Everyone helped me and was so gracious! I'd love to thank all the very accommodating staff members. The breakfast buffet selection was massive and the views from the terrace are stunning. The hotel is in a great location and very easy to get. They are also quick to serve food for you. Highly recommended!

I need to come back because it's a good one. The most reputable hotel in this place. I am deeply impressed by how they handled the service correctly with no hassles at all. The quality of service they provided was amazing! Your wonderful and affordable service was strongly recommended! It was a nice experience for me for the first time.

Nice place to stay but very expensive, rooms and restaurant. If it’s not included with your room, breakfast is $17. While I was staying there a large group was having a party at the restaurant. Out of control. loud, obnoxious gathering of people. Shouldn’t be done in the restaurant. Maybe in a conference room. Myself and another guest left before we ordered because of the noise and actions of this group. It was like a zoo.

We've been here many times. The only reason we stay here is because it's close to Stub Hub when we stay out for LA Galaxy games. This place needs a major renovation. My family and I stayed in one of the Jr. suites. Aside from the decent sized room, the carpets were filthy, the furniture was old, room had no towels, and the sofa bed had no linens. The bar area is great, clean and great bar service. The pool area lacks attention. No towels and when we asked staff it took them 45-50 minutes to bring towels. Very disappointing given it's a Hilton Doubletree.

Rooms are fine, nothing special but reasonably well equipped and spacious. Bathroom amenities are at a bare minimum, although additional things can be requested from housekeeping. Staff is very courteous and welcoming. The main problem with the hotel is that it's very loud.

The walls are paper thin, and some rooms inexplicably have adjoining doors on both sides. As a result, you can hear every noise your neighbors make, to the point where it seems like they're standing in your room.That is, until the AC kicks in, which sounds like a truck engine.

If you're going to stay here, I would strongly recommend bringing earplugs.

My wife and I stayed here due to it's central location with our plans for the weekend. The hotel is convenient to get on the freeway and close to Long Beach. The rooms are decent but are a bit dated. The bed was quite comfortable but we had to keep fighting with the AC as it would be either too cold or too hot. The room service good quality and pretty fast. The pool and gym were nice as well.

I received great service at the front desk from very friendly staff. My maid service was great. My room was quiet and comfortable.

Easy to find parking. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice clean restrooms. Although I was not an overnight guest, they offered cookies to us.

I just went to the bar for a drink and I ordered the Kobe burger. It was decent, however, I think that there are different cooks for sometimes the burgers can taste better. It was not as good as other times that I have had it.

This is one of the nicest DoubleTrees I have ever stayed in, the outside and inside decor and landscaping are amazing. Also, it is located in the nice, up-and-coming part of Carson. Across the street are 5 separate shopping centers that have every retail and commercial spot leased. The construction of new propertys around the hotel are beautiful, modern and upscale. I would recommend that you stay a night at this hotel.

Easy parking with plenty of spots. Really nice bar and outside area. Wide variety of hard liquor, draft and bottle beers. Though the kitchen had just closed, they didn't hesitate to bring us food. Would recommend for evening spot even if you're not staying there as a guest

I attended a professional event in the bar section of the hotel. the bartenders were nice. the place was really clean and chic. the food was great

Had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie😁. I enjoyed a WONDERFUL lunch at the Refinery Restaurant.... I'll be there for Mother's Day for Brunch.. The Hospitality, Customer Service is AWESOME....Soooo, if you're not busy on Sunday BRING A MOM for BRUNCH...

I've stayed at this Doubletree on several occasions for work and have really enjoyed my time while there. The people are super friendly and helpful. Fresh water is available at the lobby. They have free WiFi and the bar/pool area is beautiful and well maintained.

This place surprised me. The room decor was dated. More frustrating was that only one power outlet worked. Best part of the stay was that US Rugby team was also there. Many players on same floor.

Older but clean. Great bar.. Staff is courteous and helpful.. but forgot my cookies.. Hilton should be proud this property is in their portfolio.. great location. 405,91, and 710 all close.

nice hotel but ... It seems as though this hotel is catering to people a lot taller than I am. I am 5 ft 3 in (not particularly short) but I have to hop to get up on the bed; the commode is a higher handicap one; and the worst thing of all is the bath tub. The edge of the tub is high and difficult to get in. Once done with the shower, there is no grab bar on the wall outside the tub. I put my foot down and my toes were two inches off the floor. I am lucky I didn't fall!

OK hotel. Location is merely OK. The air unit in my room was right next to the desk, so trying to work at the desk involved cold air blasting on me the whole time. Otherwise the room was fine. The staff was great. The fitness room is too small--there was not enough equipment for all of the guests who wanted to use it while I stayed there.

Decent quality hotel, very welcoming staff Stayed here as a guest and used the conference and catering facilities. The conference /catering team went out of their way to provide excellent service. Found my room a bit noisy facing the freeway, but wasn't too bad. Bed was very comfy, and rooms are very clean.

Clean and nice rooms. We stayed for 3 days and loved the room service and hospitality. Nice location too.

Better than any hotel in miles. Best of all is the Cookies they have behind the counter. Bring some disguises so that you can maximize your cookie collecting. I purposely changed out 4 times to trick the front desk into thinking i was different person. in 1 day i came away with 16 cookies. So how delicious are they? I'm in town for 2 days, to visit family i haven't seen in years; and i spent one of them days getting my cookies on.

Our company had a Christmas Dinner for employees here. They had good service and offered a buffet, even though it was limited on food it was great in taste. There was also a bar where you could just chill . Definitely recommending this place for other work events . 👌

Every employee treats you like a boss and you see employees talking to repeat guests like they are best friends. Very welcoming place in my opinion. Also, you should try the spicy steak and cheese sandwich at their bar/restaurant!

The hotel was easy to get to. My mtg was in Long Beach, so, it was only 15mins away. The woman at the front desk was very nice and hospitable. The room was clean. Didn't smell bad. I was only there for 1 night, and I got there late, so I showered and went to sleep. The water pressure was good as well. Overall, it was a good stay.

It's decent for the location. Definitely needs updating. My room was clean and the noise was at a minimum. The beds were very comfortable.

Was here for a work function. The famous cookies were not served full size for dessert. Rather, a treat or snack sized version was served. The water pitchers were only refilled once per table for an event lasting more than 6 hours. Lastly, pens and notepads were not provided as they typically are when a room is booked for work.

Really liked that they had free parking. Rooms were clean staff was great. No laundry facility. Only 20-30 mins away from beaches depending on traffic. Great place to stay.

The telephone did not work. The bed with comfortable. There are a lot more kids than I would have expected in the pool. There wasn't enough staff at the coffee stand but the man at the coffee stand provided decent customer service.

We were greeted with warm cookies and friendly smiles. Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. We were looking forward to a relaxing day by the pool but it was PACKED with children. Settled for jacuzzi but there were kids in there too. Suspect a birthday party. Oh, and the phone in the room didn't work. Overall it was an okay time.

Great service! Accidentally booked a smoking room. The front desk quickly switched my rm to nonsmoking and checked me in early without any problem. Room was clean and comfortable. Love the blackout curtains. Thanks for a great stay. Will stay again and recommend to all my friends.

A nice hotel, a bit on the older side by seems to have been updated recently. Friendly staff too. Not in the best area. Rooms are comfortable.

Room was clean adequately appointed. Mattress was not the most posh backloving mattress on the planet, but convenient to Long Beach. Also quiet despite being nearby the 405. I would stay here again. I had the salmon from room service and I don't believe I would get that again, but there is decent food selections even within walking distance if necessary.

After my family and I went through a horrible experience at a different hotel chain, I contacted this hotel to check for last minute availability. I spoke with Andrea and she was not only extremely helpful but professional and very understanding to our situation at the time. This hotel did not have any availability, but Andrea went beyond our expectations and found a Hilton in the area. We are extremely grateful for all of her help and efforts in finding us a hotel last minute. Andrea made it possible for my family to still enjoy our out-of-state vacation that we had planned for. Thank you again Andrea for your exceptional customer service!!!

I went to the Scoreboard room for an office happy hour. Good selection of beers and a nice atmosphere with a comfortable patio as well.

Stay here frequently when in town on business from Atlanta. 10 minutes from my destination.. Convenient, clean, warm cookies, comfy bed and professional staff. Recommend you try it for yourself. Reviews are just opinions...Be blessed

Or first room allocated did not smell all that great, but they willingly moved us to a room which smelled fine. The room is spacious and has a good number of accessible power sockets (great for laptop power supplies, chargers, etc.). It's a fairly low-key place. A luggage cart was available which we used to bring our own luggage up. Parking was free, which can make a huge difference to the overall price of a hotel stay. I think I would stay here again.

Upon arriving on Christmas Day of 2016, I was greeted warmly at the ground floor lobby by two concierges. The staff was courteous and a joy to have around. I would go there again.

Really nice staff. Did a great job cleaning the room each night. WIFI in the room is a bit weak.

The exterior looked modern and smart, despite its rather bleak location near the 405. Check-in was fast and easy, although we later discovered that we should have received a dining discount card in our key folder. The lobby was quite spacious, but with a definite low budget feel, and not particularly welcoming.

I needed to do business in the LA area and this is the hotel I chose. Unfortunately, my client wasn't ready, so after spending one night, I told the hotel I needed to check out early. They wanted to charge me $50 for checking out early.

Maybe this is common in southern California but it is rude and not common anywhere else. I have spent hundreds of nights in Hampton Inns and never was penalized for checking out early.

This is my second bad encounter with a Doubletree hotel. Something must be wrong with their management.

The front desk staff was exceptional. House keeping was very much appreciated and the service in the restaurant was pleasant. However the food in the restaurant was bland and left something to be desired.

This has got to be the best Double tree in the LA area. The workers really make you feel like you're a celebrity. And the rooms are clean.

It was a beautiful establishment the room my grandfather party was held in was nice. The outside by the pool was an amazing setting. Servers was horrible, rude and snappy ugh! Besides that I loved it.

Love the cookies you get when checking in. Rooms are very clean. However annoyed that i cant turn off the fan from the ac unit even when i turn it off. Guessing it's for ventilation. They do not have free breakfast or dinner or anything like the sort. But i like it since its nice and clean

Nice greeting. Fancy décor, and it was nice and cool. The jack in the box next door was good for a place right next door to pick up a snack when hungry.

Really clean room, nice comforter on the bed, comfy pillows. Nice bathroom. The noise from the hall really carried into the room, but it was tolerable. Overall would stay here again!

Went to a birthday party there. The bartenders were very attentive to us. He was cracking jokes and fixing drinks. I had a great time

We had a big conferencedinner at the double tree Hotel. The service was quick and friendly and food was in large portions. We got a nice little private conference room and I highly recommend it for business meetings. They could use more vegan options but overall food was great!! Will definitely be back.

when I went for the 8th grade dance.. my only complaint it the tables. they werent enough for everybody to sit in. and the food needs to change. I mean it was great but I want there to be more classy not just quesidialls and a hamburger, we are graduating, we need to eat other foods like that. but my 4 hrs there was really great. and it was spacious. every on was in the dance floor.
