I don't think you'd find a better location this close to the beach. The hotel appears to be a bit on the older side. However, the property was still clean. I will certainly consider staying here again. I will request a beach side room though.

Nice view of the water, very friendly front desk staff and the bartender was super nice.

Only issue is the lady at the front desk sold me laundry soap and gave me change for the machine and pointed me in the direction of the guest laundry yet failed to tell me that the washer was out of order.
Other than that overall a great stay!

The overall hotel was really nice. However, the bed wad so hard it felt like sleeping on plywood. I woke up every few hours because I was so uncomfortable. Breakfast isn't included, but they have a bistro on site. It's actually very good and they serve Starbucks coffees. The coffee maker in our room didn't have the brew basket so I was forced to go down to the bistro.

No free breakfast. They have food though. Rooms are acceptably clean, but smell a little musky. It's a good place.

Staff was excellent! Clean, spacious, and most of all the best hotel on the beach! I will definitely be back and tell everyone I know looking for a nice place to relax.

I like the breakfast there the staff is so good. In the bed sleep amazing came there for out of town. Weekend just to hang out with friends and enjoy the time we had. When I come in town again we will stay there all the time we also have our conventions Dairy meetings there it's a wonderful place plus it's right there on the beach what a lovely View

The young man checking us in could have been alot nicer! The room was clean and had comfortable beds. We enjoyed our gulf view room!!

The location is really astoundingly good, just across the road from the beach. Comfortable beds and good a/c. Just avoid getting Starbucks in the lobby - it costs full price, but the "baristas" have no idea what they are doing. Also, despite being directly across from the beach, the hotel doesn't offer rentals for any beach equioment, so bring all your own chairs, umbrellas, etc.

Great hotel..wife and I walked across the street to the beach..staff very professional...We were celebrating 20 years of marriage..would have been a 5 star but no free breakfast..

My family visits every year for a week we really enjoy the stay, the staff is excellent, the rooms are nice and cozy, only complaints are they do not have continental breakfast and when we have children it helps to have breakfast even the cheaper hotels/motels have free breakfast. Also, no microwaves in the rooms.

Very clean and comfortable! The staff is very nice here and the view of the beach is so pleasant! The pool area, small outdoor setting area and lobby are all so nice, modern and comfortable! Would definitely recommend this place!

Very nice hotel. Fantastic Ocean View. The staff was very helpful very friendly. The only downside was the fact we didn't have time to stay longer and enjoy more of the area.

Our stay at the Courtyard in Gulfport was good. The rooms were clean. The staff was very professional and hospitable. The hotel pool was very nice and large which is unusual as most places we stay the pool is smaller. The Bistro on the ground floor can provide a place to eat something without going out especially if you have been on the road all day. They have a bar service TV's good place to hang out.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Robin is very attentive. The building is currently having some exterior painting done, which does not interfere at all with my stay. Nice gulf view right across the sreet.

Rooms are nice and staff are pleasant. Nice view of the beach and pretty close to most restaurants and shops. Two things to note: The in house restaurant is the only option for food and is a bit pricey so if you enjoy a simple continental breakfast that is not an option. Also, the room AC/heat is very loud when it kicks on so keep that in mind.

Great rooms for the price, an alternative to stay instead of NO during peak times, if you think 1 hour is okay

This place was wonderful and made you feel at home. Connie was my housekeeper. She always ensure my room was kept tidy, even when I left it a mess. She was kind enough to leave kind words and holliday greetings on the night stand every night. I travel all the time and it made my experience stand out. Thank you Connie :-)

Loved it! My stay here was simply pleasing and very refreshing. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My room had the perfect view of the beach and waking up to such a beautiful sight each morning was breathtaking. I will most definitely visit this hotel again, as well as recommend it to family and friends. The room was worth the price...in fact it was a great deal. I enjoyed my trip to the fullest and at the end of each day I rested well each night in my very comfortable & plush bed.

Rooms are spacious, rates have gone up which was disappointing considering the minimal amenities in the suites (no microwaves in room) and food not included.

Awesome hotel along the Gulf Shore, with the beach just across the road and plenty of great restaurants a short walk or drive down the beach. The hotel staff is professional and friendly, ready to assist your enjoyment of your time at the beach and Gulfport area.

Bistro downstairs provides good breakfast food but is pricey. Staff was helpful for the most part and provided us with what ever we needed. Pool area is nice even though it is a little dated. Fitness center is new and very nice. It was a great experience staying here.

Had a very pleasant stay while in town for business. It was convenient, clean, roomy, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Also right across the street from the Gulf so I was able to wade in the water!

The hotel is very clean and modern , and it's right across from the beach! The staff was courteous and friendly, and the room was cozy but lacked grandiosity. For the price, this hotel was worth a stay.

Great location near the beach and the staff is very nice and accommodating; however, the hotel is not very clean. The first room I was given had a small bug in the bed when I pulled the sheets back, I asked to be moved and the next room did not have any bugs but the light fixtures were dusty and the shower door had scum on it. Not pleased at all.

Everything is really nice. Bar is great, food is great. Room is really clean. Only thing is the bed was hard but that might be a personal preference thing.

Ive stayed in cheaper hotels that are just as nice that have free breakfast and free coffee and tea. This place has none of those. They charge $3 for a coke at their little shoppette. Everyone was very nice though and listened to my complaints even though there was nothing they could do. The rooms are clean though. Wifi could be better. Right across from the beach is a plus. The pool closes at 10 or 11 or something but they keep the music playing all night and you can hear it through your window. And yes the AC is way too loud as someone else mentioned. For the price you should get more and can elsewhere.

First visit with family and grandchildren. Although the stay was only for a night. The hospitality was incredible. Not only at the hotel, but the city itself. Thanks for the wonderful memories from our entire family.

Attended a conference here. It had a nice lobby and conference room. Location is nice right on the beach. Close to downtown Gulfport.

Registration staff was very helpful. Room was clean but I was not told I would be getting a handicap room when I booked it. Tried to order coffee from Starbucks in the hotel but they had already closed down the coffee maker one hour before closing time. Plan to eat elsewhere.

Great hotel with location right on the beach. There is a crosswalk nearby to get to the beach safely across the busy Highway 90. Rooms are nicely accommodated with mini-refrigerators. Rooms lack a microwave though. No included breakfast but they do serve Starbucks coffee and breakfast sandwiches for purchase. These were really a decent buy for the portion. Hotel staff were very nice. They even sent maintenance up to fix our overly squeaky door. Thank you! Highly recommend this location if you are traveling to Gulfport. It's about a 20 minute walk to downtown but a nice one.

Very clean and nice hotel. The TVs have the Netflix app built in so I didn't need to watch off of my tablet.

Can't beat the location. Nice new lobby complete with Starbucks. Rooms could use a slight refresh, especially the HVAC. Units are a little old and loud.

Great venue great staff

The room was fine, but the staff were obviously confused. We were woken up in the middle of the night after driving from NH because the front desk was convinced we had asked for extra sheets. Not only was there an attendant knocking at our door, the phone was ringing. The next morning house keeping came to clean the room around 8am and we were still sleeping. Not impressed.

The neighboring beach would have been a great touch to the surroundings had it not been for the insane weather I was greeted with upon arrival. Other than the beach, it's Mississippi. The hotel is kept up with and looks cute and homey, and they have a pretty big outdoor pool available to all guests. I personally would stay here again.

My wife and I both are sitting in bed and talking about how much we enjoying our stay here ,the rooms and premises are very clean and the whole staff make you feel welcomed ,theres not one staff employer that we walked by didnt agnolog use very polite and very helpful ,thanks for the great stay we will be back ,THANKS THE BODINS FROM LOUISIANA

Super friendly staff all around , make you feel very welcome , I give the staff a 5 . Downfall is no free breakfast or coffee in the lounge just a Starbucks with limited menu and very expensive and a microwave in the room would have been nice. All in all a great hotel rooms were good sized and a great location.

The staff is courteous and friendly. Always greets you with a smile and the location is great, I can walk to the beach in a matter of a few minutes. The pool and workout areas are nice. The rooms are simple but nice. Warning, no microwaves in the rooms but there is one in the lobby. My only problem is the consistency with room service. Sometimes they leave bottled water for you, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they restock the coffee with lids, heat guards and cups, sometimes they don't. All in all that's not a huge inconvenience, but it is a minor improvement that could be made. Definitely would recommend for most.

After a slight hiccup with the hotel's water and not being able to get a shower, maintenance quickly solved the issue. I will say that so far my stay, and the event that I attended has been pleasant. The staff has gone above and beyond to ensure that their customers are happy.

The beds u can feel every spring and im not a heavy person...staff very pleasant and friendly...hotel ran out of shampoo and conditioner for two days?...dont waste money on view for beach its across a road but very close walk...we had reg view because we didnt come to sit in the room l o l....all great except for bed and i wish they had buffet for breakfast like their website says but its cafe style..cheaper togo to waffle house.

Bathroom design is all wrong. Free standing sink. No counter space. Only one sink. AC worked but old and way to loud. Beach view is not worth the extra price. Might be cause we were on the first floor and the packing lot was in the way. Wont stay at this one again.
