Great staff and my room was always clean and stocked with the essentials. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is due to no microwave in the room. I stayed two weeks and had leftovers to eat. To warm it up you have to go to the lobby and use the one in the snack area. Otherwise, I had a great experience here.

Great place. Rooms are extremely nice. Staff is wonderful. The whole hotel is very nice and clean. They have an outside fire pit sitting area. We loved staying here

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. I enjoyed a few drinks at their bar/bistro. Drink prices are fair for what you'd expect at a hotel bar. My wife took the kids to the pool, but we're unable to enjoy the pool and hot tub due to a family using it for a family reunion. Overall was a good place to stay passing through.

Nice pool & hot tub. Staff is very friendly. Wish they had included breakfast, but the price accommodates for the lack of. Room was clean. Just a tip for light sleepers, don't take room 218. It's by the elevator & if you're a light sleeper, you will hear it throughout the night. Otherwise, everything was great.

Nice large room, good location as well. A bit limited on parking. Wonderful beds, I had the best night's sleep in weeks. Probably the best hotel shower I've taken in YEARS! Great front desk staff as well. Thanks Corey!

This is my preferred place to stay in Dalton. The decor is fresh, the rooms are always spotless and the service is friendly and professional. It is always a bonus to have a fresh-made dining option at the hotel bar / restaurant. The cooked to order breakfast dishes are a great way to start the day. Business traveler friendly, family friendly and a great location for a safe and scenic morning jog.

Nice clean rooms. Balcony rooms are a plus, very good sized. The best is the fire pit in the courtyard, really nice setting. Only thing I disliked is for the price of a night stay it should at least include complementary breakfast. Overall nice clean comfortable hotel.

Driving from Florida to Indiana this is a great location for an overnight break. It convenient and close to the highway. Nothing special about the room but it was clean and met our needs adequately.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful to my family! Loved spending a few days there and relaxing. Bistro was good as well...great parfait. Room was well cared for. We would stay here again.

Clean, nice accommodations, however, at check in we were advised if we paid an addl $5 breakfast was included. When we attempted to get breakfast, we were advised we needed a voucher? No voucher was mentioned at check in nor was one provided. We then received a $10 voucher for breakfast...with most items costing over $10. Very misleading...we declined their breakfast.

Wow!! We were blown away by this hotel! The outside looked great but we were just shocked at the size of the rooms when we opened our door! The hotel was extremely well kept and our rooms were very clean. Bravo! I highly recommend this hotel!

There for overnight for work and the staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were clean as well, received what I'm used to receiving with Marriott properties here. Will stay again.

There's just one little complaint about the rooms; the bed does NOT face the T.V. and the T.V. is rather small. Otherwise, the rooms are beautiful, come with a REAL shower, great mattresses, great pillows, an indoor pool, hot tub, Starbucks, and bistro. There is NO free breakfast.

I stayed at the hotel as part of a room block for a wedding for a close friend. While I absolutely loved my experience at the hotel as the entire hotel was recently updated, the hotel staff was friendly, and my room is extremely comfortable, the hotel itself loses two stars (almost three) for the service we received from the person who arranged the shuttle to/from the wedding venue as part of the room block contract.
They made promises in a signed agreement that they would not keep until we brought to corporate's attention. While everything worked out in the end, the shuttle service was begrudgingly given and it was unprofessionally handled at the actual wedding when they came into the wedding reception before it was often to usher guests out.
If you're considering a room block at this hotel a part of your wedding arrangements, make sure the person you are working with knows what they are doing, that your reservation link will actually work, that phone reservations will actually be attributed to the room block, and that all shuttle arrangements will actually be provided for without trouble or attitude just days before your wedding.
It's quite unfortunate that this hotel had such potential to be an A++ experience across the board but they fell short in a pretty big area.

Great hotel for the price. Room was comfortable and clean with a nice bed. Not all rooms have balcony's so ask if you want one. Nice small bar and bistro in the lobby. Indoor pool with hot tube and outdoor fire pit I found the morning of checkout. Slow elevator was the only negative I can think of.

Nice facilities. Friendly staff. Just a heads up thoigh, they hold a "security deposit" in addition to your room charge that apparently falls off when fully charged to your account.

We stay at hotels year round while we travel with my daughters softball team. We have never stayed in a hotel that was so customer driven and accommodating. I must say they went Way beyond the call of duty. They called a week in advance to make sure they were prepared for our teams needs. They were a super clean hotel. The food was always made fresh and we did not have to wait very long at all. They provided laundry soap for free. Susan at the front desk provided excellent customer service for all our room needs. Kay that was in the kitchen and bar was helpful and stayed a little later so we could enjoy a few adult drinks after a long day at the fields. They packed our girls breakfast meals to go because they did not want to make us late to the fields in the morning. The price was more then fair. i would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone that is in the area.

Newly remodeled, all of the accommodation are new. It is a very nice hotel located off of I-75 so you are very centrally located to downtown Dalton or Chattanooga, which is about 30 miles away.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Friendly staff that was always willing to help any of our needs. The location was conveniently placed off the highway near gas stations and restaurants. Comfortable beds and overall nice rooms. Didn't get anything from the cafe but it looked nice. Great service overall. We will return if we are in the area again.

Got there sort of late but the service was excellent and the staff was very helpful. Facilities were very clean and up to date. Rooms have been updated and it shows. Bistro had decent food. I'd say it's a step above Continental breakfast at other establishments. Overall a great place to stay for the price. WiFi as well.

Great property! Nice, clean, new-feeling rooms. Friendly staff. One of the nicest of the limited options in Dalton. Only complaint was the highway noise was a bit loud and hot water wasn't as hot as I'd normally prefer. Previously stayed at the Hampton Inn across the highway which was okay...but clearly very dated and just run down compared to the Courtyard.

Room was very quiet and dark. They were able to accommodate my request for a high room away from the elevator. Staff was friendly. Pool and fitness facilities were available though I didn't have time to use either.

Layout and look of spaceous rooms is good. Very "modern" look, including unique furniture and fixtures. Beds are comfortable. Love the magnifying mirror near sink.

Beds and sink and shower looked clean. However there was a bit of toilet paper in the toilet which made me wonder about other housekeeping details which may have been overlooked. Front desk did offer to move us to new room if we wanted.

There is no complimentary breakfast. Guests can purchase food at the "Bistro".

Verdict: Would consider staying again

Recently renovated, the room was extremely comfortable and had all the accessories (outlets with USB charging ports) to satisfy modern travelers. The staff was very courteous and I'd stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Easily made reservations online and no problems with check in. Loved that the hotel is right off the interstate. Wish they offered free breakfast.

The hotel booklet in the room is misleading. It tells you about the amenities, services, and then tells you "Please join us in the morning for breakfast at (I don't remember the time)".

This leads the guest to believe it is complimentary like most Marriott hotels. There are two separate breakfasts. One that is expensive, and then the second which is almost $10.

The pool was nasty and unkept. There weren't any towels, so we had to walk back to our room cold and dripping wet.

If you can get another hotel for about the same price or slightly more, go for it.
