Excellent customer service. Very fast service, quite comfortable rooms and very clean. I never use the hotels shampoo, but this time I had to use it and I liked it a lot. It's very good quality. The hotel has very good prices. I recommend it very much.

The first room they gave us had a very odd smell. They did allow us to switch rooms, however that room was not in good shape itself. They explained that they had a renovated section that was nicer than the older section that they put us in. We asked to move, unfortunately they said that the renovated rooms were already all booked. They gave us the option to upgrade to a nicer wing, with a balcony, which we accepted, because we did not want to stay in the room they gave us, but we did have to pay extra for the new room. Now, that last room was nice, but the thing is that we booked this hotel ahead of our trip, like I would assume most people do, and looked at pictures online, but the room we originally booked and received looked nothing like the pictures of the same type of rooms that were advertised online. To feel essentially forced to pay for a room upgrade just to get out of an ugly room, when we could have just booked elsewhere ahead of time (had the online photos been truthful) is disappointing. I was happy that staff themselves were helpful throughout our stay, though, which is why they get 3 stars instead of 2 or 1.

I've been here once before and I absolutely loved my stay. The rooms were super nice and clean, everything was perfect. The second time I came my room wasn't the greatest. The bed was perfect but everything else lacked. The bathroom didn't have a counter, just a sink. The plugs didn't work, the shower was designed in a way so that it leaked everywhere on the floor and the curtains in the room were broken. Aside from that though, the staff was great, we got to check in early, beds and pillows were super comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again though!

It is your average Days Inn hotel - nothing too fancy. You get what you pay for. However, it looks like it would have an awesome location to the Horseshoe Falls, but only of you're willing to pay the $2.75 trolley fee to get down. Otherwise you have to walk a mile or so to Clifton St and then back across to get to the Horseshoe Fall. The beds are comfortable enough, but the showers are hard to deal with.

Excellent room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Everyone was able to sleep in our room comfortably. Excellent location and right across from the casino and Clifton Hill attractions. The price was a little high, but way cheaper than any other hotel, guess that's to be expected on a Saturday night in Niagara.

I loved this place. People call it outdated but honestly the bed was incredibly comfortable. The jacuzzi was so relaxing and clean. Room service was great ! On site pool and hot tub were lovely. And everything was a short walk away. Loved this hotel. Saving hundreds compared to other hotels and getting everything I did. I was impressed! Thanks days inn for the wonderful stay. I will be returning

Great location close to everything. Rooms were clean. Our "renovated" room had no closet or anywhere to hang clothes. Ice machines were broken /out of ice all the time.

It was a pleasant stay. We only went for one night, we stayed on the ground floor which was nice and felt more private. It was also nice to step right outside your door and smoke. Very close to the entertainment strip and many shops and restaurants. I would definately stay here again.

Great room great hotel for the price. Got an amazing deal with Groupon as well. Staff were very accommodating and easy going. Lobby hallways and room were all clean, and the pool was relaxing as well. Nice Parkade and lots of outside stalls. In an amazing location to all amenities and attractions.

Located nearby the most popular Clifton Hill, this is one of the good hotels you could consider to live in. Parking is $12 per day, which is very reasonable. Family suite could easily accommodate 5 adults. Good price performance.

Very busy location, but Niagara falls is busy. The falls view casino is right across the street, so it's a great advantage if you plan on trying to win big, or catch a show.

Most rooms are pretty comfortable, and service has always been exceptional, we look forward to paying a visit in 2018

Went here for weekend getaway with the family. We had stayed here before so we thought we would go back. It was not very busy. The pool was empty so the kids had it all to themselves both days. They loved that. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom only had a pedestal sink so it was very lacking in counter space. Not a very good design for a family. Surprised we had to pay for parking as 2 years before it was free. Guess they need to make more money. Would have given it 5 stars if it were not for the loud people below us who were drinking beer on the balcony and noisy till 3am.

Nice place. No issues for me. But I realize what I'm getting when I go bcuz I've been a number of times. Just ensure u get a Tower room and not a Courtyard

I like this hotel. Close to falls and restaurants. They have two sections, the Garden (old part of the hotel - 2 levels, exterior door to the parking lot). Or the Tower, new, nicer and a bit more.

Was a decent stay and room was clean but small details like large unpainted scratches on the walls should be kept up with. We paid about 160 for a 1 night king room and the best part was the bathroom. But thats pretty much it. For that cost I think at LEAST parking and breakfast should be provided.
So all together was not a horrible place to stay but we probably wouldnt go back. Get more bang for our buck else where.
Hope that was helpful!

Front desk staff was really nice. Room was very dark. Lit by a few lamps that don't light it enough. Bathroom light flickers like you're in a murder hotel. Other than lighting, it is a Decent hotel right on the strip.

Location was just steps to Clifton hill where all the attractions are. People who work there were nice and friendly. The room was fairly basic, but very clean. I only needed the room for sleep! Would go back again as the prices were fair.

Everything about this place was wonderful. Except for the room it's self. To begin, for a $200 room it was completely outdated and needed a serious paint job. There was a massive hole in one of the bed's sheets as well as the towels, the shower was grimy and looked unfit for use. There wasn't even a fridge or lockbox provided as you would see in most rooms today. It truly wasn't worth the money spent on it. The only thing I actually enjoyed about my stay was the pleasant staff and the free TV. I don't think I'll be staying here again. At least not until the rooms get a little "touch up".

It was a little warm in the hotel room because the air doesn't circulate, no fridge if you have leftovers, water pressure was weak but the temperature was awesome. Checking in was sweet and simple. The pool looks amazing and the beds are comfy and clean. I had a great time and can't wait to come back!

Great little boutique hotel. Excellent for the price. Location is really great! There is some noise from the tourist area late into the night (music and stuff) but well worth the price.

Close enough to the strip to walk, far enough that it's not overly crowded. The room is very spacious but they gave us one less blanket and two less towels than we needed. That was quickly corrected by their excellent room service. Definitely recommend staying here.

Very dated. No fridge in room. No ice bins. Have to go to office for small bags of ice. Asked for extra pillows and towels and housekeeping didn't accommodate. No fan in bathroom. Free parking though. Convenient to Clifton Hill.

The little manager guy seems to be on a bit of a power trip, and housekeeping woke us up at 9:45 at the door. Other than that the room was nice and clean (I'd hope so if they start that early). It was a great weekend away regardless

Fast check-in. Shaving razor (1 blade!) available at front desk, but no shaving cream. Smells fine to me, and I'm sensitive to odors. Close to the Falls, and decent neighborhood at night. Keep in mind how cheap it is, how close it is to nightlife, and what kind of crowd those qualities attract. Pool is small, and jacuzzi smells mineral-y Service is great. Would recommend if you can get a deal.

Really good price at last minute. Quality staff is always nice. Doesn't eat into casino gambling money, so a great low mid level cost hotel. The real key is how close they are casino Niagara, the old casino, which I like best

I stayed in the outside rooms (not inside thr main building). I guess it was OK for thr money spent. The rooms are dated and the carpet should be replaced years ago. The heater in my room was pretty lame. All it had was a switch to turn it on and no thermostat. The pool and whirlpool was the highlight of our stay. The pool was great! Warm water and the whirlpool was very relaxing. The location can't be beat. Right in the middle of Clifton Hill. I would stay here again but perhaps I will pay more for a room inside the main building.

We stayed at in the courtyard rooms. The hotel clerk was nice. Rooms were not the greatest. The door wouldn't close all the way and the bottom is about an inch off the ground so we got a lot of noise and draft. But it's a cheaper hotel that is really close to Clifton hill, which is nice

The rooms in the main building are great! The ones in the outer building not as nice. Our room was at 10 degrees when we arrived. Neighbours had loud music playing late into the night, but the loud heater covered most of the sound. Pool was nice but the hot tub needed a good cleaning.

Our stay was amazing at the Days Inn hotel. The service was wonderful and the room was very clean. The location was my favorite part because it was right in the middle of Clifton hill. Everything was in walking distance. Overall, our stay was great.

Room was clean upon check in. Toilet was constantly flushing and trying to drain. Tried to call in for service but in room phone wasn't working. Went to front desk about issue, still wasn't fixed after coming back. Went back to front desk to inquire again. Lady at front desk didn't seem apologetic at all, just told me that maintenance has a list of things to do. Maintenance came by shortly afterwards. They were polite and friendly.

The service was good, and the rooms were clean, however they need to be updated as the overall quality of the finishings (paint chipped and wall paper torn on walls) was lacking. Good for a night if you're not expecting anything fancy. The rooms were spacious. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable.

Great hotel. Prices were reasonable and all the fun interesting things to do are within walking distance. I noticed the description says pet friendly on google. When i talked to the front desk they advised me they are no longer pet friendly. Staff were all friendly.

Was not told our room would be outside, Our water in the shower repeatedly went scalding hot for no reason as well as went cold, and we had no mini fridge in the room which is something I find common in other hotels. The indoor pool, Hot tub and sauna were very nice however. If our room were in the main building I feel it would have been a nicer stay. Friends in those rooms were no having the water issues.

5

It's not a top of the line hotel, and the bad are the best we have slept on, but the price is good and reflects that. I give this a three star because many things are in poor repair. Peeling wallpaper, plumbing fixtures not properly fastened. However everything worked in our room and the location is good... and the staff are helpful.

We picked up a great deal so expectations weren't too high. There's a decent pool and hot tub, the view was in the direction of the falls (meant that we could see fireworks at the falls from our room) - room 403 btw. Don't count on the continental breakfast to kick off your day - it's pretty rough.

I got a good deal for an overnight stay through Groupon. Not only would it give me a room in the courtyard on the second floor (222) for a cheap price it would also give me vouchers to other restaurants and attractions at the falls. The location is right in front of Clifton hill which will give families a lot to do. The room however felt uncomfortable. It was always cold constantly and the bed sheets had holes and scratches in them. The coffee maker wouldn't dispense coffee either. There is no fridge. Beds felt dipped in at the middle. In the washroom there was also a centipede looking bug crawling around. However, the bed was comfy once you get under the sheets and the location was good.

Room was dirty and smelled horrible. Carpets were disgusting and blankets smelled. There were splatters on the wall and towels in bathroom were dirty. We were moved to another room that was better but still felt musty and outdated.

Great hotel! They do need to clean the a/c filters, as they are laced in a thick layer of dust. The suite is a junior suite at best, but it did the job. A comfortable place to shower and sleep.

Not only did the staff exceeded our expectations of well known Canadian hospitality, but the central location to the falls and activities on Clifton Hill was WAY more than we expected (in an extremely good way). The room was clean, WiFi actually works and is quick enough to support functioning on it, and every single staff member way more than willing to assist beyond the call of their duty. My first time to Canada was a smash hit, and I LOVE this stay; I will ALWAYS book here from now on. # CompanyRetreat #TripleWillowMH

The room was very clean, the staff was supportive and answered our questions nicely. Very close to all of the notable attractions and the falls themselves. Beds were a tad stiff but nothing terrible. The TV had a poor selection of channels, but it wasn't too much of a problem for me. For a quick overnight trip, it was definitely great to stay!

Hotel staff was friendly. Gave us a free upgrade to a room with two queen sized beds. Great price for a hotel that is so close to the main attractions and falls. Rooms were clean, and the pool looked nice although we forgot our swimwear at home. Only downside is parking is an extra $10 but what can you expect with it being within walking distance from everything

Went here during low season last year late September so it was relatively cheap. We at first confused this Days Inn with another one a few blocks away so take note which one you booked. I like it's location, talking distance to the Falls straight down Clifton Hill. Our room was spacious, beds were pretty standard, we had access to the walkway terrace that leads right to the parking lot that isn't very big but big enough to accommodate most of the hotel at capacity. My only complaint, the water in the pool was quite cold. Worth it if you're staying a couple nights at less then $100/night.

So me and some friends went to the hotel to see the falls. The parking was pretty bad. We had to park all the way at the bottom. The wifi was non existent at the room I was staying at. When I tried to ask the man at the desk to help us get a signal in our room at least he did not do anything. Luckily there was a staff member walking by and he tried to help us but he did not really fix it. Apparently the wifi belonged to the restaurant and even if we were connected to it it was so slow that it was pretty much like we had no wifi. When we went to our rooms it was decently clean. There was a air conditioner but it barley worked and did not cool much of the room. There was a chair but it was broken. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were really flats do when we were sleeping there was a really loud scratching sound and the outside was pretty loud too. The restaurant also had a long wait time so we could be seated. I only really liked the pool which was nice and the fact that it was relatively close to the falls.
