 for a two egg omelette and juice, and expect it to take 45 minutes. If you can, ask for a room that doesn't face the pool. Also, they give much better rates to people with a Government ID. That includes Civilians, not just Military.

Not much around the place. Staff is great and took us to an area 15 mins away for lunch.

Fantastic service. However, the hot water was off-and-on, the TV signal had a lot of static, the insulation in the windows is falling apart, and there weren't enough pool towels. Would be 5 star of not for these items.

The location is next to the US military bases, so it's very safe and close to some nice golf courses. As a local, I was actually by impressed by the quality of the rooms and service. It has a nice pool a casino with some basic slots and such and a decent restaurant for food. A definite getaway from the hectic area of San Juan. I would argue that this areas best for families without kids, but it can be if your kids like to explore.

Not the most fancy but is really nice and more affordable that some on the area. Not by the beach but had a nice pool.

I was here for one night I was traveling for business, got to the hotel first surprise you have to pay for the parking, wait for a minute to someone help me to check-in that got me a little bit disappointed, than walking to the room the smell is kind of funny like mold, than the room it was oh nice than when I get to the bed I lay down hair every where disgusting call the front desk, they changed me from room had to walk all the way down there cause no one can bring the key to my room came back the room is far from the first it was a little but clean it but definitely they need to work in the smell and the maintenance. Well to make short first and last time staying here is not worth the money the 150 at night you can do bbetter than this definitely.

I've stayed here twice now and would recommend to anyone. The hotel is safe, the staff very friendly and everything is clean. The pool is very kid friendly and the huge patio inviting.

Only went to a job interview. The building is very well maintained, clean, decorated. I have been to the casino on previous ocations. I have seen bigger casinos, but you can relax and spend some time trying your luck and personel will make sure you are well served whe there.

Great hotel for solo traveling because there is a safe hotel shuttle that runs 24-7 and security that stands by the lobby elevator. Also great for couples looking for a place with entertainment ( casino and mini waterpark) food options (restaurant and bakery) and relaxation (spa). The amenities are also good for families with kids. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Price seems standard with a category 3 hotel. Room is clean and bed is very comfortable.

Pros: Staff is friendly and helpful(front desk and in the restaurant at least) facilities were ok.

Cons: $5/night for high speed wifi that doesn't work very well. Free wifi sucks. The public areas of the hotel, hallways, elevator, stairs, wreak of something awful. It seriously smells like curdled milk. The room doesn't smell and was clean, but definitely needs updated. There's only a handful of HD channels but the quality is awful. So if you need to be in, don't expect much.

Overall not the worst, there are definitely better places to spend your $150 at.

i spend 2 nights was not bad only 2 things when wrong the tv was no working but after been wetting for a while after i call the lady who clean the roos fixed for me.... and on my last night i was with out hot water. .. but i did enjoy my stay i will stay in my next trip. .. they where nice

Coming from a top rated hotel it was not what we expected - mostly friendly staff but many appeared as if they did not want to be there - we do like our privacy so we request no room service only for 2 days - on third day we took out sign only to notice nothing was done except the trash no sheets were changed and bed poorly made - our breakfast service left much to desire - as many do prefer to eat out and not pay the price we did not mind - with hardly anyone in dining area waitresses were too busy talking and joking not tending to their tables to offer coffee or other request only at their convenience - ordering supper to take out from 10 minutes wait time to over 40 minutes was enough to voice my dissatisfaction - we do prefer to stay at top rated hotels/resorts: Courtyards, Wyndhams, Hiltons, etc. however when service is not being provided at the level expected it created a sense of distrust for future vacation preferences - we try to put this bad experience behind us and move on and hope it was all a bad dream - thank you.
