- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Staff was good, hotel itself could go for some updating. Carpets seemed old and stained, rooms were small with double beds instead of queen. Breakfast staff did not present us the option of ordering food such as omelets and fried eggs, another guest told us this the last day of our stay. Location was great to visit Salem and Gloucester and staff was good. Lastly we noticed every morning that there was food in the hallways from night before as it had not been collected. All in all we probably wouldn't stay again.

Big hotel with restaurants, bar, ballroom, free cookies at the front desk, a lot of fitness equipment and exercise classes and a pool. water park next door extra charge. A lot of supermarkets gas stations and restaurants nearby. Great staff. Rooms are a bit dated.

Staff was extremely personable and helpful throughout the stay. The rooms were very clean and the Air Conditioning was amazing. We booked multiple rooms for a wedding and had no issues. We were even able to check in early in order to get ready. The staff also accommodated the wedding attendees to have an after party at the hotel bar as well as a buffet breakfast the next morning.

Nice hotel with nice mostly renovated rooms. Staff is attentive and helpful. Some (family) rooms on the first floor are not renovated and could use to be renovated. Overall a good experience!

Location is decent. Maybe 40 minutes or so from Logan. 20 from Ipswich. 35 from Salem. Eyeballing these numbers, but basically pretty close to a lot of stuff if you don't mind a short drive. Location is a little off the beaten path but that's nice. Rooms are clean and smell great. My biggest complaint, which is a nitpick, is that you can only enter and exit through the main lobby. The side exits that lead into the parking lot are emergency exits only. For 3 nights it was $150 for incidentals on my card. So be prepared for that if you're budgeting. Also, ample and free parking.

This is a full service hotel. It has restaurants and a bar. You can even get a haircut and different type of massages here. The fitness center is like a sport club. It has an Olympic size pool. The business center is excellent. You can print any documents. The employees are very nice and helpful.

I've stayed here several times the rooms are nice, staff is courteous and the cookies...but if your a Hilton Honors Diamond member and want to use the late checkout benefit forget it. I was told no one gets a late checkout unless they pay a extra $55.00. Thinking that couldn't be right, I went to the front desk and all they did was apologize but no late checkout. Way to treat you Diamond members...

Nice, big, quiet rooms. A nice lounge with good service and food and a huge building for many events. A really nice, easy place to get to and hold an event.

The worst experience in my life being in the USA. I was on a tour with my parents who were visiting me for 20days and my tours booked this hotel for one night. I called the hotel and asked about the shuttle services provided by hotel and they agreed to drop off to the destination I wanted so I ordered the food of worth $80. Well after 3hours I reached to the hotel and they just denied the shuttle services as the driver was unavailable. I had ordered food from a restaurant and they didn’t have any delivery services neither any other delivery services were available to the hotel. I stayed hungry that night and I had to pay for the food I didn’t eat. It just worsen my day and the people at the front desk have no idea about who answers to the calls! That was frightening and hilarious. How stupid can they respond to your request!
I would suggest don’t believe in whatever services they show on their website or they promise on calls as it might not be available at Hilton!!
I won’t say all Hilton’s are like this as I have stayed at Hilton before but this one especially is really bad!

Okay place to stop for the night, not for an extended stay. Carpet in rooms was quite stained and the bathroom could have used a good scrubbing.

Waterpark was crowded and expensive when compared to other places like Great Wolf. If you have the choice go to the latter. Way more value for about the same spend.

Last thing to note, if you are a Hilton Honors member, there were no perks even at the silver level. They don’t really do anything with the program.

The room was very nice, there was a free ocean exhibit in the hotel for families, Coco Keys was very fun for my spouse and our kids, we love that it's part of the hotel experience, the front desk staff was kind and courteous. In fact the staff was my favorite part of our stay.

This hotel received a 3 because I like to enjoy my meals when I'm away. The breakfast buffet IS NOT good at all (potatoes have no flavor, coffee gave me the runs) and does not cater to a diverse group. I have a allergy to pork and the only meat they serve is pork. I think the breakfast should include chicken sausage or turkey bacon. I would return again with my family however I would go outside of the hotel/Coco Keys for all meals.

Great hotel, friendly and kind staff. We took our kids here for a night stay and did the ultimate water package. And had a hotel room where both our boys had their own little beds. Our 7 year old slept well on it. (Hes tall but still fit.) Delicious food and fun for everyone.

Adequate lodgings. Pricey for what you get. Had three problems with my room, so they moved me very quickly. Water park is great for kids, arcade games are just ok. Continental breakfast would be nice, but you have to pay, even with water park passes. If I went again, I wouldn't stay overnight. Just not a great value

We stayed the night here to let our kids play at the attached water park. The hotel itself was very nice, and they allowed us to go ahead and use the water park while we were waiting for for our room to be ready. The water park was great and it kept our boys occupied for two full days. The room was a big hit with the boys, they had their own smaller room with twin beds and their own TV. The weekend exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return.

The room was clean and comfortable, loved the toddler/kid bed area- but it was way too noisy, both from our neighbors and their little kids staying up and making a racket past 11, and in the hallway. Had to use a white noise app at full volume to filter out the racket. Breakfast was meh, and steak dinner was way too expensive for a steak cooked worse than Outback on a bad night.

A hidden gem is the Atlantic Sports Club. They have an indoor heated, saltwater pool that is glass enclosed. On warm days, the glass roof rolls back and the doors open to the patio they overlooks the Charles River and Downtown Boston. Parking is free.

Best deal in town.

Booked this hotel for one night for my daughter's 9th birthday. I had my 2 young nieces and booked the large family room. This was an amazing hotel! Great customer service...the kids loved looking for Chip the Elf (It was around Christmas) he moved several times a day. Everything was clean the restaurant was completely what I expected from a hotel and the prices weren't bad at all. We just had an all around great experience! Thanks DoubleTree Danvers!

The hotel is beautiful, but the service is horrible. Front desk agents have no personality and don't seem to care much about the guests. It took over 5 phone calls to reach someone at the desk and after asking for some things to be delivered to our room, they only sent 1 of the items we asked for. The next night I was told to go to the front desk. At midnight. In my pajamas. There was a ton of black mold on our shower bar and the toilet wasn't fully clean. We didn't use the water park so I'm not sure about that part. I think next time we're in the area, we'll try a different hotel.

My place of business recently held a 3 day conference here. This is a spacious hotel with clean conference rooms, a beautiful ballroom, and large social areas where you can gather. It also has a wonderful bar/lounge with attentive staff. I only wish the buffet items that were provided to us were a bit higher quality, hence the 4 out of 5 stars. All in all it was a fantastic venue.

The location is interesting to get to from Mass 1 and US95 and just as interesting when you are heading out. Rooms are pretty standard. I had to unplug a lamp to charge my phone on side table. Water pressure on the lower floors is almost too good. The tub fills with water add you shower. The staff is great. My room was always attended to.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms were very attractive and well maintained. Just wish there was a mini fridge and a microwave tucked somewhere. Low water pressure in shower a little annoying. Nice executive lounge for Dimond members with breakfast, all day snacks, and evening apps. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel, my company has an amazing rate there. Breakfast on site is decent however restaurant service for dinner is extremely slow despite not having many patrons. I waited 45 min for a salad...twice! Ordering the daily special seemed to be a little faster.

The hotel, in general, had numerous and great facilities. Love how there was a checkout station for towels. In addition, pool was well-designed came with swimming lanes, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. Furthermore, service and staff were also excellent. There was even an arcade. Hotel room was great had HBO and other movie channels that were free to view, a spacious refrigerator and bathroom as well as several power outlets.

Hotel staff is friendly and willing to assist so that is why I gave this hotel two stars instead of one.

A colleague staying here at the same time found a bed bug crawling on him. He took a picture to show he hotel staff and they changed his room. However, the new room was not up to par. The next day he went back and asked for another room and they did upgrade him to a presidential suite.

My room was on the eighth floor and the temperature was not controlled. The hallways felt like a sauna. The room itself was decent. The shower was nice.

The reason for the low rating is for the bed bugs.

I am here for a yearly conference and this hotel is nice! It has clean, comfortable rooms and the conference staff is always kind and friendly! It is a bit far from Boston but it's a decent conference area being within a half hour of some nice north shore beaches. It also has an attached mini Waterpark that I haven't tried but the kids seem to like it. Some rooms however are smoky and older. They need to be renovated.

Great hotel to stay at for business trips. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well-kept. On-site restaurant is good about allergies. I stay here every time I'm in the area for work (about 3 times a year) and have done so for the past couple years. I've had no complaints in all that time, so they certainly get 5 stars from me.

Very nice hotel. We attended a conference there for 4 days. The lobby, conference room and restaurant were all very clean and comfortable. The people working there including reception and housekeeping were very helpful and generally nice. The room size was generous and it was clean and nicely furnished. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable. Our room was looking on the rooftop of the conference hall. Some people might not like this. In our case we were busy all day so it did not bother us. Those are the rooms with odd numbers. The food was also very good but this was specific to the conference. The room did not have a fridge but you can request one if needed. The toiletries were of good quality. This was the second time we stayed there. We enjoyed it both times.

I booked the Double Tree for my wedding room block. Anthony Perez was a pleasure to work with. He was quick to respond to emails and questions, even when there were a couple mix ups with the rooms. Anthony went out of his way to fix any problem and make sure that all of our guests were accommodated. The rooms themselves were very clean with comfortable beds and lots of space. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, at the front desk and at the bar. My one criticism would be that the restaurant food was only ok. The menu was limited and the food itself tasted a bit old. Seemed out of place for an otherwise fantastic hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel for a wedding at willowdale estates for which they offered a bus to and from for the guests that we're drinking. We payed a little extra for a free breakfast and it was pretty nice. The pool was lovely and quiet since all the kids were at the waterpark. Our bedroom had two queens which was more than we needed but who can complain about an extra bed. The room was nice and clean with extra towels. It made a wonderful one night stay for us

I came with friends and 3 children to go to Coco keys. The lazy river was closed in the morning. When it did open it was too shallow. The hot tub was too hot to sit in for more than 10 minutes. It would've been better if the outside section of the hot tub was available. The food is low quality junk and way overpriced. Otherwise though the rest of the park was nice and the kids had a great time. Not many slides available but it occupied the kids for hours and hours. It is extremely noisy in there. I'll probably look for a different indoor water park to try. But it was not terrible.

We went to Coco Key for my son's 6 birthday and ended up getting a room at the attached Double Tree Hotel. My son told the receptionist that it was his birthday and she wished him a happy birthday and gave us a $30 voucher on them to get a slice of cake for everyone. It was extremely sweet of her to do. We always love staying at Double Tree. We travel a good amount and they are always accommodating to our needs. We have a lot of different allergies in our bunch and they always go above and beyond.

This is the second stay for our family at this hotel. Are main reason for visiting is to go to the water park, but the location is great for short trips to the many coast. We visited Rockport on a quick day trip. The room was clean and we really enjoy the separate sleeping area for the kids. They are still young enough to enjoy the sleeping area as much the water park. The TV didn't work in the main bedroom and the clock was wrong and can't be set. Fortunately with smartphones and tablets that didn't affect us. But others might care. Customer service was friendly and we had no issues with check-in. We had a good stay.

A little pricey for what you get. Accommodations are not much better than a Holiday Inn. Room was a little dirty. Also, a lot of confusion when we were trying to do an early check in. Trying to get a person on the phone took forever going through all of the automated menus.

Stayed overnight in a family room. Worked great for our family of 5. Two small (sub-single) sized beds plus two doubles. Nice beds/linens. Bathroom ok, some repairs/picky cleaning could be done in there, but nothing near gross. Shower good and bright. Just tall enough for a 6-footer. Visited the hotel pool/sauna/exercise rooms... Much better than average I would say. Oh... Just remembered one complaint.... Needs updated alarm clock and/or more power outlets near the beds. All in all, a good /above average visit.

Just out of Boston, they offer a complimentary shuttle to Beverly train station, which is a 25 min train ride from North Station. Beautiful area, and amazing view from the executive lounge on the 7th floor. Most staff are extremely friendly and will not hesitate to recommend places to visit in the area and in Boston. So far I'm loving my stay!

Went for a wedding reception and decided to spend the night. The king suite was reasonably priced and very comfortable. A decent hotel. Not necessarily kept up in the manner of Hilton (slightly dirty room, water stains on the ceiling). The staff, aside from the initial desk clerk were all very courteous. The breakfasts in the executive lounge were very poorly constructed and tasted very bad (powdered eggs, microwave potatoes, eww). The room service was good quality, and very tasty, though.
