Marriott helped in my time of need with two boched bookings. They picked me up in the middle of the night as a solo traveller. They made me feel comfortable, safe and helped me with whatever I needed to get my plans and trip back on schedule. I'm so pleased to be in the comfort of the Marriott. Good location for the area

Here for my second visit in two years and truly cannot fault this place! The staff are so warm and friendly with a really upbeat and fun vibe! The rooms are superb, as are all of the facilities! Love the effort that goes into the evening events/dinners down in the courtyard. The breakfast buffet caters to all and I especially love the juice bar! Keep up the excellent service guys!

Good pool, responsive service, nice rooms. Cleanliness is superb. The pool is almost flawless. Baby cot mattress is extremely soft which can be improved. A few hiccups such as cot was delivered but not the mattress and kettle not working which were quickly fixed. Some loose ends can be tidied. Overall I will definitely stay here again

Absolutely loved our 5 night stay with our 6 month old!!
The hotel staff is extremely friendly and efficient. We checked in and decided to change rooms to a pool facing one (would recommend paying the extra $ for a pool facing room) and they moved our luggage and sorted it out within minutes.

The room was spacious, modern and just wonderful! They provided a cot and a baby bath. We had breakfast at the hotel everyday and it was superb! Great variety and everything you could want. Coffee was excellent too!

Room was cleaned everyday as soon as we put on the service button. We also used their babysitting facilities twice and was so so happy!!

I cannot fault this hotel on anything. It's also walking distance to so many different places. Would highly recommend staying there. We'll be back next year for sure!!

This courtyard is the best one we visited so far around the globe. It is an excellent family resort with kids activities, open buffet breakfast ( excellent and high quality btw) with a gigantic pool. The walk to the beach was doable with a 4 years old. They look after any of your needs. We even used their on-site doctor for our boy. This definitely a well-managed hotel. Managers were in fact very present and very attentive. To ameliorate: more frequent shuttle to their beach spot.

Amazing staff. Customer service was exceptional. Neat, tidy and beautiful surrounds. But the pool was freezing. My kids wouldn’t go in. They went in twice only in one week. 😓Usually I have the opposite problem, I can’t get them out of the water. Not this holiday.

Breakfast buffet was sensational but the waffle machine was broken on 3 days which was disappointing for my kids because they LOVE waffles.

Very enjoyable. The room was clean and well furnished, bedding was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location was good in the middle of Seminyak and a 10 minute walk from the beach. A shuttle is available to popular areas. There's also a private area on the beach which was much appreciated. Would love to go back again.

For the price, one really does get a lot at this hotel. The service was impeccable - everyone was very polite and hospitable.

Check in and check out was seamless as well.

Food deserves a special mention. We ordered room service a couple of nights, and the food was good, but the thing really worth mentioning was their breakfast. It had incredible variety, and the food was also delicious. It was amazing starting each day on our vacation off with a delicious and filling meal!

The hotel does have a buggy cart that can drive you to their small strip of Seminyak beach, which is reserved for Marriott customers only. Since the weather was quite hot when we were there, and the walk is not negligible, this cart was pretty helpful.

Overall a very pleasant stay, and I'll certainly be back to this hotel should I visit Bali again!

Love the beautiful green space by the reception, people were seen sun tanning on mattresses and chilling. At night it becomes an event space for dinner parties. There's a poolside bar and I tell you, they serve really good potato wedges and Strawberry Daiquiri. I've had about 4 portions over my stay. Hotel has a buggy car service that drops you off at nearby shopping district and the beach, this is a bonus!

Fantastic hotel. Staff are exceptional. Really incredibly friendly nice and helpful. Can't say enough nice things about them. Rooms are great. Mattress I could sleep on forever and a shower I could stay in forever. Amazing

This may be one of the most attentive staff I have ever visited in a hotel. This place has everything. If your kids need to be kept busy they have an hourly event calendar for them.

For adults a combination of pools., work out center, and bars. A walk away from Seminyak Square and they even have a shuttle service to the square If you rather not walk. I would recommend knowing the price for distance. Even the blue taxi rip you off.

Nice place.. I've been here for a singer concert. The room was cozy, elegant. The toilet was super clean. But when I entered one of its toilet room, I smelled smoke. Probably someone had smoked before I came. It was quiet disturbing. I didnt know whether smoking in toilet was allowed or not, because the toilet is equipped with Air Conditioner. The foods tasted good.

We stayed 8 nights with our 6 year old daughter and we absolutely loved our time here. The staff are so helpful, friendly and well trained! We were well catered for, breakfast was amazing and then we also really enjoyed the Asian food festival that was set up next to the pool. We could order great meals from the pool bar too which was valuable as we spent a lot of time in the pool. We also visited the Taco truck a few times, so delicious. The location is perfect with all the shops and restaurants just outside and other attractions not far away.
At Zanti retreat we had full body massages and the experience was divine. We would definitely stay here again.

What you would normally expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff went out of their way to help us when we had problems. They are very helpful. Excellent hospitality. Gym was also great. I loved the breakfast buffet. But try to ask for a garden view room. It can get a little noisy when facing the road but the thick curtains alleviated the sounds.

I come back to this place twice a year. The staff sre fantastic. It has music, kids areas, swim up bar. Laundry services rooms are great atmosphere here amazing. They have pool bingo and beer pong but it's not loud or feral. We make friends easily in this place. Definitely worth upgrading to pool terrace but try to get one near the pool bar. Or the kids pool if u have kids.
I'm coming back with my family including my sister and her 3 kids and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate.

A hidden gem inside seminyak area. Wonderful hospitality. The room was perfect, not to big not to small. Beautiful balcony view. Definitely will come back for more experience!

I can't speak highly enough about the staff here! The hotel is pristine: wonderful pool, beautifully decorated rooms, well equipped gym. But the staff are even more impressive than the facilities. I highly recommend the free yoga classes run by Merta and the aqua aerobics classes run by Surya both of whom are talented, enthusiastic and skilful trainers. I'm hugely appreciative of the front desk staff, restaurant staff and cleaners most of whom took the time to learn my name and never failed to greet me or smile. The evening entertainment: acoustic performers, Balinese and fire dancers were also great. I would love to return here.

We had a wonderful stay and every detail seems to be thought of. Great location close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us get familiar with the area and give recommendations of places to visit. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the pool side bar has great drinks including local craft beer and snacks.

Hotel yang sangat amat nyaman, staffnya ramah semua, sarapan nya enaak banget. Satu hal yang gak pernah saya temui di hotel lainnya,staffnya disini jujur banget, jd pas saya check out, koper masih saya tinggal di kamar karena memang mereka menawarkan bantuan untuk bantu check out, selesai check out saya masih jalan jalan, jd bisa di bilang nitip barang dulu, dan itu gak di tentukan oleh mereka berapa lama kita bisa tinggal barang kita. Bebas, setelah saya balik ke hotel mau ambil barang, tiba2 ada paper bag hotel di atas koper pas saya buka ternyata isinya makanan dan minuman yg ketinggalan di dalam kulkas, dan ada beberapa minuman yg udh kebuka pun sama mereka di segel lagi, bahkan sampe jepitan rambut saya yg ketinggalan pun ikut di masukin ke dalam paper bag, dan satu lagi security-nya disini itu bener2 bagus banget. Definitely will be comeback!😍

Best place for enjoy Bali and make a event. The food is very delicious because many of different meal, snack, water, and candy. The service is very kind and good quality.

Room was nicer than we expected. We had a pool-side room with a very private balcony. The buffet breakfast is fantastic! The pool larger than expected, gardens lush and green. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Really can't fault this hotel.

Food and beverage are amazing. staff are friendly,talkative and attentive. They always wear a smile. Just the housekeeping is not good. The housekeeper didn't replenish our shampoo and conditioner. also, they didn't give us bath towels and face towels after house keeping. What we have got was just two face towels.

Everything is amazing! Love the room, pool and atmosphere. Staff are super helpful. Could not have asked for a better resort in beautiful bali.

The place is nicely situated: close to the beach and close to restaurants and some nicer shops. They still had to finish the top floor when we stayed, so the place was quite new. There was evidence of lack of finishing detail in the quality of the building work, but that may have been because we were in the top completed floor. It was still a very nice place. The room was very nice, with an impressive bathroom. The beds were a bit hard for our liking. Wifi access was fairly good. Thekitchen was good, with plenty of good food to choose from. The only good disappointment was the baked goods as they seemed to be the right shape and look, but tasted like they were made with the wrong dough recipe. The pools were nice, although it can be quite difficult to find a place to sit.

I've nothing to complain about except not being able to stay longer! While all staff & service was unquestionably remarkable, Dewi & Arya were by far our most favorite. We felt safe, secure and like family. Can't wait to go back!

Courtyard by Marriott is located in seminyak area at about 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. Rooms are reasonably sized as we have come to expect from a 5-star property. However the washroom is a little smaller than expected and is missing a bath tub (we had chosen the entry level room). The breakfast spread was also decent but with very limited options for vegetarians. The hospitality of the staff is great. Overall a decent experience with nothing in particular ro complain or right home about.

Very family friendly (we have 3 kids under 10), very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic rooms, very clean and neat. Awesome food and great poolside service. Can't recommend it enough....we will definitely be back

Great place to stay. If we were to come back to Seminyak we would with our a doubt stay here. The staff all speak English and were all very helpful, and went beyond for their guests. The room was amazing. We also got a free beer on arrival

A lovely hotel. Beautiful pool area, plenty room for everyone to sit or lounge all day, and loads of friendly staff ready to get you a drink or something to eat. Good sized rooms that are clean, well maintained, with comfortable beds and great showers (both important after a warm day wandering around Seminyak). Finally, the breakfast is worth every penny, a variety of both traditional or western foods to chose from, all fresh and delicious. Once again the staff here, and throughout the hotel are very friendly and always helpful. It is a great place to stay and we will be back!

This is the second time I've stayed here and recommended many friends and family. The Hotel is great, clean and service is fantastic. Great locations close to beach restaurants and bars. Security like I've never seen before but friendly.

I cannot express in words how much I loved my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott! The staff were absolutely amazing they really made us feel special! One staff member in particular who served us our drinks in the bar pool by the name of Hendra was so polite and always smiling and attending to us promptly. He was very quick at making our drinks and although at times he may have been under pressure he still got our drinks right and with a smile. Thank you to all the Staff my family will definitely be back!

We are loving our stay!! The staff cannot do enough for us and always with a welcoming smile!! Ari at front desk is particularly happy and helpful!! Breakfast is amazing and we love the taco truck and pool bar ... If it weren't for so much else to see we would never have to leave the premises!! My wife and I came here on our honeymoon, and we're extremely pleased with the service, value for money, and the overall quality of the hotel. The rooms were luxurious and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and clean, and we were never overrun by children or people partying at the pool bar. Room service was very good, and coming from the UK, cheap. It was amazing having a complimentary golf buggy to whisk us around to the beach and the main road where the restaurants are. All in all, it was a lovely experience, and we certainly hope to return.

5/5 without a doubt. Staff were always punctual and provided me and my family, with special thanks to Rai, who always said hi to me and shook my hand. He was without a doubt my favourite waiter. And I would definitely come back to Courtyard Marriott Seminyak again! Very hospitable hotel!

One of the best 5 stars hotel in Bali. This place will make you feel right at home. Starting from luxurious yet affordable rooms with view of courtyard. Head down to pool bar to chill and sip refreshing cocktails made by finest bartender, staffs here are incredibly friendly. Or if you crave for some meat head up to Seminyak Meat Shop where they offer ample selection of finest steaks. Or if you feel like a quick grab food head down to their infamous food truck What The Truck!, delicious taco, ice cold beer and quick cocktail drink are served here. TRULY A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!!

We were visiting Bali for a wedding and this was one of the places the couple had reserved a block. My wife and I really can't say anything bad about this place from our experience. The pool is nice and clean, the rooms are cleaned very well, the fitness center is nice, all the staff is really great, and the breakfast buffet is probably the best I've seen at a hotel. The prices for the pool side food are a little steep by Bali standards, compared to what you might pay if you walked down the street somewhere for a meal, but you get great service and convenience, so it's justified.

They also have a pretty nice spa in the hotel adjacent to the fitness center. My wife and I got 90-min massages and it was one of the better massages I've had. If you are going to visit Bali and are considering staying here, I'd encourage it.

Amazing. Nothing like Courtyard Marriotts in the United States. Great pool with lots of seating. Huge, delicious breakfast spread, which is included if you're a Platinum member. They have their own section of beach but honestly the hotel is so nice you won't want to leave!

Our CPTW group has been based at the Marriott Bali Seminyak for a work conference for the past five days. We have been incredibly well looked after - the staff were amazing, the facility itself met every need. Personally my stay exceeded all expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area. The food and the service was consistently excellent and the spa treatments were out of this world. Thank you for a memorable work trip which felt like a holiday 😊

The service is fantastic. The pool is great. There's plenty of seats. There are a wide variety at the breakfast buffet. You're sure to find something that you like.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Seminyak. My stay started out with a free room upgrade to the one bedroom suite, into which I was also able to check in early. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond the whole stay. Room service very prompt.

The facilities are also great. The pool is spread out over two levels with a swim-up pool bar and service directly from your sun lounger. A tip for sun worshippers: the sun only hits one side of the pool, so you need to get to the pool early to snag a good seat, or be patient in waiting for a good spot to free up. The gym is also nice with the standard cardio machines and a good assortment of free weights, mats, and balance balls.

The hotel also has a reserved beach area, which I did not have the chance the check out, and puts on additional entertainment and activities on a daily basis. I enjoyed that the atmosphere was a bit more lively and social than your typical beach resort, but without losing that 4/5 star feel.

Security is tight, nice friendly staff. Beautiful pool area with a bar and music to be entertained.
Gym has the equipment you need (u can improvise to do what u need)
Quick room service for food and other needs.
Close to the mini mart and right in the middle of a busy street to do your bargain hunting and to clubs and restaurants.

Excellent value for the price; facilities are all of an excellent standard. Only downside is the usual resort one, ie the bar prices are extremely steep - especially considering the food truck they have in the entrance sells drinks cheaper. Regardless, well worth the price if your intention is to relax by the pool during the day!

My husband and I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott's in Seminyak for three weeks in January/2017. Wonderful experiences we had. The service was excellent, loved the breakfast selections and the customer service (the waiters/waitresses remembered our names and what drinks we always had at breakfast -- warm water with lemon, and coffee).

The hotel is only a couple of blocks away from the beach. The Spa is excellent (the massage and body scrub rates are so reasonable for the quality of work the ladies did. Loved it!! We enjoyed the services at the Spa and went back four times during our stay). Entertainment was good, the yoga session was wonderful. We can't say enough about how happy we were during our stay there.

Stayed here from 24 = 31 March 2017. A very well run Hotel. Breakfast was one of the best, staff all very helpful and friendly. Room was small, but well appointed and we did have a peek a boo pool view. I could not fault this Resort.

Rooms were nice and clean, bed very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good, but mostly the same each day. The cocktails offered by the bar were sub par - expensive, not very alcoholic and just filled with syrups.

Nice hotel with easy access to Seminyak's many bars and restaurants. Once you are in the central courtyard/swimming pool area, you feel a million miles from the hustle and bustle outside.

The buffet breakfast has choices for any taste. One tip.. if you want to sit outside the restaurant, choose the inner courtyard side, if you want a quiet breakfast, as the main outdoor area overlooks the street, which can be pretty noisy.

There are few particular reasons I just love this hotel :-
1. The staff is very humble , heartwarming and very very friendly.Always greet you with a smile and so ready to help you with anything and i mean anything at all
2. The location is so perfect because everything a tourist needs for e.g beach , restaurants and shops is only 3 ~ 4 minutes of walk,not only this the hotel have amazing free buggy service if u want to reach out different places
3. The swimming pool is located at the heart of the hotel with a most happening bar inside the pool.The pool is very neat and clean with a child pool also which makes this hotel a perfect place for a family.The bartenders are also amazing.
4. The hotel has events every evening which is another think i love about the hotel
5 .Last but the most important point is the rooms are very neat and clean ,the bed is the most comfortable bed i have even slept on.the view out of the window is amazing.

Really nice place and great location close to beach. Breakfast was okay. Not as much of a variety as other Marriott chains, but not bad never the less. The rooms are a bit small than most 5* bali hotels.
The pool party on boxing day was really great. Will definately be back and would recommend to others as well.

It has all that you would expect of a Marriott property. Functional rooms, really comfortable beds, good service. The food was a bit of hit and miss. The food at the restaurants was good but we had a slightly sub par experience when dining in room.

Really a very nice place to stay at. (Gay) Pubs are within walking distance and the walk to the beach is very short too. Lots of food choices and the pool is really great! They feature a bar in the pool which is the real nice thing!

Fast check in and friendly staff! Very high security level though. Got to go through screening of bags and body before getting in to the hotel.

Breakfast offered was pretty decent and the breakfast place was really nice!

I loved it. Great experience all round. Buffet breakfast was a delight. My highlight was my personal trainer Suyadyna. Took up the 5 session pack to the equivalent of $100 AUD that went for 1.5h!!! Warm up, weight training, assisted stretching and a small massage after. A former athlete coming out of rehab from a severe injury, it was amazing. Also did yoga with him and that was great. Mum also got a trainer and she was impressed too. Great holiday for us. :)

Lovely! They did however get our order wrong each time, missing a small thing here or there. Otherwise we had a blast. It's a gorgeous hotel!

Nothing to fault. Stayed for 9 nights. Excellent service. Very friendly staff. My son loved the kids club, very reliable and friendly with the kids. Buffet breakfast was great. Pool was beautiful, very clean. Will definitely go back. Oh and location was also great. Close to everything.

We arrived an hour late and our pool view room was not ready, so sat down and had a cool iced tea which was offered. an hour later we we taken to our room which was a long way from the pool which could just be seen thru the palms. Not happy as well as the room had very musty smell. We were offered another room but would have to wait so a voucher was given for a drink each and a snack to share. We waited a further 2 hours and were provided a new room. All this time I was getting very annoyed but the staff were so good I managed to make it to the end of the day. The hotel and facilities were 1st class and the staff and management are their greatest asset. Worthy of mention for their great attitude and service, the service managers, restaurant staff in particular Artu who went out of his way and Karhut our driver for a day who was very informative and spoke great English.

Everything is just about perfect. The staff, the bed, the bathroom, the breakfast, the pool, the pool-bar, and even they have aerobic inside the pool! Too bad our vacation here is so short.

As a tour driver in seminyak , i love this hotel , its easy to find and staff where very friendly aswering my phone call, located in good area and close to the beach and restaurant near by. Highly recomended
