Simply the best in one the busiest HUB ; i have tried both concourse A and B rooms during different flights; Excellent experience. highly recommended to those who have long connecting flights.

Liked the commodity of the button to turn off all the lights next to the bed (Master Switch), very convenient. There was even a dim light in the bathroom for those who like to "see" the way at night or keep some light.
The buffet offered a wide variety for all tastes. Enjoyed the breakfast most.

This hotel sits right in Terminal 3 of Dubai International. Easily the most convenient choice if you’re stuck here on a 10+ hour layover. Altogether, don’t expect anything beyond your standard Marriot or other quality chain hotel room but for about twice the price. My stay was comfortable. The staff was professional. Worth my money while crossing through the Mid-East.

We had two transit stops at the Dubai international hotel. One in a standard room and one in an executive room. We loved our time in both. The cost is high but cheaper than trying to afford business class. We were on our way to London so breaking up the flight with a good sleep here was just what we needed. The hotel has exceptional customer service and if you choose the executive floor then you can save a bit by eating breakfast (al a carte and continental) or dinner (assortment of hot and cold dishes plus desserts and drinks) in the lounge. The lounge is also open all day for drinks and alcohol at no charge. They also offer complimentary bottles of water and a fruit platter in the rooms. You can call guest services at any time for more free water. The Beds are a western King size and quite firm. We paid extra for a bed for our 7 year old son and it was a proper bed not just a sheet over the lounge. The water pressure in the shower was better in the normal room but the executive room had a bath which was lovely and the inroom massage chair can't be beaten. On top of all that the hotel has a swimming pool to keep everyone occupied during your stay.

We stayed in Concourse B in a deluxe room. For an airport hotel we wanted someplace clean and quiet and that’s what we got. The style is a little weird but it’s modern and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it for long layovers.

I used the facilities at the airport hotel when I had my transit in Dubai for 6 hours on May 14. I was amazed by the services provided by Arul and Aravindh, they both showed me the entire facilities offered at the airport hotel and was amazed to see an aiport so self contained.

I was here twice. On the first occasion, they were very accommodating with me. They even sent help to pick me up at my arrival. On the second occasion, they were great as well. Tip number 1: join their rewards program prior to the reservation and include your loyalty number once you communicate with them. They will give you some goodies like a fruit basket. Tip number 2: if your stay will be less than 24 hours, better reserve with them over email, without relying on other intermediaries. They will find an offer that suits your needs.

Good experience. Was met as I landed with a sign board with my name on "felt like a bit of a celebrity" walked to hotel reception everything was explained to us and taken to my neat tidy room by a very professional Mudasir. What a nice bloke. A special mention for him as he added the final touch.

Worst staff I ever met! Very rude, cheaters and lazy. Had bad experience with this hotel on 21st of April early morning. We were with two kids and our flight was delayed for some reasons, we were not informed. Receptionist was trying to cheat on us to get the money for full 3 hours but to take us out from hotel after 2. They are even lazy to show the room. You have to find it by yourselves.

Wonderful experience of transferring in between 2 flights at midnight. Glad that I have finally tried the airport hotel here in Dubai ,and thanks everyone who had made it come true 👍👍

Spacious rooms and fantasticly clean. I also like the fact that there are multiple entrances for easy access. This hotel is a must if you have a long transit at dubai international airport. If you plan ahead and book you will get much better rates than if you are a walk-in customer. All in all it's the best transit hotel I have stayed in and is our go to hotel when flying through Dubai.

Always wonderful knowing that I get to sleep in a good rom between flights instead of hanging around in the airport. Due to our stay here we discovered the gallery restaurant which offers good food. Baby friendly hotel. Clean roms, bathrooms and good assortment of toiletry. I will always stay here every time my stop is more than 3 hours.

Amazing experience, Room is serene and quiet. Integrated in terminal 3 from where you could easily get 10 mins shuttle to both terminal 2 and 1. The food is amazing and customer service is on point. Very affordable prices.

The location of this hotel can't be beat if you are simply transiting through Dubai. Its wonderfully integrated into the airport making it extremely easy to get to your gate after a stay with very little hassle. The rooms are modern and spacious and the dining areas are well placed with incredible views of the airport.

Had a great stay, the personnel were really friendly and very informative. At the Gallery restaurant, the food was great and the restaurant has great ambience. At the hotel Bharat a receptionist was the first person who received me and had answers to all my questions. The room was nice and clean.

Great location for transiting flights. Walk out of your plane and into your hotel, ok a little more than that but you get the idea. Staff was excellent, we were given a very large room with a view of inside the terminal as well as outside. We ate at the Asian restaurant in concourse A also operated by the hotel. The staff at the restaurant were extremely polite and attentive! They went out of thier way to help us and make us feel comfortable. Morning was smooth, well rested for the next leg. Took 5 min to get to my gate! Easy way to fly, terminal 3 emirates.

I had a 12 hours stopover at night. I was extremely pleased with the service. Everything. Clean, comfortable and luxurious!

I was concerned that staying at the airport would be noisy and loud with planes landing and departing, I was wrong. The rooms were quiet, comfortable bed and nice accomedations. Even ordered room services. I will definately stay here again when I have a long layover.

We thought this might be too good to be true...on arrival into Dubai we were met by a very helpful lady. Escorted us via the 'fast-track transit' to the hotel, which we would've otherwise struggled to locate, assisted us with check in and took us to the room. Within 30 Minutes of arrival we were in the room! Executive rooms well worth that extra cost...massage chair, lounge access, snacks/drinks, breakfast included. Very large room and bathroom! Very comfortable bed and pillows! Basically checked out and straight to the boarding gate for the next flight. Very convenient and nothing was too much trouble. Our children were also made very welcome. No need to check out and re-check your luggage. Cannot recommend enough! Just what was needed! Will definitely stay again!

It was good to have been met at the arrival gate and escorted to the hotel. The team were extremely friendly and the customer service was exceptional. I'll definitely be using this service again when needed.It's the easiest option when you have a long layover and need to get some sleep. The convenience of not having to travel from a hotel outside of the airport in the morning is worth the cost.

We had over twenty four hours between flights while at Dubai airport so decided to stay at this hotel. We were met off the plane by a very courteous member of the hotel staff. He took us to the Emirates desk to make sure our checked in luggage was directed to Manchester airport and organised our ongoing boarding card. When in transit you cannot leave the airport building. We were then escorted to the hotel where our room was ready for us. The rooms are spacious with all the facilities that you need from bathrobes, lots of towels and every courtesy goods that you require. There is a Spa, swimming pool, steam room and gym. A twenty percent discount was given for use in several very nice restaurants on site and also room service. On leaving the hotel we were escorted again to our departure gate. I cannot recommend this hotel and it's staff too highly, we would certainly use it again.

First time to stay at DIH. I highly recommend it for long stop-overs. Great for travellers who doesn't want or doesn't have enough time to go to the city and just want to have a very comfortable waiting time at the airport. This idea made our economy class flight less tiring since we had time to recharge for our next flight. Keep up the good work

We stayed here overnight before flying to Delhi. Warning -- you have to be checked into your flight with your luggage checked in order to get into the hotel since it is located inside the terminal. Emirates lets you check your bags 24 hours ahead. We opted for the Executive floor upgrade which was amazing. They have food available 24 hours and also drinks. Then they personally escorted us to our gate which was in another concourse. The room had a lovely massage chair, too, and was quite comfortable.

We spent a night at the Dubai International Airport hotel between flights going to and coming back from at trip to Africa from Europe. It was such a luxurious feeling to have a quiet room and a comfortable bed at our disposition – and to be able to take a shower in the morning before continuing our journey.

It was a great feeling to see my name on the sign the man held up as we entered the airport. It felt like "coming home" although we were only half-way on our journey to the Philippines.
The rooms were great, very good beds, the massage-chair an extra bonus. It was quiet and clean and absolutely an oasis for tired travellers.
The food was also delicious- great service.

Picked up at the airplane reliably. Ideal place for a short stop-over to relax between my long-haul flights...

This was fantastic.
I had a 10 hour overlay from 1am to 10 am approximately. A lovely lady collected me off the plane and guided me directly to the hotel. It was late. I was tired and very hungry.
Included in the hotel price was snacks upon arrival(yummy pasta) & breakfast (yummy fruit and eggs)
The massage chair was excellent
The bath - bliss
I didn't have time to use the swimming pool or spa as I had to sleep before 19 hour flight ... but I was very happy with my stay.

This hotel is a great solution for a long layover for guests who cant leave the airport and had to stay in the transit zone. I had to spend 11 hours in Terminal 3 without a possibility to go through the customer (hence, I could not visit the city). The hotel located in A, B and C zone. After reviewing guests comments on this hotel, I chose the room in the C zone on the top floor. There was perfect isolation and I had no issues with any airport noice (I read that lots of guest complained about the noice). The room was decent and had all usual facilities such as complimentary water/tea/coffee, wifi/cable internet, TV. There is also a gym, spa and a pool in the hotel. A very nice surprise was a massage chair in the room, which was really nice relaxing thing after and before the next flight. Friendly stuff, clean rooms; cheapest rooms are a bit pricy thought but unfortunately thats the only option if you cant leave the transit zone.

We were met by hotel staff straight after disembarking our aircraft to take us to our room which was an unexpected but very pleasant surprise. We were helped with our bags and lead through the first class security lane even though we were travelling economy. The check in process was quick and the room was clean and spacious.

However as we laid down to rest after our 17 hour flight before our next one, loud drilling and banging started coming from next door. We were not told that there would be repairs being carried out which was very unprofessional. After telling the reception staff in our pajamas that the noises were very disturbing they assured us that they would do something about it. However minutes later nothing had changed which forced us to complain again. We were given another room to sleep in while leaving our belongings in the noisy one. Upon checking out the lady at reception did not want to let us into our original room until the manager who knew of our situation arrived.

I'm confident that our situation was an isolated case and beyond this our stay was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Primarily a transit hotel. We stayed about 9 hours for a nap and a shower after a long flight. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bath had a nice offering of high end shampoo and soaps.

I stayed in it for 8 hours to get some rest for 13 hours flight, fast check in and check out, very friendly staff, great comfy clean bed and bathrom, i gave it 3 stars only for the fact that it's a 5 star hotel but the furniture was outdated for example the armed chaers where extremely stained and almost no sponge left in them!! Also the mini bar was locked and we have not been informed that we should ask for it before checking in or it's gone!!
Ps. The water pressure for the shower was perfect.

The people that guide you to the hotel are so nice and helpful (when you are super tired or have jetlag). Service is really friendly. Me, my mom and brother took a 4 hour and 30 minutes nap. My dad went to gym. I love the shops around the airport and restaurants. The last reason I love this airport is because the gates are so close to the hotel. Then we had to catch the flight to Mumbai. The people are so helpful they helped me carry my super heavy backpack and helped my mom and dad. I love this place

Really amazing. Was in flight with kids going from dubia to kabul....flight didn't landed in kabul due bad weather...emirate been offered accommodation a family bedroom for a next flight...spent about 6 hours at hotel....was amazing
