Construction debris all over the place. Breakfast was not good, milk was sour and biscuits were stale. Lights and plugs did not all work in the room. The curtains were all torn. But the air conditioner worked awesome.

Stayed here two nights. First night was cool, newer updated room. Second night got a room in the back that needed some attention, A.C. barely works and room smells like piss. Asked for different room and all of a sudden they was booked solid. Would not recommend staying unless absolutely have to.

Don’t let the outside fool you! The rooms are large and clean. The WiFi works very well, and the breakfast is amazing! Our room had two double beds, a mini fridge, and microwave. There is a big, clean pool in the courtyard. The only problem is that there are some shady people staying there, so be warned of that. Other than that, we had no problems!

The breakfast is good but staff actually lied about only having one double/ non smoking room available over the phone and then in person said they had many others. Guess i sounded too poor?? Cleaning ladies are extremely rude as well

The staff was friendly and attentive. The facility however, was abysmal. There was chipped paint everywhere. Used condoms, alcohol bottles and cigarette cartons sprawled about the place. The room was nice enough, but we noticed what seemed like blood stains in the carpet. Kind of hard to bounce back from that.

Good enough for what we paid. Could definitely use a little more TLC in the room.

I had car trouble. Stranded in my car. On Crighten Rd. For 3 hours and no body stopped to help.i started walking towards Frazier and the police picked me up and dropped me off at the Eco Lodge and I walked into the lobby at three in the morning and stayed there till 6:30 am till someone came and got me. They let me stay in the lobby so I'd be safe. Thank you for that. It means so much to me

Up and coming hotel! Under renovations so things look rough but the rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff is accommodating and pleasant.

Needs to have the outside remodel. Not bad at all for $55 a night. Good hot free breakfast

This hotel is awesome!!!!! My husband and I came here because our last hotel was miserably horrible. The rooms are big, beds are not bad, room is clean, bathrooms are clean and great water pressure, towels are soft and the people what work at the front desk are very sweet and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back!!

This is one of the best hotels I stayed at for good price the rooms are beautiful inside looks way better them most high dollar hotels I recommend everyone come here

I really impress with them never have a problem with them very nice corportive with me ..Ive been starting here till I find a house but I really love the fact I have my loveable animals with me and I pat 15$ for them they have no problems with them.i really want to say Thank y'all I gave had problems with other hotels and trying to find a place to rent because of them and y'all are really helping me with not stressing over it.Yall are Amazing..

Room was clean. Remote worked hot water not hard to come by. Coffee maker worked pillow a bit thick for my personal preference.Place was quite although near highways not far from food places including a Chinese restaurant we ate at a few miles away.Area has other hotels as competition .

Cheap price. Clean rooms. Good hot breakfast.

Room service was horrible staff was severely rude. I was harassed every 10 minutes about when I was going to check out or pay for another night before it was even time for me to check out

Economical and decent motel. Rooms and restrooms are hygienic. Breakfast is also good.

This isn't the prettiest place to be but I am definitely enjoying my stay here. The staff is very helpful and polite. I'll say it's a great value and there's quick access to a grocery store and some restaurants. If you have any medical conditions, this location is right down the street from an ambulance and there's quick access to several hospitals.

Econo Lodge in Conroe is exactly what you would expect for a 50 dollar motel. It was clean and did have everything i needed. Definitely is due for a major update though.

Well, you get what you pay for. However, $54 is alot of money. For my money I got bed bugs and the telephone in my room did not work. On a good note the staff person performed my wakeup call by knocking on the door like he promised.

Very clean, nice rooms, breakfast was good. Be on time for breakfast they shut down EXACTLY at 9. The pool shuts down right on time also.

Not the most beautiful place to stay in Conroe but they do have free Contental breakfast, clean pool, conference rooms, good size rooms with handicap rooms available. This place could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall it's a decently priced motel at the end of the day. The staff is very friendly and eager to help in any way they can. Happy travels!

Was in town to visit a family member who was in Conroe Regional Medical Center and this place was very convenient to go back and forth. Plenty of food choices near by. Staff was helpful. Cant complain. I enjoyed my few days there.

When I drove up, the place looked a little old, but they seemed to be fixing it up. The rooms were very nice. Definitely worth the price. If you're looking for a nice room for a good price, this is the place to try. I'll go back for sure!!

Great room for the price. Surprisingly quiet being right off the freeway. Nice pool with handicap lift.

Nice clean room with flatscreen and working Wifi. Does look scary from the outside, but inside everything is redone. The online pictures of rooms are accurate. At least for the King, non smoking. Very pleased with this hotel. I will definitely come back

Location is convenient and awesome for the price.

Clean friendly staff. Comfy bed. Hot water. had to go to the office to ask for towels bc they never got changed during our stay.

Wifi worked great ran black ops 3 no lag. Clean there for almost 24 hrs didnt see one bug no bed bugs...ect. Plenty hot water for shower. No issues crime or loitering. Made space to park my semi truck tractor and trailer so any other drivers out there delivering walmart dc new caney with day early screwed up apt. Microwave in room. Will stay here again if pass through this way in future.
