Great location. This place was very clean. Service was what I expected. It took less than 3 minutes to check in without reservations. The receptionist is a local and gives Tour possibilities. I would recommend starting here for short stays.

I came for a quiet break, and enjoyed my stay. Nice, clean room and pleasant outdoor surroundings, and great staff. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice place to stay for a night or two. There's not really a great breakfast selection. You're better off just to go somewhere else for breakfast. The rooms were very clean and cozy. It had a decent amount of outlets and a fridge with it.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Extremely clean rooms with comfy beds & very helpful hotel staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great experience!

Good rooms, service and location

Shower was horrible .the AC wasn't cold there was rust on the tissue dispenser in the bathroom.the place needs a remodel.

Absolutely a wonderful place to stay for a very reasonable price. Clean cozy rooms! Close to many restaurants, stores and attractions in Gettysburg. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and was very helpful when answering our questions. This will definitely be my go to place the next time we visit Gettysburg!

Great location about 2 minute drive out of the main town of Gettysburg. Was cheap compared to other hotels/inns in the area and the room we had was very accommodating. The only reason I take one star off is because the free breakfast is just a tiny table along the wall in the reception office that doesn't really have anything to offer. We didn't plan on eating breakfast at the inn anyway so it was fine with us.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. I got very hungry and cold during the night. Couldn't find a vending machine. Wanted an extra blanket, but there was no one in the office, and it was locked. Shower was nice. Good place over all though.

We had an unexpected stay here. The 2 nights we spent were fine.

Friendly staff. Very accomodating

The hotel was clean and the staff was very professional. I would give it another star if not for the fact that the cleaning staff threw away the food I left in the fridge after staying there one night. I was booked for an additional night after that. The night manager handled my quite upset self very well and offered a discount that I was content with, but it doesn't do much to inspire confidence when your possessions go missing when you are out for the day.

I'd stay here again, but I'll continue my practice of leaving no possessions in the room while I'm gone.

The office people are really nice, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and this place is 10 minutes from downtown gettysburg.

Located a short ride outside Gettysburg it makes for a great, cheaper alternative to some of the more expensive hotels in town. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The listing describes this place as a 2 Star hotel and that absolutely sells it short. I stayed at the Econolodge June 2017 and it's almost like it's a brand new hotel. Everything is very clean and looks almost new. The man at the desk was very polite and check in as a breeze.

The hotel is within 4 miles of many of the main attractions (Baltimore Street, etc)

The office staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained. It was a pleasant, low-cost stay conveniently close to Gettysburg. With the lower price, this hotel does not provide a pool and some other features that you may see in higher-end hotels, but it also means you're not paying for things you might not even use or need. Left turning into and out of the hotel (toward Gettysburg) can be challenging at certain hours of the day, as there is no traffic light for this hotel on the main road.

The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, we had a problem with our room card but it was fixed really quickly. The hotel is close enough to historic gettysburg so that you dont have to deal with the town traffic. For the price you pay it really is the best place to stay, and its quiet and easily accessible despite being on the main road. The only problem I had was being attacked by a moth and that was my own fault for looking at it and calling it beautiful.

We stayed here last September during our trip. I have to say that we will be staying here again on our next trip to Gettysburg. While not fancy or having frills, the room was nice and clean. The front desk was also very polite and helpful with any questions I had. If you're just looking for a basic motel room to stay in for a pretty good price, I'd recommend this motel to anyone. The only issue would be if you had a fear of heights as the upper floors are all outside walkways instead of inside.

Friendly staff and surprisingly clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom was particularly impressive given the great price. Definitely recommend for travelers needing an inexpensive nights stay.

With a cheap motel you normaly expect grimey bathrooms and a nasty room, but here its obvious the owner works as hard as he can to remedy that expectation. The motel was exactly what should be expected, clean walls, well kept walkways, working lights, no odors, working outlets, everything that should be there. We got exacly what we wanted at a price we could afford!

I stayed here this past weekend during the "Blizzard of '09" and was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and quiet. The front desk staff was pleasant. Breakfast was donuts and coffee. BUT for the price I wasn't looking for an expensive breakfast. I had a fridge and microwave and tv, what more could I want for this price?! $49/night is a good deal. If you want a nice quiet, clean, inexpensive place to stay while in Gettysburg, this is the place.
