It seems to be an old and dated hotel. The interior seems very dark. Also our room seemed quite stuffy and dusty. We asked to have our rooms vacuumed and sheets changed on the second night, but it still felt a bit off. Looking back, I think we should’ve asked for the aircon vents to be cleaned as well.

I would’ve given a much lower overall score but the staff were excellent.

Location is great too.

But the room itself was not what I expected…

Quite a very old hotel. It needs upgrading and carpets, and furniture are old. The place is also quite dim, but I must admit it is very clean and comfortable. Service is great and location is amazing with shopping and food outlets nearly. No dull moments. I won't mind going back to stay in the same hotel but I do hope they do some upgrading to the rooms and lighting.

Nice hotel. The room is clean and the bathroom is nice. The ceilings are a little low for a tall American over 6 feet tall. The breakfast was included and was fabulous. The gym is great. Only ding was my room had a view of another building about 10 feet away (so no view)

We stayed for 3days and it was amazing. The location is accessible to malls & restaurants. The staff at this hotel are lovely and very attentive. They’re all welcoming and pleasant. We had the best breakfast here! This is our 2nd stay with them. Been coming back every time we visit my family in Philippines. The room was huge and more than enough for 2 people and a baby. It has kitchen which is helpful for us. Bed is nice & comfortable. I recommend staying in this hotel!
