This Courtyard always exceeds expectations. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious. I love the Marriott brand! It never disappoints!

Rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. Nice pool and the hotel is conveniently located to most attractions. I paid $250 per night except Sunday. Sunday night was only $159. I'll def stay here again....

The Courtyard by Marriott, Myrtle Beach Broadway is in a perfect location. It's only one mile from the beach, yet away from the large crowds. Still, it's only minutes from many of the most popular attractions in the area. The front desk representative, Ki-Ki is one of the kindest, most helpful and hard-working individuals I have met. She went out of her way on several occasions to make sure that my requests were met and always did so with a smile. She's a great multi-tasker, is efficient and thorough. Ki-Ki is a great example of what an exemplary Customer Service Representative looks like. The rooms are not what I have been accustom to seeing in a Courtyard as the dresser looked a little beat up, the carpet seemed dingy and the air-conditioner needs updating as the room was VERY damp. The workout facility had everything I needed and the computers in the lobby worked well for the emails and Boarding Passes that I needed to print. All in all, my stay at the Courtyard at Myrtle Beach Broadway was fabulous and I would absolutely stay there again.

I always stay here anytime I come to Myrtle Beach for business. The location is perfect. It's right across from Broadway at the Beach. You can even walk there if you like. The staff has been great and the rooms are always clean and quiet. You won't get a continental breakfast here but the quality of the food is much better.

We checked in during Memorial Day weekend/bike week. My family and I received great hospitality. Keke and another gentleman were very informative about the area. Great location, clean and family friendly.

Service top notch. Starbucks in the lobby. Eclectic menu in the Bistro. Full bar , good wine and beer selection. Craft cocktails.

First and foremost, KeKe at the front desk was fantastic. Extremely sweet, polite and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Whatever she makes, give her a raise. We would come back just because of her.

The hotel itself was good and as expected. The elliptical machine in the fitness center is either broken or needs service. It's loud and has a very high resistance regardless of the level, making proper warmup impossible. Fix the machine and you've got 5 stars.

The hotel is at a great location, has a great ambiance when you enter and rooms are nice maybe a slight more attention to detail? Must mention that KeKe at the front desk was amazing, so pleasant and helpful along with Josette from the bar who assisted me in opening my bottle of wine which was very much needed. All staff who I came in contact with were very friendly.

Beds are superb. Staff is always wonderful! Cleanliness is always first class!!

When I walk into a hotel and the air smells neutral, it's clean, and that means a lot. This hotel is very well kept, up to date, and in the perfect location close to Myrtle Beach's Broadway, Boardwalk, shopping, and food. We've stayed twice and definitely will return. It was nice to have a Starbucks on the first floor. The only downside is that the hotel's marketplace items were too expensive ($9 for a sandwich is too high).

Stayed at this hotel while on conference with my employer. Really enjoyed the convenience and hotel staff was nice. My room was always clean and welcoming when I arrived back in the evenings. The hotel over all was clean.

No indoor pool like thought, they have a "Starbucks" but it closes waaaay too early 9:30 am!? The hotels breakfast was not continental!!! But other than the workers all around was friendly and polite rooms were nice and clean

Is a very beautiful hotel the front counter staff are awesome so nice and friendly and always upbeat and positive. The rooms are clean and comfortable the beds are too soft though it's not really conducive to a good night sleep for me personally. The breakfast in the morning if it's not included in your package is very much over priced $14 for two small pancakes and orange juice that's ridiculous.

I can not say enough about the exceptional staff at this hotel. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay the best it can be. Special shout outs go to Keanie and Jasette! And a great big shout out to one of my favorite staff members of all....KeKe!!! She is so sweet, warm and accomadationg. She takes pleasure in her guest happiness. She really goes the extra mile.
Would definitely recommend based on how wonderful the staff is alone.

Nice, clean, funtional and practical Courtyard, like any other Marriott Courtyard, only reason it gets three stars and not four is that the mattress must be old and sagged.

I was expecting much better for the price we paid. Shower drained very slow, the free WiFi didn't work , and after paying $398 for a suite one of the highest paying guest, they didn't include the breakfast. Why they don't include people who pay for the most expensive suite is very puzzling, but would include it for a less expensive room .

Pretty hotel. No free breakfast in the morning and the only free coffee is whatever you have in your room. Internet speeds were good, though.

Great rooms and even better location. Would suggest if you stay there to turn the thermostat down a few degrees lower than you normally would at your own home, as it didn't seem to regulate all that well.

Nice staff....Keke at the front desk is awesome! However hotel is somewhat outdated compared to Courtyards in Michigan. Beds were very comfortable but missed having a microwave in the room. Last, muffins were basically frozen from the bistro.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Neighbors were quiet. I have no complaints.

The good first. The staff, and food from the cafe were great. The room was clean and servicable. That's about all that was good. It's an old courtyard hotel in a part of town that is on the downward trend. Halls smelled of marijuana as well as the pool area. Bed was super uncomfortable, but clean. And being Platinum Elite that stays over 100 nights a year, I got the worst room location. Next to the elevator and ice machine with no balcony. Noisy as all get out. (Not a reward night). I only stayed one night, so I did not complain. So in a pinch it will do, but probably won't stay again.

Staying here with some family in an unplanned vacation. Used points and it's been great. The hotel is very close to everything, a few minutes from the beach and across the street from a bunch of family activities. The room is average but clean, comfortable and quiet enough for my kids to sleep. The staff is friendly and it's got an average pool but my rating is mostly for convenience, location and cleanliness. I'm taking a star off for two reasons. The pillows are not great, at least ours weren't and the bistro leaves a lot to be desired. The staff was slow and disorganized. We made it through and they were apologetic but it's among the worst I've seen at a Courtyard Marriott. Maybe they're just new.

My family and I stayed here for a golf tournament in town. The hotel was updated and modern. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and nice. We loved they had a Starbucks, food and a bar in the hotel. They also had a mini market for smaller things you may need. The hotel is right across the street from broadway on the beach and restaurants. We did not use the pool or fitness center so I can't comment on them but they looked nice. Overall, loved our stay here and would stay again.

Super costumer service! Let us check in early...as for location?? Probably the best, right in between everything. Stayed for a quick weekend visiting my daughter at CCU. This is our new go to hotel! Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean and highly accessible to all the attractions in the area + the beach for public parking off of 9th street. Great staff - very friendly & helpful. The staff was very nice to my disabled son and he was always high-five' the guys when he came through the door. Glad we stayed here - everything was convenient and pleasant. Highly recommend the stay here. Very quiet - nice pool area - and right where you need to be without the hassle of beach front resorts.

Rooms are nice with a great small pool but our first night was rough. We had an alarm at midnight go off in a vacant room and took the staff over 20 min to shut it off after it had well woken the kid. Staff was not remotely apologetic. Then woke up to a cockroach in the tub. Not a great start to the vacation

Lobby is extremely nice & the service is amazing. Rooms are spacious and about a 10 min drive to the Myrtle Beach downtown areas. Its also About a 6 min walk to Broadway at the Beach.

Rooms: Clean and updated, the pillows lacked firmness need to be really comfortable. I'm sure i could have asked for one but due to the hour I got into the hotel each night I wanted to get right to sleep and didn't ask.

Price: Online price was great, my flight was cancelled and had to rebook one more night at nearly twice the price.

Bathrooms: Clean with good hot water. The water pressure in both rooms was very similar to mid 80s shower heads, for those of you not old enough to remember it's a lot of water pressure!

Breakfast: I had the smoothie and tasted very good. I didn't pay the extra for the included breakfast. Paying out of pocket was cheaper than the included breakfast for the smoothie, anything else would have been about break even unless you're really hungry!

Other amenities: I didn't get the chance to use them in this trip, maybe next time.

Customer service: Great both nights, everybody was a pleasure to talk to!

Very clean,nice hotel. Convenient location. Only about a mile to the beach. Free shuttle service to many popular locations during the summer. Fireworks at Broadway can be seen from the front of the hotel or it is an easy walk across the street. Pool is small but nice. There is a small convience store in the lobby of the hotel and a fitness center.

The inside of the hotel has a very modern and contemporary feeling. The lobby does feel a little tight, but is certainly up to date. It was a convient location to Broadway as we could just walk across the street. The hotel did have a bus that stopped at the hotel to take you around the Myrtle Beach area which was very convenient for anyone staying only at this location during their trip. This hotel is a great deal for budget travelers. I am giving this hotel a 3 star rating because it is too far to walk to the beach and unfortunately is too far to go anywhere besides Broadway in terms of walking.

This hotel is better than the Fairfield Inn at Broadway! The rooms are nicely decorated and cleaned. No horrible odor. The staff at the Bistro and Ms. Bethany Paul, the front desk clerk has been very nice and helpful. My stay at this Marriott has been great so far.
