My family has stayed a few times and really enjoyed it

I didn't stay at this hotel, but the manager kindly sent my son's travel bag to him after he left it there. He stayed there for a month and had a good experience. We appreciated their assistance.

I can literally rave about the staff here forever !!! First of all Pam made my experience extremely fun and happy! She was nice, funny, and helped me rebook after I realized I needed to stay longer. There was another guy that helped me my last night but unfortunately I did not get his name. He was fast and made sure I had everything I needed and more. The staff here made me a for life customer! Please let them know I really appreciated everything they did for us. We came all the way from NC and enjoyed the hotel more than the trip itself !!!

This chain is one of my FAVORITES. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. My rooms have always been clean and they are pet friendly. I have a service dog but it's just easier to stay with my dog without having to put up with all hardships that some extended stays attempt to introduce.

Security was great. The hotel guests at the lobby was greeting and nice. Overall four stars.

Good location next to the mall and several restaurants. Secure facility, easy freeway access. Free wifi, reasonably priced laundry.

front desk is awesome but house keeping is very lazy and rude WHEN I DID LET them in they made up beds with same sheets 4 times in a row little short old lady was the main one she was rude and half doing her work i put carpet freshner on floor just to see if she was going to sweep or vaccumn and the carpet freshner was still on that floor they dont clean behind head board there was plenty dust and hair behind it carpet needs to be lifting and out because its very nasty wonder manager, front desk, and maintence man but HORRIBLE housekeeping and needs updated clean carpet and painting.

Been here a week so far and I must say that this ESA is the worst out of the many I've stayed at. The third floor smells like a combination of pot and cigarettes. My bathroom has a shower rod that's about to let go and there's almost no counter space in the bathroom. A section of carpet pulled away from a transition strip near the kitchenette and I stepped on the exposed nails on the carpet tack.
Key cards randomly stop working.
Rooms are only serviced once a week.
The outdoor pool is permanently closed.
Other than that, it's great! Not!

The rooms are large, clean n staff is awesome. The gym was small but suited my needs. My only problem was the washer and dryer were work broke down a lot.

Only because three lamps needed bulbs. Only one 1 out of the 4 was working. It was a nice little suite style room though.

Nonsmoking room smelled of smoke, but the polite staff immediately moved me. New room had a broken AC but it was then fixed within the hour. They do not provide dishes without a "dish package", and when I tried to get that for my dinner, they had run out. The sink and shower both leak. Otherwise the place is great!

The room is spacious and nice but one of the employees had an attitude like they were unhappy with their job like helping the guests was such a drag she was rude multiple times not only to me but other people too. Also when I needed clean towels they never had any and they only clean the room once a week that kinda sucked too.

No frills the room is clean and comfortable. So far the staff has been very friendly

Anthony is very unprofessional. The first room he checked us into was dirty had used condoms, underwear and trash on the floor. With a unconcern attuide he resigned my room. The second room had large stains on the floor and the aircondition did not worked. I inform Mr. Anthony whom works second shift about the room once again he showed no concern and inform me it was nothing he could do about it. Worst experience ever. Beware. Beware.

My first night here and i will never stay again after this weekend the lady at front desk was rude and very unprofessional. She didnt want to give me any quarters to wash because she said front desk was closed then i asked for an extra blanket and she said front desk is closed. So i asked do you do anythibg besides sit here and she said no front desk is closed. While she was in back speaking to another employee she kept using the B word and saying they always complain about quarters then the manager wants to complain we dont roll them right. My daughtee heard her and the other coworker cursing and says mommy they use a bad word. Very very unprofessional the only goos that came out of this trip was i got to see ny husband because hes here working cleaning up after the hurricane and the room itself was clean. Please train your employees on good customer service and language in front of other peoples kids.

I've stayed here four separate occasions and it's always on par. The staff is above average. The rooms are par for ESA. Convenient location. The clientele is the only real down. If the smell of weed offends you this isn't your place. It doesn't offend me and the staff is courteous to help with anything. The price is right.

I have resided here for an extended stay and have found it to be a good location for me at a reasonable price. Management and staff have been attentive and helpful in making it a pleasant stay for me. I would choose to stay here in the future.

This is a nice place to stay for awhile very clean, good security, right off freeway close to dinning and mall. Also there is a skate park behind it and they are building a bike park I'm looking forward to that! Only set back is the neighborhood behind the parks. Its kinda scary but I just never go that way! Lol!

I've stayed here many many times and have found the rooms to amply sized for a night or two. The staff is what makes the difference though, very accommodating

Very good place, th rate per night I also very good. It have a pool where you can rest from the day. I will only recommend having a better guy in front desk. Need to have a service oriented person.

Not a safe locality. Best option in the area for extended stay, rooms are with a kitchen. Quiet a handful of utensils available

No Frills!! Good- Clean Hotel ~!

I thought the staff was friendly and tried to do their best to help when asked.

That being said, I experienced quite a few issues when I stayed there:

1) To get to the lobby and enter the building you needed a key. I have seen this in other hotels but only on side doors. This was the case in this hotel for the main door. When you want to check in and do not have a key, you need to ring the bell and hope someone opens. I had to wait some time because the person working was on a phone call.

2) The internet was very bad. Slow enough that I could not watch any streaming video on youtube or facebook. It reminded of the early day of the internet when I waited half an hour to watch a 30 second video.

3) The tv picture was not clear. Looked more like what you would get when using an antenna with bad reception.

4) There were no fruits of any kind during breakfast.

Recently relocated to Houston from Califorina. Knew it would be several weeks before i would find a place to live. Initially i was a little skeptical once booked and realized it was in this area. Room: spacious, useful amenities, but definitely has a roach problem. Immediately notified staff, who promptly had it sprayed. Did not get rid of them, so i end up buying several Hot Spot traps and placed them throughout the room. Wasn't pleased with maid service.....either lack speaking/unstanding english or ghetto and unprofessional! Amenities: nice variety of items for breakfast and laundry facility. Reception staff: overall everyone was pleasant, however Nikki was Awesome! From day one, she was all around professional......speaking, dressing, knowledgeable, helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. In my opinion, she definitely made up for the few indifferences and should really be promoted or given a raise for demonstrating such great customer service and hospitality;-)

Hallway a little hot (humid) but the room was very clean and nice

Great price, yet it isn't in the greatest part of town. At night, they had a security guard on duty to let you in, so it made us feel safer. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is in a nice location. The rooms are great for the price. The staff are kind and ready to help.

The past week I had to stay at a local suite because of minor house fixing. I had thought it would've turned out great like my normal times I've stayed before. The truth is I'm upset at the fact the breakfast is completely different at this location. It really was not a breakfast though. If that's breakfast, what would lunch or dinner be like. No thanks! The front clerk (Scott) was nice but other than that the stay was blah.

Great hotel sure will stay here again
