The stay was spetacular. We were treated extremely well. The breakfast was great. The only downfall was the 1st day we saw 1 roach and someone had set our bedside clock to alarm at 12 am but other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. We really enjoyed feeding the animals from the balcony of our room.

Our family loved this hotel! It was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very professional and helpful. We were in the building across the creek and we very pleased with that side. With the sounds of the rippling creek right outside our balcony, you could hardly tell we were in the heart of town. It made a nice end to each day as we returned from our adventures! They also had a good bit of wildlife that we enjoyed watching while relaxing on the balcony. This will be our GO TO hotel every time we are in the area!! Thanks Creekstone Inn for everything!! 😇

We were pleased with our stay. Minor issues were quickly resolved (ex. Quietly Beeping smoke/heat detector...no heat or smoke fixed right away) Staff was friendly and helpful. It is in need of an update, but that really means nothing. We found our room clean and comfortable and just fine. Beds were comfy. Balcony overlooking the river was great. Spent some time in the river also, tubes were a fun option. Pool was clean and nice sized. Breakfast was good, money saver. Close to the Dixie Stampede, food and some activities. Being close to the edge of town was nice and a Trolley stop is right out the door. It was great on our budget and I would come back.

I loved that it was right on the water. It was a good value for the price. Close enough to the Stampede that we walked. Very relaxing to sit in the rocking chairs on the balcony. There was a campground directly across the creek, but the smell of campfires only added to my enjoyment!

My wife and I stayed at Creekstone Inn for about 4 days for our vacation at Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg. I was apprehensive but booked anyways due to low prices that left more in our budget to do other things. Creekstone inn is in a fairly decent location, away from traffic. Parking is fairly decent again, with some spots difficult to get into but nothing to cause concern. In fact, there are plenty of spaces to park. They do advertise that this is not a 5 star hotel but modest accommodations for a good price. They are not kidding. We were really disappointed when we walked into our room (which was a king and queen with a hot tub, we wanted the room with the hot tub). The paint was outdated and carpet was worn (worth mentioning that the carpet was worn but very clean) and started to fray in multiple places. @Management: please remove that one upholstered chair/two person couch that I always see in every hotel. I don't know anybody who ever uses that thing. Always collects dust and is more of an eyesore in a room. I would not recommend the hot tub since its a little noisy and not that great. But there end our complaints. We were out and about throughout the day and only came back to the hotel to sleep. The AC was amazing and we slept well every single day. They have breakfast (included) which was always hot and fresh. We looked forward to that every morning. The staff were very good and on top of their game. We had a lot of questions (this being our first time at Smoky mountains) and the staff were very patient with us and always had a smile. I remember the lady who checked us in say, "Let us know if there is any way we can make your stay comfortable. We do not want you to go to bed disappointed". For some reason the worn paint and carpet didn't matter anymore during our stay. Housekeeping was in every day and did a great job. This is a decent place for a great price and a very professional and friendly staff. I will definitely choose Creekstone Inn if we vacation there again.
P.S: To that lady who checked us in: Thank you. We had a great time.

Booked this location because of its spot overlooking the river. Check in was simple, however the building where you check in is across the street from the hotel itself, so be aware. Got our keys and found out our room was in a building a short drive away. Bad thing about this is that the pool is located next door to check in, so if you are here you will most likely drive there. The room was a tad dated, however it was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay again due to the room, staff, and location.

We have the 2-King room. It's very clean and has a great view of the river. I wish it had a warmer blanket on the bed. The bed is very comfortable though. And, I like the set up with the bathroom in the middle, which separates the beds. The reason for 3 stars is the location of the pool and breakfast. We are in a building that is several streets away. We picked this hotel based on the kids being able to swim in the pool. Driving to the pool is a deal breaker for me and will keep me from staying here again.

We just got back from there. This place was real clean. We got a continental breakfast, and I mean it had sausage, eggs , biscuits, gravy, grits, toast, cereals, pan cakes, fruits, coffee and juices. EVERY DAY. That save my family at least, $100.00 This week. The staff that works there , was real nice and friendly. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. So I hope if you are reading this, you will go there and have a great time like we had. I will be going there again. I promise. RdRobinson.

Location is great and love sitting out on the balcony and listening to the river. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. Very nice people that work here. Love that in our two bed room the beds were not on top of each other so staying with another couple or kids affords a little privacy. Bathroom was small but was only tub and toilet. Sink with mirror was outside the bathroom door ease of drying hair.

We recently stayed, 5/11/18 - 5/13/18. Our room was great, very clean. Staff very friendly. I took advantage of the free breakfast which was very good. I really enjoyed the balcony with the rocking chairs. I got up every morning and enjoyed my coffee on the balcony, even caught the sunrise. Loved our stay. So convenient. I will be back. I miss the area already!

From the outside when you drive up cause the office is across the street but no biggie. The outside looks very dated. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room. Then To hear the water it's so relaxing, yes I'd stay here again. There is an RV camp across the creek. And also the front desk called" Mark " to check and make sure everything was ok with the room, that was nice :)

Great hotel to stay at. We chose this hotel for the creek view and it did not disappoint. It’s located right off the parkway but still close enough to enjoy all the attractions and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and came with a good hot breakfast. Logan and Alicia were absolutely wonderful. We will be back and hopefully next time the tubbing will be open.

We were very pleased with this hotel. I looks a little outdated but everything was perfect. Very cute and quiet. Our room had a balcony facing the river and came with a really good breakfast buffet. Logan made our check in and check out very smooth. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend staying here to all our friends. We will be back.

We have stayed in this hotel for the last 20 years for our anniversary the first week of May. It's where we can get away and enjoy peace and quiet. We love the balconies, the river that runs along the back of the hotel. Our last visit was in 2017, a lot of updates were done to the rooms. It may not be a 5 star hotel to some but to us it holds a lot of memories. The employees that work their go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. The latest addition that was added is their breakfast area, the food is delicious and it's free. I would recommend it to everyone, kids would love it.

The rooms were set up nice. The views and location was nice. Yes, there are geese outside and you can here them but you are in nature. What do
you expect? The noice level was a bit much through the door,so ask to be away from the stairs and elevator. Breakfast was decent. I felt bad for the lady working in the dining room. She really has too much to handle but she does it with a smile. At least the drinks were not watered down like in most
places. All in all, if you want an affordable place, I would definitely recommend this place. We had two beds and two TVs. I really should have taken a picture.

Staff was great, friendly, helpful. The cleaning lady went well above and beyond her duties. We had a toilet issue and they immediately came and fixed it. The sleeper couch had a few crumbs in it but we never use hotel linens and the breakfast was excellent however you must drive about a half mile to get to it in the office if you stay on the opposite side of the river. Price was good, room was spacious, location is great and private. Will stay again.

One of our favorite places to stay. Rooms are nice and clean. Plenty of space to relax or rest. The ducks from the stream behind the room are quite entertaining. They come around to see if you will feed them.

I was afraid to stay here after reading negative reviews, but quickly after checking into Creekstone, I felt that the people who wrote these negative reviews had never stayed here at all. Our room was very specious and clean (We thoroughly checked when we first got here due to the very bad reviews of others). The staff was very nice and attentive with the exception of one lady who came off as rude at the front desk at night. (If it weren't for her I'd leave a five star review). The breakfast bar is amazing and the two ladies working there are extremely nice & personable. Great view off of the room balcony of the river. The perfect place for a romantic get away. The only thing I would change is there is no indoor swimming or hot tub besides in select rooms. Besides that, we loved it! Thanks Creekstone!

Wonderful stay. The rooms are clean. They have a very good breakfast for a hotel. Logan at the front desk was very friendly. Only disappointment was the park was closed when we went but maybe next year. We will return to this hotel.

We chose this hotel due to location and reviews. The room was clean and on the river which made morning a lot of fun. The housekeepers were kind and polite. It was a little noisy but there were a few children groups during our stay. Check in went quick and we even got into our room a little early. Checkout was easy and smooth. Mona and Logan were wonderful. We will stay here again.

I have been going to the Smokies every year since 2010. Almost every year, I stay at Creekstone. I would recommend this hotel. It’s cheap, averaging $50 or so a night. It’s conveniently located along the Pigeon Forge creek, which makes for easy swimming and floating. You can also enjoy feeding geese and ducks that frequent the river. It is within walking distance of the smaller “The Track” location. And, it is a small, short drive from the Dixie Stampede. The rooms are divided by the bathroom, so you can still enjoy privacy.

My only negative thing to say is that other than the Track and Dixie Stampede, it’s not super close to anything else. I don’t eat the breakfast there, so, I’m not sure about that.

But we certainly look forward to staying there every year! We will return and recommend this hotel for a nice, affordable, stay!

The breakfast was amazing for a hotel! I was very surprised. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Eric and Logan were very nice. We will be back and we recommend this hotel for a good family experience. Also the creekview was perfect for us. Hotel is not far from shows and attractions.

This is a great place to stay. My Family has stayed here a few times in the past years ( July 2009, August 2014, December 2014, and October 2017). Every time we stay here the staff has been wonderful with any questions or concerns we have. They are located directly on the little pigeon river and all balconies over look it. they have offered in the past a decent continental breakfast in one of their rooms on the 2nd floor. I believe now they have their new breakfast buffet open which is supposed to offer a full breakfast option. The hotel is located right behind the new "the Track" which makes taking small children to the rides and arcade very easy. The pool is located next to the main office and has always been clean. The only issues we have ever had was the elevator moves very slowly which is only an issue if you have small children or lots of luggage, we were able to just use the stairs and the amount of Duck feces that builds up on the lower parking level, the staff has been very helpful in cleaning that area quickly as well. I would recommend this hotel.

Really great value for the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty great. Our family had a total of three rooms, none of us had any complaints. The beds are definitely full size though, not queen, that's misleading, and the rooms are smaller that they appear on the internet pictures, but they are clean! I would definitely stay here again.

Room clean. Problems with Internet and coffee pot but staff promptly fixed. Housekeeping came before we were out of room and employee appeared to not understand English. I kept saying "Not yet. Later, later, later." She looked confused. Never came back to clean. Great staff. Good value. Not new by any means, not clean and good river view.

On our second morning the opened a new breakfast room with good selection and hot breakfast. They were obviously just getting this started but it will be a very nice addition.

We are here for veterans day weekend and pigeon forge was extremely busy yesterday. We were exhausted after a long day at dollywood with a 5 month old and ready to check in and get settled for the night around 9 PM. The check in was very smooth with no issues and lady at the counter was very informative and pleasant. After a speedy check in we went to the parking lot under the building. Because it was so late we got one of the last parallel spot in the place, which was interesting enough. The room layout was a little shock, but turned out the work out for our situation with a newborn. Rooms were clean and the balcony over the river was a nice touch. I'd definitely stay again. My first impression was definitely changed once we got to the room.

Showed up and was little nervous. The surroundings and the building wasn’t up to our standard-BUT- the guy let us go look at the room first. Clean! Impressed! Quiet and peaceful. Rv campground behind the little river was totally fine too! Continue not to judge a book by its cover. Bed was soft.
Would stay again. Met a lady in an elevator and she said “only place she stays” when she visits. Great price for location.

For the price i enjoyed it. I felt the solitude of the place. My main complaint was the internet. I expect to be able to get online and that didn't happen much. The rooms are nice and felt it was very quiet and peaceful.

We came for a weekend and had a really great time. Our room was very clean, two king size beds which were separated by the bathroom to give privacy. The water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. The only thing was the bathroom light was really dim. The view from the balcony was nice with the river just below. We will definitely stay here again!

Upon checking in, the hotel clerk went above and beyond to help me with a little check in issue regarding my name. Later, the other staff in the office staff were very helpful. Our room is nice. You can tell that the maids have kept on top on making sure everything is clean. It's a very good possibility that we could come back here the next time we're on the smoky mountains area! Nothing but pleased!

The good: Great location. Clean room. Friendly staff
The bad: parking is a nightmare. The breakfast is just some can gravy served in an empty room, yes an empty room. Size of bathrooms in rooms are tiny. Have to take a dump with 1 foot in the shower.

Overall: I'd stay again. Price is fair and the room is clean

Pros: Couldn't ask for a better location! Our room was clean, and the service was excellent. We loved the bathroom in the center of the room, giving privacy between the two queen beds. We also took advantage of the swimming pool and free tube rental. Cons: neighbors in the campground across the river could get a little loud, and the dividers on the balcony area didn't offer any privacy.

Friendly staff, good location. Rooms were clean, unique layout with the 2 queen room that separates the beds into their own space. The room was clean, no foul odors, a bit dated but nice. The balconies overlooking the river was a nice bonus. I was unable to connect to the WiFi but we were only staying one night so it was only a minor inconvenience. All in all I would stay here again. We normally stay in cabins down here but if you are looking for a budget friendly place near the strip you should really consider this place.

This our first time at Creekstone Inn and we have really enjoyed it the rooms are very clean and the pool was clean and warm as well. Upon checking inn the staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the waterview from my balcony. The only thing that has been troublesome was the people next to me were smoking on their balcony and we could smell it near our balcony door. Breakfast was good and they weren't stingy with it we arrived late one morning and they were still bringing out fresh food. The only improvements I would suggest would be sausage and eggs to add to the biscuits and gravy and maybe a more kid friendly cereal like cherios or lucky charms. Still I am very happy with the value of my stay and the affordability of my room. This is our third stay in this area in the last three months we have stayed at a different place every time. Next time we come back we will be staying at the Creekstone Inn our new favorite place.

Parking is fine and view of creek is nice. Rooms are outward facing and back door doesn't seal tight and room is hard to cool down. Room is dated but clean. Pool is not attached to hotel. Just off the main strip so convenient to many things. Breakfast has little to no meat available.

Very clean, very nice staff, loved bathroom between beds for a little privacy. It could use a little remodeling in bathroom but again very well maintained. Staff went above and beyond cleaning our room after we slept late. Breakfast was typical cold breakfast except for biscuits and gravy and Oatmeal. We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view off back deck.

We stayed at Creekstone Inn May 23 thru May 26 2017. Creekstone had been upgraded since our last stay. More breakfast choices, new carpet, new mattresses, new rockers on balcony among other improvements. Friendly accommodating staff. Office personnel, Sarah Maples & Logan Webb were very helpful in every way. Rooms were clean and very well maintained. We have been staying at Creekstone for the last 20 to 30 years and really enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking the river while feeding the Ducks and the covered parking keeping us out of the rain when going to and from our car to our room. Reasonably priced compared to most other places. We have previously stayed at other places but always return to Creekstone. "smokymountainrewards" program is another reason we will consider Creekstone for our vacation needs.....

Very friendly check in. Logan, Sarah and Rachel were great! We also received a small gift at checkout. Inn is in a nice quiet location. Loved the balcony on the river. Not really a private balcony though. The room was clean with the exception of the shower curtain smelling soured around the hem. Our only
major complaint was we had smokers two doors down that came out on their balcony and smoked every few minutes and since we are non smokers and can't tolerate cigarette smoke it made it hard to enjoy our balcony very much. Therefore 4 stars instead of 5.

My husband, 4 year old and myself stayed here for 3 nights at the end of March and had a wonderful time. We stayed in the building across the river and it was beautiful to hear the creek. I was skeptical when I was handed the old school room key, but I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the room. Everything was clean, our bed was new, pillows were amazing, we got fresh towels daily. The table and chairs could of used updating but while we were there they were changing out beds and furnishings in the rooms. Each side had it's own tv, and that was nice for our daughter. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay. We booked through an online company that was part of westgate. We did a time share presentation and it took 3.5 hours versus the 90 min quoted time. Other than that we loved our stay and will be back later this year!

Excellent place to stay. Right on the creek. All rooms have balconies over looking the creek. Our rooms were great, all services were outstanding. It's a quaint hotel with breathtaking views. The price was amazing for all that was provided! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were able to go to so many more places with the great savings on the rooms. Plus it is in a great location between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Easy access to main road. Can't thank them enough for such a wonderful stay on our visit.

Overall our experience at this hotel was great! We stayed at the second property. Upon arrival at 3am the front desk attendant gave us really bad directions to the property which is not located at the main office. Once we got to our room the first thing I did was inspect our bed for bed bug due to other reviews I read on google. But our linens were very clean and the mattress was brand new. Our bathroom was very clean no signs of hair or stains. Our room has a private balcony over the river. I have no complaints we had an awesome stay!!

Loved our last minute stay here! Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, sounds of the creek from the balcony was soothing. Loved the lay out of the room with the bathroom dividing the beds to allow privacy with kids. Can't beat it for the price and location. The breakfast is in a hotel room that was converted to a small dining area, very limited seating. There is a large creek running through the middle of the campus, so you may have to drive around to get to your room after checking int.

We enjoyed our quiet moments on our balcony looking over the river and watching the geese fly past below us (and we were on the second floor). You would never know that outside our entry door there was a go-kart track because we couldn't hear it from inside! Great sound insulation. The rooms are nothing special but ours was clean. The only thing I didn't like was that the sink to wash up was right in front of the window. The front desk people were sweet and helpful.

I was a little surprised that Dollywood uses this particular hotel for their package deals. There are many nicer name branded hotels in the area that may be more popular, but we were pleasantly surprised.

The hotel is most definitely clean and comfortable. The rooms have a unique layout, with one bed as you walk in the door, and then the other bed on the other side of the bathroom. This makes it nice if you have kids. We also enjoyed the fact that the room is the same width as the building, so you have a very nice balcony on the back of the room that overlooks the creek behind the hotel. The only negative about this is that you overlook a VERY NICE RV PARK, but you still get a LOT of the noise from the RV Park.

The staff was extremely nice and polite. They were able to answer questions about the area, and provided good information. Parking is kind of odd, and if you have a large vehicle such as I do, parking can be very tight, and spots can be very difficult to get out of.

Overall, this was a pleasant experience. The hotel provided what we needed, a clean bed, bathroom, and shower. Other than that it is really pretty much well a no frills motel.

Wonderful retreat for a relaxing fun vacation & affordable. My husband & I had the King Deluxe with kitchen at the River's Landing RV park on the other side of river August 7-13, 2016. Worked perfectly for us, A/C worked great, bed was comfortable, sitting on the balcony watching the river, then feeding the groundhogs, raccoons and geese along the river. The staff at the front desk very courteous and informative. The housekeeping group did excellent job everyday, hotel overall was very clean. We will return next for our annual Pigeon Forge visit. Thank you Creekstone Inn, cya next year.

The hotel is nice! Our first night we turned on the air conditioning after about 2 hours the floor was wet of course it was late when we realize it was wet. So next morning when and told the cleaning lady she told us to tell main office. Which we did. We had stop back by the hotel around 3pm our room hadn't been cleaned and the floor was even more wet. I just thought OK they have been busy we left around 6 pm come back in at 11 pm and our room still never even got touched! Come into office told them everything and even showed them pictures of all the water and our bed not made no clean towels. They never offered any money back or not even a discount! I mean absolutely nothing but I'm sorry. I wasn't looking to get all of our money back by no means but something would have been nice. The view of the river is pretty very nice and relaxing. I do believe if all that stuff wouldn't have happen I would be leaving a 5 star review.

Creekstone Inn is the worst place I've stayed ever and my family takes two summer vacations every year! I stayed from July 6-10 and it was only because we didn't want the hassle of moving with two anxious boys. The first impression wasn't the best, you have to cut through an RV park to get to the Inn (atleast where the king beds are). It reminded me of a trailer park. Like someone else stated, the amenities are little to none. You have to call the front desk for the iron and ironing board (I only received the iron because the ironing boards were all checked out), you can forget having a security lock box, the only ice maker available on the 1st floor only had ice sometimes, the room was split with the bathroom in the middle so the air had to be set on freezing just to cool off the other side of the room, there was a very small fridge (college dorm room size), slow internet, a coffee maker that we didn't use, and a wobbly microwave. The amenities weren't even the biggest problem! How about having the smoke alarms go off 3days back to back, the first being at 7:30am with no fire in sight. Very upsetting when you stay on the 5th floor!! It was just awful seeing these elderly couples have to walk down flights of steps and wait just because of a faulty system. I must say that the only reason our trip wasn't ruined is because we didn't spend all of our time in the room. It was conveniently located to Dollywood and the view of the creek from our balcony was pleasing. Our family had an amazing time at Splash Country and enjoyed the activities along the strip.Don't let the Inn turn you away from Pigeon Forge, just find another place to stay.
